The High Council has issued the following decree.
In an attempt to cut down on the violent crime
rates of Lone Wolves, any Lone under the age of
30 years will be sent to two years of education in
the nearest Pack campus. They will complete all
the required coursework, and will be issued a
Graduate’s degree in the field of their choice.
The following werewolf packs will be
expected and required to house these werewolves
for the duration of their education period: The Blood
Oath pack, Brokenhide pack, Darkened Shadows pack,
Grinning Shadows pack, Cold Howls pack, Endless Night
pack.
Any werewolf found to not be in accordance with this
decree shall be incarcerated for a minimum of two years.
