Fantasy The Order of The Two Towers Interest Check

Duty, Honor and Sacrifice
-Grand Master Raeldon

The Plot
After years of relentless training, cruel humiliation and long nights of being yelled at, Your sword line has been ordered to seek out quests and glory and then return to the Two Towers. A rite of passage in the form of competition as those squire who return with grand tales or letters of recommendation specially selected to and able to finish their training under a real knight instead of as a class under the sergeant at arms. Many in the sword line disagree on the route to take follow the Grand Master's directive with many saying his order was to quest into the depths of the towers and return with a grand prize. Others argue it is to join the crusade growing at the capital preparing to march on the north. For all of you, this will be your first battle fighting for glory and honor and a chance to catch the eye of a knight who will take interest in your training and away from the torturous life in the barracks. A chance to win honor and glory and even the potential to carve your legend into the annuls of history.

The Order
The Order of The Two Towers is a curiosity as they were originally founded to protect a length of coast line from Venn'darrian Raiders. The knightly order eventually shifted focus when Grand Master Raeldon was oathsworn to investigate the mysteries of the enigmatic Tower's of Tzelko. The order rode and found the tower to be nothing more than a deep underground labyrinth. Many nights were spent going deep into the maze to find only miles upon miles of underground caverns to explore filled with grand treasures of gold, artifacts and schematics of long lost technology. The knights in their haste to celebrate soon found that the treasures were protected by all manners of beast, daemon and monsters. Days the order made battle in complete darkness save for the dwindling torches they held. By a miracle, Grand Master Raeldon led his order back to the surface fighting back the awakened guardians with sword and fist. Nonetheless, for hundreds of years the knights continue to journey deeper and deeper into the Two Towers in search of relics, treasure and knowledge. Some years they push back the dark beasts and recover grand treasures that are still talk of to this day. Other years all progress is lost and the knights are forced to seal the towers lest they be overwhelmed.

Recently, The Empire of Kvass has called upon the Order to make war on the northern lands or face heavy fines for being unable to do their knightly duties. If they fight for the empire, they will lose what progress they've made fighting the creatures of darkness. A middle path is argued for in the ranks of the order want to remain and continue to explore the towers and act as mercenaries in order to pay for the fines. Others seek a more direct path saying they should seal the towers and ride out for their Empress and perform their knightly duties damned be the consequences of losing ground in the towers and finally gain the respect of their fellow knightly orders who always treated the order with distaste for never answering the calls of war.
