Passionate - Anything that Joanna does, she throws her all into it. She hates taking the easy way out, and will always go the extra mile to make sure something is done well or correctly.

Friendly - She’s very approachable, and almost always has a smile on her face. She hates feeling left out, so she doesn’t want others to feel that way.

Adaptable - She’s able to adapt and change due to her surroundings without giving up who she truly is inside. She can “roll with the punches” as they say, never missing a beat.

Controlling - Joanna has a control streak a mile wide, and she’s bad at just taking over and just doing things the way she wants them done or thinks they should be done.

Bio:
Joanna is the youngest Jamison child, even though her parents hadn’t planned on stopping with her. They were young and in love when they started having kids and got married, and both Henry and Tessa wanted a huge family. Their kids are fairly close in age, and they wanted all of them to be that way so they could grow up together and be close. Sadly, things don’t always work out the way you want them to, and you never know what the future holds.

When Joanna was still a child, around seven or so, she was getting picked on by her elder siblings. To this day, Joanna remembers going into her room to hide, and her mother coming to find her. She offered for them to go get ice cream, to make Jojo feel better. Well, what seven year old would say no? So they went, and had a mother-daughter date. And on the way home, a drunk driver hit their car, sending them veering off a bridge and into the lake below. The airbags deployed, knocking Tessa out cold while Joanna fought with the sealbelt to get free, screaming for her mom the entire time. The car was filling with water quickly, and Joanna really thought that, at seven years old, she was going to die.

A good samaritan saw the crash and dove into the water. He managed to pull them both from the car, but neither he nor the paramedics could save Tessa. By the time Henry and her siblings arrived at the hospital, Tessa was pronounced DOA. Joanna was alive, but her mother had not survived. She still carries that guilt with her to this day, but she finds joy and peace in singing and songwriting. She followed in her siblings footsteps to attend Starhill, where she hopes to make it big and do what she loves for a living.

Creative - He’s always able to come up with ideas on the spot for a show, song lyrics, or anything like that. He’s a pretty crafty guy when he wants to be.

Protective - He’s protective over the people that he cares about, like his sisters. Girlfriends, too (both friends that are girls and whoever he may date).

Charismatic - From the twinkle in his eyes to his sultry smile, he can get just about anyone on his side for anything.

Jealous - Along with his protective nature comes a bit of possessiveness, and if something is his he considers it his alone. He doesn’t want anyone to have what he has.

Lazy - He prefers things to be done for him rather than taking the initiative to do it himself. Like being famous? He thinks it should be served to him on a silver platter.

Bio:
Micah is the second born and only male child of the Jamison family. He’s been sandwiched in between Tara and Joanna his whole life, and ended up being a buffer between them alot of times. Though he was always a bit closer to Tara, that wasn’t for lack of trying. He tried to be close to Joanna, too, and during their young young years he was. But after the death of their mother, things changed. Of course, as a boy, he was relentless in his teasing to both sisters, but Joanna was just the unlucky one that ended up the youngest, so she got most of it. And then with carrying the guilt of their moms death, she just drifted from Micah and Tara.

But despite being a boy, he was just as talented as both of his sisters. He wasn’t much of a dancer, but a performer. He loved to play ‘pretend’ when he was younger, like most kids do, but he always took things to the next level. He adored watching TV shows and movies, wanting to know about the actors playing the roles. He got into drama in middle school, but he was also fairly sporty, too. He spent alot of time at school, whether it was sports related or some sort of production related. He did all aspects of the stage from the star role to behind the scenes, but his favorite place to be is on stage. And when he’s playing sports, it’s the same way. He likes knowing that someone is watching him, appreciating the effort he’s putting forth.

Tara went to Starhill first, but since he was just a year or so behind her, he followed right after. He has stopped playing sports, wanting to put his time into acting and performing, but he still works out to keep in shape because that’s important to him. Plus, the chicks dig it.

Generally a serious person, Violetta is devoted to her craft and becomes upset when she sees others who don't take their major as seriously. She doesn't have the luxury to relax or skate by, so if she sees someone not giving it their all and still doing well she can be resentful. The stress and pressure of her situation can often leave her frustrated or sad, and occasionally to the extent of a deep depression. She wants to be perky and she sometimes tries to be friendly but when she steps back and tries to socialize she feels guilty, like she can't afford to spend this time when she could be practicing something. On a deeper level she's very insecure although she never means to let anyone see it, and takes any failure or perception of it as a deep flaw in her as a person and failure of her responsibility to her family.

Violetta was born to a well known upper class family, the kind typically referred to as "old money", or at least the kind that would be if they had much of that money left. The Cornwalls were a family that had been part of high society for generations and the recognition of her name got her opportunities she never would have gotten otherwise, although the knowledge that she didn't have the same money to fall back on as her peers instilled a drive to outshine them. Her mother had made it clear that to succeed Violetta would have to be significantly better than those she was up against and pushed her to always be the best. Originally the family organized a voice coach for her (that was mostly doing it as a friend of the family considering they didn't have the money for a professional tutor) and while she was skilled enough she found a passion in acting. She would practice on her own for hours, losing herself in the characters and stories they had to tell. What was their motivation? Why were they behaving that way? What would they be feeling? Eventually her parents took notice of her skills in the subject and decided to re-orient her towards theater.
Her mother had married up and came from a family that was not well off in any manner, fitting closer to a lower middle class ranking, and she always encouraged Violetta to help the family prosper however she could, either through marring up as well or through her own skills. Her father was a stricter disciplinarian who instilled in her the pride of the Cornwall name and the importance of reflecting well on it. Once the family had been rich, elegant, seen as the pinnacle of class, and as their only child it was her job to uphold that. She got into Starhill because she's talented, sure, but so are the many rejected applicants. Violetta had to learn the behavior of a woman of the upper class, and she grew to hate it. The false personalities people put on, the hollow laughter and empty words, but she knew there was an importance to it to blend in. She got into Starhill because her name gave her the push she needed to make it, and as upsetting as it was to not know how well she would have fared based purely on her own merit she knew she needed to get in. She was a few years older than most freshman but not so much she might stand out, and she was embarrassed to admit that gap had a lot to do with her father making the arrangements to ensure they could afford it while her aunts helped train her to be ready. She had made it in the school now, but that was the easy part. She would have to work harder and prove better than the others to overcome the leg up many had on her because of the wealth their families still held, and she would need to do everything she could to uphold the Cornwall name and prove them as worthy to be there as any other family.

Quirks: Is never seen without his favorite pair of sunglasses, carries around a pack of unique looking cigarettes that no one's ever seen him smoke, has a lot of yellow colored clothes but will deny this is his favorite color or that he even really likes it.

Personality: Leo's personality is as bright and effervescent as one could possibly be, and he is, on the outside, the epitome of your modern young adult hippie. Young and full of life, Leo is a thrill seeker, impulsive and quick to act on every new and ridiculous whim that comes his way. With very little self control, Leo is known to his peers as a bit of a wild child, but he's never minded the reputation, in fact he has built it brick by brick because he loves the attention. Leo thrives in the spotlight, and being fun and fast paced, and a little unpredictable, has proven an excellent strategy for harnessing the attention of others and keeping it on himself.
Try though he might to appear the "love and light" hippie guy you see on instagram, he's not all sunshine and rainbows. Leo has a bad habit of judging others who are in positions less than desirable to him. He acts much quicker than he thinks and can make himself appear quite critical of others. He's had an easy life, and he doesn't relate to anyone who hasn't, he does not jive well with people who are going through deep struggles because he has no idea why people don't just "get over" their problems and live their lives to the fullest. This has caused people to label him as shallow, and, well, maybe they're right about that. When situations come around that expose him for what he really is, a spoiled pretty face with an easy free ride through life, all the eloquence in the world can't help him backtrack from that place. Leo's pride is immense, and all of these combined factors tend to lead to bad falling outs with people he was once close to.
Leo has reached a place in his life where he is at least aware his flaws exist, but he has not grappled long enough with the gravity of them to take it seriously. He wants to be the mature, suave actor worthy of the respect and love he so badly desires but his pride stands taller every day.

Bio: Life has been criminally easy for Leo from day one. Born into immense wealth, he was the son of a politician's daughter, a woman who was so well to do her whole life she had no understanding of the outside world at all. He had everything he would ever need, could possibly want, and even more than that. If he could dream it, his mother could, usually, make it happen for him.

Leo never met his biological father, but there were a great deal of men who came in went during his childhood that his mother courted on occasion. He never really made close connections with any of these men, and his mother remained the sole stable adult in his life as he grew older and learned more about the world.

From a very young age, Leo displayed an incredible skill in acting. Not because he was actually trying to act, but he would learn to manipulate his mother by using eloquent words and charming tones, he seemed to be able to get whatever he wanted from the people around him. He didn't appear to be trying too hard, it just came natural to him, and it was more of a desire to be adored and well thought of that drove these abilities into perfection than anything else. Leo liked being liked, and he loved being center of attention. Whether it was at social functions, in participation in school projects, or later as he grew older and experimented with social media and the like, Leo wanted the spotlight and the praise.

By his first year of high school he already had a lot of acting experience, and his name was growing bigger and bigger by the day. His mother would eventually remove him from his private school and have him tutored at home so he could dedicate even more time to his small roles and honing his skills. This isolation from others his age served as the vessel for his journey of self discovery that lead to him becoming... well, sort of a new age hippie. Leo considered himself deeply spiritual and highly empathetic, but in reality all of the wisdom he was learning from the teachings he studied went unpracticed.

He got a high school diploma while remaining in the acting field, but much to his mother's dismay he never even touched stardom. He remained an extra, featured usually for just moments at a time in all of his roles. He was not personally upset by this, but it devastated his mother who believed her child was a star.

After high school, he took what money she gave him as a graduation present and moved out to LA to gain real-world experience without being under the pressures of impressing his mother. There he's worked odd jobs in acting and gained somewhat of a following as a social media influencer focused on the life of a young hippie in California. Nothing too unique. On his own he has learned a lot about himself, and has begun to see aspects of the real world he didn't know existed while under the blanket of wealth life with his mother had provided. He loved his life in LA, up until his mother called and informed him that he would either go to this school to become an amazing actor, or she would be cutting off the allowance that had allowed him to live in relative comforts in California.

Leo wasn't particularly thrilled, but it would shut his mother up about how he was "running out of time" to become successful, and, after all, it was another adventure to experience.

Kylar is a very imaginative person and can come up with complex ideas in the blink of an eye. He grew up in an environment where he was able to express himself through the things he enjoyed, especially dance and musical theater. He has an extremely vivid imagination and is constantly coming up with new ideas. His only problem is that he doesn't know how to put those ideas into action.

Whenever someone is in need of emotional support, Kylar is always there to be a shoulder to cry on, a provider of candy, or someone to talk to. He's very understanding, no matter what the situation is, and he will give the best advice he possibly can.

Kylar always goes out of his way to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone he meets. He takes everyone in as his friend unless they make it clear that they don't want to be friends with him.

This isn't a "virtue," per se, but it provides a lot of benefits. Kylar is very confident and can do practically anything in front of a large group of people. He isn't afraid to approach people and befriend them.

To say the least, Kylar is all over the place. He has a hard time keeping things in order, everything usually ends up in the most inconvenient places possible. He has lost a lot of personal belongings, some of which are on the more expensive side. This is why you can't have nice things, Kylar.

When Kylar starts talking about something he's passionate about, he never seems to stop. Although it's pretty rare for him to go on and on about one thing, it has proved to be incredibly irritating to everyone who just wants to get a word in. At least he's trying, though.
• Impulsive
Kylar doesn't like to think things through before he makes a decision, he usually acts on the first idea that pops into his mind. His inability to take a step back and think on things has gotten him into serious trouble.
• Frantic
In short, Kylar doesn't handle stress very well. When in a high-stress situation, Kylar has a tendency to panic instead of stepping back, taking a deep breath, and thinking about how to deal with it.

Bio:

Kylar always had a burning passion for dance, and he knew he wanted to do it professionally from the moment his parents signed him up for his first dance class... most likely just to get him out of the house. Growing up, Kylar never really had any friends because he was seen as "weird" or "too much." He was one of the main targets of bullying throughout all of grade school without good reason, but it started to die down in middle school. As hard as it was for him, he didn't talk to anyone unless he absolutely had to. Dance became one of the only things that got him through his childhood, he practiced in his room whenever he got the chance. Once he hit high school, people finally started noticing how talented he was. He started winning dance competitions and generally getting recognized more and more for his craft.

Later on in his high school career, however, shit hit the fan. Kylar's mother, who was his biggest supporter, was arrested for a crime she committed years before he was even born. This left him with just his father, who never really acknowledged his existence in the first place. He had to navigate his late teen years entirely on his own. Which obviously sucked, but it made him more self-reliant. He just kept dancing through everything, though. And as far as everyone else was concerned, he didn't have a single care in the world.

Sometime during Kylar's senior year of high school, he applied to his dream college, Starhill Academy. After months of waiting, he finally received the news that he was accepted. Immediately after seeing the email, he immediately started packing his bags and shopping for things for his dorm. Needless to say, he was excited to take dancing even more seriously than before. The summer before school started was especially hectic, and nerves were incredibly high. It was going to be the longest he'd ever been away from home... as mediocre as everything was, he was still going to miss it all. But he still had high hopes of starting fresh and actually making some friends.

Though he claims he hates sunshine, he likes being in rooms with big windows/open curtains, and will open windows and curtains whenever he can.

Personality: It is Kai's goal to be perceived as the dark, brooding writer type. He wants people to look at him in reverence of his profound and deep knowledge and his ability to express the dark sides of himself with exquisite beauty. He indeed hopes to be perceived this way and maybe even become a little feared. He doesn't do a very good job of this however, because it is not the truth of his personality at all. Kai tells himself he is that person but in reality he wants to be accepted.
He's never been especially skilled at maintaining friendships, because when people get too close and he feels exposed he pushes them away on purpose. He loves the idea of getting attention but barely knows what to do with it when he gets it. There are those who are dedicated enough to keep prying into the depths of his soul however, and to those people he can be immensely loyal and exhibit his true nature, which is far more fun loving and positive than his outward persona might lead one to believe.
Kai is very shy, and though he's eloquent with the pen he has a knack for speaking out of turn or expressing too much too fast when he's actually in conversation. He doesn't mean to, but his impulsive behaviors usually get the better of him.

Bio: Kai was raised in bright and sunny Hawaii as the youngest member of a tight knit family with five children and two amazing, hard working, free spirited parents. Kai never felt particularly different from his family growing up, he worked alongside his siblings here and there in their family restaurant and went every weekend with his mother to the North Shore of Oahu to sell her beautiful artworks.

There was nothing remarkable about life, except that it was incredibly peaceful for them. They did not have much outside of their modest family home near the beach and each other, but they all absolutely loved it that way. Kai was passionate about writing stories ever since he learned to hold a pencil, and his wild imagination was fueled by the exotic and beautiful world that he lived in.

It would all change when he became a teenager, as things often did once one became a teenager. Kai's interests shifted from his bright and happy childlike wonder to something focused on the darker, more romantic aspects of life. He began to daydream of the lives he only heard about from the non-locals. The mainland and its fast paced ways began to entice his young mind, and his dreams of escaping the rainbow state to experience something else were kicked into full gear.

By the time Kai reached high school he had gained an interest in horror films, novels, and generally disturbing media. His family, accepting as they were, did not seem too concerned that the content of his stories had changed into something dark, and were usually supportive of his passions no matter what they looked like. Kai began writing screenplays for fun in high school, and even worked with his school's theater program to help produce plays. Eventually he would, here and there, publish short stories and sell his screen plays to people who actually had the resources (and the experience) to do something with them.

BIOGRAPHY
Coming from a moderate family, Jude had a happy childhood. His sister, Rose, stands him close, and as a kid they would usually play in the garden, as the boy had little to no other friends, but that didn’t bother him a bit. In his teenage years life didn’t treat him too well, and neither did his own demons. At times, they will return, yet these dark years taught him to always be positive. When he was 14 his family moved to New York so that his sister could go to school. Saying goodbye to your home is always hard, but the deep need for adventure made him pick himself up quite quickly. The love for theater only grew after the move, and a few years later he got into the Starhill Academy, at age 19.

Jude is not one to dwell on the past, and never looks back on the pain, making him quite resilient. With a deep love for the arts, Jude picked up many hobbies throughout his years – drawing, painting, writing, and of course, acting. Putting himself in other peoples shoes is something he enjoys, even though he might not be the most empathic, but putting on a face that is not his even for a few hours is always interesting to him.

Jay has total crackhead energy. He is very impulsive and tends to make decisions without thinking too much. His opinions are easily influenced. biography. : Jay’s life has been good so far. His parents are wealthy, he comes well along with his stepsister and he does what he loves: Ballet. Of course he has had his fair share of ups and downs, but not anything too extraordinary. He has always had difficulties making friends, and his father didn’t understand the things he loved. Ballet, feminine clothes, dolls, jewelry… He couldn’t understand why his son was into things that were typically seen as feminine. But he still loved his only son and Jay didn’t need to face any bigger misfortunes.


However life wasn’t always like that. Instead Jay was born in a small village in Ghana and raised by his grandparents. His mother died while giving birth to him and his father didn’t want to raise Jay as his son. Jay’s grandparents were not able to work anymore so money was always tight. Life wasn’t always easy but they managed somehow. It wasn’t the luxurious life Jay is now used.


Jay’s grandparents passed away when he was only six. He was put into an orphanage but he didn’t need to be too long there, since he was eventually adopted by a wealthy american couple. And even when Jay is used to his current lifestyle, he will never forget his roots. He wants to become a famous ballet dancer, not only because of fame but he also wants to educate people.

Alessandro was born into the loving arms of his parents on Jan. 26 xxxx. Being the firstborn of his parents, he was raised with the "heir" status in mind, and sadly his childhood ended up being bone dry of happy memories, instead filled with education and forward-mindedness. At the age of 1 1/2, Alessandro was already able to memorize the alphabet and read small words. The minute his parents realized their son had the slightest bit of intelligence, they shoved every single form of education up his ass. Tutors, early early preschool, and even homeschooling programs were seen in the everyday life of 1 year old Alessandro.

Fastforward many years, two siblings were brought into his life, and only then did his parents seem to realize their children need to have some happy memories from childhood. While it was a nice save for Alessandro's brother and sister, it was way too late for him. Instead of tutors and afterclass school, vacations and frequent family trips were in place. Everyone in his family enjoyed it, just.. not him. He remained distant and emotionally uninvolved, similar to what he felt most of his life. Bio: Alexandra was the third baby born into the loving arms of her parents on March 23 xxxx. Raised in the era where her parents were less education-centric, she grew up with a childhood completely saturated with happy times. Well, almost happy times. It would've felt complete and happy if her older brother were there experiencing it with them. Yeah, sure, he was physically there. But Lexi has never seen his face light up in emotion, the most she's ever seen him excited is an eyebrow raise and head tilt at the sight of fresh textbooks from the school. While Andro was at school for tutors, Lexi was out having fun in every appropriate way possible.

Teddy always knew he wanted to be an actor. As a young child, he was always singing and mimicking lines from his favorite films for anyone who would listen, fervently watching television, musicals, even commercials, wishing to be part of them. His parents were very supportive of his dreams of acting, and absolutely the types to get swept up in the excitement of show business. They took him on auditions constantly; who wouldn't love to see their child on TV, and brag about their success? All that dedication actually did land Teddy a minor role of sorts; he appeared in a cereal commercial at the age of 8.

Unfortunately Teddy's parents got divorced a couple of years later, and his acting "career" went on the back burner, as they were much too busy being single parents now to take him on auditions. Teddy continued acting as much as he could in the local theater group and school drama club, however, often getting a prominent role or even the lead in every production. Because of their excellent acting program, Starhill was Teddy's dream school, and one of the only schools he applied for in general. Luckily, he was accepted, where he's now in his second year and loving every minute of it.

Bio:
Tara is the oldest and first child of the Jamisons, and she was everything they wanted her to be. Beautiful inside and out, outgoing, a little social butterfly from before she could even walk. They always knew she’d be talented. She’d watch people and mimic them, especially dancing. She looooved dancing. It entertained alot of people, but her parents knew it ran deeper than that. They put her in dance classes from a young age, and she excelled in them. Even after her brother came along, she would just dance with him. For some reason, though, Tara and Micah never were as close to their younger sibling.

And then came the death of their mother. Tara was, of course, devastated. Her already outgoing personality turned into more of a party-goer, ragtag lifestyle. Tara was 10 when their mother died, and even though as the oldest she should have helped her siblings and made sure they were okay, she just started doing her own thing. Tessa’s death drove a wedge into the siblings relationship, but Tara never really cared. Of course she still loved her brother and sister, but she was more interested in herself and her own wants and desires, and she made that quite clear.

Tara quickly rose up the ranks in popularity as they went through middle and high school, though she also got a bad rap for being a slut because she liked to have fun. She never cared about the rumors; she just wanted to have fun. And so she did. It was thanks to their father (a producer himself) that she got into Briar Rose, as she totally flunked the entrance exam. She still isn’t top of her class or anything, and has been before the review board more than once.

PERSONALITY

PASSIONATE – Luc is very confident in his skills, and will not listen to anyone who may disagree. When he is passionate about something, he will go all in to achieve what he wants. This results in many sleepless nights and lots of back pain.

CREATIVE – All that surrounds him and the air he breathes. Give him any instrument or a paintbrush and he can sit with it for hours on end. When feeling uninspired or going through a creative block, you’ll notice.

KIND – Maybe not at first, but if he cares for you he becomes quite a different person.

SENSITIVE – A trait that may not seem obvious, but is very much true. He has a tendency to take everything to heart, good and bad.

STUBBORN – When he is set on something, it will take a lot for you to change his mind.

BIOGRAPHY
Luca was born and raised in New York to a wealthy, French-American family consisting of his mother and father, older brother and, of course, himself. Life was easy as a young child, he got everything he wanted without a problem. He was liked in school, by his teachers and by his friends. However, his family was never as perfect as they may have seemed. His mother struggled a lot. It took a while for the young boy to notice how his mother may have felt in secret, as she was so good at hiding all the pain she kept inside. His father acted like nothing was wrong, too busy with Luc’s older brother to pay either them much attention. Every birthday, every dinner party, they put on a mask. Luca, just a little sapling, thought that this was simply how all families were supposed to be.

When Luca was about eight, and his mother had decided to start working from home, she taught him how to paint. Many hours were spent in the top floor of their big, New York apartment, in her studio – the room with big windows and a gorgeous view of the city. His mother always had a dream of becoming a painter, but was never able to. Despite his father’s complaints, Luc continued to spend his free days with his mother. Together they would listen to vinyls on her record player, which is how his love for music blossomed.

On his tenth birthday, his parents got him his first acoustic guitar, along with lessons every week. As much as he tried, it wasn’t what he had hoped, but he kept playing, hoping to make his mother happy and show his father that this is what he wanted to do – music.

Then high school rolled around. After starting private school, Luc slowly started slipping into the typical rich boy role. He did everything he could to fit in; dressed in preppy sweaters and polo shirts, cut his long hair short, and joined the school’s tennis team. It made his father very happy, so he decided to cut of his son’s guitar lessons, forcing Luc to focus on his school work and tennis practice. And after a while, Luca got used to it. However, after his parents went to bed, he would quietly get his guitar out of his closet.

Everything changed the first day of his Junior year. As he walked across the courtyard, he spotted him; a head of shaggy blonde hair and a guitar bag slung across his shoulder. It took a lot of persuading before Luc finally got the boy, Andy, to become his friend. Andy obviously saw him as he saw every boy at his school, and at that time Luc basically fit that mold, but he was fixated on changing his mind.

They would spend weekends at his house, playing guitar and writing songs. When his father had asked him why he was spending so much time with his new friend, Luc had lied and told his father that Andy’s family had a tennis court in his yard and that they were practicing.

A buddy of Andy’s, that lived down the street, had been playing drums since he was five. Bryce, whose hair almost reached his waist and always wore boots with holes in them, had graduated from public school a year earlier. Together they formed a band.

After coming up with their own stuff and writing their own songs, as fun as it was, it didn’t sound like the bands that they all loved. So, as Andy had fingers sculpted for the guitar, and Luc never felt like it was quite his instrument, he decided to buy himself an electric bass guitar. Transitioning from guitar to bass was not too hard, and Luca quickly became obsessed. Soon he was back to playing his instrument in his room when all the lights were turned off. It was the happiest he had been since he was eight, sitting with his mother in her studio.

Being so caught up with their band, Luca was never home to witness his mother’s health declining rapidly. His parents’ marriage was going up in flames, and he had been too blind to notice. So, when he got the news that his parents were splitting up, and that his mother would be moving across the country, his world suddenly shattered, and down he fell.

A month went by until the band met up again. It was quite clear that Luc had changed – his hair unkempt and his eyes sunken. His demeanor became cold, yet the passion for music was still there. Their songs become heavier, and faster, and Luca seemed to become angrier. At his parents. At the world. At himself.

They were both drunk when Andy first kissed him after their first gig at the bar down the street. He told him it was a mistake, and Luc could see the regret in his eyes, but also the dying hope behind it. He couldn’t think straight, and kissed him back.

A few months later, filled with tension and lots of alcohol later, Andy told them that he would be moving away for college. A week later, he did. And so, the band had broken up, and just like that, Luca’s dream were flushed down the toilet.

College was a plan that had climbed further and further down on his list. But there he was, without a job, without a band. The only thing he had was his dad. He had to get there out of there before he drowned. So, he applied to Starhill Academy for the Performing Arts.

h i s t o r y : Liling was born and raised in China, Hong Kong. She was born as the youngest child and only daughter, her having five years age gap to her older brother Li Jie/Liam. Growing up her parent's were very strict, the children had lot of rules they needed to follow. They also needed to always be obedient and polite towards the elder, especially towards their own parents. As a young kid Lili didn't mind that since it was all she had ever known. However when she was older she started to rebel against them.

From a young age Liling was interested in dance. Her father was a conductor and mother violist. Art and culture was celebrated in their family. Liling's brother followed his parents foot steps and started to play cello at the age of 13. Liling however, wasn't good at music at all. She tried singing and bunch of instruments, always failing. Her parents started to become upset and hopeless, when an acquaintance suggested that maybe the girl could try ballet.

And that was what Liling's parents decided to try. Tomboyish Lili was against it, but soon she fell in love with dance. She had a natural talent and lots of enthusiasm to learn more. She made new friends because of ballet. She got better with them and also saw some of them to drop the hobby. One case especially broke up her heart. Her friend Li Mei had to stop dancing because of an foot injury. That made Liling anxious, she would face the same thing soon or later.

At the age of fifteen, Lili's family moved to the States, since the father had a great concert coming. They were supposed to just stay for a while but the family ended up moving there. In the new country Lily continued ballet. However since she was getting older, it became too competitive. She didn't feel like doing it more. However her parents refused to let her stop it. So Liling came up with an idea: she would try different dance genre.

So she kept practising 'ballet' and her parents were happy. In actuality Liling started to go hip hop and break dance lessons instead. That was something she actually loved and wanted to pursue. When she was old enough she applied and got accepted to Starhill academy, Dance as her major.
