• Hello everyone! This is the OOC thread. Feel free to talk here.
  
• The year is X790, a year and a half after Siren's Song's creation. Summer is approaching quickly, arousing excitement in both the members of Siren's Song, and the citizens of Hargeon. Siren's Song is thriving, and Hargeon has been a much more peaceful town recently thanks to it. In three weeks, Hargeon's annual summer festival is being held, and there is much to prepare, especially for the members of Siren's Song, who are planning a parade.
  
  However, another battle may be on the horizon.
  
  In the darkest corners of Hargeon, surviving members of the Dark Guild, Wyvern Fang, plan their revenge on Julia Seaver, the Guild Master of Siren's Song, and her guild members. As they plot, Siren's Song start to receive jobs from locals involving dark magic and shifty figures, but with their growing success and the summer festival approaching, it can be hard for them to look on the dark side, and see what is coming for them...
• • Please be kind and respectful to everyone in the roleplay! Try to include each other!
  
  • Try to stay close to the Fairy Tail canon. Obviously, since this is an AU, we have different characters, guilds and plots occuring, but I’d like to keep the magic and world very similar.
  
  • Don't post one-liners. A few sentences or a few paragraphs are both good, but please no one-liners.
  
  • Please try to post at least a few times a week! If you can't, just let us know here, and we'll understand, of course!
  
  • You can have three characters. Side characters and characters that are only present for the plot do not count.
  
  • Do not create characters that are perfect. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses.
  
  • OP magics are not allowed, and lost/very rare and/or powerful magics should be kept to a minimum. Please don't be afraid to create characters that have weaker magics. I know everyone wants to be powerful, but not everyone can be. A guild doesn't consist of only powerful mages. Some mages will have letter magic, or smoke magic, or dancer magic, all of which are just as interesting as the more powerful magics, while being significantly weaker, which is great, because, again, not everyone is super strong!
  
  • Please do not make changes to the plots without discussing them with me. I'm happy to include everyone in the plots, of course, but I've planned a lot, and any changes or things you want to add must be discussed, otherwise it'll all get messy and confusing, and we don't want that.
  
  • And, of course, follow all of RpNation's rules.

yes, of course! you might want to give him some magic, but if you wanted him to just use his weapon, you’re free to do that!

Oh yeah, by the by if the CS wasn't clear enough, Vivianne is literally an animal on a leash in combat. Like, you can order her to her death and she will follow.

i got that, haha! i think it'll be really interesting to see her in action, and her and julia will probably work well together, since julia can just have her act as a tank, then spam water spells from behind.

Yep. And Julia is a great leader so that'll really help on managing to keep her on track~

that's awesome! julia would definitely trust vivianne a lot, and will most likely confide in her the most since everyone else is a teenager haha.

I haven't completely fleshed her/him out yet, but I do have the idea of a overly positive person. Somewhat the definition of optimism but they could end up completely different depending on my mood.

i totally understand. sometimes i re-make entire characters if i find a magic i really like, too.

did you have any thoughts for what your character's magic could be? like did you imagine them caster or holder magic? elemental magic? i could find you some that might fit.
