Another job completed, another day saved.

Julia Seaver stepped off of the train and into the station, her heels clicking against the platform. As she walked, she smiled and waved at familiar faces, and avid fans of Siren’s Song that gawked at her presence. It was a beautiful day; the sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and the waves… Oh, she could just hear them crashing in the distance... She had only been gone for a few days, but she had missed that sound dearly.

Hargeon was busy today. There was much preparation for the nearing Summer Festival. She dodged citizens rushing along the streets, and admired the attractions that were being built. She could practically feel the excitement all around her, and she couldn’t wait to arrive at Siren’s Song’s guild hall, and resume her own preparations for her float that she would be riding in the parade. It was a stunning ocean themed float that she had almost perfected. She had always had an eye for beauty, and she was going to be the star of the event because of that! She would have it no other way!

Julia quickened her steps, using an empty alley as a shortcut to reach her destination faster.

Siren’s Song’s guild hall was a tall, white building with blue accents, and grand, wooden double doors. It sat right in the heart of Hargeon--one could say that it was the heart of Hargeon since a year and a half ago--with several fans lounging near it, and tourists marveling at it.

Grasping the handles of the double doors, she pulled them open with a flourish.

    “My loves, I’m home!”

Vivianne hummed as she walked down the streets of Hargeon. She had just returned from a month-long mission she had partaken in alone. She had direction when she had a job and this took a while since there was a stake out phase with the client before accompanying him into the crypt. The crypt had certainly been dangerous and that the S-Class ranking it had made sense despite it just being an escort mission. There had been many traps - both physical and magical - as well as quite a number of monsters. There weren't many that were new that were useful but the fact that it was a swarm-type of opponent made it a challenge to get through. Thankfully, even her client was a skilled mage so they were able to get through the monsters and deactivate many of the traps and she took the brunt of those that they couldn't. Once everything was said and done, her client had managed to get the artifact he sought and they left and she was handsomely paid as well as an offer for more archaeological trips if she wanted more jobs. She put him on hold for now.

The town is surprisingly bursting with joy and cheer. Vivianne couldn't quite remember what exactly the occasion was but she does remember Julia mentioning... something happening. That was why she was rather adamant to get back to Siren's Song within this month. There was something that they were supposed to do and she was positive she would get an earful if she did not return by this point in time. Vivianne would drop by the house after she reported back to the guild and gave the guild's share of the payment. She entered the bakery that she was always so fond of first. The baker turned to her, having been on a ladder while he was hanging some decorations. "Oh Miss Howell!" He greeted cheerily and then hopped off of the ladder. "Back from one of your missions eh? Well, I have some freshly baked goods here for you. Let me collect them."

"Is there something going on?" Vivianne couldn't help but ask as she gestured to the decorations as well as the new batch of seasonal baked goods. "Everyone seems to be in high spirits." She continued as she studied the new baked goods for sale.

The baker laughed. "Come now Miss Howell." He began placing multiple pastries into the paper bag. They were all the usual orders from her. "It's the Summer Festival! Don't you remember last year?" Now that he had cleared her head a bit, she did remember the festival from the year before. It was quite fun and everyone was very energetic. Vivianne had stuck with Reiner or Julia most of the time but it was very much enjoyable. "Remember now eh? Well then, here you go for your valiant service!" He handed over the paper bag with a bright smile.

"Thank you very much, as always." Vivianne gave him the payment, bid farewell and left. She ate one of the pastries as she walked, now admiring the work being done to the port town for the festival. She greeted those that she knew and gave a wave to those who acknowledged her. Something about always being bandaged up seems to stick with people and recognize her immediately as one of the Siren's Song guild members.

Soon enough, she had finally arrived at the guild hall and spotted their blonde guildmaster opening the doors to the guild hall with her usual grand flourish. Vivianne moved faster towards her and patted her shoulder. "Energetic as always aren't you?" She hummed. "Eclair?" She offered, raising the bag she was holding.

"This was only supposed to be a simple D Rank Courier Job" said Minato as he dodged a magical bullet. Earlier that day, Minato had gone over to the job-board to accept his first job as a Wizard of Siren's Song. The previous week he had been accepted as a member of Siren's Song after an acquaintance of his got in contact with Guildmaster Julia. She met with him and offered Minato a place in Siren's Song. Having nowhere else to go after leaving his village, Minato was welcomed into his new home. Master Julia left on a job after that and Minato joined in a a few jobs with senior members. Today was supposed to have been his chance to prove his worth as a member. He was only supposed to deliver a magic letter to the Owner of the bar in Onibus. Thanks to his Space-Time magic, this should have been easy. After twenty minutes of constant teleporting, Minato had sat down to have something to eat. He had to conserve his magical power so he could continue his trip to Onibus at his current speed. Pulling out some instant ramen from his bag, Minato poured hot water from one of his flasks into it. Digging in, he was denied that first bite as a magic bullet shot the cup away. After that a barrage of magic bullets drove him behind a tree where he now found himself finishing his recollection.

"Come on now, just hand over what you have and I'll only fill you with a few holes!" said a shrill female voice. I go to deliver a letter and now someone is trying to rob me thought Minato as he reached into his pouch. Quickly scanning the surrounding area, Minato located a conveniently placed tree branch. Quickly teleporting onto it. Minato got a good look at his attacker. He had a cowgirl with two revolvers, a samurai looking guy and a weird looking man with a bunch of rings on his hand. "Show yourself coward! Or must we cut you down from behind that tree?!" said Samurai Dude. Taking three small pellets from his pouch, Minato threw them at the feet of the group. There was a loud sound and a near blinding flash of light as the three bandits stumbled and covered their eyes. Teleporting behind Gungirl, he karate chopped the back of her neck. "Nothing personal kid...." said Minato as he watched her pass out. Samurai Dude recovered quickly and drew his sword. With lightning fast speed the Samurai sliced at Minato. He managed to push Minato push with some kind of force from his sword. Placing his hand on the handle of his Chokuto, he teleported toward Samurai Dude and clashed blades with him. The two of them began a speedy exchange of sword strikes that the average person wouldn't have been able to keep up with. Samurai Dude then created an X shape slash that would have struck Minato head on if it wasn't for a timely teleport. Teleporting around him to target weak points, Samurai Dude consistently covers his vital organs and exposed body parts. However that wasn't what Minato was aiming for. "HA! You haven't laid a single blow upon me!" said the Samurai as he creates an arc of pure destruction that obliterates the trees separating the two. Unsheathing his Tanto and throwing it into the air, Minato teleports to the right of Samurai Dude. Catching his Tanto, Minato swiftly made a few precise cuts. With the final strike, Samurai Dudes breastplate fell off. "Nani?!" said Samurai Dude as he looked at his fallen armor piece. Minato then hit him between the shoulderblades with the butt of his weapon. As the Samurai Dude fell face first onto the ground, the final guy shot a fire ball at Minato.

"How the hell were you able to beat them?!" asked the Ring Man as he used another of his magic rings to conjure a miniature cyclone. Teleporting to nearby branches, Minato replied with "Observation". With his pinky ring, Ring Man used a blade of energy to cut the tree down. Landing on the ground, Minato went to reach into his pouch for another tool. However the Ring Man shot fireball after fireball to prevent Minato from doing so. Whenever he got close, Minato was pushed back by the cyclone. Then as if to press Minato even further, the man used his final ring to conjure copies of himself. Each copy only wore one of his rings, but they used them with the same amount of power. Now on the defensive, Minato only dodged and teleported out of harms way until he could come up with a strategy. One of the copies knocked him back into a tree. Though upon hitting his head against the oaken wood, Minato noticed one of the copies staying back. It wore the Copy Ring. Smiling, he immediately teleported over to the copy and began attacking it. The Ring Man looked worried as he immediately recalled the Copy Ring Copy. In that momentary time where he wasn't focusing on Minato, the young Wizard struck. Throwing dirt in the mans eyes, Minato swiped the Copy Ring. Rings like these would work for almost anyone. Minato made it seem like he had gone after the copied ring, while he was really creating a situation that would force the enemy to lose focus on him. Putting it on, Minato made a simple hand gesture to activate it. Soon there were two Minato's, then three, then five. Soon there were ten Minato's standing in front of the Ring Man. All of them pounced on him and began using ascending attacks to get him into the air. The original Minato watched as the teleporting copies all knocked the man around and skyward before teleporting into the air himself. Twisting in the air, Minato delivered a final downward kick that sent the man crashing to the ground below. Deactivating the Ring, Minato looked over his comatose foes. "This delivery was harder than I thought" said Minato as he opened up another instant ramen.

Finally delivering the letter to the Owner of the Onibus Bar, Minato was given 5000 J. While he thought he should have gotten more, he wasn't going to argue. That was when the Owner gave him an additional 17000 J for capturing the bandits. Apparently he was actually going to send out a request for Fairy Tail to deal with them. As they had now been taken care of by Minato, he had gotten the reward. Minato had handed the bandits over to the local authorities. He had given up the Copy Ring as it turned out to be a rare piece from the Magic Shop in Onibus. Taking the money and thanking the Owner, Minato quickly scrawled a magical formula underneath one of the tables. Then he used the Flying Raijin to instantly teleport back to Siren Song's guild hall. Coincidentally he saw the Guildmaster and Vivi enter. Running over, he showed them his earnings. "Guildmaster! Vivi! I finished my first job and got 22,000 J for it!" said Minato as he proceeded to tell them what had happened.

Fayre wandered the sunny streets of Hargeon with only one goal in mind; finding the guild hall belonging to Siren's Song. Easier said than done. The town was brimming with activity, all sorts of people running about, attending to business. Something was brewing in the area – festivities? Skipping along the street, Fayre drank in the sunshine. She'd have to ask someone for directions soon.

Turning a corner, a smell of freshly baked bread hit her. Licking her lips, she followed the scent, her stomach grumbling. Perks of being a Dragon Slayer – superior sense of smell. Fayre was so distracted with following the invisible trail possibly leading to food that she forgot to watch her steps.

"Oi! Watch where you're going, girlie!" A tall figure exclaimed when Fayre accidentally bumped into it, head first.

Rubbing her forehead, Fayre mumbled an apology and hurried onward, not wanting to get caught in yet another conflict because of her own clumsiness. The collision had been enough to make her forget about the delicious smell of bread. She turned a corner, gasping to herself. There it is! Finally! Siren's Song!
Looking up with big eyes at the building, Fayre took in all the details of the tall, white building, a big smile slowly blooming across her face. She'd made it, after months of being on the road, of having no place to call home. Distantly she wondered if she'd have to pay some kind of membership fee – she'd given all her money to a boy promising he'd guide her to Siren's Song's guild hall. Strangely enough, he'd disappeared the morning after, leaving no note. Fayre figured he must've had some urgent business to tend to.

Absentmindedly smoothing down her clothes, Fayre pushed open the wooden double doors, trying to formulate something to say and– She fell, face first over the threshold, landing on the floor.

"Owie!" Cried she, casting an embarrassed look at those she'd just fallen in front of. Two women, radiating power, and a boy about her own age. The boy was no less intimidating than the others, but he looked a bit more inexperienced. "I'm so terribly sorry!"

Slowly Fayre got to her feet, swaying a bit. Her stomach grumbled again. Time to eat. Pretty much ignoring the strangers she'd just apologised to, Fayre started literally feasting on the air, sucking it down. When she was finished, she wiped her mouth with the back of her hand and smoothed down her clothes.

"I'm Fayre. I would love to join your guild!"

The guild was doing business as normal that day, with several members lounging around by the bar or by the tables with their teams, or browsing through the job options at the large job board. Skye sat by himself at a table in the corner, his cat Peanut lounging on his lap. Contrary to how sad it looked, Skye greatly enjoyed these solitary moments at the beginning of the day, and even relished in the silence. After all, he was a member of a popular guild in the middle of a bustling port city, and considering the absence of both Master Julia and Vivianne, his quiet moments had been few and far in between these past couple of weeks. Ah, how he missed those two. It seemed they took the peace with them whenever they both left, and it didn't help that the Summer Festival was coming up soon.

After a while of just sitting and grooming his cat, Skye sees the doors to the guild hall swing open, before hearing the familiar voice of the Guild Master echo as she greets everyone at her arrival. After which, he notices the arrival of Vivianne, and then promptly afterwards, Minato as well. He straightens up and allows Peanut to jump off of him, before getting up to go greet the group. He pauses in his tracks when a girl trips and falls right in front of the trio, and he watches as she then proceeds to completely ignore everyone and proceed to feast on... air?

Confused, but not totally fazed, he continues to walk over to the group, smiling despite his confusion. "Welcome back, everyone!" He greets, both Peanut and his other cat, Kuma, hot on his heels after noticing Vivianne's arrival.

His cats both meow as if to greet them as well, looking up at all of them and expecting pets.

Julia felt a sudden flush of happiness as she laid her eyes on the inside of the guild hall. Her blue gaze slowly drifted to each member of the guild, either socializing or scanning the job board, and a prideful smile played about her lips. Eventually, she was looking at the bar, where a few of the older members guzzled beer, and her mouth watered. It hadn’t been long since she had drank, but it felt like years. She planned on drinking all night long to catch up on what she had missed. Maybe she’d throw a party! Most other guild masters would shake their heads at the idea, but the members of Siren’s Song had gotten used to Julia’s parties, and many of them greatly looked forward to them.

She was about to hurry over to the bar, when she felt a pat on her shoulder, and whirled around to see Vivianne. Her eyes immediately lit up. “Ah, Vivianne! It’s good to see you. Of course I’m energetic! I’m back home, and there’s so much to do!” she chuckled. She nodded eagerly when Vivianne offered her an eclair. “Don’t mind if I do. Thank you, love.”

Just as she took a bite of the sugary pastry, Julia spotted Minato teleport into the guild hall, then run over to them. As she chewed, she listened attentively with an interested expression on her face. “Wonderful! I knew you could do it, love!” she cheered, once she had gulped down her food. “Should we celebrate? Drinks? A party?” If she had a tail, it would be wagging.

Not even two seconds later, a small girl with pink hair landed at Julia’s feet. Although Julia looked a bit startled at first, she didn’t even bat an eye when the girl started drinking the air. Her smile widened slightly, but she waited until she introduced herself and told them why she was there. It never failed to please her when someone new wanted to join the guild. “What a cute girl,” Julia complimented, briefly looking at Vivianne and Minato, as if asking them, "don't you think?" “We would be delighted to have you. Come with me, and I'll ask you a few questions.”

Turning on her heel, Julia started to walk toward the bar. She nodded her head at Skye as she passed him, and momentarily reached down to pet both Peanut and Kuma on their furry heads. “Hello Skye. Peanut. Kuma.”

Once she reached the bar, Julia easily jumped over it, then looked through the cupboards and drawers for the guild stamp.

So much was happening, and anyone else might have gotten a headache because of it, but Julia was different. This is what she lived for.

"So," Julia began, as she continued to search, "where are you from?"

Minato then decided that maybe he could do another job before calling it a day. Wandering over to the job board, Minato picked out another D Rank Job. It was a simple job to reorganize books in the local magic shop. He had been meaning to pick up a few magic books while he was here. While he was naturally skilled in his Space-Time magic. He may benefit from learning other kinds of magic. Back in his village, Minato tested positive for being capable of six different types of magic. His first being his Space-Time Magic. Having time to actually study different kinds of magic, Minato wanted to broaden his skill set. "Guildmaster, I'm heading out on another quick job so I'll be gone for a bit. I'll be back to celebrate your return later!" said Minato as he rushed out of the building. Teleporting onto the rooftop of his guildhall, Minato took a moment to breathe in the salty air of Hargeon. It was good to be back, despite the fact that he'd only been gone for a period of four or five hours. Looking around, Minato quickly found where he needed to go and teleported there with lightning fast speed. Arriving at his destination, he walks into the shop. Behind the counter is a woman with pink hair in a witch hat.

"My my... what brings you here?" asked the woman as she noticed Minato enter. "I've come about the job" replied Minato as he held up the job notice. "Oh.... I didn't think anyone would actually come for that" she said with a slightly confused expression. "Why? Its just a book reorganizing job" said Minato as he wandered over. "We have a wide selection of books... plus the pay I listed on the notice isn't much.... desperate? Or have you just started with Siren's Song?" the Witch then took a long drag from her pipe and blew out pink smoke that encircled Minato. Siren Song was the only guild in town so he wasn't concerned with how she knew he was with them. "I need the money.... plus getting to check out a few books on magic seemed like a win-win" Minato put his hands on his hips and nodded. "My name is Crestia Belle and I think you'll find what you need here" said the Witch as she got up and gestured for him to follow. They entered a back room where Minato saw piles upon piles of dusty old books scattered around the room. "I'll need you to reorganize these and put them on those shelves... the pay is 8000J" said Crestia Belle as she then wandered back to the counter. Right now, Minato wished he had the copy ring. However he was alone, so he dug into it. Over a period of three hours, Minato placed every single book in the piles onto their respective shelves. He then cleaned the floors quickly before making his way outside the room and speaking with Crestia Belle. "You even cleaned it? Well aren't you a treasure~" said Crestia Belle as she teased Minato. Minato just held out his hand. Giggling, she gave him the 8000J for the job. Then Minato slid three of the books he had taken from the back room and put some money down on the counter.

"Books on Elemental Magic, Maker Magic and Magical Theory? Well aren't we a scholar?" said Crestia Belle as she looked over his choices. "I was told in the past that I have the knack for using six different types of magic.... these books were just to help get me started on learning" replied Minato as he slid the money over to her. "These books are normally not for customers due to their level of difficulty.... but you interest me. I'll sell them to you, I want to see where you go with what you learn" Crestia Belle took the money and let him have the books. Taking them, he thanked her before leaving and heading back to the guild. Once there, he ordered a non-alcoholic drink from the bar and began studying one of the books.

It was fascinating how Julia can be so peppy after a job but it always made Vivianne feel refreshed. Perhaps that's why she stayed and why Reiner had agreed? One and a half years and she still wasn't sure why Siren's Song had sounded like a good idea to two nomads. Vivianne smiled at Julia as she took the offer of the pastry before turning to Minato who excitedly told the both of them about how he had managed to complete his job. She was not blind to the potential Minato had considering his kind of magic - old and powerful. With more experience, she was sure that she would find a companion in her rank. "Good job do you-" Before she could even finish her sentence, Minato had bounded away.

She let out a small chuckle when Julia had gone on to talk about celebrations. "You would make any excuse to party won't you?" Vivianne was quite used to her friend's party habits. She always had a taste for alcohol and Julia made the best ones. Vivianne looked to the young girl who had tripped in front of them and she was about to extend a hand to help but the girl was back to her feet after an apology. Vivianne hadn't met a lot of Slayers before but considering her feeding method, she already guessed what she had in store. "Cute indeed." She agreed absentmindedly. Fayre. It was highly likely that she'd get into the guild not only because that's just how Julia works but because she was also a Slayer. It would be an invaluable addition to the group. "Here, have a couple of sweets with you." She took a smaller bag from inside that was supposed to be Reiner's and then giving it to her.

She looked towards Skye and gave him a warm smile. "Good to be back." With that, Vivianne moved away from Julia and headed over to the blond and his cats. She knelt down and patted Peanut and Kuma before carrying the latter and heading over to a bench. "A very nice welcome." Vivianne softly said as she continued to pet the cat while sitting down, the urge to pick on her fresh bandages disappearing completely under the influence of the animal. "How was the guild while we were away?" Next to them, Skye was one of the oldest members in terms of guild seniority and Vivianne placed a lot of trust in him. Her eyes fleeted towards the mission board where Artemis was. Vivianne was amused for a moment - of course Artemis would want to get away from the guild for as long as possible - before turning back to Skye.

Kaphiri was tasked with sewing and creating most of the pieces for the festival float. He created the clothes, the flag, the banner, and everything else to make the float beautiful and all at the behest of Master Julia. Although she was away on a mission, she still contacted him at least once a week to inform him of how she wanted things. Kaphiri left most of the material at the guild hall but certain pieces he had took home work with. Toting the items through town he watched has people ran around preparing for the festival. Making it through the Siren's Song guild hall doors Kaphiri dropped everything at the doors and made his way over to the bar were a cup of coffee was waiting for him,"My love! " Kaphiri cheered as he started sipping on the coffee and look of pure joy washed over his face.

As he guzzled his coffee, Kaphiri started to break back to reality, "Welcome back Master and Miss Viv!" He smiled at them as he walked back to the festival material. Dragging them back to the bar he started pulling everything out and spreading it out over the far end of the bar and a few tables, " Master I finished the banner, flag, and clothes that you asked for so now all we have to do is put the float itself together." The young man stated as he walked around the bar to get more coffee. Since it was summer he usually would drink ice coffee to keep his body temperature down.

Despite having been a part of the guild for a big chunk of its' existence, Skye could never get used to the seemingly boundless energy of everyone around him. He liked to take life at a reasonable (sometimes even slower) pace, and so was quite surprised by how fast Minato seemed to go through things. The only thing that didn't surprise him was the way in which Master Julia seemed to handle it all as if this was nothing. He could only watch as Minato dashed out of the guildhall with a new job, and by then everyone else had moved on as well.

"Hey, Master Julia." He greets her casually, both his cats meowing happily as she gives them pets. He watches the new girl with curiosity as well, tilting his head and directing a smile at her as his own way of making her feel welcome. He found her quite interesting, to say the least. Slayers of all kinds were pretty rare, and he was excited at the prospect of having one in the guild.

Skye simply watches the women interact before Vivianne speaks to him, replying with "I'm glad that you're glad!" when Vivianne mentions being glad to be back. He has a soft smile on his face as she interacts with his cat, and he follows her over to where she decided to sit down, simply hovering instead of taking a seat as Peanut weaved around his legs.

"It was pretty hectic a few weeks after you and Master Julia left." He continues, and Kuma purrs happily from Vivianne's lap. "The excitement over the Summer Festival got people straight into party mode these last few days, and some of the older members had to deal with some drunk mages." He says this with a laugh, before continuing, "It wasn't all too bad though, just a lot louder... in a bad way. I mean, it's always loud here, but it was just chaotic without Master Julia's leadership."

He shrugs once he finishes relaying his summary of the few weeks without the two women, before moving on. "Anyways, how was your mission?"

She's the... What's it called... Guild Master? Fayre studied the blonde woman – who had just called her cute – with curiosity and admiration. Yes, that must be it. No wonder Fayre could smell the power coming off of her. When the other woman, the one with the bandages ('Scary!'), agreed with the master and offered Fayre some sweets, the girl's bright blue eyes went huge.

"Th-Thank you!" She stammered, cupping the little bag in her hands as if it was the most valuable thing in the room. Well, to the little Slayer it probably was. Still wide-eyed from the unexpected kindness of the slightly scary woman, Fayre followed the Master heading toward the bar. She watched where she stepped carefully this time, as carefully as one could when practically bouncing with excitement.

A blonde boy, accompanied by two cats, greeted the Master who's stride Fayre was now attempting to keep up with. As Fayre watched the exchange, the boy smiled at her, causing her cheeks to turn the lightest shade of pink. She smiled back though, as good a smile as she could manage considering her being surrounded by strangers and all. If all went well, these people might actually be... Family. The word felt strange to the girl who could remember nothing else but traveling, never settling down.

Reaching the bar, Fayre took a seat while the Guild Master started searching the cupboards and a drawer or two for something. Her feet dangled a good bit above the floor. The blonde woman – Master Julia, according to that golden-haired boy – decided to ask Fayre where she was from. Well, she did say she'd ask me some questions. Fayre found herself twinning a lock of her pink hair around her left index finger, a tad bit flustered over how to respond.

"I, ah... I don't..." She began, scratching her neck, before settling with: "I've been on the road for the past year or so..." Stupid amnesia. If only I could.... But no, it's better not to dwell over things that do not have a simple solution. Fayre shook off her unease, distracting herself by viewing the hall from where she was seated. Firstly, she laid eyes on a tall brunette, shoving a couple of boys aside to take a look at what must be the mission board. She looks like she could use a hug.

At that moment, the boy from earlier, whom had been an unfortunate witness of Fayre's devastating fall, came back carrying a bunch of books. He seated himself at the bar, and Fayre was about to say something when yet another unfamiliar face showed itself. Only... At second glance it wasn't. Not entirely, at least. I recognise him from somewhere... Why? Fayre stared down the unfamiliar-yet-familiar boy while he drank his coffee, watched him bring some fabric of sorts, and then mentioning a float. Is that what is going on in this town? A festival of some sorts? Fayre tap-tap-tapped at the bar disk with her fingers after having put her little bag of sweets safely in front of her. Precious, precious sweets...

Vivianne smiled serenely when Skye responded. He hadn't taken a seat, which was a shame, but that was his choice. Upon hearing that the guild was quite busy because of the festival - and not just preparing for it, but because there were people who were too rowdy for their own good - Vivianne slowly nodded. Of course there were always problems that came with the festival. She kind of remembered the last year where they had to make sure every day leading up to the festival wouldn't end up in flames. But, she was quite proud that the guild managed even without their master.

"The guild takes after its master after all." Vivianne pointed out. The members loved their parties too but without Julia to manage, it gets a tad bit out of hand. Though she couldn't remember the last time she partook in any parties that happened without their beloved guildmaster. Or any party for that matter. She'd been quite non-stop with taking missions with barely three days in the guild before leaving again. The S-Rank level quests weren't going to disappear any time soon if she wasn't going on them.

She blinked when Skye had shifted the topic from the guild to her. There was a moment of blankness as her mind reeled to get her back on track.

"Ah, it went fine." Vivianne responded. There were a few more moments where there was silence as she stroked Kuma's fur as she processed what she could say. It wasn't like her client had told her to keep what they had found a secret, but considering that he was going to present it, she figured that it wasn't a topic she should just release information about. "It was just the client and I. He was a skilled mage but I can see why he needed help." She let out a hum. "Oh, there were lots of traps and beasts that attacked us. He got a bit roughed up but he was pretty happy when we finished the crypt. There was a lot of fighting." Vivianne shrugged.

She looked absentmindedly at the mission board again. "You can join me on a mission next time. I don't mind." She was great at lone missions, yes, but she didn't mind if someone wanted to take on an S-Rank mission as long as they have Julia's approval.
