Fandom RWBY RP anybody? (CLOSED)

We could also just look at possible team names because those tend to be an absolute pain in the back.

Also JustJazzy JustJazzy the mere words 'trouble maker boi' make me 99% certain our characters will get along lmao

Seems like the Grimm won't be needed to take down Beacon lmao. The Mistral badbois will just accidentally wreak havoc instead.

by my count, We've got 4 people for a discord, 1 neutral, 2 who haven't voted, and me, and I could go either way really, but I think that I'll throw my weight behind discord. 5 for and 2 unspoken. That gives a majority discord vote, so do we make one now or wait for the others Foster Foster

It would be even funnier if someone called him out onit later.

well, It would only be right if one of the Mistral badbois themselves did so. but yeah no, that's not going to come up for a fair bit. his father is a bit of a sore spot for him, for kinda obvious reasons

Glanos would only ever be part of the mayhem team during the Vytal festival tournament, assuming we stick to the rwby timeline and start at the same time the show does. He's a bit too uptight to cause any mayhem outside of battle. during battle... a bit of a different story

I was mostly thinking of during a battle. Glanos and Iris have some pretty aggressive fighting styles if I’m reading it right. I imiagine ryo does as well, perhaps not foster.

Glanos is definitely an aggressive fighter, a bit of a glass cannon. I guess he would fill a similar role that Blake or Ren would, high speed moderate/low damage.

Name: Ash Klarke
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Race: Ram Faunus
Height: 5'5"
Aura Color: Black
Kingdom of Origin: Mistral
Sexuality: Bisexual
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Appearance:
3EEF7B3054372B77FF3659A284F60816EB0FC86F
Standing around average height of any healthy faunus her age, and with a small and lean figure, it would be nearly impossible to pick Ash out of a crowd. Well, if it weren't for two ram horns that protruded from her skull, spiraling backwards before coming to an end, that is. The shining, obsidian looking horns blend perfectly with her thick black hair that falls down to the small of her back. The mess of hair is usually left wild and would be seemingly uncared for if the waves and curls of black didn't compliment her looks perfectly. Her eyes are a bright red, although it's skepticized as to whether or not they're naturally that color. (BrokenRemedy can describe many of things, but appearance is far from one of them)

Personality: Ash's personality varies, although the biggest aura that surrounds her is her confidence. Overly confident and independent, Ash believes she can do anything she puts her mind to- even if it kills her. This leads to a stubborn nature, not ceasing whatever she's doing until she sees it through. Often times, she over calculates her abilities and gets herself into situations that she most definitely couldn't get out of alone. If ever asked who she would choose to lead a team, she would be her obvious first choice. Ash believes that she knows what's best, even though more often than not, she's far from helpful. However, this is more of her outer shell. To those she doesn't know, she's stuck up, selfish, prideful, and even annoying. Her overconfidence is also presented in the way she treats others. There's a line between the two different ways she talks to strangers: the lesser beings and the attractive people. Any human that she meets is likely to encounter her degrading remarks, or uptight rudeness. She refuses to see them as equals unless she absolutely has to- as in, being put on a team. However, the lucky humans and faunus who she fancies, get to deal with her constantly flirty nature. If anyone can make you uncomfortable with a wink, it would be Ash.

Luckily, over time, one learns that she in fact is not as terrible as she pretends to be. Though she is rough around the edges, she will drop her facade for those who she feels need to see the real her. Ash is very well aware of how hated she is by many people, and though she used to bask in the hatred, over time it has broken her down. When she's around people she trusts, or at least views as equals, she'll start to open up. She's witty, quirky, and not the brightest light bulb out there, but she does what she can to keep spirits lifted high in her team. If she finally comes around to swallowing her pride and admitting she doesn't know what she's doing, she'll give it her all to put in effort and help her team as best as she can. Her humor is the one good thing about her, she might not be a pun master, but she can dish out stupid remarks or jokes that at least bring a smirk to people's face. Ash wouldn't admit it, but she's really hard on herself. If she can't do something right, or fails to complete something she swore she'd do, she'll beat herself up over it for hours, even days. The world was supposed to view her as a higher power, a fearful might, but all she really sees herself as is a pathetic excuse for a faunus.

TLDR: On the outside, she's Weiss Schnee in.. sheeps clothing... on the inside she's a sweetheart who just wants to feel useful and liked.

History: A pretty basic history for Ash. She was born into the family of extremely radical and loyal white fang members. From the second she could form her own coherent thoughts and opinions, she strived to take Sienna Khan's place as the next White Fang leader. Starting when she was six, Ash practiced every second of every day to become a better fighter, so that if she ever needed to, she would be able to help the White Fang's cause. Ash even enrolled in combat school as soon as possible. To her teachers, she was attending to become the next huntress for Sanctum Academy when in reality she was just strengthening herself for the White Fang. She used to be a sensitive girl, full of naive ambition. She was bullied throughout school, because 'what good could a sheep do as a huntress.' When she was 13, however, that all faded away. As soon as Ash unlocked her semblance, she had gone from the school's easiest prey, to it's biggest predator. Convince everyone you're a demon and have them live in fear of upsetting you? You'd never have to get your feelings hurt again. Everyone would be too afraid to upset you.

Ash used that to her advantage for certain. In only three years she had risen her way to the top of the social food chain, both in school and in her town. The White Fang finally started to notice her, and she was eventually put on missions to help them. Unfortunately, the ego that she had accumulated by being the most feared student in school lead to her making some rash decisions in the White Fang, and compromising many missions, many times. To the point where she was permanently banned from Mistral's branch of the White Fang. That broke her heart, but she was not to worry. She could continue her education in another kingdom, and work on joining the Fang branch there. Her first year at an official huntsman academy, in a new kingdom she had yet to visit. The Faunus was still naive in that aspect, and had high hopes that gaining glory here would be just as easy as it was back at home. She'd have to work her way to the top again, but she was confident, as always.

Combat Style: Despite years and years of training, fighting has never been Ash's strong suit. She's more of a tactician, watching the battle from the distance and planning possible next moves to herself. If a teammate is in trouble or needs help, she will defend them and give them time to heal up and recover. Even though she stays far away from combat, dealing mostly ranged damage when she can, Ash is competent with short-ranged and hand to hand combat. Someone who experts in that area could easily take her down, but she could very well hold her own if she was pitted against another ranged or support unit.

Weapon(s): Cotton Ball, Stitch, and HARBINGER OF DOOM

Cotton Ball: A white, baseball sized sphere that rests on her side. Completely harmless, when activated the sphere creates a force-field type shield using stolen Atlesian Shield dust. The field has a seven foot diameter both horizontally and vertically, and can be used to reflect moderate attacks until it runs out of dust. The maximum amount of time the shield can hold is five minutes, and that's if it's fully charged with dust. Under heavy fire, Cotton Ball's effects last for a much shorter period of time, and extreme damage can render it relatively useless.

Stitch: A rapier designed to look more like a sewing needle than anything. Incredibly sharp yet light and easy to manipulate, making it a great close combat option for Ash.

HARBINGER OF DOOM: Nicknamed Harby by Ash, this weapon is a gun that turns into a bigger gun. Starting off looking like a relatively harmless pistol, Harby quickly transforms into a cannon that can be used to fire both projectiles for attacks, and supplies for her team. Running low on fire dust for your weapon? Need a refill? Ash will load a container of dust into Harby and launch it your way. If you can catch, you have more dust. If you can't.. well, you have an explosion. She'll use physical crystals if she wants to fire at an enemy, and occasionally uses stronger projectiles like missiles, although it's extra work for her to carry those around. In Harby's pistol form, she fires normal rounds, although she can charge them with dust if it necessary.

Semblance: Shadows- It's a standard semblance for a standard huntress, but Ash uses it to induce fear more than anything. Instead of manipulating shadows to help her team have a stealth advantage, she would much rather bend the shadows around her in an attempt to terrify a singular person. Due to her limited use of her semblance, Ash is very untalented with it. The most she can really do is help hide her allies in the shadows for brief periods of time to recover. But in other news, she can do a mean shadow puppet performance.
