You are an FBI agent. You have been given an agent to track down an American citizen outside the USA. This is an extremely unusual order because of your inexperience. However, the man in question is young, a mere 20 years of age. In the US he wouldn’t be old enough to drink. His name is Xavier Thomas.

His mother was killed by a police car in a high speed pursuit. Xavier received enough from the insurance to sue for Emancipation. The rest was invested. At age 18 he departed the USA to travel abroad. Since then he has turned his inheritance into over a billion USD. In locations with a strong gambling culture he has been known to play at high stakes gambling, to include bakarat and Russian roulette. He has travelled to every continent except South America. It is believed that he had changed his name several times, using illegal passports (a felony, but unproven). He has numerous citezenships, including England, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Sweden, and more. This seems to be a game for him as he has made inquiries to numerous other nations about how their citizenships interact with other nations.
He is believed to have an IQ well over 200 with his primary interests being Mathematics and Theoretical Physics. Music and Computer Science rank very high but may be considered his creative outlets.
He became a POI (Person of Interest) when his DNA was found in an abandoned car near Las Vegas. The car’s tags indicated it had been there about 15 years. At 5 years of age he was discovered with a gunshot wound, a graze or he would certainly have died. The car was registered to a man who seems to have fallen off the face of the Earth at the same time, quite possibly his father. The FBI started looking for Xavier two years ago. The case is only now being absorbed by yours.
Xavier has crossed paths with some very dangerous groups involved with terrorism. How he has managed to keep from getting kidnapped or killed is a miracle. But the very fact that he has met them makes him a person of interest. Some of the groups he has encountered include Bratva, Italian mafia, and ISIS factions. They were apparently trying to interest him with investment opportunities.
There are unanswered questions. He seems too intelligent to be completely unaware of the sort of people he is mingling with. He is living on the edge if they suspect he is associated with law enforcement. Then again, playing games like Russian roulette, if true, suggest that he is willing to take deadly risks.
