  • Name: Zane Tri-Light

    Title: Lighten

    Bio: Zane Tri-Light is a human who came from another planet called Earth. He arrived in the World of Pangea when he was 18 years old. He did not know how he came to this world but he remembered that he desperately wanted to escape the realities of his life and responsibilities. He came to this world after going to the library and opening a Fantasy Fiction book called 'Pangea'. When he opened the book, he was suddenly transported to the World of Pangea. Ever since then, he learned all that he can about the world. He decided to join a religious order called The Way as they were the ones who originally found him in the first place and took him in. The Way focuses on developing a relationship with a Primordial Entity. By developing a relationship with the Primordial Entity and following the Laws of the Way, Zane was able to have a spiritual awakening and gain an ability. Because of this Spiritual Awakening, Zane was given the title of Lighten.

    Abilities:
    [Meditative Arts]: It is a fighting style that Zane learned from the other Lighten at the Temple of the Way. The fighting style revolves around using meditation practices in combination with fighting. Zane uses his meditation arts in combination with his swordsmanship. By using different meditative arts, Zane can increase the accuracy and efficiency of his swordsmanship or deliver a powerful attack. The Meditation Arts can also help Zane in resisting mind controls or illusions. See Meditative Art for a list of techniques that Zane can perform.

    [Will Force]: Zane is able to manifest his willpower as an invisible force. This invisible force can be used to defend, repel, or produce shockwaves. With imaginary training, Zane can have his willpower take on an illusion such as lightning, or a dragon. However, it is just an illusion and does not emulate the actual lightning or dragon however, Zane's will force can make it feel real to the person. Because of the will force, Zane can use it to interact with anything whether it is of this world, or a different dimension. He can also coat his body with this invisible force to increase his durability and defense as well as increase his attack as well. It can also be used to detect the presence of others. Another implication of Will Force is that Zane can use his willpower to knock people out or if he imbues his weapons or himself with his Will Force, he can potentially destroy their will to fight and successfully knock them out if they get hit. This can vary from person to person depending on how determined they are to fight and how strong their will is. But Zane can repeatedly hit them again and again with his will force and each successive hit will decrease their will and eventually even a strong person's will be broken over time. It is to note that getting hit by Zane's will force will not cause injuries to the individual but it will diminish their willpower every time they are hit with Zane's Will Force. And though they are not injured they will feel the pain that comes from the attack such as getting slashed by a sword but having no slash wound on them. Zane's Will Force is not unlimited and it depends on how much willpower he has. Continue use of willpower will cause Zane to get more exhausted in battle. Using it too much will exhaust him and he will then need some time to recover his willpower by not using it.

    Weapons/Items:

    [Sapphire Peagus]: A handless katana whose blade is created from a Colorless Obsidian Stone. The stone is a white stone but when someone holds the stone it changes the color based on who they are. For Zane, it changed blue and it was used to create a katana that was blunt and had no sharp edge. Zane then called the Sapphire Peagus because the blunt blade itself is blue.

Family: Odd belongs to the Chainbunkle Family who are known for being famous Aristocrats, particularly in the building of ships to explore the Unknown world. Odd's parents are the owners of the ChainBunkle Company and he is considered by a royal with lots of money.

Bio: Ever since Odd was young he has the ability to cause mischief and get into trouble a lot. He has the spirit of exploration and adventure. He knew that his purpose was not to stay here in the Kingdom of Obsidian and take over his family business. No, his passion is to go into the Unknown area of Pangea and explore the entire world. He wants to someday create a map of the entire world of Pangea as well as have fun and go on adventures. However, his parents are strict and want him to instead learn the business and marry into a wealthy family. But despite that, Odd took it upon himself to learn how to sail a ship, how to read the weather, and how to navigate

Abilities/Skills:
[Navigation expert]: Odd spent his entire life learning about how to read the weather, read maps, and navigate.

[Vechile Mastery]: Odd has an uncanny ability to drive and operate any kind of vehicle. He does not know but all he says is that the moment he takes the wheel he immediately knows how to ride the vehicle.

[Dyad]: Odd was told that he was Dyad. A dyad is someone who is spiritually connected with another person and their bond is stronger than life itself. Odd identifies that Zane is his other Dyad and therefore is always urging Zane to join him on his adventure.

Personality: Jasper is Reserved, quiet or soft spoken and strict (mainly with himself) he is smart and knows how to adapt to his surroundings. How he behaves around people really depends on the person. He can sometimes come off as awkward and on the outside he doesn’t appear as the most emotional

Abilities:

Shifting and It’sweaknesses:
He is half silver fox animal spirit. As a result he has a fox form he can shift into, this form is the average size of a silver fox. It’s drawbacks:

The longer he is in fox form the more difficult it is for him to shift back later.

If he get’s injured in fox form he cannot heal properly if he were to shift to his human form. As a result he’d need to stay in fox form to recover.

He suffers the predatory instincts of a fox while he is in fox form making it difficult for him to control himself.

Senses and agility: naturally he would have the same senses and agility of a Silver fox. There is one issue, due to his human half his senses can overwhelm him and possibly to the point of a sensory overload.

Magic: He can use dark magic, however he is far from a expert. He has a limit in how much magic he can use usually it doesn’t take him long to become dizzy or end up with a high grade fever. When this happens it’s best for him to step down from using it or he’ll pass out if the fever doesn’t get to him.

Family: The Genkei is a relatively new yet well-known family of swordsmith. Its founder Asahara Genkei is an otherworlder who is also known as the archivist due to his extensive effort at sharing the detailed knowledge from various otherworlders in the form of his 100 volumes blueprint 'manga'.

Culture: Kirara greatly idolized her grandfather and got a influenced a lot by his depiction of his home world, a place he called 'Fujioka'.

Bio: Asahara's 3rd grandchild, Kirara took a different route compared to the rest of her family. Instead of focusing on making the best blade possible she casted a wider net and aimed to bring the technologies from her grandfather's blueprints into reality. She realized in order to make her dream comes true then there's things she must prepare first so she set her eyes for two things: material and money.

Abilities:

  • Craftsman: Kirara can create a large variety of weapons from simple blades to something as complex as guns.
Weapons/Items:
  • Megaton: Kirara's steel hammer that is almost as tall as herself. A hidden engine inside it allows it to use propeller for extra power.
  • Magilobi: Kirara's bulky magic gun capable of shooting elemental bullets.

Job: Knight of the Obsidian Order, Protector of the Royal Obsidian Family

Bio: Korie is the illegitimate daughter of the current ruler of the Kingdom of Obsidian. Her father had an affair with her mother who happen to be a Waterrian which was a race of people with a strong connection to the element of water. Her mother was killed when she was a young age. Many presumed it was at the hands of the Queen of Obsidian after she found out about the affair but she didn't live to tell the tale as she was only killed on that very same day. But the King took compassion on her and welcomed her to be a part of the royal family. Though she couldn't lay claim to the throne, the King told gave her much freedom and told her she can become whoever she wants to be. Korie decided to become a Knight to not only protect Obsidian Family but to also protect against the threats that may come from the Great Divide. She studied and trained hard and then at the age of 18 she was knighted to be Guardian of the Obsidian Wall and the Protector of the Royal Obsidian Family.

Abilities:
Water Manipulation: As a Waterrain, Korie has the ability to manipulate water shaping it into any form that she deserves or can imagine. However, she cannot create water and needs an existing source of water. Also, she can only manipulate pure bodies of water or natural water like the water found in ponds, oceans, and even regular water to drink. She can only manipulate a certain quantity of water and she is weak against elements that are strong against water like fire, electricity, and ice.

Weapons/Items:
Zealantis the OceanCrest Blade: An ancient sword that forms a contract with specific users most specifically with Watterrain. Zealantis has chosen Korie to be its wielder as she found her worthy. With Zealantis, the sword can create water for her and with her water manipulation, Korie can use it.

Name: Sittra Aesop

Bio: Sittra was born in Bastrop, Texas to a hard-working middle-to-upper-middle-class parents. He led an almost normal life throughout the years, gaining interest in biology and medicine. Around when he turned 20, his family moved to New York, where he studied as a surgeon. His normal upper class life, however, wasn't all there was to him, he also dabbled in drugs and petty crime. Ever since he was 11, he did some shoplifting, vandalism with some friends, etc; and tried various substances. For years he balanced his schooling and the criminal life before he was found out at age 25 when he commited grand theft. An investigation led to uncovering of his drug usage as well, and Sittra was expelled from the university. He did not seem to feel guilty at all, rather, he seemed sad at the fact he was caught specifically. After he was in jail for a couple of weeks, he was let outside while the case against him proceeded, and he, walking through a street, so discouraged by his slipping and getting caught and his life crumbling around him that he didn't notice that he died. Likely a vehicle hit him as the last thing he remembers was crossing the road. However, rather than simply dying, he found himself without preamble or explanation standing on a strange medieval-looking street.

Abilities: He does not know of them at the outset, but whatever way he appeared in this world has also given him the ability to use magic. He could learn it to perform various activities like protecting himself, summoning fire or moving things with his mind, although the magic is weak initially.

Weapons/Items: T-shirt, jacket, sneakers and jeans, lighter, some weed, wallet and a mostly charged smartphone.

Appearance: Blond hair, looks like hasn't seen much sunlight, clear icy blue eyes, a normal build, somewhat on the tall side, but not particularly. Small needle scars in his upper arms which he generally hides.

Behaviour: Sittra sometimes behaves in a cold manner and likes to have fun. Pretty unreliable and prone to lying. He is somewhat arrogant and self-righteous. He isn't evil or anything, however Generally he was a normal person.

Species: half human half animal spirit (her animal is a Silver fox)

Personality: She is energetic and sociable. Though due to her hearing she is very soft spoken. She is sweet and kind, but what follows is brutal honesty and bluntness she may come off as rude to some people. She’ll give others respect until they have proven themselves unworthy of it.

Clan/Family: Her mom is a fox animal spirit and her dad is a human, she has a younger Half Brother named Jasper Kitlyn though they have never meet. (Her and Jasper have different dad’s)

Culture/Religion: she believes in multiple gods.

Job: She’s a Adventurer that journey’s out side of the known world. She specializes in exploring ancient ruins.

Bio:She was raised by her father Alex Rumeres who was a human adventurer, she grew up wanting to be like him and by age nine learned how to shoot a arrow. When she was 12 she learned of her half brother but has since not gone out of her way to meet him, or let him know of her existence. She has spent most of her life exploring ancient ruins.

Abilities:

Shifting: Due to her being half fox spirit she can shift into the form of a average sized Silver fox. The longer she is shifted in that form however the more difficult it would be for her to transform back later, If she is injured in fox form she’ll have to remain in fox form to heal because she won’t recover properly in her human form, Predatory instinct tend to be stronger in fox form.

Senses and agility: she has the same senses and agility of a Silver fox. Though due to her human half her senses can overwhelm her and possibly to the point of a sensory overload.

Magic: She has light magic, She has studied light magic since the young age of three. However if she uses too much of it she can end up with a high grade fever and end up sick, it can also cause her to faint.

Aim: this is more of a developed skill. But she has immaculate aim due to practice and due to her 12 years of experience in archery.

Weapons/Items: Her bow and Quiver that had been passed on down the Rumeres family. It’s enchanted to not break…that’s it no special aim or anything. it looks like a regular wooden bow made of birch wood with a gold color painted in swirls on it as a small design choice.

Kan is from a rural town close to the unknown part of the world, where hostile monsters are common in the wilderness.

Job: adventurer

Bio:
Kan was born to a rural town of hunters. It was placed in a region filled with dangerous monsters, and the residents hunted them down to survive. Due to the hostile nature around them, the settlement never grew too big.
Being born big and strong, it was as if Kan was destined to hunt among his family. He learned to fight beasts and monsters raiding his home after he was old enough. He was to be one of the renowned hunters in his hometown, until a disaster happened one day. One of his friends fell into the path of dark magic, and tried to sacrifice Kan and the rest of the friends in search of power. Kan was able to put an end to the plan, although he couldn't save his friends. After the incident, Kan left the town to travel around the world.

Abilities:
Light Weapon: Kan is able to enchant the weapon held in his hand with white flames of light magic, coming in two modes. Only one can be active at a time.
The Rose emits a weak healing aura around him, along with a warm hue of light.
The Violet makes the enchantment more deadly, the flames hardening into spike-like shapes around the surface of the weapon. The white flames hold a cold hue.
The enchantment works only on one weapon he is holding, and the flames do not last long after it leaves his grip.
Keeping the enchantment active requires focus, and can tire out the user fast.

Weapons/Items:
A greatsword, bigger than average humans would wield utilized by Kan's over normal size and strength.
Handaxes, for throwing and tool purposes.
He knows how to use a bow but doesn't usually keep one to himself.

Toraj Abdallah- A Drow man who is her Foster Father who moved her adopted daughter into the Kingdom of Obsidian, working as a crop farmer and selling and renting horses on the side.




Abilities:
  1. Elemental Magic Resistance - Gamilla has a natural resistance to the 4 basic elements, While not invincible. One should not worry if one of her failed potions blows up on her face and elemental magic spells are cast upon by enemies.
  2. Magic potential - Given she's half Drow, she is capable of casting stronger magic but this is yet to be explored due to her dedication to Alchemy and Herbs.
  3. Night vision - Gamilla can partially see in the dark because of her Drow roots.

Skills:

Potion Brewing - Unfortunately, the transmutation of Alchemy was not accessible for her but her course familiarity in the world of Potion brewing was sufficient for her to compose with a party. Able to brew potions on travel and sometimes on the spot, as long as she has sufficient ingredients and conditions. She is able to brew the following

  • Minor Magic/Mana restoration
  • Most anti-fever brew
  • Red shroom fumes (When inhaled cause burning eyes and irritated throats, nonlethal)
  • Anti-pain (Slightly increase physical defense by at least 15%)
Green Thumb - Growing up near the plants, it came as a natural knowledge to Gamilla about plants and their properties. Her plant literacy might come in handy, especially if the berries are looking too colorful to be true. This is also how she can get brews almost anywhere as long as there's plant life involved.



Weapon:
Iron knife - The only self-defense weapon she currently has on her. Mostly used as a tool. The weapon is slightly dull.
Armor:
Leather armor - Although It's just the typical brown leather corset. It's surprisingly tough enough to defend against a fatal stab.

Portable Alchemist Kit - In this brown leather bag contains the following items used for Alchemy and Potion brewing items.

Bio: Originally hailing from the west side of the known world. She didn't remember much about her place of origin as the desert kingdom was not the best place to study Alchemy due recent crisis of the ruler's conspiracy against Alchemy which is currently being banned from being practiced and studied. Moving out with her foster father to move into the kingdom of Obsidian, although slightly rare for those who study the art but at least she could continue the art of transmuting metals and brewing chemicals to help those adventuring the world of Pangea.

Due to recent discussions with her Foster father. She had decided to see the world and help those who are on the same path. Currently on a quest to seek someone and something beyond what the current map of Pangea marks.

Bio: Backstory: there isn’t too much to say about misha a golaith form deep in the mountain the boy wasn’t anything special just had a bit more of a affiliation for magic them most of his peers, who where more into hitting stuff no that it rendered him any sort of outcast after all a fireball to the face is jut as good as a punch to one, really he just a simple very large wizard who’s looking to hone his skills further even if it’s a strange adventure.

Sowing, gem carving, imitating bird noises, copying handwriting

Pyromancy: his primary method of fighting is just throwing fire at stuff be it explosion, beams, or bolts

Chemomancy: lesser-used more utility acids and chemicals have a variety of uses from cleaning wounds to being funny tier gas

Magic missile: the best backup you can have magical force never let you down and it's homing too.. doesn't do much damage compared to pyromancy though.

Full blood Animal spirit (His animal is a dove)

Clan/Family:
He is a descendent of the Lienia family. a linage of Dove spirits who live in the out skirts of obsidian though he is the only one with a title among humans.

Culture/Religion:
he’s a believer of multiple gods.

Job:
consider him as some sort of guardian. when he was 200 years old he lived in a kingdom near obsidian who’s royals had quickly became tyrants. The result was the identity of ‘the dove’ who became a known figure for getting involved in these affairs as soon as trouble raises. He was given that title after accidentally leaving behind a origami Dove.


Bio:
For the first 200 years of Rheo’s life he grew up in a nearby kingdom that quickly went to ash once it’s new king was found to be a tyrant. After seeing the death of so many of it’s people this was when he decided to actually get involve in human affairs. He dealt with the king which took a few years to manage but eventually the kings corpse was found on the throne with a origami dove accidentally left in the center. From this point he was dubbed ‘The Dove’ and a figure royal families should be wary of. Rheo left that kingdom to it’s new heir end left to the obsidian outskirts.

One day a 339 year old Rheo found a small 6 year old hiding in a tree with red puffy eyes. Rheo had always had a soft spot for children and was especially against leaving young spirits at the time alone since at that time humans had been hunting them down for black market use. Eventually he got the boy down and he stuck around with him until he eventually went to sleep. A few hours later a man came in frantic and was relieved to have found his son. Rheo wasn’t exactly believing it which soon fell into a argument then weapons being drawn. It was loud enough for the kid to wake up and ask why he was holding a sword to his dad. The boys dad ended up getting lectured and Rheo decided to become a tutor of sorts with his dad’s permission he taught him how to sword fight and helped him discover his connection to dark magic.

Abilities:

Shifting: because he is fully a dove spirit shifting works differently for him. His original form is that of a small dove. But he also has a human form that he can transform into that still retains his wings and beak and talons his senses are that of a human in this form. For him shifting is a very exhausting matter and can make him tired. (Regardless of form he’ll still retain animal instincts)

Psychic magic: Rheo has a connection to psychic magic. A considerably strong connection as well. He’s made it a mission not to become too awfully reliant on it. Despite his expertise with it he can still be effected with over usage which can put him in a 3-20 week coma or longer depending.

Sword fighting: he has years worth of experience with a sword when he is in his humanoid form despite it being difficult to grip with his talons.

Weapons/Items:
A sword he’s had on him since his old home. He will on occasion take it to a sword smith to be repaired.

Basic medicines in case he or someone else needs it.

Snacks, which can include berries, worms, seeds and grain.
