Drix

"Yes you can. Depending on the book of course. The more information in it, the more it worth." The golem said calmly to Minotaur before things kicked off.

"Writing some thing, I assume some thing to help fortify the walls " Drix said to the chief before a monster burst from the ground. "Get to some were safe quickly" Drix said to the cheif before running to his golems. "You guys get some were safe as well" Drix said to his golems.

"What about the goods?" One of golems said as calm as ever.

"We cab worry about them later for now we have a monstrous problem to take care of." Drix said.

"As you wish Mr. Drix" The golems said all at the same time before bowing and retreating into the village.

With that done Drix turned his full attention to the creature his guild mates were now fighting. "Well this is going to be fun... Fire Fists" Drix said as his hand were engulfed in flames. Then he ran over to the pit that monster was now in, getting ready to attack if it came out.

As the golems retreat the one who ran the weapons table picked up the big sword the Minotaur wanted earlier. The golem then ran to Minotaur and said "Here you may needs this to defend the villagers. Make sure to bring it back clean and neat when this done with". Then the golem the handed the Minotaur the sword before bowing and running off to the other golems.

Alyssa Morrow

Secretly sleeping until the time comes...
...Becoming the 'definition' of withered, what do I wish for?

Alyssa watched as the damned thing tried to come at her. She was about to activate an evasion skill when some of Oswald's arrows hit its mark, causing the beast barely miss her, though it hit the cavern's ceiling and immediately began clawing it's way up, yet again. "Shit!" At this rate, she'd be the only one to be able to follow, and she was not going to face this thing alone. Growling, she shoved her bow back between her knees and dove down to her guild mates. "Prepare for take-off!" she shouted as she grabbed each man by the collar in turn before gaining altitude again. She had to activate Lighten the Flight since she normally didn't carry two people on her person, especially not one in full armor. It would null the encumbrance she experienced and allow her to be able to fly normally for the next three minutes.

Following the creature's, she was able to keep out of the way from any debris that fell until light would be seen. The surface? Frowning, she pumped her wings harder and eventually they were exposed to the wintry air again. Taking a second to gain her bearings, with the light of day forcing her eyes to adjust. Afterwards, she was able to notice they were just outside of the village and the creature had already encountered other members of Insomnia. "Better get you two in the foray," Alyssa said as she altered her flight line. She dropped Sanguis off near the creature and Oswald a bit further off, something more fitting for an archer. She was as gentle about the drop-offs as she could before she took to her preferred altitude while grasping her bow once more.

Alyssa watched as Greer, Rex, Nemo and Drix assaulted the creature. She didn't feel much need to join in as they seemed to handle the creature, plus with Sanguis and Oswald joining the fray, she was certain the thing would die. She maintained her aerial position, however, should the situation change. The thing moved fast, as it had been some distance, she remembered briefly, on the map between the ruins and the village. Taking a second to scrutinize the villagers fleeing and defending, she noticed they were beast-people. She guessed that they were quite predominate in the region they were in. She sighed and groaned. She hadn't wanted to show up...well, at all, here. She opted to ignore them for the moment, and turned to watch over the battle with the mutated avian creature.

Finishing the final rune, Fabian tucked away the simple piece of chalk and placed his hand on the arcane symbol. "Maximize Magic, Widen Magic. Glacial Bulwark." Suddenly, a Crack! rang out, as Blue Primordial Ice Enveloped then reshaped the once pathetic wall into a wall of epic proportions, the runes glowing a dim white. Stepping away, the frost reached over his shoulder and felt the comforting grip of his blade, Long-Winter, it's pommel glowing brightly with chilling rage. Loosing a Blood-lusting roar, the Knight Magi charged in, leaving icy footprints on the packed earth of the village, as he swung viciously at the abomination.

"Blizzard!" The Demi-human cried as the Divine weapon cut deep into the abominations's flesh. As commanded, the enchantments on the bastard sword activated, as a small storm whipped up around Fabian and the overly large Spawnling. Razor sharp shards of ice filled the air shredding the beast, while it's flesh froze rapidly from the blades enchantment. If Fabian's calculations were correct, the attack would do upwards of 780 points of damage.

When the small storm died down, what remained before the group was a frozen and hopefully very dead, Spawnling. Not taking any chances though, Fabian raised his left hand, an icy glow emitting from the outstretched appendage. "Boost Magic, Solar Scorcher..." And without fanfare, a massive lenses made up us glacial ice formed behind the frost, focusing the rays and light of the sun and directing the deadly ray. Focusing the beam even more, condensed solar light exploded forth, setting the abomination ablaze. "I don't have time for bullshit..." Fabian simply grumbled, still holding his blade at the ready.

Oswald cursed as the creature fled the caverns. How the hell was he supposed to get up there! This cavern already looked unstable and he doubted that Shizira could pull both of them up at once. Oswald wasn't that heavy but his vampire companion dressed head to toe in armor probably was. Well lets say Oswald was pleasantly surprised when Shizira swooped in and grabbed both of them. He didn't enjoy being grabbed by the collar as he felt like his head was about to fall off. That sounds like it is a joke but he was genuinely concerned his head was going to roll of his neck and fall back into the cavern. To counter that he used his free hand to hold his head in place as they chased after the creature.

When they hit open air he could see the battle already raging down below, it looked like the monster had been chased right into other members of the guild. When Shizira dropped Oscar off and gave him his call to action he didn't hesitate. Standing up at his full height he was going to use a skill but the creature was frozen solid. Keeping his bow drawn just in case he made his way carefully over to his guild mates feeling very unsatisfied at the fact that it wasn't one of the ruins group that seemed to take down the creature.

Sanguis:

Before Connor could reach the creature, Shizira was there, fire spewing from her mouth like a true dragon, bathing the side of the creature in red hot flames. However, the beast was not fazed by such an attack. It turned and hurled itself at the flying half-dragon, maw open wide, ready to gorge. Fortunately, it was forced to veer of course due to an arrow planting itself in the creatures head, courtesy of Oswald.

Unable to stop itself, it collided with the ceiling, the impact dislodging clots of earth and small stones, which rained down on Connor and the hunter.

By now, it seemed quite desperate to escape the trio and went back to digging with a vengeance. Connor narrowed his eyes after seeing the arrow fall from its head, the wound already closing. So it had regenerative properties. Troubling. Yet, nonetheless it would fall to them. They would not let it get away this time.

Connor began reacking his brain for a solution, but never got around to reaching one, as Shizira flew down to grab him by his armoured collar.

“Prepare for take-off!” She yelled in his ear and lifted him into the air. He barely had time to let a grunt of surprise before they were away, the half-dragon stopping briefly to pick up Oswald.

Up the tunnel they went, Shizira expertly dodging the falling debris caused by the very enthusiastic digger above them. After a relatively short time, light suddenly appeared ahead. Could they have reached the surface?

This theory was proven true as they burst out of the freshly dug hole in the ground. Connor’s vampiric eyes quickly readjusted themselves to the suns rays, before sweeping across the area. A village, by the looks of things. Were those beastmen? Yes. And, wait is that Greer?

Now Connor grinned as he recognised his guildmates. This must be the village Nyamiko spoke of at the meeting. By pure chance the creature had emerged directly beside the village containing more members of Insomania. It was probably the best example of misfortune for their opponent.

He watched with glee, then horror as he watched Fabian freeze the giant flesh-eater solid with his blasted sword and finally, just to add insult to injury, set the thing on fire with his oversized magnifying glass.

No! They were too late!

Shizira dropped off both him and Oswald, who trotted over to the others. Connor followed him dejectedly, dragging his greatsword behind him over the dusty ground. The sword projected its sorrow at not being able to taste blood over to him, and he responded with a similar feeling, but also adding a comforting nudge. They would have other opportunities, to be sure. He could feel it.

Didn’t mean he liked it though. He found himself glaring at Fabian from behind his faceplate.

Naho Village

"[MAXIMIZE MAGIC: RENDER ONTO SLAUGHTER]" The creature shrieked after it chomped down on nothing and before it was struck with all manor of abilities many annoying and few posing some sort of actual threat. However fortune found it when one of the beings summoned some sort of acid pool in the pit and it immediately began to absorb the juices through its skin helping it ward off the damage it was being dealt. It was burnt, sliced, impaled, bruised, and frozen. But it kept regenerating and forming thick hard plates of carapace where the damage was most significant coming from what it sensed was fire or heat of some kind standing still as the creatures pummeled it. Smoke, steam and dust rose all around slowly covering its form completely mostly with the aid of the storm causing weapon that had struck it.

Once the cloud had settled the form of the avian spawnling is revealed seemingly intact but it also seemed to be blackened with shards of carapace all around it, it stood there, still and unmoving. The villagers all around watched silently had these strangers defeated the large spawnling? Slowly but surely the villagers outside the walls got out of cover and ran inside for protection and sall got out to get a better (but still distant) look at what they had just killed.

But it wasnt going down fully without a fight, the husk of the spawnling started to crack down the middle and six large tentacles sprouted out from the back spreading themselves into the sky and once they reached their full length some sort of ethereal energy linked a pair of three together the color was reminiscent of oil in water. The husk cracked more revealing two large claws this time mostly reinforced with some kind of white bone or carapace the form of the new spawnling rose showing its new head which appeared to look like a helmet with all the hard bone covering it. It shrieked and suddenly flew upwards without a flap of its wings, showing that it had a new set of hind legs and flew down with a explosion behind nemo. It swung its large claws at him not aiming to crush but rather aiming to launch him into the air, at the same time its 'wings' stopped its ethereal glow and the tentacles tips aimed at the others and fired globs of acid.

[Render Onto Slaughter] Converts all damage within 20 seconds into potential energy, damage is still taken by the user however.

What an onslaught. More guildmates came by and Nemo couldn't help but be in awe at their display of skill. No longer a game, the effects of their abilities could be felt from a distance. Especially Fabian's, though Nemo had to admit, what he did was overkill. Or so he thought...

The creature was far stronger than it seemed. Their attacks apparently did nothing, or better yet, it seemed that some of them actually helped it fortify its defenses. "This... is not good." Nemo stood still and thought it over. Was it invincible? No, it clearly took damage when Pandemona and Demonbane attacked it, so it was something else. Most likely monstruous regeneration. Quite possibly reactive adaptability as well. While he was lost in thought, the creature took the opportunity to launch him into the air with explosive force.

"Hey, hey, HEY! Oversized cockroach, did you dare lay your disgusting claws on Nemo-sama? There's a limit to impudence!" Pandemona was radiating with bloodlust and ready to attack.

Don't do it.
Ehhhh? But Nemo-samaaaa...
It's an order. Fall back.
Tsk.

[Nexus Ego], Nemo was flying through the sky. He took some incredibly minor damage that healed near instantaneously. But the fact that it damaged him of all people, while merely swinging its claws at him, meant it was a dangerous fight even for them. But...

"Just because you regenerate near instantaneously, it doesn't mean you won't die if we damage you copiously and continuously. RIGHT INSOMNIACS?"

He then sent a mental message to Selvernas.

Requesting temporary deployment of Nyx and Lumiere. No, I am not joking. Alternatively... Send help please!

Rapid fire thunder filled the air, as magically propelled rounds swarmed the abomination like a hive of pissed of hornets. The distinctive mechanical voice of the Forge Master soon joined in the cacophony of auto-cannon fire, filling the air with deadly rounds. "CRUSH. KILL. DESTROY. SWAG!" the Guardian of the Great Forge Chanted, as it continued to fill the air with death, it's steps shaking the very earth beneath their boots.
"Well it's about time..." Fabian said, before running over to the mechanical death dealer. "Give me a boost." the Frost ordered.
"Affirmative Master Fabian. Target Locked" The large golem replied, picking up his creator. Reading himself, Fabian gripped his blade tightly, before being hurled at the large Spawnling, screaming for it's blood, like a madman, aiming for the hole made in the thing's carapace. He soon felt his blade cut deep into the spawnling.
"Blizzard!" he cried out, filling the air with ice and snow once more as gravity asserted itself once again, pulling the Frost back down to the earth, praying that it didn't resist the instant freezing effect, all the while the Forge Master continued to feed it magically infused lead.

Drix

Drix looked at the creature after it regenerated and seemed to get strong or at least got new body parts. "Well this got worse fast..." Drix said to himself as Nemo and Fabian began taking action. Drix was temped to launched fire ball at it but with Fabian attempts to freeze it, do that would just make both their attempts mute. So instead of that Drix, still with his fists on fire, ran to behind the creature as the other distracted it and jump onto it's back. "Okay, lets try taking care of these things" Drix said beginning to use his lizard man claws to try to cut off the tentacles and then burn the area were they came from to hopefully stop them from growing back. "If this work, I'll may be able to kick it up notch" Drix said smirking to himself.

Meanwhile the golem began playing cards and dice games in the village, still calm and not even the slightest bit worried about what was happening around them.

Greer was currently in a very bad mood. He f-king HATED regeneration. He hated it more than immunity to status effects. At this point he was entirely willing to use one of his higher level spells. And regeneration on a multi-stage boss was that much worse.

"Curse of the Weeping Maiden." The monster's newly formed natural armor suddenly developed spikes thrusting inwards, skewering the creature from the outside in. At the same time the armor flowed into a new shape that limited the movements of its joints, slowing it.

"Infernal Spiral Portal!" A churning portal of flames and blades appears on the monster, sucking away flesh from the areas closest to it while spewing forth a steady stream of flames and blades into the opened wound. The portal gets closer and closer to the wound as it gets deeper.

"MagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissileMagicMissile..."
Projectiles of pure force peppered the monster.

Greer continued spamming the 0 MP spell as he waited for something to change. His character was not designed to fight this type of creature and he still had no idea what actually hurt it. Edging around so the pit he'd created was between him and the monster, he noticed that the acid at the bottom was gone.

"Don't use acid attacks!" He calls out to the other guild members before continuing his Magic Missile spam.

"Burn it, kill it with fire!" [Widen Magic: Imbue Element - Fire]

Rex activated his spell using his commander levels to apply it to his allies weapons and attacks. He charged forward dodging the sprays of acid as he closed in on the creature. Reaching striking distance he thrust his spear forward. [Thermal Lance] the flames of his Lance once a dull orange turned a blinding white as they extended 10 ft. This activated skilled constantly drained mana and couldn't be maintained, Rex sought to make the most of it. Driving the spear into the creature's chest. Pulling the burning lance upwards Rex leapt above the creature and wielding his weapon like a halbred began to rain blows down upon its head and neck.

A wave of despair yet excitement hit Oscar as the creature was in fact not dead. Instead the creature began to tear it's old body apart as a new more armored version rose from the corpse. This one even used wings and it shot up into the sky only to come back down in a full on assault. One of the tentacles on the wings aimed at Oscar at let loose a blast of goo, it was only after Oscar had jumped back that he saw the ground start to fizzle and realized it was Acid. Smirking the hunter drew back the arrow once more and this time actually got to activate his skill. "Buster Arrow". The tip of the arrow started to glow red and the hunter let the arrow fly. The normal whistling of the arrow as it cut through the air was now accompanied with a ticking. Once the arrow struck the beast it would explode dealing a decent chunk of damage.

Secretly sleeping until the time comes...
...Becoming the 'definition' of withered, what do I wish for?

Alyssa watched as the onslaught on the creature appeared to come to a close. The smoke was settling and the half-dragon even took to reducing her altitude. As she got closer, she noticed the tentacles shoot out. Startled, she pumped her wings hard for lift as well as to back up. It was changing once again, seeming unphased by the attacks the present guild members had unleashed and gaining wings in the process this time. A terrible grin spread over her lips. This was more up her alley. Sadly, it didn't stay airborne, but that hardly mattered now. When Nemo was sent flying, she moved to catch him, but he seemed to sort himself out before she had the chance. "Welcome to the new world's skies," Alyssa laughed, turning her darkening gaze on the beast below. She did agree with the doppleganger, giving him a firm nod. She wasn't one to cheer or holler, though.

She watched on for a moment longer as Fabian and Drix struck it with ice and fire, respectively, while dodging the acidic attacks the creature sent out. Alyssa, too, had to take a moment to maneuver out of the way. Focusing on the events back below, Greer seemed to take the option of letting his armor soak what he didn't dodge, opting to spam Magic Missile at it. Arching a brow, the sight amused the half-dragon. Then something interesting was shouted from Rex as he stabbed at the beast. Fire, huh? I can swing that, no problem, Alyssa thought, a rather maniacal look seeping into her amber eyes. Oswald already had the right idea, letting loose an arrow that exploded when it made contact. Grasping her heavy bow, she took over a position directly over the mutated beast. She drew several arrows from her dwindling quiver and notched them. With the guild more or less taking it on together, Alyssa's build was finally in one of its intended elements. She felt a thrill run up her back in anticipation of what was to come, a feeling like none she had ever experienced before.

If any of the villagers looked up upon the pale-gold winged woman, she would probably look like a demented force as she activated her skill and let her arrows fly. Rain of Fire was typically used as a volley by those limited to the ground. As an aerial creature, this skill was augmented slightly when she gained it. It did two things: firstly, it added a fire effect to the arrows that would lead to a burning status effect, and secondly, halfway to the target, it would split the arrows in half, doubling the number of strikes and bringing the true meaning of 'rain.' It briefly crossed Alyssa's mind that they should attempt to lead this creature away from the village, as she wasn't sure of how her comrades' efforts had gone. The thought left as quickly as it came, her own battle lust coming into play. "I'LL DANCE IN YOUR ASHES!" she cackled, giving way to the feeling she was under.

Voided_Rift

Almost completely ignored by his guildmates, the eyes of the angelic wolf passed from one face to the other. They all seemed anxious somehow... It didn’t bother him though, because he understood that they were currently taking part in a very important mission, and if it were to fail at this point, the results... No one would like the results. Taking a chance with his companion, he watched as she picked up various swords; taking them each for test swings. “Nice, find one you like?” The winged-woman cut the air a few times with swiftness and elegance, the people around her a mere blur in the moment. “A little heavy, and the grade could be a bit better.” “Grade?” Void indirectly received a small smile as the blade mirrored Xelinith’s face. “Yes, I judge the swords by grades instead of rarities.” “Ooohhhhhhhhhhhh!” Taking a minute to take in what she said, Void finally got not only what she meant, but why she did certain things with certain items back at Lucid Fields.

It had been a little bit since Sall; ‘Wondrous Goat Leader’, had come for the others. It looked like they were being invited to have a discussion. However, Void decided to stay back; making sure he wasn’t in the way of potential customers. “Hey... What do you think of all this Xel?” She stood by Void’s side, the middle of the village moderately taking away all of her attention. In fact, other than the occasional glance around, Xelinith had been observing the village’s makeshift hospital. “I think that after this meeting, our demi-human inhabitants here ought to be getting a major lifestyle change. Or at least that’s what you’d think upon first look.” Void leaned his head to the right. “Huh?” Xelinith diverted Void’s focus to the timid-looking bunch before the literal stone-faced vendors, the Minotaur in particular standing out.

The short conversation between Void and Xelinith came to an end as all those who followed the old goat found themselves back in the thick of the village. At this point the wolf had caught the presences of Greer, and Nemo; standing outside the village. He felt like going over to greet them, but after tracing their stares to the little girl talking with three village folk, he decided not to. “I didn’t think so much of us came to this little village, hah, this is great!” Grinning to himself at how well everything appeared to be going so far, he looked on. Booshhh!!! An explosion of dust and the like plagued the scene as a monster erupted from below. Void froze as the Spellblade at his side drew her weapon, the bird-like thing going in on his allies.

The fight was on, and there was no way to tell whom was wining; the attacks of his teammates doing next to nothing despite how flashy and damaging they looked while the beast itself just took everything like a rich woman at a Black Friday sale. “What the heck is even...?!” Doing as he did since he got to the village, he simply spectated the happenings and events going on around him. So far neither side was winning nor losing, leaving the frightened werewolf in the morally gray in terms of assisting his guild. In contrast, the boy’s loyal companion swung her sword restlessly to the side, cutting Void right out of his scaredy-cat daze. “Xel?” “Permission to engage.”

Hidden Agenda, Hidden Heart
"Well, I never said I was a good artist, Sel. But yes. The scrolls will be our ways of communicating throughout my trip. I'll send daily reports after sundown." Nyamiko paused to finish her cup of tea. Sighing in mild delight as she pretended to enjoy the taste when she doesn't really have a semblance of one.

"In the occasion I fail to report back... Assume the worst after 2 nights pass." Nyamiko turned to stare at Selvernas with a grave expression, the cheeky smirk she had earlier was gone and she looked almost saddened at the thought. "If I don't send a message after 2 nights or have Ichi send a message of my capture or death, I want you to take over Yoshiwara for me. Don't bother rounding up a rescue party or anything. I'll return here on my own terms or die out there. Can you promise me?"

"Promise that you won't try to rescue me should things go wrong. Can you do that, Caveria?" Nyamiko, or rather, Fuuko requested, using Selvernas' real name to show that she wasn't joking at all. She reasoned that since she wanted to be selfish with her potential discoveries, she might as well not drag her Guildmates into it. Despite her rudeness. Despite her two-faced attitude. Despite her secretly selfish and commanding desires.

She did cherish them.

Sanguis:

Most people would have had a negative reaction seeing the suborn monster return to life even though it had looked very dead.

Connor wasn't one of them.

With a great below of rage that set hairs on end and shivers down spines, the Blood Master slammed into the side of the newly birthed creature with the force of a truck, pushing it backwards even as it was barraged with magic missiles curtesy of Greer. His massive blood coloured great sword parted flesh easily, splattering his already crimson armour with a shower of blood as it slowly but surely drained the beast's life-force. He continued to hack into its flesh, his mind thoroughly lost in the haze of bloodlust.

"just stay hidden and i know you wont get caught" Caveria told Nyamiko to reassure her but soon she got a hail of mental message the most coming from kafka and nemo, putting a finger to her ear instinctively like she had an ear piece (although she didnt) she messaged them back first being the reply to Nemo. "eeh?! whats happening over there?!" Pausing for a second she thought about how urgent his voice was, nemo of all people with panicked voice. "Fine i'll send them your way!" Sending Akudez her commands to get nemos npc's to meet up with their master she moved onward to Kafka, truefully, she couldnt really make out what she had said but something about a infiltration? "Kafka? what exactly infiltrated us? are you sure its an enemy? anyways our guys at the village are in trouble if you can do anything about it."

this was suddenly getting stressful, turning to nyamiko she informed her of what is going on. "Nyamiko, theres a situation at the village i think they need help." Getting up she quickly walked to the door. "Lets go,"

The large spawnling buckled upon the sheer amount of damage only 10 creatures were throwing at it, it staggered backwards as two of them came careening into it, even though it braced for the impact they still somehow made enough force for it to struggle to keep standing. With a roar ports from within its body opened up revealing a maw of teeth and tendrils shot out from them attempting to consume the foolish beings that dared to come into melee with it, but when it was about to gather the crimson armored one a voice went through its mind yelling "NO!" so instead of pulling it into one of its many maws that opened up it instead poured all of its weight onto him. Tendrils shot out at the crimson armor making it stay in one place as the full weight of it crashed down upon him. From those a few feet away it would seem like it dropped on its knees onto Sanguis.

Creating a large boom the creature then turned its attention to the ranged combatants it swung at them with his claws, the individual claws sprouting from its hand connected with a rough fleshy tendril with small sickles embedded inside of them. The spawnling swung itself along with its claws spinning on its knee that it pinned down Sanguis on, to get the most of its momentum. While exposing its back it started to release smaller spawnlings which looked like it was part of its skin or scales, dropping down on the ground they started to rush at everyone to nom down.

Kafka would jump to attention as a message came through to her, now collected and with multiple plans and scenarios inside her head, she'd throw Caveria a quick reply.
"No need to worry about it anymore, the threat has been neutralized. Oh... really now?"
Hardly surprising, the folk over at the village are having trouble. Well, either way, if that is the case, it must be a horde of those things or something like that. Whatever is the case, there's no chance for Kafka to get caught off-guard now, without having to think about it too much, the plan here is as clear as day.
In a short moment's notice, she'd be completely equipped with her finest gear; the complete Thornveil armor set, which greatly increased evasion and granted the user a Thorn Aura, the Edge of Beyla and a whole lot of trinkets, all boosting damage and understandably, evasion.

At once, Kafka sprung into a run, using her skills to move tree-by-tree at a very high speed. Soon enough, she'd find herself able to observe the entire situation. Hold up, that's just one big guy and some minions, isn't it? There's about ten of them in total here, just what are they...? Massaging her temple a little bit, Kafka started the empowerment stage of pre-combat.
"Greater resistance, Greater Agility, Boost Attack power, Ancient's Evasion blessing, Greater Evasion, Greater Luck, Ancient's Regeneration blessing..."
She'd recite these powerups like poetry, there was no holding back here. From her own experience, there's no killing these things using small bursts of damage, the only way here is overkill.
So, time to deplete a whole lot of MP and stamina... to show that among many, there's at least one who can take care of the job quickly and efficiently.

"Ancient's Blessing of the Airborne," she'd launch herself into the air. After what will transpire now, the big fella will have no other choice but to pay its full attention towards her, but that's what the immense evasion's for.
"Maximize magic, Grasping Vine!" The avian spawnling would now be brought hurling towards Kafka into the air, through the use of a strong, thorned vine. As soon as it was within range, it would be met with a bleed inflicting Slash, along with a Triplet Maximized Three-Thorned-Slash, a multitude of poisons and a barrage of regular attacks. Just with the first hit, the abomination could feel its Max health, Agility and both defense and attack not drained, but simply shrinked, Beyla's courtesy. Combined with all the other factors, Kafka's chance of getting hit by anything was minuscule, but she wouldn't be a proper assassin were that not the case.

She'd send all of the near guild members a message, "now watch out for collateral," before moving on. Anyone who has ever heard those words before would know exactly what was about to come, taking a few steps back would be advised. Will this be overkill? Possibly. Will it undermine the effort of a whole bunch of people? Most likely, but in the end, when ten members of Insomnia face off against a single foe, there should be no effort to begin with, this was all to uphold their name.
"Hurricanes and Butterflies!" she'd scream out as grandiose blue wings appeared on her back. Using Typhoon, she'd blow the spawnling a good distance away, as well as dazing it at the same time. Now was time to cast Hurricane, thrice... triplet maximized. Yep, that's nine big vortexes, tearing away at the flesh of the beast constantly, not allowing it to escape. At this point, inflicted with a multitude of dots, along with this, there should be no way for it to regenerate above 50%, and that's where the final part of the plan begins.

Suddenly, still airborne, a sphere of blue runes appeared all around Kafka. It will take twelve stationary seconds to deliver the last toll of the bell, allowing the other ranged guildmates to have some last bits of fun is in order. So, Kafka gave a simple hand gesture, signaling to nuke this thing with all that everyone's got, just melee should be avoided because of the hurricane ordeal.
With that, there's absolutely no way that the idiom incarnate exceeds 50%... or at least that's the whole idea.

And just like that, twelve long seconds flew by.
"Super tier magic, Hungering Amalgamation."
What looked like giant flytraps erupted from beneath the ground, the largest one coming from under the ex-avian.
Glomp.
If all went according to plan, the spawnling will never be seen again.
If not, that's one hell of a monster.

"STAND ASIDE.... Initiating Protocol Delta 17 India Foxtrot.... Anti Personnel incendiaries Loaded into main guns.... FIRING!" The mechanical booming of the Forge Master's voice filed the air, followed by the rapid thunder of it's auto cannons. Red Tracers filled the air, creating a wall of death that tore into the smaller Spawnlings like wet tissue paper, kicking up dirt, smoke, and entrails. It was honestly quite the sight to see. Meanwhile, behind the wall of death, Fabian was focusing all his MP into to spells that could turn the tide of this battle. That and give a hell of a show of force.

Ice and snow swirled around the frost as he focused, runes and arcane circles manifesting in the air surrounding his being. "Guys.... You may want to back up...." He grunted from the exertion. "Boost Magic, Perfect Warrior.... Over Magic.... Glacial Titan... Alright Big O, It's Showtime!" The Knight Magi Cried out, as all his manifested Mana burst outward.

Blue ice began to coalesce over his form, encasing the Frost, as he rapidly began to tower over the Avian Spawnling, knocking over some of the surrounding foliage. Upon completion, Fabian stood before the abomination. Or the Titan stood before it, with Fabian at it's core. Without any more preamble, he marched forward, the earth shaking with each step, before driving an icy "Fist" into the creature.

Alyssa Morrow

Secretly sleeping until the time comes...
...Becoming the 'definition' of withered, what do I wish for?

Alyssa had to give the thing credit, since it still stood, mostly, after taking so much. A terrible sort of glee came over her. She was about to give it more fire when she noticed Sanguis's new position under the creature, which gave her pause. She couldn't easily do friendly-fire. Narrowing her eyes, she scrutinized it a second before noticing Kafka's entry into the battle. She figured someone called for backup, even though she herself didn't see the need. They had only had a few rounds with the creature. While it had pretty much tanked all their efforts, its HP shouldn't have much more to go before it was nil. Taking forest spirit's advise, Alyssa backed off from her position over the creature. She was lucky to have done so just before the wind-based spells popped off, otherwise it would've played more havoc and strained her wings. It was a sight to behold, and the half-dragon was glad she wouldn't have be on the opposite of that spell combo. Of course, with Sanguis under the creature at the time of it being cast, Alyssa made sure to keep an eye on him. If he went flying due to the spell, she'd risk taking on some damage to swoop in and rescue him from another fall.

Fabian and his Forge Master continued their own efforts, practically wiping the small ones that grew and left the larger one, much like tumors being lanced, and going against the 'mother.' Reaching for the final arrow in her quiver, she figured she might as well use a high level skill or two herself. Slayer's Boon would make the notched arrow four times larger when launched. She added Dragon's Ire as she shot it off, aiming at the creature's head. It would double the impact force and after said impact, deal some burning damage. Just after she let her arrow fly, Alyssa watched as freaking gargantuan flytraps rise like freaking daisies.

It immediately brought her out of the battle lust she had been experiencing. She landed with a sigh and wrapped her wings about her shoulders, as was becoming her custom. The fight no longer held her interest and while the village wasn't any better, she walked straight in, looking over the entirety of what she saw with an appraising eye. I could buy this whole place for less than what I got my first few times grinding in Yggdrasil, she thought dryly. Of course, the value of the place was hardly of consequence. The people here had their own value, which show itself in time, unless some of it had been shown already. She found a worktable and plopped her rear on it, happy to watch the final outcome of the battle from where she was. It gave her some time for some self-reflection. A far from amused scowl formed on her brow; her emotions over the past few minutes had been... odd. And her urge was still present... which was more frustrating than anything.

Even after waves of more attacks the creature still wasn't dead yet, adding in the small ones that kept popping up Oscar was really glad they had driven this creature into other guild mates... the three who had gone to the ruins would have head a hell of a time fighting this thing. He didn't really have time to question it any more as a clawed tendril came racing towards him. Oscar ran towards it and dropped to his knees bending backwards and sliding under the tendril. Placing his hand on the ground he swung himself around and activated the triple shot skill firing three arrows into the tendril. He braced himself for another attack to come at him but from no where throny vines grabbed the creature and pulled the monster away. He still had to duck to avoid the flailing tendril but that was al ot easier to do then dodge one of it's attacks.

Standing up straight Oscar turned to see Kafka start her rampage against the creature. When he got the message from her about watching out for collateral Oscar gladly started backing away but made sure not to leave the fight completely. His eyes widened when the runes appeared and he realized she was going for the overkill. Knowing that it had a few second charge up he drew three arrows and pulled back the Bow, "Triple Buster" he murmured as he let the three explosive arrows fly. It wouldn't look nearly as cool as what Kafka was doing but he could at least help deal some damage. Hopefully this put the creature down for good.

Drix

Drix, now off it's back, watched the creature spawn new littler version. While the big was still the number one problem it seemed like his guild mates had it handled at moment so Drix decided to focus on the monsters coming out of it. Drix started rushing to the mob sinister creatures to stop them from causing harm to village, the villagers, or his golems. Drix charged at one and upper cutted it with his flame fist, launching the creature into the air. Next Drix grabbed the tail of another throw him into the first mid air just before it landed. Then to make sure they were not getting back up Drix fired balled both of them and moved on to the next set of creatures. "It's going to be fun taking down these small fries." Drix said smirking charging at the next set of spawnling that came from the big one.

Meanwhile some of the golem stopped playing games and headed closer to fight were they began cheering on the the one fighting, mainly Drix for obvious reasons.

Nemo, Nyx & Lumiere

"Hey, Nyx?"
"Yes, dear Lumiere?"
"We're really lazy, aren't we?"
"Indeed, we are!"
"Cheers!"

Nemo's strongest NPCs as far as destructive power was concerned, which he'd only bring up in dire situations: Nyx, elder sister of Demonbane and Pandemona, which specialized in unholy magic, and Lumiere, a homunculus and artificial angel which specialized in holy magic. In the game they were usually sealed, but since it was no longer a game, Nemo thought it was cruel of him, so he released them. Nonetheless, the only thing they did 99% of the time was to waste their days at the local high-class bar of Insomnia. They were indeed... lazy. Even so, they'd do their job when the time came, and when Akudez appeared with an emergency request from Nemo, they immediately took off.

It didn't take them long to reach the village. But they were confused. They just saw a bunch of weak creatures getting wrecked and Kafka's unleashed Super Tier skill that managed to apparently swallow something whole. They met with Nemo up in the air.

"Nxy, Lumiere, glad you could make it in time."
"I apologize, my Lord, but are we truly needed here?"
"What he said."
"Yes. Yes, you are. Kafka's attack might of killed it... but we need to make sure."
"In other words..."
"...Overkill?"
"Indeed."
"Say no more."

[Revelation Tunnel] a really interesting skill by Lumiere. It revealed any hidden or invisible creature in the direction it was casted, but it was fixated on one target. In this case, the Avian swallowed by Kafka's giant plant. But not only that. This skill made it so that all magical attacks by allies could be directed towards that creature only, regardless of where they aimed.

[Unholy Chains] cast by Nyx to keep it in place just in case. Dealt unholy damage over time.
[Holy Chains] cast by Lumiere to keep it in place just in case. Dealt holy damage over time.

Meanwhile, Nemo prepared to launch a Super Tier spell.

"[Quantum Equation of Imminent Loss]!" Generated a white energy blast, which dealt damage equal to that dealt to Nemo in battle. If it killed a foe, then that's that. If it didn't, then the foe losed levels depending on their own level. For lvl 100 to 76: 15 lvls, 75 to 51: 25 lvls, for 50 to 36: 35 lvls, 35 downwards: irrelevant, would get written out of existence. Even if this was no longer a game and levels where irrelevant, it would still work. The damage dealt to Nemo was next to nothing, but that was the point. The blast would weaken the creature's power by at least 15%, and it would lose at least 45 skills.

"Do it!"

[Heart Stomper] a powerful debuff by Nyx which stopped a creature from regenerating and/or healing for 30 seconds. Afterwards Nyx followed up with her unholy fire skill, [Hell Flame], while Lumiere used the opposite, [Holy Flame], followed by [Salvation Lance] which, apart from holy damage, also burned some mana from the enemy.

[Divine Blessing], a high tier buff that temporarily increased magical damage of the caster and those in close AoE by 30%, while also adding a holy damage attribute to their attacks regardless of nature. Blessing a demon with holy buffs. Because of their opposite skills, Nyx and Lumiere where called the Heresy Combo.

"Triplet Maximize Magic: [Morning Star]!", three azure flame orbs appeared around Nyx and they grew exponentially until they looked akin to mini blue suns. She launched them all at the spawnling. Meanwhile...

Creatures like Dominion Authority had Holy Smite, but Lumiere had...

"Triplet Maximize Magic: [Godly Smite]!" Three gigantic magic circles formed in the air and, one after another, three enormous beams of light fell upon the avian. But it was not done there.

[Neutron Star Colision]
Nemo generated a small energy orb in each hand and let them fall towards the target. They'd rotate around each other and slowly come closer. By the time they'd reach the avian, they would already colide and cause an explosion of great proportions. Normally a large AoE skill, but because of [Revelation Tunnel] it became a single target skill and all the damage was received by the avian.

All of that done in 30 seconds. The effects of [Revelation Tunnel] and [Heart Stomper] also disappeared.

"I belive we are done here, my Lord. Can we go back to the bar?"
"I don't see why not."
"Thank you!" And then he flew off.
"Then we'll be on our way, Lord Nemo." Nyx winked as she flew off together wih Lumiere.
--------------------------------------------------------
"Hey, Lumiere?"
"Yes, dear Nyx?"
"We're really lazy, aren't we?"
"Indeed, we are!"
Lumiere was expecting an immediate "Cheers!", but Nyx simply kissed him on the cheek first.
"Cheers!" she said, with a smug smile on her face.
Lumiere said nothing, he merely smiled a little and turned his face the other way.
Eventually they'd get back at the bar.
---------------------------------------------------------

Nemo, Pandemona and Demonbane

Pandemona merely took one of the small spawnlings by the tail and used it to beat down other small spawnlings while watching Nemo, her sister, and Lumiere damaging the bigger spawnling some more even after the great Kafka laid waste to it.

You deserve it, you oversized cockroach.

Meanwhile, Demonbane just stayed in her shadow. Nothing for him to do.

Nemo also came back to the ground and watched as his NPC laid waste to the poor fodder spawnlings. Some of them tried to attack Nemo was well, but as soon as they tried to bite him, their teeth shattered against his armour.

"Yes, yes, I know. It hurts. But don't worry, it will be over soon." he said, as he patted one of the spawnlings that bit him.

Nyamiko
Rowdy Fools, Sensible Idiots
"R-Right. What am I saying... As if Insomnia's greatest spymaster and Head of its Information Network get caught." Nyamiko chuckled softly upon hearing Selvernas' words. Maybe its the stress that she kept hidden slowly bubbling its way to the surface or maybe its how she truly felt as Fuuko but Nyamiko was starting to overthink things. Back when this was still a game, she would always plan to go in, do as much disruption or damage as possible and not really care about an exit. Now its multiple backup plans, escape route planning, bribing, and even a very short acting session in which she tried to convince Yonju that she was a lost child. Not that the little snarky vampire did much other than comment on how shitty the act was but it was still something she would never dream of doing. Until now at least.

That was when Nyamiko got the sneaking feeling suspicion that something was wrong. She realized that Selvernas was in the middle of of Message based on how her hand was raised up to her ear. Feeling that it might have something to do with the rowdy batch that went off to the village, she sent her own Message to Niiko.

"Niiko. How's the situation at the village?" Nyamiko asked, listening intently to the rather worried sounding reply from the other end. Nyamiko's expression went from boredom to mild intrigue. A regenerating monster? Ice walls? The others getting swatted around like flies? Oh how she wished she was there to see it but enough about that. Just as Nyamiko told Niiko to resume her observation, Selvernas rose from her seat and told her that 'there was a situation' before striding towards the door.

"Understood. Ichi, my things." Nyamiko rose from her seat as the door slid open, revealing a grim looking Ichi who placed a set of dark coloured armour and a kasa straw hat on the ground. Her form squirmed slightly before collapsing into a pool of flesh coloured goo that slithered over to the armour. The armour pile twitched slightly before starting to rise as Nyamiko filled up the space and in essence, donning the armour. A peculiar sight in seeing the armour pile slowly rising into a coherant humanoid form, its arms slowly filling and extending, the fingers on the glove wriggling as fingers formed within. Within a span of about a 1min24s, Nyamiko stood where the armour pile once was, idly adjusting the scabbard's position on her hip. In the armour, she was slightly taller but still shorter than Selvernas but her face was still rather childlike. A creepy effect that caught many players off their guard in the past.

"Shall we, Illustrious Leader?" Nyamiko chuckled as she donned the blank faceplate and adjusted her hat.

Outside of Naho Village

As the creature was pummeled into the ground by a large pillar of ice it withstood the impact holding its arms up and bracing for a second pillar from the ice giant, instead however it was quickly enveloped by some, thing that was starting to crush it from all sides. The spawnling pushed back and attempted to claw its way through, feeling itself get slowly weaker from attacks from the outside made it go faster and faster, it was working. Trying to pry itself from the grip of the plant while it clawed its way out with tentacles and its hands it ripped some of its waist and it broke free for a split second before realizing what was coming down on it. Chains gripped it and burned it with some kind of energy and a white light cindered its skin while at the same time it felt itself weaken even further Shrieking it knew what it needed to do next. The smaller spawnlings stopped dropping from it and large plates formed at the base of its recently burnt skin just in time as more unknown magics were forced upon it before it was set aflame. Mildly annoying damage it looked out from behind the fire to see what was creating this infuriating fire, what it was met with through were more large energies being fired at it.

Roaring in anger it fired tendrils into the ground covered by the plant it was doubtful any of them saw what was happening and its large plates of bone became and exoskeleton of sorts, it poured its squishy bits into the ground for a quick escape. But the problem was, the exoskeleton was still part of it so it would feel every little bit of damage that thing took. so when the unnatural fires incinerated it the spawnling screamed internally (seeing how it has no mouth to make sounds with). The spawnling went deep within the ground in order to regroup with the rest of the spawnlings from the ruins, and it seemed the dormant spawnling at the catherdal decided to join it, at least what was left of it. "Come home" A voice called out to it, but it still had its primary mission to do! "Now" The spawnling shivered and quickly made its way north pushing through all the dirt until it dropped itself into the caverns below.

Meanwhile the smaller spawnlings that were aimlessly attacking the more scattered group were being rounded up by the others, some had tried to get into the village but the warriors there were more than capable of handling the small ones. One in particular was running into the woods when it accidentally brushed up on a certain skeleton causing the flimsy thing to stumble backwards and tripping itself down a hole and presumably broke into 206 parts. The spawnling didn't care of course, it was ordered to escape and scout.

The villagers couldnt believe what they had saw, most simply just didnt believe what they had saw with their eyes and continued to look out for more spawnlings or attending to the wounded. But Sall saw it all, he looked upon the battlefield and what was the outfields of the village were now craters and scorchmarks. Who were these people?! They had saved the village (although they also put it in danger cough cough) from a spawnling he had never witnessed before. How did they obtain such power? what kind of god sent them to us? were they gods?

What was the aftermath was a resounding silence through out the landscape

Sigvold > Naho Village

Once Nyamiko had prepared herself the two set off toward the village, Caveria let her spymaster navigate them out of yoshiwara and once they hit the outside she promptly grabbed Nyamiko and flapped her wings, as the two flew upwards and reached a certain height they began flying at cruising speed toward the village or at least the general direction of it. Once she spotted the village she bad a b-line toward it. "hold on tight!" Flying full speed toward the village she was slightly hoping for a fight but when she got there she was both relieved and slightly disappointed that the fight was over and everyone seemed to be okay. "hey everyone!" flying down toward the middle of everyone she settled Nyamiko down. "i'd say the calvery's arrived but it seems you all don't need it!" she smiled at everyone and giving Nemo a awkward look as something seemed to be chewing on his arm. "uh, i think you have, a little, something on you..." she gestured to her arm.

Although she was confused at why the team that went on the ruins was here she wasnt particularly angry or anything. Gesturing to her ear she telepathically spoke. "everyone report." She specifically looked over to shizira and the rest of the ruins team. "Why are you three here?"

As Npc's and whatnots walked about a curious little eye popped out of the ground observing the on-goings of the city, once somethign had gotten too close it would pop back down into the ground and move under all the dirt and stone until it found another opening to observe from.
