Wind
Wind wrapped her arms around herself as she stood before the pawn shop, the young woman watching people pass by her. The Nightshade heiress began to think this was not a good place when a drunk came up to her. He smelled of wolf so with a pack or a rogue. Wind stood there, allowing the male to scent and touch her before allowing him to take her away from the pawn shop, the woman winching at the tight grip on her arm.

Willow (Will)
Newcomer/pup 13
Lodge

Willow kept her guard around Shiloh but was distracted by the man undressing. When the dagger was taken from her hand she let out a little snarl but with no real anger behind it. She was curious when the man fazed, even more so when he ran out side. Willow knew a challenge when she saw and quickly morphed herself. Her transition was less graceful as she rolled around struggling to free herself from the various clothes she had layered on. Finally free she turned growling at the omega warning her not to try anything when the young wolf turned her back. Her display of aggression came across more as simply pup disobedience. She thought herself to be her own wolf, mainly to do with her ignorance of pack life. Trusting that she made her point the young wolf scampered outside. She sniffed the air baring her teeth at her opponent. Her tail was raised high and she fidgeted with energy. She had never played before, she tried with the other pup but was too rough. Of course now she faced off with a wolf double her size. She continued to display mock aggression, behavior that was normal for her age. At this stage in her life werepups start to show signs of where they might fit on the totem pole. She had the basic instinct of staying out the alphas way and going to the omegas for affection but the remaining ranks needed to be taught. A beta meant almost nothing to her, and her cockiness didn’t help that.

“Not exactly, more problems have come up. I’ll speak with you about them after we get home.” Orion mumbled, lowering his eyelids slightly. He extended his bloodied and torn hand to the delta, by now she was most likely used to the hefty amount of injuries he received.

But, he was a good patient. Never needed pain medication, nor did he flinch at the familiar coldness of her blade. That was one of the very few things that he would cooperate with, untreated wounds could cause infection. Even he knew the complications of that, his father passing away from sepsis when he was just a pup.

“Work your magic, at this point I’ll have so many stitches from over the years that I could be called a voodoo doll.” Orion snickered to himself, glancing over his shoulder at his two betas.

A couple feet away he noticed a odd scene taking place, one of the White Mountain’s deltas was speaking to an omega. And she sure wasn’t happy, all of them clambering into her car as she wrecklessly drove off. “Weird...”

Wahy’a did not enjoy the car ride home at all, Chi Chi’s driving skills scared the absolute piss out of him when she was upset. The poor delta eyed every tree close to the road on the way home, thinking it was going to be their demise.

It was awkwardly silent for him, his legs jittering out of anxiety. He took a glance over Seth and Nephet, furrowing his brows and offering a gentle sentence to try and ease the tension. “Hey, maybe we could go pick up some donuts tomorrow? I’m sure the pups would like that.” He gave a soft laugh, but still felt uncomfortable. A thought in the back of his mind gnawed at him, Wahy’a missed the new friend he had made, and wished they had brought the stray along with them.

He would have liked to have given her some more food, and possibly some vitamins to aid in her nutrition deficiency.

As soon as the expensive sports car pulled up to the driveway of their quaint townhouse, the delta literally scrambled out of the vehicle, even stumbling a bit once his feet hit the pavement. Wahy’a rushed up the porch steps and flung open the front door, letting out a loud sigh of relief. “Oh, thank the stars!”

Ami was sort of baffled that Willow pushed her down, she didn't know why. she just sat on the porch and grabbed the cloths she had laying nearby. she started putting them on when she heard a commotion from inside. she walked in and saw willow getting in trouble with one of the adults. the adult started to morph and then ran outside, issuing a challenge. Ami watched as Willow also morphed and then struggled out of her cloths to run outside in wolf form. Ami smiled and ran outside, transforming too and running over, she gave a small howl to say "me too, I wanna wrestle" and made a playeful growl.

Raising an eyebrow, Ivy had pulled out a bag with medical equipment she often carried around, "be careful for what you wish for, being a voodoo doll isn't as much fun as it looks" she responded, a sadistic look in her eyes before taking his hand in hers. Carefully holding it as she noticed the glass, "did you shatter a glass in your hand or something?" She questioned, placing her scalpel in her pocket and pulling out a pair of tweezers.

"The glass isn't deep enough to give stitches but still deep enough to need to dig deeper down" pulling out the larger shards of glass and dropping them on the ground her eyes remained focused on the bleeding wound. Finally putting the tweezers away and wrapping it in a bandaid she sighed.

She had seemed to always be cleaning up a wound of his, but she never seem to complain. If this is how she was to help her Alpha then that's how she'd help, but she did seem to be grateful when he didn't resist or act like a child

"Honestly, you need to be more careful or else you will end up as a voodoo doll" she warned holding onto her scalpel as she begun to twirl it around between her fingers. "Now you guys want a ride or wanna walk back?" She questioned, placing her medical bag back in the car as she looked between the Alpha and Beta.

Wind

Wind saw this was a small group of rogues as she stumbled along after the male wolf gripping her arm. The heiress internally sighed as she scented nothing but males in the group but kept the smile on her face as she was shoved forwards into the middle of the group, one of the wolves saying she was like them. Nodding at a question spoken to her about needing to pay for the woman’s time and services, the group of eight wolves shifted and lunged at Wind, knocking the heiress to the ground as they began the night’s activities of fun...for them.

Slayde watched Willow's display with amusement. She had spirit for sure, but a distinct lack of discipline. Not to mention she seemed not to understand pack structure.

Like...at all.

I can work with this, though, Slayde thought. There is potential there. You just gotta figure out a way to get through to her.

Slayde had remained calm, his posture relaxed, as Willow made her aggressive display. Slowly he began to walk towards the pup, his disposition changing with each step. The hacks along his neck and back began to stand, almost appearing like a ridge of spines instead of fur. His ears slicked down as his lips peeled back to expose sharp white canines. A low growl reverberated from deep within his chest as a fire lit within his eyes. Slayde closed the distance and now, no more than two feet away, began to circle Willow as he growled. For all intents and purposes Slayde appeared to be sizing the pup up as if to attack.

And once he'd made his way around her and started his next circle, he did.

Slayde dashed in, placed his snout underneath Willow, and easily flipped her onto her side. Within a flash Slayde stood over Willow, snarling and drooling, only to suddenly drop ontop of her, pinning her beneath him, and begin licking her. Behind him Slayde heard a small growl as Ami ran outside to join him and Willow. Slayde moved his tail towards Ami before shaking it and causing it to dart away, only to come back and do the same. I think I can keep Ami occupied well enough, at least until Willow calms down and we can actually start playing properly.

Shiloh chuckled softly as little Ami ran out to the back to join Slayde and Willow in their play. With a warm smile she watched them a moment before turning to gather up the discarded clothes. As she set them neatly on the couch she turned to the remaining pack member, laughing at Wahy’a as he entered the house.

“It has been a night hasn't it,” she said. She moved over into the kitchen and set the knife she had taken off of Willow in the sink. The nurturing nature of the omega ever present, she opened a cabinet to pull out a mug.

“Want some Lavender and Honey tea for the nerves?” she asked him.

Darby strode towards their home in wolf form, pausing to watch Chika go off the opposite direction before pausing again at the scene of Slayde playing with Willow and the pup. She huffed a bit at the sight. Willow was a handful and she had been left mostly by herself during the meeting, she could only imagine the damage she had done. And there was Ami, the poor little thing trying to find her place among them. At least Slayde was willing to wear them out. She had yet to interact with either Willow or Ami personally watching them from afar mostly, her stoic, not the most friendliest nature seemed to keep them from approaching her as well.

She was noticeably missing from the meeting with good reason. Aivan was definitely the more social and diplomatic of the two. And there definitely didn't need to be more hostility in that small dinner than necessary. She was nearby, that was a given, downwind but detectable if you were actively searching for her, just in case things didn't stay diplomatic. She didn't trust Orion with a single fiber of her being and that aura would've been given off all too strongly and only cause problems. When everyone left the diner there was the distinct smell of blood but it was none from her own pack and so it hardly concerned her. She'd find out how the meeting went from Aivan soon enough.

She eventually took her attention off the mock fighting and made her way inside the house. She made her way upstairs to her room to shift back into her human form and put on some clothes; a simple pair of jeans and a black T-shirt. She made her way back downstairs glancing in a few rooms that Willow had ransacked and shook her head. That girl had a lot to learn. She glanced over at Shiloh and Wahy'a as she got to the main part of the house. She could tell Wahy'a was unnerved but not from the meeting before looking at Shiloh. She still had the remnants of a smile on her face, a secret she thought no one else knew.

"I see Slayde is attempting to wear-out the littles.... he seems in good spirits, as do you, I'm assuming the meeting didn't go as bad as expected" Darby spoke to Shiloh but occasionally glancing at Wahy'a to make sure he was calming down. She was a little protective of Wahy'a even if she never showed it. He was part of the pack before she was even if he was younger than her and he had accepted her into the pack when she had nowhere else to go. Even if she was Alpha now she still respected him for it.

Shiloh glanced up at Darby as she stepped into the kitchen. She gave their second Alpha a smile and a nod of her head in greeting before turning back to the tea she was preparing for Wahy’a.

“Yes,” she said. “Willow seems to have quite the amount of energy tonight.” Shiloh nodded to the remains of the bear and the knife in the sink. “I’m afraid to see the rest of the house. I was wondering if maybe a hunt might help her grow up a little more.” As for the good spirits, well. A warm smile, suggesting a secret, tugged as Shiloh’s lips as she glance towards the back where Slayde played with the pups. She would keep that part of it to herself for now, though Ash’s grin at the diner suggested that at least she already knew.

“It went as well as could’ve,” Shiloh said with a sigh. Her smile faded as she thought back on the events of the night. Her eyes glanced again to the back, but this time she seemed to be making sure the pups weren’t able to hear them. “Orion said some humans caught onto what we are. And that rogue wolf he killed apparently has a sister that is now out for blood.” Shiloh turned to face Darby fully. “Aivan has called for a meeting of the entire pack tomorrow morning and wants to meet with Klara and Sova as soon as he gets back to the house.” Finished with the mug of tea, Shiloh handed it to Wahy’a.

“Here,” she said softly, offering him a kind smile. “Drink it up.”

Willow let out a defensive growl at the Beta's intimidating display. She wasn't going to back down, but she knew her limitations. As the distance closed her ears lowered and tail stiffened. There was no play fighting and sparing in Willow's childhood. The only affection she received from her farther was the fact that he didn't kill her during there fights. She was a playful little creature, she just didn't know how to play. Ami running outside to join them caught Will's attention, she didn’t have the time to react to the sudden attack .The young wolf had no defense while she was getting flipped over. She let out a bark s she tried to retaliate but the older wolf was able to position himself over her. She had lost, the next step was to be punishment. She gave a little snap waiting for the wolf attack, his next action caught her off guard. The wolf plopped down on her, scaring Willow at first until she realized he was showing affection. Was he giving her a second chance to beat him? Was he toying with her? What was happening. She managed to squeeze her way out from under him giving her body a vigorous shake. She didn’t even notice the arrival of the Darby, not that she would refinish her anyway. The girl had been for about a week and only knew the names of Chika, Ami, and Shiloh. She looked over at the wolf not to sure what she should do next, they couldn’t still be fighting, not with Ami here. Of course her farther started beating her at that age.... she shook the thought out of her head and paced back to her opponent. She decided to test the waters pawing slightly at his face before backing away, then again and again. She was testing his reaction.

The walk home was rather peaceful and rather uneventful. Aivan had been mulling about the bar instead of the current issue. He has plenty of time to think about that when he reaches the townhouse. After all, it was still a business and he couldn't just completely throw that away just because they had a problem. Besides, a bar was always the best place to collect information. He could track their movements without them even knowing about it - so long as he knew who was their suspects. That should be easy enough. If anyone was snooping suspiciously, asking questions and the like, Aivan will hear about it. Drunkards had loose tongues and short patience, if they bugged people, Aivan will hear complains about it. In any case, it's been a while since he's checked the stocks and the last thing he wanted was him running out of supplies.

He reached the townhouse soon enough and heard what seemed to be a scuffle. Curious, Aivan followed the noise until he found the two pups and Slayde - all in their wolf forms - playing around. At least it wasn't a fight. He let out an amused huff, letting it slide for the moment. The humans aren't here yet, they can get away with this. However, it made Aivan unsure if they were capable of keeping themselves in their human forms for an elongated amount of time. Slayde, he was sure he can handle it. However, the pups were always the problem. They didn't - couldn't - understand the meaning behind what it means to be caught. Aivan didn't expect them to. But with the correct guidance from the older wolves, they could pull it off. While Aivan did pick up strays left and right, accepting whoever as long as they didn't create conflict, he personally didn't train any of the pups. Perhaps a few interactions if they asked for something but rarely for training or for fun. "Stay out of sight children." Aivan called out with a light laugh as he turned around and headed inside the townhouse.

Entering the main building, Aivan had all intents to simply head off to the meeting room to convene with the Zetas when he picked up Darby's scent. The other alpha had opted out of coming since she was more confrontational than he was. They had a good balance going on for them - while Aivan dealt with anything that was political in nature and needed peaceful resolutions (or typical manipulative techniques), Darby dealt with anything that was physical. She can and will fight anyone. Aivan didn't even have to fight and she can be used as a threat - and it was always fun to see their faces morph into something akin to fear. Aivan liked to think that he got along with Darby most of the time even if her all too honest attitude clashed greatly with his own lying one.

"That is correct. I'm calling for a meeting with the Zetas of the group and you're included Darby." He spoke up from the door as he entered, giving them all a nod of acknowledgement. Aivan curiously sniffed. "Oh tea? That's great for something to counter that stressful meeting." Contrary to what he spoke of, Aivan seemed rather chipper - a smile was still present on his face and he was even bouncing on the balls of his feet. A lot of people often mistake Darby as being the older one thanks to Aivan's mock childish disposition. "And you shouldn't have to hide this from the pups. They'll know about it soon enough... and they are encouraged to come to the meeting tomorrow."

He stretched his limbs, letting out a yawn. "I'm going to the meeting room, see you there~" There was no rush. They still had time before the day ended. Aivan gave them a wave goodbye and then headed out to the meeting room at the ground floor. He caught sight of the general chaos that had befallen their home. It took him a moment to connect Willow to be their culprit. Ami, despite being young, was less unruly. He could understand though. Willow was not raised the way they had been. Besides, as long as Willow didn't touch his stuff, Aivan remained unconcerned about it. He slipped into the meeting room and collapsed onto the chair. A moment later, he had his head on his crossed arms on the table and his glasses had been cast off to the side. It seemed as if he had fallen asleep.

Orion exhaustedly unlocked the door to the pack’s home, it was kind of run down, and crappy. And probably needed a extreme thorough cleaning by a professional company, maybe some remodeling too. But it was home to him and the rest of his pack members, a refuge of sorts from the humans.

He swung open the scuffed red wooden door, squinting his eyes down the main hall to catch sight of anyone still up. “We’re back, is anyone still up?” Orion grumbled out, peeling his torn jacket off of his arms, being sure to not tear off his new set of bandages on his hand. The alpha shut the door with his foot after the two betas, the zeta, and his delta shuffled in. His eyes stung slightly, most likely from the lack of sleep. He hadn’t gotten any form of rest in the past two days.

He was surprised to be met with one of the omegas of the pack, chatting to what looked to be...intruders of sorts. Alarm bells rang off in his head, his anxiety soaring through the roof. “What are these people doing in here?! In the middle of the night?” Orion barked slightly, eyeing their ‘guests’. One seemed to be just a child, the other a full grown man.

Slayde huffed quietly as he watched Willow squirm her way out from underneath him, but the look of sheer confusion on her face almost broke his heart. Aivan's voice suddenly rang out and Slayde turned his head, nodded to his alpha, and returned his attention to the pups again. Willow approached, albeit it cautiously, and pawed at his face. Slayde huffed again, giving an openly mock growl as he slowly snapped at Willow's paw, all the while his tail began to wag at a steady rhythm.

Again Willow batted at him. This time Slayde batted right back, his paw reaching out and gently tapping Willow's head before Slayde pulled back into the stereotypical "play" stance. Slayde growled playfully before giving a half hearted lunge, just doing his best to antagonize Willow and push her to actually play. Best stay aware of Ami too, lest I get bit on the ankle. Slayde spun around and bounced at Ami. He wore a wolfish smile and a happy wagging tail as he spun around to face Willow before flopping onto his back, rolling and kicking around, all while mewling and growling and playfully snapping at both pups.

In truth the sight of Slayde, an intimidating wolf by any measure, generally acting the playful fool was quite the sight to behold. But there was purpose behind this. Both Ami and Willow needed to bond with the entire pack and find their place. Slayde was a beta, a guardian of the pack, but the pack was a family, and family's take care of each other.

Ami watched as slyde and willow sparred. She waited for her chance to attack, wagging her tail and fidgeting. Then before she knew it, slyde lunges and her. She dodged and gave a high pitched bark before seizing her chance and bitting at his paw while he was still lunging so he wouldn’t be able to dodge her attack. She gave a playful growl as she bit into his leg, gently.

Seth slightly shifted his posture... He was a bit uncomfortable now with all of the newer Wolf smells... 'Too many 'mixing'... more Wolves usually means conflict..' Himself having gone an odd kind of quiet, not out of being rude to those around him currently but it was obvious that he was trying to do two things at once: 'interact with Nephet, Ritcher and a younger one he had not met before their light shoulder touching and him giving her a quick "eye-over". The look-over not being one of any alternative motif just one of a general assessing which concluded with a warm partial grin in her direction. All of that happening within the two seconds she had made "accidental" contact with. But it had turned obvious by that point that he was not trying to be rude... he was also trying to easedrop in on what had been going on inside. Still slightly shifting his position quietly periodically a physical show of his slight unease. His forgotten cig still hanging between his fingers.

Every now and then when things would seem to get a little heated in the diner Seth would dart his eyes towards the commotion repeatedly, looking more uneasy by the moment and going back too dragging on his smoke without thinking about it. His attention brought over to the girl as she offered them a ride... he was unsure how too answer and although his expression had become more collected his eyes spoke volumes... he was "lost". Uncertain. He wanted too... but... was it his place too?
When she asked was she asking him aswell? He remained silent. Giving a long drag too his cig watching her while keeping an ear out for inside the diner.

When it seemed the meeting was over he stayed put the 'lost puppy' look in his eyes deceiving him as he watched them all go their ways, splitting up into their 'groups' and watched as Avian's pack piled into the girl's car... He said nothing. He watched them drive away.... Leaning a bit too watch as the tail lights disappeared down the road... Should he? He wondered...

will post more in a bit

Willow jumped back letting out a growl thinking the fight was back on when pawed on her face, she was wrong. What she thought was a fight was in fact an attempt at play. She played, alone, but she understood it. Willow was under the assumption that playing was just a pup thing. Her farther didn't participate it, and mother had little interest. Ami was to young so she expected her life to be much like the one before. Her farther was the greatest wolf she knew, the only example of what an wolf should be. Here was a entire pack of people like her and they spent there time playing and socializing. It was a family, not a family she grew up in but she had seen this behavior before from human gypsies. She became uncomfortable, questioning where she belonged in this strange world.

"She doesn't understand Slayde." Cold, judgmental, monotone, Chika. Willow wagged her tell turning to the door way where Chika stood. All excitement faded when she saw Chika holding her bear. She let out a little whimpering lowering her head. Chika was the only 'parent' figure she had around her, making her upset was not on Willow's agenda. To her surprise Chika said nothing about the bear. She looked over the half deflated bear then to Willow. Her face changed, the end of her lips gave a slight twitch almost as if she was going to smile. Of course it was hard to tell, it left as quickly as it came and her blank expression returned.

"Bath." Chika watched as the young wolf plodded to the ground rolling in frustration and barking in protest. "Will it's been three days, get inside." Chika was very persistent in humanizing Willow. She wasn't against those who chose to run around as sava....wolves. Chika thinks its best for a balance and Willow was very lopsided. She walked upstairs hearing Willow trail behind her. The bath was already set, when she snuck back in the house to do this was a mystery.

Willow sniffed at the water and tried to jump in but was pulled back by the scurf of her neck. "Human." Willow let out another bark protest not understanding why Chika was so persistent. She phased sitting in the water with a pout. "Your old enough to be able to take care of yourself." Chika had taken the girls hair out of the puffs and began to wash the grass out of the girls hair.

"I can take care of myself"
"Will you can't even read" Willow said nothing else, Chika meant taking care of herself as a human something she was not skilled in. Willow sat in silence as Chika worked on detangling her hair. Moments had past before silence was broken. "Do I belong here?" Chika said nothing at first, draining the water and throwing Willow a towel, SHe waited for a moment while the girl dried off before answering. "You should not care about those things."

"Don't you care?" The girl got dressed, in a t-shirt and shorts, Chika walked out not answering the girl. "guess not..."

Chika walked down stairs she said nothing to Darby, of course she rarely ever spoke unless it was to be sarcastic or was spoken to first. She Noticed Shiloh making tea, and decided she wanted some of her own. She walked pas the omega also not saying anything, but it seemed intentional. It was hard to tell when Chika was being Chika or flat out being rude. Though it was a grey area on if Chika liked anyone, she really seemed to dislike Shiloh. Before deciding to move in with the pack Chika needed to add in some thing, necessities as she would describe them. One of those items was the most complicated coffee machine she could fine. She started by grabbing soy milk from the fridge and pouring some into a metal container. She hit a few buttons added and moved some components allow it to steam her milk. While that was all going on she grabbed more ingredients mixing a little of this and a little of that, the poured it into the coffee maker.

Left to herself the young wolf walked into Chika's room opening her drawers to grab another teddy bear, this one was called Shiloh Willow walked down stairs slowly, her eyes almost hidden at the big poof of her hair started to dry. She looked at everyone for a moment before leaving the living room to walk around the rest of the house. Not understanding house etiquette Willow just opened doors as she pleased, curious to see what was inside. It wasn't too long before found Aivan sleeping in a chair. He was an alpha, like her father, but nothing in this pack made sense to her. Normally she would avoid him at all cost, but maybe things didn't work that way in a pack. She walked inside the room looking at the chairs the lined up with a large table. She looked down at the bear, then to the alpha, then back again. She placed 'Shiloh' down in a chair, then ran off back upstairs to grab the others. Chika had noticed her grabbing the teddybears but said nothing, she was more focused on drinking her tea. Back in the meeting room she placed the 'pack' in the seats, Ami seemed to be the only member that did not have a bear. Holding the final bear 'Aivan' she slowly walked up to the alpha placing the bear in his lap.

Following in behind her Alpha and Betas she remained silent as she normally does. Her eyes moved around the entrance to their home, it was crappy and needed much repairs but it was still her home and the feeling of being drawn away from it seemed to get her heart racing for single moment. Her eyes moved to the small black bag she carried around while her surgeon mask remained in her other hand.

However the scent of someone new and the sudden booming voice of her Alpha made her freeze before quickly moving to see what was going on, careful to not hit I to anyone. Upon seeing the intruders and the Omega her eyes shot glared to him, "you better have a good excuse" she spoke in a low tone, staring at the newcomers.

"mmm. Orion always brings good news doesn't he?" She said to Shiloh as she turned her gaze to rest on Aivan as he entered. She let it wander over him, not in a challenge or for anything else for that matter. Simply for the fact he was the hardest out of all of them to read, he liked to keep up an easy going fun-loving mask perhaps not unlike her stoic one. They all seemed rather chipper from the meeting with Orion if not albeit tired, she felt herself tense just simply at the thought of it. From what she heard so far it was nothing to take lightly and something she may eventually have to use her particular set of skills to deal with. She gave a short nod to say she'd be there as she watched him walk off in the direction of the meeting room.

Darby makes her way into the kitchen, fixing up a pair of hot toddies. She knew Wahy'a would be fine in Shiloh's care. She eventually made her way into the meeting room; pausing in the doorway as she watched Willow place a teddy bear in Aivan's lap. She looks over at all the other teddy bear's at the table and she could only assume they represented the pack. She said nothing nor made a face giving away anything about Willow's behavior but made her way over to the table to set down the two drinks in her hands. She leaves the room and comes back shortly with another mug and offers it to Willow. "Hot chocolate." She said no more nor demanded Willow to leave before she walked over to the hot toddies after Willow either took the hot chocolate or it was placed on the table. She walked over to Aivan tapping his foot with her own to wake him up. She raised an eyebrow curiously at him when he did finally wake and offered him the hot drink. "I thought you could use something a bit stronger than tea" She said before sitting down to his right, gingerly placing the teddy bear in that particular seat in the seat next to her to share with one of other bears. She let out a long sigh before taking a sip of her own drink, processing the bit of information about the meeting she got from Shiloh.

He had simply finished his cig, unmoving from that spot for quite longer than he should, the only thing that had moved him had been the odd looks he had began to receive from the staff inside. Giving a long, smoke driven sigh he put out his cig on the brick laced window seal before putting the butt in his designated discard pocket that housed other past crunched ones. Using the same motion to grab out a pair of dingy headphones and his iPhone. It definitely was not the newest device out there but it did its job. It had a minorly cracked screen but it still functioned perfectly as a phone but, more importantly, it contained his music. Music was his soul... and right now he needed that for some reason. Putting it on shuffle he let which ever one to pop up be the one. The one to take him to the mindset he needed. Anything other than the current one. Those red glowing lights pushing into the night... Why did that bother him so much? He let the music take him for a minute...

Meg Myers - "Desire" ( warning: explicit language/content contained in that link )

Meg Myers. Good choice... He wondered some if she had Wolven blood... 'Nah. She's famous... that would be too hard to pull off.' Humans always get it easier... Then again, you don't hear about Wolves raping their own... ... Humans were so messed up. He knew ALL too well exactly how messed up.
'Speaking of...'
Seth fiddled with his phone for a minute to check the time. He was late. The meeting took longer than expected... He knew he did't have to be there but he still felt he owed Avian for letting him hang around his territory especially since things seemed to be so tense nowadays. He would have to pop by later... just being a body there wasn't enough. Plus, it was good to get to see a few of the other members more upclose. He felt a slight bit of regret for not getting to converse with that girl... he still didn't know her name. And it still felt good to just be around Ritcher even for that short it and Nephet... ... I've got to go. He could go on and on with thoughts about the others... his way of vicariously living in with them. It was oddly comforting to him but regardless... he had errands to run.

Seth hadn't slept for days and it showed under his eyes but he was not tired much. He never slept much even with his more 'lazy' demeanor. The night was late and he knew where he needed to be. Looking around casually he began to step away... the human staff still looking out through the window at him. Guess wondering if he was going to loiter or actually buy something... or maybe it was they just had a bunch of odd acting "people" piled into their diner for a meeting that sounded a little suspicious... since some of them had not been exactly discreet from what Seth could hear from outside the diner. Seth risked a look to the people from the corner of his eye very slight wave of panic hitting him that maybe, just maybe, these bit of humans knew what they had just witnessed... 'Nah.' They weren't scared or seemed they suspected something of nature. 'Good.' Another song rolling through...

Theory of a Deadman - "Rx" ( warning link contains explicit language/content )

Seth's lips curl some to a smirk, displaying a small glimpse of pearly whites. 'Fitting.' He simply thought. Going with this melody slightly moving his head to it along with syncing his foot steps as he continued... Strolling down the road since... he did not have a car and not to mention he embarassingly didn't know how to drive. It only bothered him when others brought it up otherwise he just preferred to shift and run, helped him to relieve stress when running full out on all fours. When shifting it is bittersweet to him... its always a bitter reminder but at the same time... he loved the feeling of it. Not too mention it helped sometimes when trying to avoid cops when dealing with deliveries since when in Wolf form he looked more like a kind of mutt dog than a real deal Wolf. Still, he hasn't changed in quite some time... he may look similar to a common large dog but if someone, the wrong someone, were to see him they would know instantly that he was not a dog. Brad knew the difference since his little sister had apparently been mauled by one. That same Brad had almost caught Seth in shift aswell...

Brad: The Serpents Gang Leader

___ ___
Brad was a guy Seth had... come to know. He was the one "friend" that Seth gained the most jobs from and was known in the back alleyways as THE guy to get the best quality crystal from. He was also known as someone who you do not want to cross the wrong way... Brad was straight up crazy. Also, for some reason he seemed to have an immunity with the police in this town. No one 'outside' knew that it was because some of the dirtier cops used him to transport collected evidence to line their own pockets with. Either way, messing with the unassuming Brad would be a no win situation for anyone even if it meant Brad's death. He had too many ties... most more 'dirty' than himself. Brad tonight needed Seth to do a job for him... and with Brad you don't want to be late. Seth didn't care... he let the music guide his pace... It was going to be rough anyway so why let himself get worked up over it?

Mark Collie - "In Time"

By the time Seth sauntered around the corner of the dark building he could just sense Brad's irritation and he had already heard them talking about himself via his sensitive hearing... Brad wanted him to deliver a pound of powder... Seth did not like drugs. He didn't need to try them to know that. Smoking and the occasional drink were his other vices, music took care of the rest. Regardless, Seth did not mind the money either. Just porting them didn't mean he had to use it. Anyway. Seth wanted to get this over quick... Putting his game face on, his typical grin and unreadable eyes making his way over too the ever-so unhappy Brad...

...

...Coming from the dark corner, freshly blackened eye along with a few other new colors, Seth had the package under arm. That famous grin still across his lips, headphones still in his ears lightly tapping his foot in his steps. He didn't blame Brad for the knock-around... Well, he did but he knew it was because the other guys were there. Got to keep appearances, you know? Besides... It didn't really hurt. Seth had been through worse and some times... he enjoyed a good beat down. Made him 'wake up'. He truly did not mind at all especially because... he was a Wolf. A few human punches was only enough to color skin, not really damage anything. Lighting a cig for the short journey and giving a good long drag. 'A Wolf among serpents...'

The Dead South - "In Hell I'll be in Good Company"

Giving a small dance in his pace Seth had made it out of the town as this particular package was meant for a dirty cop in the neighboring town. Taking some time to make a pit stop to large tree just ten feet from the road near the diner... the same diner that earlier the two Packs had met. Een with the sign right infront of him within view he could never remember the name of that place... This tree here... was "Seth's Tree". Truly, it was not... it was just a tree... but in the back of it there was a rotted hole that Seth had cleaned out to stash his clothes when he wanted to shift. Being in humanoid form helped somewhat in helping to avoid other not so friendly Wolves but... he needed the speed. Traversing around as freely as he does had its scares... he knew how 'picky' some Wolves were with their territories and knew that recently... one rogue had paid for that mistake with his life. Seth was always careful but sometimes being careful just wasn't enough. He tried to not let it bother him... he guessed that's one reason why he would really like to be official in Avian's Pack... they all seemed atleast evenly mannered, to an extent, and didn't seem as blood thirsty as Orion... Not to mention Avian was still a cool dude. Maybe he should... try? Seth paused at that thought in the middle of undressing himself behind the large, lone, tree. Only broken out of the stream of thoughts that piled after, all of the questions, when a car raced by along the road. Giving a blink he went back to struggling with his boot. 'God, I hate shoes...' Grunting minorly in effort as he gives up the fight to sit on the ground to take it off then quickly pulling his pants off. His clothes mainly just tossed into the hole but his jacket he folded before placing it in with his iPhone hidden a bit further back into the hole.

Making sure the package's twine was tight and secure, Seth willed himself to change. The act of it was swift and his body moved with the change gracefully, finding it easier too do it while laying... His dark fur he knew would be what he needed among the dark night sky.

Woods Near Avian's Pack TownHouse

Picking the package up gently between his teeth he let his fresh legs suddenly burst in a flurry of motion... this is what he's been needing for a long time. Just letting go, full out running. Realizing though that... he was not exactly heading in the direction that he needed to be, his feet taking him too... ... After the car? No, that car... maybe that one... ... Yes, Seth was not above chasing cars. It was dark he knew if he stayed just right inside to wood line he'd be fine. Since he didn't exactly have runs with other Wolves it was the only thing that seemed like a good challenge. With the package dangling from his k-9s he followed one car to a patch of woods and slowed to a stop, panting behind the package which he refused to put down even to take a breather. With his heavy breathing he picked up just the faintest scent on the night breeze... a familiar one. Perking his ears he caustiously began to wind his way through the woods to unknowingly towards the townhouse that Avian's Pack called home...

Slayde looked up at Chika before yipping loudly. His attention had turned from Willow to Chika and he'd completely forgotten about Ami...until she nipped his foot. Rolling over and getting back to his feet Slayde watched Chika and Willow walk off into the townhouse. Well, that was a thing. Slayde turned to Ami and licked her gently before nudging her back into the house with a quiet huff.

Wahy'a and Shiloh were in the kitchen as Slayde entered, still in wolf form. His eyes drifted from Wahy'a to Shiloh before he walked back over to where his clothes had been and shifted. Once he had pulled his pants back on Slayde threw his shirt over his shoulder and walked back into the kitchen. "Play times over, so that means whiskey." As Slayde reached into the liquor cabinet to grab a bottle off the top shelf he felt a familiar tinge of pain shoot from his back throughout his whole body. His face contorted, his muscles spasming and cramping. To top it off a couple of the scars began lightly oozing blood.

"Shit." Slayde growled as he sat the bottle down and turned to look for paper towels or napkins. Damn that bastard and the silver shrapnel in his IED.

Shiloh had glanced up when Chika stepped into the kitchen, but didn't say anything to the other Omega. She couldn't understand why Chika didn't seem to like her. But then Chika was Chika she supposed. Shiloh simply shrugged it off and pushed the thought from her head.

Her attention was recaptured as Slayde stepped into the kitchen, back in his human form and clothed, but still bare chested. Shiloh smiled and allowed her gaze to drift over him before returning to his face. She gave an eager nod when he mentioned the whiskey, but her smile faded when he suddenly appeared to be in pain.

"Slayde?" she asked in concern as she took a step towards him. When she saw the blood she grabbed one of the kitchen towels and gently pressed it to his wounds. "Here."

White Mountain Pack Townhouse

When the door creaked open, Aivan was pulled away from his own sleep. However, he didn't catch the scent of his fellow members - but rather the faint scent of the young Willow. He raised his head ever so slowly only to see that there was no one in the room but a bear had mysteriously arrived and sat upon a chair. He narrowed his eyes at the bear. Did Willow place the bear there? Unbothered, he lowered his head back onto his arms and closed his eyes. The return of the footsteps and the scent of Willow had come and went. She wasn't doing anything bad so Aivan kept his head down - thinking that Willow would get bored soon enough and perhaps he could catch up on some sleep before the meeting commences.

Surprisingly, after a couple of returns, Aivan heard footsteps coming towards him instead of the other chairs. He propped up his chin onto his arm to watch the approach of Willow - noting the bear in her arms and the rest of the bears that were now sitting on the chair. He watched her, at first, confused. She then placed the bear she was holding onto his lap and he looked at it curiously. "Is this supposed to be... me?" Aivan questioned with understandable uncertainty. He looked back at the other bears. "And can I assume that those are our packmates..." Aivan deduced after a moment and let his gaze return to Willow. "Anyway, was there something you needed young one?" He asked, one of his hands coming to the head of the bear, stroking it a bit. He had offered her a kind smile so that Willow wouldn't be too afraid of him. From her actions, he had deduced that she had likely come from a traditional pack - but Aivan, even as an Alpha, did not want to intimidate.

That was when Darby entered - offering hot chocolate to Willow before tapping his foot with her own. "I'm up, I'm up." He grumbled as he finally sat up straight before gratefully accepting the drink. "Yes, thank you." Coffee was a blessing when you wanted more energy than what food can give you. Or well, sometimes energy drinks can do it for him. Those often kicked him back into action. He took a long sip from the coffee and then placed it back onto the table before playing with the bear that was designated to be him, raising the arms and lowering them with a small smile on his face.

Slayde turned to Shiloh, his eyebrow cocked slightly. After a moment he relaxed and laid his hand on her waist as he leaned in and kissed her cheek. "Thank you. Sorry, silver shrapnel has a bad habit of rearing it's ugly head from time to time."
