  LOG ON

  LOG ON is the game that has known a peak in popularity due to its versatile gaming potential and actual “life-action” combat between players. The game is set in a cyberpunk-esque reality with lots of places yet to be discovered by the people. Even dungeons take place here where records can be set for the fastest time clearing it (of course, there can be rare drops which is interesting for everyone). Besides dungeons, there are plenty of monsters one can fight in the designated areas which you can see on your map! LOG ON can be entered through a special VR headset (though you have to lay down as you will be “transported” to the world of LOG ON which will cause your body to collapse or faint as people say.
  
  The very goal of this RP is quite simple: you are all pro gamers or wannabe pro gamers who just got into it; and you all want one thing à To win the annual championship! You can be in a company, you can play on your own, you can even play with a group of friends. So many possibilities! However, it might be better if you join or create a guild of your own in order to reach the very top of LOG ON.
  
  

  WORLD INFO

  LOG ON takes places in the cyberpunk world called Pandora. It is a desert planet in a vast solar system with twenty-four other planets. 2 moons orbit the planet and Pandora itself orbits a white sun in a wide, elliptic orbit.
  
  The plant-like organisms on here are almost all huge, towering trees, high above a layer of various shrubs, grasses and flowers. The trees can and often will completely block out light, which sometimes leads to a fairly empty ground layer, full of dead leaves. When nutrients are scarce, many organisms have methods of storing those nutrients for times of need. Some have become so specialized in this they can go for very long times without the need of additional food, to then stock up when nutrients are available. However, some species on this planet didn’t develop such methods. Instead, they simply take what they need, whenever they need it, from wherever they can. If nutrients aren’t available in the ground, it will take them from others, including its own kind. This has occasionally led to the survival of this species, but the downfall of another.
  
  

  CLASSES & WEAPONS

  There are 9 classes in the game:
  
  1. Assassin (dual swords/daggers)
  2. Blade Master (broad sword/great sword/short sword)
  3. Brawler (claws)
  4. Knight (shield & axe)
  5. Launcher (hand cannon)
  6. Mechanic (rifle/automatic pistol)
  7. Medic (handgun)
  8. Sharpshooter (revolver)
  9. Striker (fists/boxing gloves)
  
  
  
  These classes can have a secondary weapon: Medic, Sharpshooter, Striker (only melee).

  GM INTRO

  Hello, my name is Clouds and I am the GM of this role-play. I will be here to forward the story and also include multiple events to keep things flowing so it doesn’t get too boring… I mean, who even likes a boring RP? Anyway, I will be including one character of my own into this but besides that, I will be including quite some NPC’s you might want to get to know as they can just be important without you even knowing it. I am open to any questions and if you want to plot something out, I am all ears. I don’t bite.
  
  

  PLAYERS

  The players for this RP will have to shift between normal life and in-game life. Meaning that your character can have two completely different appearances if you want! This might make it a little interesting as it isn’t just your player being sucked up in a game but just playing in real life while knowing it.

  GUIDELINE

  1. Characters
  You can create up to 2 (or 3 if asked and proven that you can handle them at once) characters for this RP.
  
  2. Keep it clean
  Drama in the IC is all good but try to get along in the OOC as nobody really likes to see an actual downfall between people…
  
  3. Godmoding
  Do not do this at any time as you will get a serious warning!
  
  4. Lore
  Keep your posts within the lore as in… Don’t go switching to fantasy while this is sci-fi and modern themed.
  
  

  ROLEPLAY RULES

  The rules are a bit like the guidelines above, however I will add a bit more now we are talking about it. Godmoding is really a no-no as it is just no fun to deal with as your character can be pretty invincible due to this. If you keep on doing this, your character will be killed of after three warnings… Also, perfect characters don’t exist, believe me. Your character can also only have 1 class otherwise it will become too OP and too hard to keep track off.
