My Interest Check

Yo, Cleo's in da house.

Okay forgive me, I am sleep deprived right now due to research papers. And so if anything down below seems weird, blame that. But oh man am I itching to write something that's not related to my research papers. Here are some rules y'all need to follow:

-Standard basic roleplaying rules apply.
-I pretty much only double. If we mesh really well, I'm down for adding more characters or more fandoms.
-I prefer canon x oc. I am trash that way. But, if you're willing to do canon x oc for me, I will do any pairing for you. I'm a 'you scratch my back, I scratch yours' kinda person.
~Special note to the above rule, I may make an exception for Star Wars. I'm just so into the whole universe at the moment, that I may be willing to play around with some oc's set in the general universe, almost any time frame (not terribly familiar with the old Republic, but if you're willing to be patient, then I'm willing to try). Come to me with ideas if you're wanting something like that.
-I normally do m/f or f//, but, like in my previous point, if you do one of those for me and you want m//, I'll be willing to try it.
-Post lengths. I can typically write between 2-5 paragraphs per character. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Things happen. I expect you to be about the same.
-I pretty much only roleplay characters that are over 21. I don't feel comfortable roleplaying anyone younger, unless they act as a minor character.
-On that note, I prefer my partners to be 18 and over. 21 or over ideally.
-I try and post a few times a week. But I'm a graduate student with a part-time job, so sometimes life gets in the way. I do try and keep in contact via ooc every day. Again, there may be a day here or there when I can't even get online to say hi, but those aren't very often. And I try and warn my partners in advance if I'm about to enter a busy period.
-Please send me a message instead of posting a comment here. Only exception is for those with new accounts.
-I swear I'm a nice person and want to be your friend. And gush over our characters together and share memes and all that fun stuff. And I will probably complain to you often over my decision to attend grad school

I really only have a few things I'm craving right now, though right now, Star Wars is my biggest craving, but still come forward with other fandoms listed. Characters listed in brackets are ones I'm looking to play against (in no order of preference). In return, I can pretty much try my hand at anyone. Seriously. Bring it.

Star Wars: (familiar with every era and spin-off movie) (oh my god the new trailer has me PUMPED; biggest craving at the moment; will die for wars of the star)
[General Hux, Poe Dameron, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Orson Krennic, Luke Skywalker, Finn, Rey]

Marvel Cinematic Universe: (seen every movie, including Captain Marvel) (I would love it if you already had some ideas of what you wanted to do, but it's not a deal breaker)
[Steve Rogers, Carol Danvers, Valkyrie, Scott Lang, T'Challa, Natasha Romanoff, Loki, Ronan the Accuser (long shot lol but worth a try)]

*note, as I mentioned, I only play characters 21 and older, so if you want me to play Peter Parker as a romantic interest, some aging of characters will need to happen. I may be persuaded for an age range of 18-20, but it's a strong maybe

Pirates of the Caribbean: (only seen the original trilogy)
[James Norrington, Cutler Beckett]

Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit: (primarily looking for something more Hobbit-based than LotR, but don't hesitate to send me a message if you want a more LotR plot)
[Thorin, Thranduil, Fili, Bard]

The Mummy: (1999 version and subsequent sequels, not the reboot)
[Ardeth Bay]
