Midnight Peace
Misty/Allen/Janum
The taxi finally reached Allen's apartment. He payed the fee, got out, and walked up the steps to his new home.
New home.
It would be hard to consider this his home, of course. His home is his temple. But, he supposed that perhaps this meant he'd have to do his best to make this small, three room apartment his temple.
He opened the door, looking at the empty space. All that resided in it was a dirty kitchen and a lonely couch, sitting in the plain room.
He kneeled on the floor in front of a window, bag in front of him. He began to unpack it, pulling out the two pairs of clothes he owned (other than the one on his body) and setting them to his right. He took the weapons, and carefully set those to the left.
Finally, all that left was the money. It wasn't a bad sum- Around 50,000. People were always generous with the temple, and when the temple became no more, Allen managed to get a hold of the money.
