Mephisto Pheles

Mephisto quickly slammed his umbrella onto the ground as an explosion of pink smoke generated a big shield around Decius' one, reinforcing it. As Mephisto did that, his eyes and smile flickered. "Ngh!" He grunted as he kept onto the shield as beams of energy came out of his umbrella, flying towards the shield to give it magical strength. He turned towards Magnus, "Attack protocol?" He asked, now leaning on his umbrella with an unusual smirk on his face. It seemed more...twisted than usual. His pupils were smaller and multiple laughs came out of his mouth. But then, he coughed. Mephisto snapped his fingers, "Eins...Zwei...DREI!" he exclaimed. From outside the shield, ten hell-hounds erupted from the ground in an explosion of fire and started to fighting off the soldiers, barking fire at them.

Fortune was in panic mode, struggling to hear the others through the voices. He didn't know what the hell he was supposed to do. Fortune staggered forward, hitting his head on the barrier like he hadn't known it was there. In reality, which was now hard for him to figure out, everything was sort of foggy. His vision was sort of blurred, but he still saw. With a blink of slight clarity, Fortune rushed forward and went to prepare to knock arrows out with his sword.

Arianna Birch:

She nocked an arrow to the string and lit it aflame. She didn't know how to match these archers but she sure as heck planned to try. Her back was still pressed to Markus's  as she took aim. "You ready Markus?" She asked as she sighting down her bow. Slowly she let her back muscles relax and let her eyes take the time to locate their first mark. Her breathing was even and calm. Her fingertips held the string which she pulled all the way back to her ear this time.

Kielel Zielyr

Grand Ballroom Battleroom to being semi-unconscious

Kielel's eyes widened as he saw the blade slide through Calista's side. He looked at her face and knew that this wasn't the time to fret. He watched the vines bandage her wound as he grabbed the corpse of the attacker and teleported off to dispose of the body. Returning a instant later he watched the battle progress from a lighting fixture. He teleported from attacker to attacker checking for a pulse, if any was still alive he teleported them down into a dungeon cell. However, most of them were dead and starting to pile up in his little mound of bodies outside the castle. Appearing beside Calista he handed her a small healing potion. "don't want a scar on that perfect body," he winked before vanishing again. Only to appear behind another corpse and teleport off again. He didn't want to kill, no, he couldn't. However, the least he could do was clear out the field and help his injured comrades.

Sensing the shift in mana Kielel was stopped dead in his tracks as he looked into the blinding light. Wincing at the pain he couldn't see only hear the new enemies around him. Rubbing his eyes he cursed under his breath as he knew that this was getting serious. Just who the hell are these guys?! Finally gaining a slight bit of his vision he stood firm as the arcane fire arrows hit against the shield. It wouldn't last for long. Reaching for his sword he closed his eyes, wondering if he should use such destruction. "I can't kill but it's something..." He looked over at Calista and blew her a kiss before teleporting in front of the archers. Drawing his sword he sliced through nine of the bows, before taking a arrow to the knee, chest, leg, eye and both arms. The bows decayed into nothing but dust as the blade connected with them. Teleporting to the other side he took out ten more bows before falling on his back, body riddled with arrows. Ow. This is going to hurt tomorrow. Hope I looked cool at least. Nineteen out of thirty is okay right?

Slamming another attacker into paste against the wall Shiaria sensed the shift in mana and closed her eyes before the flash of light blinded her again. She would not fall for the same trick twice. A new enemy. What is going on here? Looking at the new attacker she couldn't help but feel some excitement as in this battle she had found a true enemy. At least it's getting interesting. "Get my armor." Her shadow vanished as she planted her feet low and growled at the lead insurgent. Leaping into the air her shadow wrapped around her, protecting her from any harm. As she landed she was fully armored in her worgen form and growled down at the elven monstrosity. In her worgen form she towered over the malicious figure, standing at seven feet. Gripping her Zweihander in one hand and her own sharpened claws in another she smiled, "you'll have to go through me first, villain." Without missing a beat she swung her sword down at the black armored leader aiming straight at his head.

Boss Fight? - Grand Ballroom Battleroom

The dark, decaying commander rose the hand that he had the metallic glove on. His sharp talons locked themselves at the Zweihander that Shiaria tried to cut him with and stopped it, making it evident that his strength was not to be ignored. From the sheer feeling of the force of his hold, you could easily gain enough awareness to realize he could probably prove a match for Magnus, or at least be in comparable levels of physical strength. The size of the glove-like weapon on his hand allowed him to lock his hand on the Zweihander, however the vile creature knew not to attack without a strategy. Instead of trying to rip the weapon out of her hand and disarm her - he decided to use the very strength Shiaria had put into her grip and tried to perform a 360 degree turn at huge speed, to throw Shiaria to the other side of the hall along with her blade. From the lack of instinct, but rather reliance on tactics and intelligence one could tell the monster was not the one to be underestimated.

Shiaria raised a eyebrow as the small elven creature stopped her swing in his track. This isn't going to be easy...good. Feeling her body move as he tried to fling her into the wall it took a split second to realize what had happened. Twisting her blade free from the commander's clawed hand, she flew towards the other side of the hall. However, her shadow rose up behind her and formed a strong wall. Pushing her powerful hind legs against the shadow wall she shot back towards her attacker, sword positioned for a upward slash at his chest. As she did her shadow ran across the wall and jumped from the ceiling down towards the commander for a two-way attack.

Boss Fight! (Dark Commander) - Grand Battleroom

The pestilent commander was free to fight Shiaria due to the groups of friendly (to him) soldiers that protected him from the weak mooks, however he was surprised when Shiaria split herself into two, able only to block the attack of her real-self. The shadow managed to get a stab in the back, however the dark commander's armor took most of the damage from the hit, save for a lot of dull pain and probably his spine cracking slightly. The abominable creature yelped in pain, then barely jumped aside to take some distance from Shiaria. Then he casted a spell, a very gruesome one at that - The commander's jaws opened inhumanly wide, so much so that if he was normal-looking one could assume his jaw just broke and fell off. From his mouth, a stream of pestilent disease and noxious gas poured out towards Shiaria and nearby soldiers. To a normal, ordinary, human organism breathing this miasma for any longer than five seconds meant nearly instant death, and any shorter meant serious health reprecussions. Contact with it was enough to pose a threat.

Grand Ballroom Battleroom Dark Commander vs. Dark Knight

Her shadow returned to her feet as she smirked. No one expects the two of them to work separately, it was something she'd been practicing for a while now. Gripping her sword tight she tried to access the situation. It was clear this Dark Commander was nothing human, it smelled of rotting flesh and evil, the stench was revolting and it was only growing stronger. She watched as the spell took hold and his jaw began to unhinged and fall. She tensed. There was a strange spell coming from him, what was it? She sniffed a gain and instantly realized what it was. Oh no!

She leapt up and buried her claws into the ceiling, catching her sword in her teeth. What is this man?! No monster! Her shadow held her sword as she called out to thr others. "It's poison don't breathe it in!" Her sight faltered as the miasma was getting to her, her heightened senses a curse now. No, I cannot fail in this. Crawling across the ceiling she hopped down behind the man she went to slam her paw into the Dark Commander's head.

(Dark Commander (NPC)) - Grand Battleroom

(If you say so <3)

The Dark Commander's laughter filled the room as he saw his adversary flee up, high above to the ceiling. He found it amusing in some sadistic way, and his pestilent, crackling voice filling the room could frighten a man easily. He observed Sharia as she slithered up behind him, pretending not to see it coming. As her paw came for the back of his head, he blocked the attack, catching her hand with his gauntlet once again. The eldritch abomination delivered a kick that could shatter bones into her chest, sending the dark knight flying backwards into a wall, probably being knocked unconscious, or at least something similar to such a state. Seeing that she was in too much ailment to get up anytime soon, he decided not to waste his time on a finishing blow and turned away instead, to face the front line and see his troops slowly get slaughtered. The biggest problem must have been the shield that Decius was creating, as it unallowed any of his troops to pass, whilst the enemy could fire freely. The Dark Commander rose his hand and casted a Doombolt spell, flunging the ball of iridescent, raw and unrefined, yet unstable and volatile magical energy towards the barrier. It exploded upon impact, leaving behind a tainted, dark corrosion on what used to be the golden shield. The impact weakened it noticably. Once again, the abominable creature laughed. It's frontline shock troopers were getting slaughtered, but as long as the archers were active, everything could still go according to plan.

Decius Vorgan - Grand Battleroom

Feeling the pressure of dark magic against his shield, Decius dropped on his knees, trying to keep the spell up and protect everyone. "I-I.... I can't hold out much longer. That guy is powerful!" He gave warning to his allies, then took a few deep breaths, getting up once again and continuing the spell. He wanted to cast it and fight simultaneously, but he was one of the only individuals present capable of a shielding spell that was currently in dire need, and since his shield was starting to fail he had to redirect all of his focus and attention on keeping it up and powering it with mana, however to no avail - he was running out of juice. It was merely a matter of time before the archers of the Dark Commander broke through and started slaughtering everyone like cattle. Someone had to take the archers down or they were done for.

Calista Flowei

Calista found herself fuming with rage, fists clenched as she stared at the dead figures before her, feeling a twang of remorse. She had actually killed somebody. Heart fluttering in her chest like a caged bird, frustrated to be held against her will. Her hands shook with both fear and anger, her vision tinged a slight red. It took her a few moments to release the blue-coloured bodies from the plants grasp. The bodies flopped ominously, echoing throughout the ballroom. Blood pooled onto the floor beneath, and Calista stood frozen, scared of her own actions. She didn't want to use her powers for evil- she didn't want to kill. The young woman was only ripped from her extreme emotions when she felt Kielel hand her a potion. Her eyes suddenly dropped to the bottle, reluctantly raising to look up at his with a slight grin on her face. The boy was so damn flirty, even in a time of distress. He never failed to amuse Calista. Taking the cork out of the small bottle, she downed it all in one go,  proceeding to smash the glass against the corner of the whole to gain an effective weapon. The wound on her hip had already begun to efficiently heal, the flesh knitting itself up in a rather speedy fashion. Seeing Kielel blow a kiss, Calista shook her head in slight disbelief, her grin growing.

Her grin did begin to falter, however, when she looked up, seeing her friend become showered with arrows. Speedily stealing a bow and several arrows from a dead corpse- very gingerly, though- she aimed at the people attacking Kielel, closed her eyes and blindly shot, knocking out all the bodies. Not killing, but reigning them unconscious. Finding herself scurrying towards his boy, she removed the arrows wedged into his flesh and removed a small, purple flower from her hair. It had healing properties that didn't actually work on herself, but supposedly worked wonders on other people. Sticking the bud in his mouth, she squeezed the stalk, releasing all healing properties. It was a natural method used for centuries, whether it actually had good means of healing was up for discussion.

After that, she stood, aiming her arrows upwards towards the king and Decius and the other lords. Completely missing the stairs, she climbed up the wall behind the decaying elf-like creatures, sneakily rolling over the railing of the stone balcony. From behind the creatures, she could still see a puff of pink smoke, understandably from a shield, she assumed. Arrows in hand, she walked behind one attacker, stabbing him from the top of his back and then pulling the arrow down its spine. She heard it cry out, but even so she continued with shaking hands. In a turn of events, one attacker turned to attack her, sending her to fall backwards and off of the balcony. Her mouth opened in shock, falling slowly. Hands flailing, she closed her eyes, only to grab a side wall of the castle in great luck. From where she balanced, a safe distance from the trolls, she began to aim her arrows, shooting them with precision.

Fortune was suddenly behind her, preparing to shift. "Alright, just don't hit me." She called to Arianna before changing into the form of a black panther. The cat was nearly twice the normal size with muscle rippling through its limbs. Fortune wasted no time to admire her handy work and just launched into battle. She somehow managed to leap through the wall of flames (Burning herself but adrenaline was high) and pounce on the nearest attacker.

"Stop that at once. If you die, you know it'll be as a revenge from the others. Their friends were murdered by you. Do you want to be a murderer? Because that's just what you are. You're a hideous thing. You attack anyone for no real reason! Look at Markus. Wouldn't it just be better to give up?"

Fortune shook her head at the voice, continuing to grab the archers. Once she had a hold on them, she'd fling them into the fire. Now that was all well and good until one arrow stuck her eye. The cat let out a shriek of pain and retreated back beyond the flames. She lept through and shook her head to try and dislodge the arrow.

Arianna Birch: Battleroom-

Arianna tried to lessen the flames where Fortune leapt through. Her arm steady and her arrows still flying, making sure not to hit the big cat. Yanking the string back to her hear and fired, lodging arrows deep into the enemy. She Was so focused on her targets she didn't even see Fortune jump back through the flames. A bead of sweat appeared on her forehead as the firewall took a toll on her strength. She sank down onto one knee, still continuing to fire arrows.

Laying there on the brink of death, a place our handsome hero is familiar with, Kielel was slowly letting out the shallow breaths he had left. Gah! These arrows hurt! Why are there so many?! Is there one in my dick?! Who shot my dick?! Heh, well it is a pretty easy target it's, so huge after all. Ugh I don't feel like moving, the others got this right? He watched as Shiaria, the strongest warrior he knows (beside the king), was flung into a wall. Followed by the ever confident "I can't hold out much longer!!" Closing his only good eye he sighed. Yeah. They got this. I'm just gonna take a nap right here....

He honestly would have taken a nap right then and there if it wasn't for a beautiful angel who came to his side. Wincing a bit as the arrows were pulled out, and that eye one was a doozie he felt the taste of something sweet slide down his tongue. Absorbing the healing properties into his runes, a soft pattern moved down his sided. He would have told her not to waste any special medicine on him, but it was already too late. Besides, he loved having a pretty girl take care of him. The care didn't last long since they were in a battle, as quickly as she came she was gone once more. He pouted a bit as he sat up, tripping a soldier that passed him by. He kicked the soldier's head, rendering him unconscious.

Hopping up he saw his pretty damsel in distress and knew he had to act. "I got you." Teleporting in front of the arrows he caught Calista and Teleported the both of them back to where the trolls were. He smiled down at her before leaning down and kissing her forehead. Pulling away he let her stand, "thanks for healing me, beautiful. But with that save I think you owe me another rescue." Giving her a playful wink he patted the orc duo on the back, "Take care out there guys." He pushed off them and leaped into the air. Teleporting off into the array of archer's, leaving behind the arrows that were once in his back. Looking around at the archers he unsheathed his swords, the decay power pulsating from the shining blade. I refuse to kill, but this...this is personal. Besides I have to admit at some point I'm not like the rest of the Rune Elves. Taking a deep breath he looked around "Alright. NOW WHICH ONE OF YOU DEAD MEN SHOT ME IN THE DICK?!"

KORA THE ORC

Kora was overwhelmed with the sudden burst of energy that took over the room. More enemies causing her to drop the man she was holding as she was soon taken over. She did not mourn to long over her temporary captive and focused more on what she did best, being an orc.  Unlike the others she seemed to be enjoying this a tad to much. After all Kora was content with dying right here right now, dying in battle was the highest honor and orc could achieve. With no fear of death, and free to use both limbs she became a challenging opponent to her foes. She became so caught up in the heat of battle that she did not realize the seriousness of the situation. It became clear when Decius ever inspiring words broke through the fighting. Kora looked around seeing on of her comrades almost die,and the others making a desperate attempt to get rid of the archers. "Are we really losing, ugh you bunch of spineless useless pieces of...." She broke free from her the group she was fighting deciding to go after the big fish.

She stood in front of the dark commander, remaining unarmed despite all the weapons around for her choosing. Of course she had no actual chance, she understood this. Her plan was not necessary to beat him, just keep him occupied from the others. She was not the best fighter out of the group, probably not the strongest though she would argue she was. Yet she was confident that she could last longer in a fight between him then the rest. Especially with the high lord being busy keeping them from certain agonizing death. ** "You seem confident of victory, and your strength undeniable...." ** Kora was not to sure where she was going with this. So much for an epic introduction. @Birdsie

Dark Commander (NPC) - Grand Ballroom (Battleroom)

(I do, but it's late where I am at.)

The leader of the enemy forces looked at the brave, orc woman rushing towards him. As admirable as it was in his eyes, it was still insignificant. The Dark Commander lifted his deadly sword, taking on a peculiar facial expression that represented a mix of amusement and admiration, raising an eyebrow, or at least what infested remains were of it on his face. Soon after, the sword charged up with deadly magical energy as he brought it raining down at Kora from the sky. The attack, combined with his lethal strength could turn a man into a literal pulp of blood and gore if they didn't protect themselves with anything.

Calista Flowei

Upon finding herself in Kielel's arms, she stood bewildered for a few moments. It seemed an endless cycle of them both just saving each other. Hopefully it wouldn't last too long, as Calista knew that it wouldn't be much longer until she ran out of strategies. She mentally cursed, knowing that there were to be no more lessons for her to improve her fighting skills; that did not mean she would not ask to have more anywhere. Eyes flickering up to meet Kielel's, she felt him help her stand, but also his lips on her forehead. For a few moments, she had frozen, a little baffled at the action he had pulled. "I-uh-" she began, her blush reappearing. This time though, it was far more obvious, like a lighthouse through a storm. She wasn't expecting that to say the least. Kielel was too flirty for his own good. Her eyes trailed reluctantly after him as He left, watching in awe at his teleportation skills.

An arrow whizzed past her ear, skimming it lightly. The sharp blade only made a small cut on her pointed ears, not much to startle her either. Turning around, she faced her attacker with an arched eyebrow. "Oh for goodn-" she began, suddenly stopping hearing her friend's voice. Calista couldn't help but splutter in laughter at what he had said, hand lifting to cover her mouth. This left her in a moment of slight vulnerability, and she was quick to turn back around, her attacker directly in front of her. He swung with a heavy-looking sword, missing as she leaped away. Swinging enthusiastically, he managed to cut a slight chip in her hair, but otherwise missed. Every time he tried, she had leaped out of the way with what seemed like ease, although it truly wasn't. Taking another jump, she climbed onto his shoulders, holding the bottom of his chin and the top of his skull in her petite hands. "May you rest in peace," she whispered, closing her eyes and twisting her grasp. Just like Decius taught us, she thought to herself, an ominous series of clicks causing her to grimace. Her eyes searched around, looking for a soul in need.

Fortune somehow managed to shift back and get the arrow out. Her wound was bleeding and throbbing, so she had lost half her sight, but she needed to focus. The girl took her sword to her pants and cut off a bit from the bottom to wrap around her eye. With a makeshift bandage in place, she rushed forward to help Kora. While the orc kept the leader busy, Fortune lunged forward with her silver sword in an attempt to stab him in the kinks in his armor.

Dark Commander (NPC) - Grand Ballroom

The dark one screamed in agony as he felt a silver blade penetrating his skin and rotten flesh, cutting through his nearly-dead nervous system and making him shriek. He knelt on the ground, using his arms to support himself and staying conscious. He barely looked up and was hit by one of his warriors, thrown by the orc girl who attacked him just a while ago. He did not suspect a sneak attack, or even that anyone could get past the line of his soldiers. Feeling that he underestimated his enemies to a grave amount, the commander's eyes closed as he fell into unconciousness.

Ergez - Grand Battleroom

Ergez felt the archers as soon as they appeared, and, while the others were blinded, he clambered up one of the tapestries hanging from the wall and reached one of the balconies occupied by archers. Two arrows bounced off of his chest, (even Orcish formalwear was armored, thankfully) but the other archers were startled by his surprise attack. Ergez dove for the carpet that sat on the floor of the balcony, and grabbed the edge of it facing the hallway. He heaved it upwards, but the archers remained firm insteaf of flying off of the balcony like he expected. Shit, he thought, as an arrow pierced a hole in the carpet and lodged itself into a chink in his armor, change of plan. The Orc jumped upwards, and bounced off of an invisible platform in midair. He shot over the heads of his opponents, and brought them along as the rug caught them like a net.

While the archers were thrown almost straight down, Ergez had more forward momentum. Upon landing, his knees buckled, and he was sent rolling across the ballroom floor. The carpet coiled around him like a cocoon, and rendered him unable to move. Ergez started to panic; the carpet was thick, and he couldn't move. He could barely feel anything going on around him; the carpet was so thick that he couldn't feel, smell, or hear anything going on around him. The Orc could just barely feel the footsteps of someone standing almost on top of him. He couldn't tell if it was a frriend or foe, but he didn't want to take chances. Ergez unleashed a huge burst of raw Chi around him that was strong enough to rupture the ground. The carpet was completely shredded- along with his clothes. But being naked wasn't the issue. Ergez was almost right next to a large pillar, and he could feel that it was dangeously close to coming loose. It was stable, but so much as a stray arrow could've made it topple. As luck would have it, not just an arrow, but an entire person slammed into it. Ergez cupped his hands around his mouth, and shouted, "LOOK OUT!" as the marble column crashed into the battlefield below.

Fortune staggered a bit, holding her eye. "Well, uh-DUCK!" She suddenly cried, tackling Kora out of the way as the pillar came down right where they would have been. "S-Sorry, um, I-I'll get the blood off." She stuttered, trying to wipe the blood from her eye off Kora's armor. Fortune suddenly looked around in confusion.

"You think that changed anything? Well, it didn't. Look at this, you've killed again. Isn't a life a life? No matter what? Well, you just ruined at least twenty. You want to kill don't you... Just give it up little thing. Give it up."

Fortune shook her head and stood, offering a hand to Kora. "We should get moving" She motioned to the stuned warriors. "They won't stay down for long."

While the battle was turning it's tide to their side, Shiaria was meditating. As the Dark Commander kicked her into a wall she heard a soft voice whisper in her ear. It wasn't her own, but something apart of her. Her chest was on fire, the commander certainly broke a rib or two from that kick. She was durable, but not as much as the orc Kora. Hearing her voice through the darkness, she was certain that the fate of that dark commander was in competent hands. So that left the peons, dead and living men alike who've chosen poorly. You don't want to oppose a Night Worgen.

Feeling the miasma in her system she knew gighting agian would only hasten the poison to kill her quicker. She had no choice she'd try her last new skill. It was imperfect, she'd hope for more lessons to help fully realize her power. However, gor now what she could make would be good enough. Letting her mind leave her body, she laid helpless and open.

Darkness erupted from Shiaria and ran along the walls. A low growl could be heard as her huge shadow began to drip above the remaining soldiers. As they looked up for a moment it was quiet then a lage clawed hand slammed down on the ground with a earthshaking thud. The clawed hand rose up the sticky remails of the crushed soldiers slid off and fell to the floor with a gut-wrenching plop. The scars remains began to scatter only for the hand to swipe them up into its pal and squeeze them till they popped. A low laugh squeezed through large pool of darkness. The hand went to reach for the dark commander, but the loud thud as thr column fell broke Shiaria out of her meditation. The arm dissolved in a flurry of slashes and the large shadow vanished.

She roared in pain, the blow back of breaking the connection sent a wave of slashes up her left arm. She rummaged in her armor for a healing potion. Finding one she tore the cork off and chugged the entire thing. Her body only partially healing, since the potion was made for frail humans not Worgen. However, it was enough to allow her to shift onto her human form and her wounds began to heal much quicker.

Clothes torn to ribbons from her transformation she willed herself to move. Grabbing her sword she stood to her feet. Wobbling slightly she began to walk, gaining strength with every step. Till her walk became a run, then a jog and then a sprint as she ran straight towards Ergez. Her eyes locked on him she didn't stop, hopping on the side of the fallen Pilar she rebounded off, glew over Ergez and swung her sword down straight onto two of the undead soldiers that were about to attack Ergez. She let out a sigh, "these things don't die easily." Tired she rested against the orc, not giving two shits, that he was naked. Looking up she smiled, "nice of you to join the party."

KORA THE ORC

Kora looked up at Fortune taking the hand that was offered to her brushing of some of the dust from her dress. It was a tattered mess, not that there was much of it to begin with. She looked down at Fortune smirking at the young beings warning. "It would not be fun if they did yes?" She looked down at her wounded arm, flinching at the touch. "Lead the way" She smiled at fortune. Feeling quite pleased on how tings turned out.

Fortune nodded. "We need to get to the king before anything else happens." She said with a solum nod, preparing her sword once more. Fortune carved a path through the soldiers, occasionally grunting in pain as they would land a hit. She made it to a little ways before the king when one stabbed at her leg. Fortune cried out in pain and slashed blindly. She somehow managed to stab his stomach before bending down to try and tend the wound. "Stupidstupidstupidstupid! I should have worn the boots!" She muttered, not really trying to touch the bleeding wound. Taking deep breaths didn't help, so Fortune tried to stand only to have her leg give out again. "K-Keep going!" She told Fortune, motioning to the king.

Lyon Granville

While readying an attack on the so called "commander" of this Leg Skull group or whatever they were called the blast of energy that suddenly surged into the room catching him off balance as everyone stared at the center of the room. So this was what was really happening tonight...no wonder the king was acting like he was walking on hot coals all day.

The flash of light and then darkness blinded him, thrusting him into pure darkness, blinking a few times he switched his eyesight to that of a raccoon. Looking around the room he watched as everyone jumped into action; gritting his teeth Lyon growled, "Oh HELL no.". Using the sudden commotion as a diversion Lyon swept the bogus commander's feet out from under him, forcing his body to meet with the floor headfirst. He was NOT about to be outfought by these sissies. Grabbing him by his armor Lyon hooked his hand under the chest plate channeling his animalistic powers and breathing heavily he sent the man flying into the pile of his comrades just before a large hand came down reducing them all to grease stains on the floor.

Letting out a furious roar he leapt into the thick of the battle tussling with the few remaining soldiers still standing and finishing off a few of those who weren't before he spotted Kora and Fortune heading his direction. Now in battle mode Lyon's eyes were yellow saucers with thin black slits running down the center.

His teeth were covered in blood and he certainly looked like the beasts that he claimed to tame, he looked up from the arm that he was relieving a solider of and turned his head to spit out their black blood.

These soldiers were definitely not normal; they were enhanced in some way. Probably using some type of Black magic, he thought vaguely, Natasha chose that moment to appear next to him and drop a severed arm at his feet. He grinned ruffling the top of her head with his bloodstained hand,  "Great minds think alike, huh Tasha?", Tasha apparently not liking this shook her head from side to side.

"Whoops, my bad.", he chimed looking at her red stained coat, she had been busy. Her whole coat was brushed with red, they would both need a good wash after this.
