Hmm, I was thinking a huge sea monster since the sea is massive and largely unexplored territory. No one knows what lies deep under the sea, and sometimes not even Lydia. Though, I can refer back to Medusa's sisters in the Lore. Possibly, they sacrificed themselves to bring the sea monster to life. The Anti-Lydia is going to have a different name as well. Maybe even a siren.

She can't kill them. They're immortal, just like normal gods. However, she could still defeat them so, that's just a guess, one head is easier to defeat than two.
