Awww your Hawke is adorable! I was going to make my character's guilty pleasure romance novels but changed it because she wouldn't feel guilty about it (she owns a book store.)
Sorry, mate. I can have Vidar wear less armour and be more of a damage guy, if that's easier for you. It's no real bother.Archon said:Aw shmuck.
Tank role gone... ;-;
Nah, I'll just make a pure skill warrior, effectively being damage.Fezzes said:Sorry, mate. I can have Vidar wear less armour and be more of a damage guy, if that's easier for you. It's no real bother.
It was a joke, the whole sentence. A slight jab at the fact in DA:2 all the Qunari are essentially shirtless. I've played all three games, the second three times, the first around 10 times, the third only once. DA 'Sten' wasn't actually called Sten, it was his role in the Qunary military.Fezzes said:Ok, then. As long as I'm not making you go out of your way.
Name's Vidar, and probably through joints, weak points, and various other methods. For all intents and purposes, Vidar Akaas is his name. Antaam is a role in Qunari society, of the warrior, and it's a connection to stuff he'd rather not be connected to anymore. Dragon Age wiki is a valuable assistance, although I'm still not 100% sure on naming. Tal-Vashoth usually take new names to create more of a personal identity. Vidar Akaas is the one Antaam chose. Trivia: Vidar is the Norse God of Vengeance, Odin's son, and foretold to survive Ragnarok. Vengeance is the important part there. IC, it's a coincidence. OOC, that's why I chose the name Vidar.
Ah, I see. I'm not quite as familiar with Dragon Age, but I love it all the same, and I'm learning more all the time. I kind of missed that joke, sadly. I get it now, though. That's actually fairly impressive credentials you have there. I'm mostly aware of Sten, but I kind of forgot that Sten was a role in the military. Might go and change Vidar's original name to something Qunari-sounding, as a role in the military.Archon said:It was a joke, the whole sentence. I'm well accustomed with Dragon Age my friend.
And cool thought for the name!
Wooah, the whole Universe aligned itself for you?Fezzes said:Ah, I see. I'm not quite as familiar with Dragon Age, but I love it all the same, and I'm learning more all the time. And yes, I did like that whole name synergy thing. It started with the vengeance thing, and then the whole Fenrir/Fenris/Vidar thing just clicked. I think the universe itself aligned to allow that coincidence. Or something along those lines.
I don't see how a colour is a character in Dragon Age 2...Peaceswore said:I'm making a male rouge
