So, just a few questions, are there any limits on gear they brought? And is gear they request going to change every mission? Also are weapons provided or do you bring your own?

Gear brought should be fairly light because the more heavy duty stuff will be supplied for agents. Reserve gear brought to things like side arms and utility that is personal to your character. Gear you request will change every mission, so leave that empty for now. It's called a BLACK Bag. An agent can also call for an ordnance drop if things get especially hairy during a mission, so don't worry if you can't fit everything you want into an initial request.
