Shell of the once-iconic tower which overlooked the safety of Jump City, now barely holding the structure and citizens' faith together

Structurally compromised and unfitted with the latest security technology, this tower is just asking for another ransacking, Red X murmured as he peered through his binoculars from the safety of Jump CIty's tallest skyscraper. Not that I mind getting free leftover Xenothium from Robin's room.

Black and swift, the lithe parkour expert was no stranger to Jump City. He knew every escape route both above and underground. But it was not his style to take the sewers. He leapt from roofs of apartment buildings too close to be safe in a fire. His heart pumping as he breathed the air of the night. It was his favorite time of the day to work his magic - only robins appear so extravagantly in the day.

He was itching to hit the T Tower before the next sunrise. Or at least before the owners returned. His power belt was running low on ammunition too. He could only rely on his physical abilities to avoid prying eyes and interferences to his grand plan.
