Alyiah quickly walked over to K'tal and wrapped her fingers around his wrists,pulling his hands down so she could look at his eyes.



"Kadan,we can't possibly be right all of the time. When you are as old as the two of us you have extra time to make mistakes. It just...happens. But when a mistake happens while you're trying to do something good like stopping a Ghoul invasion,it can definitely be forgiven."





Alyiah leaned forward and kissed his forehead,hoping to comfort him. She hadn't noticed that she had slipped a word from her native language in her speech. It just seemed to come naturally.

K'tal blushed deeply when Alyiah kissed his forehead. He developed a sheepish grin, and played with his hair whilst he looked away, hoping to hide his blush from Alyiah. "Eh," he said with chuckle, "it's kinda hard not to be mad at myself for leaving a bad impression with a demon lord." He sank further into the couch as he started to look up at Alyiah with the same, sheepish grin still on his face. "By the way," he began to ask, "what's Kadan mean?"

Alyiah blushed so hard at the question that her very arms started to look red. She turned her eyes to the side for a second,feeling the burning sensation taking over her body.





"Hmmm..." She took a deep breath,considering whether she should lie or not. It was probably better to just say the truth. She replied to the question with a shy voice. "Kadan means "dear person". And you are becoming very...dear to me,in this last days. I feel like you are the only one fully by my side."

He remained motionless for a moment before falling over to his side on the couch. A muffled groan of embarrassment could be heard through the shirt. He rolled around a bit before continuing his embarrassment noises. Oh dear, I'm getting really close. Should I make my move? What if I'm going to fast? What if she doesn't hold me dear in that way? I should make a move while I have the chance. But she might have a husband! A thousand thoughts raced through K'tal's head in a second before finally curling up into a ball of blushing.
