"I suppose I can join Night Raid." Eben replied thinking it over for a moment.He wondered just how many people had joined Night Raid.

Ana smiled brightly at him and clapped her hands together. "I'm so glad we have so many new recruits!" She exclaimed, then left the shop, in search of Daiyu. They needed to head home, because it was getting late. She spotted Daiyu on a building rooftop and looked to where Daiyu was facing. It seemed that Arken, one of the new recruits, was stuck with an enemy in a trap with Venom inside as well. She approached them all quietly, and noticed a magic wielder off to the side. They must be holding the trap together... Ana thought as she approached them quietly.


She drew her bow plucked an arrow from her quiver and pulled it tightly, the end of the arrow lightly touching her cheek. She released the arrow, which embedded itself in the trapper's shin, piercing the flesh and sticking out of his calf. The man cried out in surprise and in pain, momentarily distracted. His trap flickered slightly, but he tried keeping his focus on it. He looked at Ana and pointed his other hand at her, releasing a pulse of electricity. Ana dodged the pulse, but not enough for it to miss her left forearm, making the use of her bow difficult.


Ana dashed to the mage, pulling her daggers out as she did so. She sliced at the man, cutting his stomach, arm, and hip, causing the mage to lose focus on the trap entirely. The trap flickered off, releasing Arken and Venom. He grabbed Ana's wounded arm and shocked her more, causing even more pain and leaving burn marks on her arm. She swung her dagger back towards his face this time, with her right hand, and shoved the blade directly into the man's skull, killing him instantly. His grip on her arm released, despite his twitching arms and hands, causing the gross sizzling sound of her charred skin to cease. She lifted her arm, which was painful to do, and looked at the black skin she now had on her forearm.

Arken approached the heavily wounded opponent, blood pooling at the warhammer man's feet and then spreading into rivers that Arken stepped into as he approached, ready to vanquish his attacker. Arken grinned as he raised his blade, and then in the very moment right before he brought the blade down,the warhammer man brought his hammer outwards attempting to take Arken in the gut as a distraction. Arken's super speed once more worked to his ultimate advantage. He stepped back a step and spun around to be behind his opponent, and in one fluid motion, he drove his borrowed sword through the warhammer opponent's throat, blood gushing in thick and warm streams, some of it splashing upon his face.


He wrenched the blade free and stared upon the still heavily bleeding corpse, torrents of the life giving liquid pooling around Arken's shoes. They were dress shoes to accompany his suit and tie, but it was obvious he'd have to dispose of the entire outfit, shoes included now.


"Such a shame" he said.


He then turned to gaze upon the barrier once more.


"Now if someone can take care of that Trapper, maybe things can move along" Arken said in a casual and relaxed manner.


As if he hadn't just killed someone whom had tried to kill in a execution manner. As soon as he mentioned the trapper, the barrier flickered out and died.


"Wonderful timing" Arken said with a pleased tone.

Daiyu watches the barrier dies out, and grins. She smirks as sees Arken is covered in blood. "Nice look." She comments to his red stained suit. Her grins shows off her blood stained teeth. "Did you have fun my darling?"

Arken responds with an equally gorey grin of his own.


"Of course my dear. The suit is ruined however. A good amount of money wasted now. Shame that is. And you're wounded?" Arken said and moved over to inspect the injuries.


"I'm afraid I'm not much with medical knowledge. I would think you should get that looked at. It's be horrible if you suffered too much. We just met after all..." Arken said, his grin never slipping, but concern still somewhere in his eyes if one searched good enough.

Daiyu looks at the wound in almost surprise. "Yes, I guess I was wounded." She gently presses against the wound making fresh blood pour out of it. Dabbing her finger in the blood as she tastes it. "There was no poison on the arrow, so it is not infected yet, but yes I should get that wrapped up." Her grin never leaves her face.


"And that suit isn't ruined, but has some added color.But if you must replace it so be." Daiyu comments shruging,

She found a place to sit, and decided to wait for the others to regroup before they headed back home. She observed her arm's condition again, the skin charred and black and ugly. It hurt more than it did before, but Ana chose to ignore it. She just wanted to go home.

"No poison eh? Lovely. Maybe extra color is the better way to look at it...I'll keep it a little longer. It may grow on me" Arken said, and then he tossed Venom his blade he had lended Arken for the battle.

"my jian used to belong to a set but the other three were stolen four years ago maybe if you help me find them ill let you have one" venom said as he sheathed his jian and turned around, "i also might be heading to a place where we might find one..if you wanna help me take out a very well defended place" venom spoke as a black widow the size of a cat as it climbed up venoms. "...hey Samson...you wanna help out too" at that moment the widow let out a hiss as 5 big dessert spiders the size of cats came out as volunteers, "well then lets go get the location"

Daiyu reaches into a backpack that she always carries and pulls out a field bandage. "This should stop the bleeding and help keep the wound clean." Daiyu applys the bandage and rolls her arm, ignore the shooting pain. "Better."

"then meet me at the the store named dessert rose i need to get something from there" venom said as he turned and dashed and quickly climbed up the wall of a building to get to the roof as he jumped from building to building


".sigh the name of the store is called "thorny bowl" the name of the owner is Keith...doubt its real he has three sons and one daughter the sons are (24,22,18) and the daughter is (16) and he has over sixty highly recommended assassins and ex-mercenaries who have been on his payroll for a while now...so please be safe..and do what you have to" rolf said as he handed venom the satchel and a four mags with explosive rounds before venom left store and waited in the front for arken

After sitting at the tunnel's entrance for a while, Ana suddenly remembered why they were actually there. Whoops...better go find Venom.. Ana got up and tried to keep her arm hidden from sight as she maneuvered through the market. She didn't want anyone to try and take advantage of her injured state, so she moved quickly. She spotted Venom standing in front of a story called "Desert Rose" and jogged over to him.


"Hey, have you found the intel we needed?" She asked him, continuing to conceal her arm. If he found out about it, she would never hear the end of it from Artemis...

"yes just waiting for some back up to show up since you guys will be taking on sixty people...i have a certain 5 i need to kill...alone they are my prey..." venom looked at ana and sniffed a bit smelling some blood as Samson jumped onto ana and went to her arm and signaled it was injured as it jumped off to let venom look at it, "when did this happen?" venom said as he took a closer look

"N-nothing happened!" Ana kept her arm behind her back and waved Samson away with the other hand. "You said we were going against sixty people? I'd probably do best shooting at them from afar with my bow. I'd be able to eliminate several that way." Ana said with a grin on her face. "Oh! And what five do you need to kill? And why? If you don't mind me asking."

"Come along then. I'm not too far away" Arken said and he was correct in saying so.


He had only a few streets over, and it was little more than a small dirty and dingy apartment that was cheap and poorly managed, but he wasn't here to take care of a splendid home. He was here to remain hidden within the gutter's of the Empire's forgotten slums.


"I've been here for...a while now. Strange to think I'll never see this place again" Arken said, not upset to leave, he was going somewhere better he knew this.


He'd just spent a lot of time in this place. He felt a sort of attachment to this old, dirty, and slightly smelly place. It had been his home and safe haven for a couple years now.

"we will be going in so not a lot of sniping will be done once we breach in....and those 5 need to die by my hand cause they are selling things that belong to my dead brothers and sisters" venom said as he took out some ointment rolf gave him and put it on the wound on ana's arms

Daiyu follows behind silently smiling to herself. She listens to what Arken says before responding, "I know that feeling. But I also know the feeling of leaving something you are use to for something better." She looks around the place before asking, "Where is your sword?"


She conitues to look around smiling thinking of all the places she use to crash before joining Night Raid.

Ana huffed in annoyance as Venom rubbed ointment on her hurt arm. She winced in pain, the ointment causing her wound to sting. "O-okay then...I'm not very good at close combat, you know that. And I'm sorry about your brothers and sisters." Ana said quietly, looking away with a sad expression on her face. She felt bad form Venom, and wanted to help him as much as she could. She felt bad for bringing it up, though.
