Okay then, but we will be a squad in the RP.
Haaaa i see now...seems i will be the "sniper" then,I might be slow and have one heck of a problem against faster enemies but i will make sure to think of some kind of minor defensive mechanic so she can AT LEAST hold on when under attack,Maybe a AD Rotating machine gun located on the back to hold on a sneak attack or to slow to turn around and if on front those MRR (Medium Range Rocket) Arms will help handle it off even if slow.

(AD=All Direction)

she can protect herself but surely mostly holding them off till help comes.

We've received no updates from the gm for quite some time now. Maybe a major life event?
maybe :/ could be as well holidays, don't know

Heyyy happy holidays haha, Yeah its taking awhile for this RP to start I might set up the CS in 2 days so until then I hope people will join. Try to invite yer buddies if you van to this RP. Atm I'm in Macau with my fiance so I'll be back to give an update in 2 days

I'm interested, but I have absolutley 0 experiene with sci-fi. Like, at all. So if you're up to it, a little babysitting would be appreciated. xD

I'm interested, thinking more of being infantry than BEM. Recon / Demolition, engineer kinda thing would be pretty useful in a squad.

Glad to have you on board. Well I guess we can start with these people. I'll set up a CS thread soon and I might add a couple of things in the RP. Get ready for an update soon.

UPDATE :

The humans are able to call for backup from their mothership. They are able to quickly deploy troops using the Mothership's latest technology to do so. The "Orbital Drop", just as it name's implies, it is able to drop down a pod containing a maximum number of three infantries. Only three is able to ride the pod for the orbital drop to reduce an casualties if the pod is to be shot down. Just because the humans are able to call for infantry drop, that doesn't mean that the Locusts are not able to intercept the pods with their AA artillery. And the mothership will not send any back up when the chance of the pod being shot down is high. And also, it is possible to use orbital drop with a BEM but preparing a pod for a BEM will take much more longer than a regular infantry's. And after the BEM has arrived, the impact from landing will restart the BEM's systems and it will take sometime for it to boot up again and ready for combat.

Would an outfit like this be realistic for infantry, or are they more lightly equipped?
