It's a good thing that you bring up the age, and I hope nobody ends up making a bio of an reincarnated character being able to talk or use magic as a baby.

The reincarnators in Kumo Desu ga can use magic from the very begginning I think, the vampire baby actually can't turn off her appraisal magic and constantly got sick of information overload until she learned to turn it off XD
