Grace looked Eleinal right back in her piercing blue eyes. "My name is Grace O'Dohherty, daughter of Captain Elias O'Dohherty and please tell me who may you be princess." Grace said defensively.

Grace can be very blunt and cold at times, especially when she feels attacked. She is not afraid of speaking her own mind especially when people come across snooty.

The she-elf disreguarded the stranger's unecessary remarks and showed it by not reacting."Eleniel. A captain of Thranduil's guard." she crossed her arms,"Or...was..." she had completely forgotten she had left her position to be with the group. Her attention turned back to Toxin. Eleniel switched the bow to the other hand then calmly placed her free hand on his shoulder, hoping it would relax him, a gesture to lower his weapon,"Shes no threat." She turned back behind her,"We should keep going though, we're a man short, we could lose them and search for him or keep going," she said, still slightly panting from the run to catch up,"Either way we should move."

''What is she's the reason we're a man short, huh?'' Toxin didn't mind Eleniel's hand on his shoulder but she trusted too easily. Hell, he waxen't sure if he even trusted her yet.

''WERE COMING TO YOU, DON'T TRY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU LIKE SHARP POINTY THINGS IN THE FACE.'' Toxin jogged forward whilst keeping his bow generally aiming in the direction of the strange girl.

"FINE BUT HURRY UP I HAVE PLACES TO BE. ALSO IF YOU PUT ANYTHING SHARP AND POINTY NEAR ME, A FEW SHARP AND POINTY THINGS WILL BE GOING IN YOUR HEART." Grace says with a sarcastic tone to her voice . She sits back down on her log and calmly reminds herself that they are no threat, she had seen a lot worse at sea.

"Could they run any slower? " She thinks to herself.

Toxin finally approached the girl. Her lack of armour was...odd but her choice of weapons was refreshing.

''Well, lets try to keep this simple: did you just have anything to do with my fired being shot? If so, we're here to return the favour.'' Toxin asked the girl at arrow-point.

Grace rolls her eyes and pulled her dagger out. "I have't killed anyone and I would appreciate it if you did not come here accusing me of murder whilst putting me at arrow point. Its kind of killing the whole tranquil atmosphere I had going on." Grace lowers her dagger and lights her pipe. "So who are yous and what are you doing then?" Grace asks intrigued.

''Well, did you or didn't you?'' Toxin lowered his bow a little. He didn't feel that she was a threat, but he had been wrong before.

"Like I said before; I haven't killed your'e friend. I am very sorry for your loss don't get me wrong but do not come here to me accusing and threatening me." Grace does not feel fear from toxin she can read people pretty well, she sees him as no threat.

Toxin lowered his bow ''Well shit. Why are you here then? These woods aren't exactly a place to chill out.'' Toxin walked a little closer to the girl.

"Finally you've actually payed attention to what I'vebeen saying for the past 10 minuets, congratulations. By the way, I'm Grace O'Dohherty I am seeking adventure." She said calmly, still holding onto her dagger firmly. She is not afraid to defend herself she has been doing it most of her life. "So who are you then? Why are you here?"

''Oh you know, running away from almost certain death. We're heading down the river. If you want an adventure we could use another person at the moment.'' Toxin began to jog along the river, heading further into Mirkwood.

Hmm I havent got much to lose and I am looking for and adventure. But do I really trust these guys?... fuck it, I might as well.

Grace started jogging and caught up with Toxin quickly "I guess I am joining you then" Grace smiles and jogs ahead a bit.... "You still havent answered my question by the way......" "WHO ARE YOU?!" She shouted back.

''AN ENIGMA WRAPPED IN A MYSTERY.'' he shouted back, enjoying the view from behind Grace. He slowed and then stopped, looking back at the others, waiting for them to either catch up, protest his choice of route or protest their new ever companion.

"OH MY GOD SAME" she shouted back at Toxin. "BUT SERIOUSLY WHAT IS YOUR NAME" She now walks back over to toxin and sits down on the path and lights her pipe.

Eleniel used the trees as her route. She was more comfortable that way. If what ever shot Talvin was still following them, then perhaps the best idea was to stay off the ground or path. She was in no position to tell them anything though, and she knew it. She may have been a captain, but shes starting as a recruit now.

She followed closely beside them In the shadows of the trees. She looked a head and saw that the density of trees and shrubs were only getting thicker. She shook her head,'The forest of the Mirkwood realm....' They will definately lose what ever is following them in there, her only fear was that they may get lost too. She jumped, swung, and leaped from branch to branch as quickly as she could, long white hair whipping behind her. Poking through the leaves of trees was the sky, and the dark blue/black of midnight started to grow lighter. Not even the sun could help them through the forest. The woods were always dark and damp, it always looked like the same time of day, except when night fell.

Beneath her, she could hear the voices of the new stranger and Toxin trading words. Then she sat,'Why on middle-earth are we sitting?'

''I have no idea.'' Toxin looked down at Grace.

''Give me a go.'' he said, sitting down next to her.

He looked up at Eleneil and shrugged before turning back to Grace.

''Oh, and I'm Toxin, she's Eleneil. The other two are....ehh....over there.'' he pointed at Glimmer and Moon.

"Pleasure meeting you all" she said quietly. grace has been distracted by the few rain drops falling on her face.

"Where are we heading then?"

''Oh, well, we're just kinda out for our morning run, you know trying not to get killed by the elves and such.'' Toxin took the pipe from Grace and took a toke from it. He coughed violently after and handed it back to Grace.

''Eleneil you might as well come down here. I don't think thees patrol out so far...as least I hope not.''

"you don't smoke do you" she laughed.

"We should get some cover this rain is going to be heavy, I have been around these parts for a while now and I havent seen it rain yet, its best if we get cover as it will be hard to manoeuvre ourselves around the woods with heavy rain, we will be a lot slower making it easier for attacks to happen. Forgive me i'm just trying to help"

Toxin stood up, walked over to a nearby tree and climbed up it.

Once he got comfortable amongst the branches he looked at Grace and patted an area next to him, gesturing her to get into the tree.

Grace walked over and swiftly climbed up the tree and sat amongst the branches, she looked over at Toxin and said "Don't worry by the end of this adventure you will be able to smoke without almost dying every time you toke on my pipe" she then smiles and retrieves from her bag her hip flask, she takes a swig and passes it to Toxin.

''No. Just, no.'' he turned his attention to what he could see of the sky.

''Won't be raining for too long I think.'' he took out Paton's map and began to study the routes through Mirkwood.

''Eleniel....ehh....I might need your help here.'' he said after some time.

Eleniel likde the rain. Like other elves she had a strong connection to nature, and water brought life.she gathered her long, hip-length locks and put them to one side before lifting the hood of her cloak. It was as intricate as the rest of her elvish threads (see character sheet). While they sat and waited out the rain, the she-elf inspected her daggers.

The ground was dark with water, and the trees were even greener. Thr trickle of the river and the pitter-patter of the rain was soothing. Toxin requested her help. She was still in the trees but in a different one than Grace and Toxin. She crawled through the banches over to them,"Yes?"

''So I'm looking at the map and Mirkwood seems mostly like just dense forest BUT, we have you. So, if you would't mind, would you guide us through it. Think of it as a trust exercise: we trust you not to lead us to our deaths, you trust us not to kill you once we're done with you.'' Toxin lifted his mask and smiled.
