How do credits translate over to modern currency are they like 100 credits=1 dollar orrrrrr?

Aight, here's the gist:
The buildings of the colony are all lined up next to each other, like a town in the wild west. They don't all exist within a single space; they're all separate. At the easternmost end of the building lineup lies the Stable. And following that are the following, from nearest to farthest from the Stable: Red Dawn, Jenna's Gear and Robot Repair, Touch of Home, "The Clinic." Regular housing is up on the second level of the buildings.
If you want to immediately arrive at the Stable, I'd suggest heading in from the east.

For New Eden Colony, the population's, like, 30. Other colonies have larger populations, which we'll cover once we get to them.

Just a small heads-up though, this game doesn't really use physical coin; it's digital credits. I say this so you don't get confused later on in the game proper, but it's really no big deal.
