Is SCP Foundation or Fate allowed?

I'm considering lifting the whole 'HasTak characters only' thing and even then I will judge and observe according. (If I decide to, I'm joining in the stuff with a player character)

Even if I do, I'll be veto-ing characters either way. I have some skeptisms about allowing SCP stuff in, even if it is one of the more charming aspects like the good Doctor's fun antics.
