• The Plot in a Nutshell

• 
  
  • Over the age of 18.
  • Working a full-time job, yet active and eager to respond.
  • A literate roleplayer who has over eight years of experience.
  • All-in when it comes to planning, plot development, inspiration etc.
  • Friendly. Weird. Nerdy.

  • Write around 750+ words per post.
  • Respond at least once every two weeks.
  • Develop detailed, dynamic characters that make sense with the plot and time period.
  • Play side characters who also have a bit of a personality and possibly their own side plot.
  • Dive into the world head-first with me.
  • Willing to do this long-term.
• I am interested in a roleplay centered around two male soldiers who meet at Basic and endure the rest of a historic 20th century war (WWII, Korea, Veitnam, etc) together, their friendship turning from comradery to romance. Can be any branch of the military, though I pictured either Army or Airforce.

  I want to leave the prompt as open as possible in hopes that the specifics can be worked out in the planning phase, but here are a few possibilities, just to get your mind motors running.
  
  
  • One character could be relatively comfortable with his sexuality, while the other believes they are straight.
  • One character could be all for the war while the other is hesitant and/or drafted.
  • Getting lost/separated from their platoon and having to survive alone together.
  • POW camp.
  • Difficult commanders (punishment).
  • Getting found out by others in their platoon.
  • Faith crises.
  • Injury.
