Seven seems like a good number but if we're just finding capsules you could just limit the level of the monsters we can find at first e.g. towns and cities have low levels monsters left lying around as everyone else got all the good ones already, but the more dangerous places that no one visits and are scared of going to have the higher level monsters, the kind of places are characters are visiting later on in the story.

I can only see myself hanging out with one person so far on the list (that is if they still need a babysitter lol) but open for interactions as well.
