No it's fine. Some games have a collective list of all with CSs that can help others keep track of who is who and details about them. But if we are playing it loose that's fine as well.

Well I know she is like DP with the powers and stuff, so does she like pulls stuff out of no where or?

Shes does not have deadpool's regeneration and Deadpool cant pull out random items he just tends to have them around.

Shes not related to Deadpool other than a 4th wall connection but hers is far more direct as it's her actual mutant ability. She can jump outside the panel and it seems like shes teleported, she can catch sound effects so shes silent, she can take a item from a earlier panel etc but she has certain limitations in that she cant change things a editor would veto, or something that is currently on screen.

Question, are OC antagonists allowed? If so, I have an idea for a hero character and a villain character

Alright cool. My idea is that my hero OC is a Israeli Mutant named Levi with the ability to coat his body in a hard, clay like substance, kinda like a golem.

His Uncle, who adopted him at a early age, is the Chairman and CEO of Horus, a Multinational firm and is a prime player in the international black market. He would be the villainous PC with a vendetta against Xavier's School since he believes that they "stole away" his nephew after he refused to let him go, when he really ran away to join them when he realized his Uncle was a gangster

Would that be cool?

Don't know as in you would not want that sort of character? It's important to state however they are not a crazy random character like deadpool is sometimes and infact far more grounded.
