Because me, which is Vash and Kayano Kaede made a joint attack on Saitama. He should have been knocked out with only 2 attacks but Sakura joined the attack as well making it an overkill. But Saitama is only knocked out.
Now Vash and Kayano Kaede made another joint attack on Asia again but the difference is that the dancer joined the attack as well. From what Sombra wrote, Asia is killed.
As we had made a conclusion that only traitors can kill people and innocents can only knock out people, the dancer automatically becomes the prime suspect for the traitor.
Kusajishi Yachiru is a traitor but she only tried to kill the manliest magical girl which is a zombie, and that is why she did not really 'kill' the manliest magical girl.
