Once Elizabeth redirects the scales, they hit Python in the jaw but not the chin. Python's head turns to the side because of this and narrowly misses the drill Dante sent up. Python hisses at Elizabeth and his scales slightly lift up. The basilisk exits the water with its full body and begins to release acidic gas from its body. Once the gas hit the small boat, it began to corrode, warning the kids this gas meant business. Python, the 70 foot long, giant basilisk began to spin like a bullet and propelled itself towards Elizabeth. Python had now turned into a corrosive bullet heading straight for Elizabeth and if it hit her, he'd plow right though her and hit the manor. If she moved out the way, he'd still hit the manor.



It was now of all times that the Oracle noticed all the activity going on in the front of the manor and threw open the door, right behind Elizabeth. "Python what's going o-" She reacted far too late, at this moment her fate rested in the groups ability to redirect the giant basilisk's intended path of travel. If they couldn't,the Oracle would die. Either capturing or killing the Oracle would complete the job but capturing would be more beneficial in interrogation. In the end, the decision and successful effort to save the Oracle or leave her had to be made by somebody in less than 2 seconds exactly.

Dante's attack failed to hit Python and the basilisk revealed its entire body while releasing acidic gas. Dante' quickly created some distance between him and the gas. He looks at Python and sees how it begins spinning towards Elizabeth and the manor like a bullet, and to make things worse the oracle was outside. Dante' weighed his options and quickly made a decision. He wills the swamp water to take a form of a big snake with the objective to capture Elizabeth and the oracle. The water snake construct will flow towards Elizabeth taking her inside its structure then head towards the Oracle moving them both out of harms way of Python. Once out of the way of Python construct will break allowing the soaking wet girls to breath again.

FINNEGAN BROWN​

Finnegan turned to face the massive serpent like entity rise from the murky water nearby. He deftly jumped back, dodging the sharp scales that flew his way. The demigod noticed that the creature's open flesh- a probably weak spot for their attacks. Luckily, some of the others did too. Finnegan drew his dagger from his coat and jumped off the course of the stairway, onto fresh ground. He muttered a command and drove the dagger into the soil. Moments later, the dagger began to glow brightly, growing and extending till it formed a deadly Scythe.

The black staff had a few ominous charms tied at the poles and was embedded with orbs near the bottom and blade. The blade was sharpened to a curved point, with many ridges above to ensure an excruciatingly painful death. The back of the blade had its share of sharp ends, allowing multiple stabs with a single swing. The bottom end of the scythe ended with the familiar shape of Finn's dagger. The golden glow began to dim as the weapon sucked in light around it, bathing it in an eerie dark aura. The orbs pulsed ever so lightly with soft radiating light, echoing the heart beat of the master's enemy. Finnegan smirked as he held onto the weapon. This could be interesting.

He narrowly dodged the mist and glared at the Python as it headed towards Elizabeth, the manor and the mysterious figure who now stood at it's doors. Dante had done a splendid job of saving the two women. "Get the Oracle far away from the Python," He whispered to whoever was near him before running in to aid Dante fight the beast.

ELIAS SACHETS​

Okay. Clues. Information, something. Anything.
Elias walked around the basement carrying nothing but the artifact that she found, hanging by her waist belt. She walked quietly, keeping herself open to any signals. Her nose twitched lightly and Elias put her hand up against the wall.

"Don't go that way, there's a trap." She whispered, pointing at an intersection. I think...

 

[Baconhands]

As the wolf was grabbed by Maria, her eyes flashed again with that same yellow-white, and again the cylinder appeared, immolating another dozen or so Spartans. It was unfortunate that as Maria ran through the newly created gap, the human was also effected by the flame - though it was only on her right side; maybe she would be okay. Some how, the wolf was relatively unscathed by the Spartans as she was carried through the army towards the ranged elements of squad two. As she was set down, the wolf turned to face the Spartan army - no more moon beam. She glanced down at the human; she was unconscious now, there was nothing she could do to help the person that had broken her out of the encirclement.
Suddenly, she felt re-invigorated. Her ears twitched and she sniffed the air... this wasn't magic from one of her allies, her senses didn't need to tell her that. There was another presence, only for the briefest of moments, but it had been there. An uneasy growl rumbled in the back of her throat: she turned from the battlefield, assessment; even though reinvigorated she wouldn't be able to properly assist these humans for the rest of this battle. Curiousity got to her, she started padding over to where she sensed the new presence.

Squad 3

As the squad entered after Elias, they could see the dark library before them. There was a dead but relatively fresh body of a snake monster sprawled on the floor. They seemed to have... cursed bullet wounds. Guns were uncommon if not used at all since the fall. There was a bloodied piece of paper within its hands. Once picked up, the most that could be made out were these words.

The Reaper draws near to you! The Reaper itself has already arrived at our base and is going to kill us all! We have heard of this killer of monsters, gods, giants, and titans going by the name Reaper. We had only assumed it was Thanatos going mad. Only to find out we were terribly wrong, this is an unidentifiable enemy! If you receive this note from my messenger we have already been killed off and you are next. You must evacuate as soon as you read this. It knows no such meaning as mercy. Signed by Orthus

Even if the library looked stocked, it seemed like there was a rush to pack things up. A lot of things were left behind as well. There was a book sitting on the floor, going by the title of Demi-beings obtaining Divinity

Elias yelped and took a step back when she saw the corpse of a monster sprawled on the floor right in front of her. She noticed the bloodied note in its hands, but the poor girl was too frightened to take it out. Nope, Elias turned around, hoping to check elsewhere, but bumped into who ever was immediately behind her. "S-sorry!" I don't want to be here, she cried internally, stepping aside- closer to the bookshelves.

That was when a book caught her eye...

With the loss of the Spartans' shields, courtesy of Mason withhis lava, the front line was now gaping, not completely, but enough to stagger the Spartans. Avice took advantage of the surprise by advancing a couple of steps and swung the swordstaff, knocking back a few Spartans in her range. The action made her left shoulder twinge; probably pulled a muscle, she wasn't too used to swordstaffs in general but the range it offered her was better right now. She heard Mason's comical "Pew pew!" from behind her and couldn't help but laugh loudly.

As the daughter of Eris struggled to maintain the dance of dodging, stepping to the side, blocking, thrusting and swinging, she kept herself aware of her surroundings, not once losing sight of Alexios. Nor was she unaware of the now visible strings and her squadmates positions. Well, not everyone in the area were her squadmates, but they were helping Squad 2. So as far as she is concerned, they're part of the squad now. Although,as she brought her swordstaff down only to swing it up again with one hand while summoning a throwing knife on the other, she couldn't help but wonder what about their original squads now. They're down quite a few numbers.

Her musings were cut short when the ground began to shake, throwing her off balance completely and sending her to the ground shortly after having thrown the knife she had just summoned. There was no doubt it wouldn't hit its mark after that horrid throw. She could only hope no one saw that. However, upon realising what it was that caused the earthquake, Avice let out a bark of laughter. Everyone was probably preoccupied with the fucking hydra - two fucking hydras, she corrected herself as she picked herself up. "A little warning next time, pl-" She began to shout to whoever it was - Selene was a likely suspect, but Avice wasn't sure if she had even been on the both, maybe Luna? She didn't really have the time to speculate further nor completely finish her sentence as one of the Spartans caught her by the arm - and due to her staggering, another caught her in the stomach.

Letting out a snarl of rage, Avice dissolved the swordstaff into two short swords and leapt into action once more. "How long do we have to fucking deal with these shit heads again?" She asked, practically growling the question out. "I was hoping we'd just be training today, but nooo." She dragged the last word out as she brought the swords up above her head then brought them down onto one of the Spartans; the action backed with the new found rage. "Instead we have to deal with this."

Ruina​

( ! ) Ruina was just about to dodge the scales when Elizabeth deflected them, sending them flying back at Python. The dragon in question made a surprising appearance, popping out of the swamp water which seemed to be deeper than it looked. The dragon's weak point was clearly the exposed chin, so she had no need to call it out for the others. There were multiple weak points on it's scaled body, though 'weak' was relative here. It's scales were tough, and her team mates would certainly have difficulties going through it's natural armour. So all she'd have to do was to make physical contact with the massive dragon in order to render it's scales useless. Easy.

However, just as she was about to move in, Python began to spin like a bullet and shot out towards Elizabeth and the oracle, who had come out of the manor. They were saved just in the nick of time by Dante, but this only made her see the oracle as a threat. She knew both from being taught by her siblings and from personal experience that it was much harder to fight when trying to protect something. She had no doubt in her mind that the oracle would only serve to be a burden to the entire team. Therefore, she would have to be eliminated. Having made up her mind, she made a dash towards the oracle, ready to rip her apart, possibly in the literal sense. The trademark smile was still on her face, but there was something different about her. Now that they were in battle, the cruel side of Ruina would really began to show.

Aurea​

The twin stars abruptly disappeared, returning to the skies above, once again leaving the moon as the only source of sunlight. It had happened at the worst possible moment. Had she been Avice, she would've let out a string of curses. She was almost done charging her ability, had she been given a few more minutes, there would be a beam of light shredding through the Spartans. Alas, she could only depend on the moon's meagre light now. Thanks to the stars, even with the moonlight, it would now 'only' take about thirty minutes to fully charge. But it was still thirty minutes too long. They could all be dead long before her ability even came close to being finished at this rate.

Much to her surprise, a big ball of light suddenly appeared before her. With this, she would be able to get the ability charged in no time. She began to glow with increasing intensity as the power was getting closer to being fully charged. "It's ready!" She yelled to the others, doubling as a warning to get out of the way. Then, a large, concentrated beam of light shot out from her body, aimed at the Spartans. Following Blue's advice, she tried her best to aim it away from the web of death that Umeko's threads had created.

( ! ) Python ended up crashing into the Manor and obliterated it. The basilisk turns to the nereast person, Finnegan, an unleashes a fury of swift attacks. It had talon-like claws on its hands covered in acid.

Slashing right and then slashing back to the left with its left arm. Right slash, left slash, right slash, and left slash. Sticking its head out swiftly for a bite and bringing it back only to perform the same bullet attack directly in front of its target. These were all the attacks Python had performed upon Finnegan in a matter of 3 and a half seconds. It was intent on killing them all.

As Ruina races towards the Oracle after she was pushed aside by water, she failed to notice Ruina. She ended up running towards Ruina by mistake since Python was in that direction. The Oracle was too busy focusing on the basilisk to notice the fact that she was now within Ruina's arm reach.

The Book
​

Once Elias opened the book, it would give her details on exactly what a Divine Form is. A divine form consists of physical, divine, and sometimes mental change in a demi-being once their bodies are filled with more than half of their current divinity. Each demi-being can only generate half of their divine parents divinity since the other half may be mortal or made up of a different being. Though if they were to receive divine aura from their respective parent they would be able to achieve full divine power. This includes: Semi-Immortality, Power on the scale of their parent, agelessness, a new physical appearance, high durability, and a potential new personality. The scaling of power varies from child to child. The divine form of a primordial child would be far stronger than that of a monsters. This is not the deciding factor on who would be the best out of the two since it's just an account of raw power, not their skill, experience, and kit.

Usually the divine form of a being can only last for up to 10 minutes but this can increase with practice and near death strain. Overdoing it and pushing past the limit can kill a child altogether if they are not careful or ready. The only way to receive divinity is through the death of the respective parent. The child must participate in the killing of said parent to receive their divinity. If there is more than one child they can both still receive it. Though if the parent is killed off by someone else, their divinity wouldn't go to either child and would be lost. The only way to achieve divinity in that situation is through their celestial weapon. Though that only carries enough divinity to empower one child if there are more than one.

"So this is what we're up against are we? My my my this is turning out to be a most lovely day..." Jayden said as he quickly moved in front of Ruina but a ways away from Finn. In one swift motion turned the dial on Pandora's handle, opened Pandora grabbing the guitar that was held inside, and struck a vicious power cord using his Rock Block technique to stop the basilisk from coming any further to Finn or the others. Jayden then performed a power slide striking his guitar with another powerful chord sending a sound wave blast uppercutting the beasts head skyward taking all its momentum from it.

Jayden seeing his moves worked raced to Finn extending his hand for him to grab," Well that was a bit of a close call now wasn't it?" Jayden said with a confident smile on his face.

Blue
​

Blue sees Aurea fire the beam towards the army and curses, "I told you not to fire it that way. Firing it into the sky would have been better!" The web of fate was literally a wall dividing the group from the Spartans. Any form of attack on the Spartans would mean you have hit the web and died yourself. Blue makes the web intangible, thus eliminating their main wall of defense. There had to be some way to make up for it though. Especially since Aurea's beam, the reason why the wall was put down, won't hit every wide spread enemy they had. That's exactly when the idea hit him. Blue races over to Aurea and hugs her from behind, now having a physical connection with her. He begins to add his own touches to her solar beam. Every inch of the solar beam now fired arrows of light from it. These arrows would explode upon contact or be fade arrows, hitting unexpecting enemies from afar. Now enemies who managed to dodge the beam would be either hit or blown up. It was a fantastic light show of a solar beam, almost millions of arrows, and explosions lighting up the night and sweeping out enemies. Selene could no longer be seen since she dragged her soul and body to the Astral plane itself to hide from the beam. It was coming right for her and she didn't think her allies saw her in the way, despite how her hair and eyes catch attention in the night. Blue made sure a whole but of arrows hit Luna's Hydra, just to mess with her."

Once the combination between Aurea and Blue went though, the numbers went from around 200 to 70 Spartans. "Yo, Mason, I'll keep the webs down. Is there anything you think can be done about those remaining Spartans? If I can get you close can you melt them down or something. We do had at least 50 feet worth of distance between us and them now. They're trying to regroup too."

Mason had watched his squad destroy the lines he opened up and got out of the way before the super sunbeam exploded. Mason dodged to the left and was thrown clear onto the ground. All the Spartans were being wiped out. He looked back to make sure Aurea was still standing, hoping she was still alive. She stood, still filled with life. Mason sighed, 'Good.' When the light died down, Mason lifted himself off the floor, his metal form creaking. He heard Blue call out to Mason and his metallic face creased into a wicked smile.

"Send me in coach. I can do it." Mason lit up with joy, the red flames licking and coming to life across his torso.

He closed his eyes and felt the surges under the sands. Mason was pulling the energies from Gaea's touch, her abundance, her life force. The power was there, waiting to be tapped. Mason opened his eyes and clenched his fists in excitement.

"Come on, buddy. Fireworks ain't over yet!" Mason flared up, eager to go.

Elizabeth had to admit, she wasn't actually expecting Python to retaliate so quickly, but she stared him down nonetheless as he came. Just a few more seconds... "O.." Elizabeth was, thankfully, cut short by Dante's help. She pulled her blades inward by her sides and rode the wave until it dropped her. She tumbled and rolled a bit, soaking now. Elizabeth quickly shook her hair and saw Ruina charging the Oracle. Sure, kill or capture, but this was the perfect time to CAPTURE! With Empyrean fully charged she focused its power on the Oracle. "Pegasus!" She exclaimed. A burst of stellar energy sprung forth from the blade towards the Oracle and took shape of Peagasus as if it were a beacon of light. It charged at the Oracle, but much faster with its horse legs and wings than Ruina could get to her, and it engulfed her within it's glowing body without stopping, taking to the sky It beat its wings and flew as far as it could away from the group and Python. She would call it back when they were done. For now, the Oracle was captured. Elizabeth held her swords tightly, Eclipse's symbols were boldly lit and ready for when Empyrean released Pegasus, but now she was back where she feared: her power is being used, she would have to fight up close. And against something as large as Python.... She looked down at the blade in her left hand then eyed Python angrily. She couldn't use another Constellation, but the individual star Betelgeuse would pack a punch. She would just have to wait until Python gave more openings.
"Our objective may not have been specifically to keep her alive, but the Oracle was NOT A THREAT, RUINA! FOCUS ON THE ACTUAL THREAT BEFORE US!" Ruina wasn't wrong in not caring whether the Oracle lived or died, Elizabeth didn't either. But there is a reason the monsters kept her here and kept her here with Python, keeping themselves a train ride and teleportation away. Think." Elizabeth hadn't realized her thoughts became vocal until she head herself say think. There was, however, a reason. Elizabeth needed to know why, and the group needed to focus on killing Python. She had just kidnapped his... friend? He was bound to be angry. She wouldn't yell it, Python obviously spoke English, or understood them, but Elizabeth hoped the group realized she wants Python to focus on her while they focus on hitting him where it hurts. Divide and conquer

Page after page after page Kristov was thoroughly reading. When he could knock out a full novel in a few seconds, reading everything wasn't hard. It was just BORING. But he found interesting things. Attack strategies, some mobility. The world was a lot bigger than he remembered. He wanted to see it all. Locations of different strongholds and gods and giants dwellings and just... information. It was nice, in a sense. Reading and learning how the monster faction operated rather than killing and tasting blood... Speaking of, he took a quick walk to the corpses and stuck his finger inside of one of the wounds, moving it around, then taking it back out to suck the blood off. "Yep.. definitely dead." He did it once more then went back to focusing on the packed boxes. Why would some things be packed and not others? They could have been trying to leaving with the pernits. Kristov wasn'y having that; no secrets left behind. He was in and out of every box he saw in sight and all along the room reading everything that had words. With his ability to understand practically every language, though he couldn't respond, he was able to read anything the monsters had: English, French, Greek, Latin, Gods, Divine. It all appeared in his native alphabet. As interesting as it all ways, it still didn't satisfy his thirsts

Demon had been waiting for the time to strike. When Python's head was launched up he ran up the serpents back to it's head. When he reached the head he used his scythe and stabbed it into his left eye on top of its head. He then pulled out his revolver and shot at the body trying to hit its spine and slow it down. "If this doesn't work then I'm fucked. Hit him hard." He kept the scythe planted deep in its eye to keep it off of the others. Gage was bored. She looked on the bookshelf some in languages she could never understand. Other in titles that she could only read half way before finding the next. She pushed some books around and gave up. She turned to Kristof and poked him in the side. "Hey what did you find?" She didn't mind the blood thing we were all killers so it was natural. She looked at a white square in the moster's grip. After close inspection she notice it was paper with a message on it. She looked at the note. She read it out loud to everyone in the room. "The Reaper draws near to you! The Reaper itself has already arrived at our base and is going to kill us all! We have heard of this killer of monsters, gods, giants, and titans going by the name Reaper. We had only assumed it was Thanatos going mad. Only to find out we were terribly wrong, this is an unidentifiable enemy! If you receive this note from my messenger we have already been killed off and you are next. You must evacuate as soon as you read this. It knows no such meaning as mercy. Signed by Orthus." She kept reading it trying to understand the message. She didn't like it at all. She cleared of the table and put the down and emptied out the explosives. She started working as fast as she could her hands were a blur as they seemed to have a mind of their own and knew exactly what to do. In under a minute she had serval explosives long and narrow about the size of her forearm. Some had stunning effects others were lethal. "Alright that looks like enough." She gave 3 to Kristof and put the other in her bag. (12). "What now guys?"

Gaige decided to read aloud the note in the dead guys hand. Kristov listened as he finished up the packed information. As Kristov was getting about ready to give more instructions, Gaige offered three explosives. He chuckled evilly, thanking her. "Lets get these set up around all of the important structural support"

FINNEGAN BROWN​

Finnegan focused hard as he fended off the Python's attacks with precision. The monster's speed was too high for anything but defense. When he finally had an opening, Finn managed to drive his Scythe into the Python's skin. Unfortunately, he left himself open to an attack and fell a few feet back. Finnegan held his left arm and grimaced in pain. The Python's acid talons found a mark on his upper arm.

A moment later, Finn heard the loud sound of a guitar. " Well that was a bit of a close call now wasn't it?" He looked up to see Jayden. Finnegan stood up and dusted his coat. "Hardly," He mumbled sarcastically as he glared at the creature. His Scythe was still stuck where he attacked the Python.

Finnegan looked around at his peers. Even if they had the combined strength and abilities, the demigods were still against an ancient protector. Fighting the Python would be futile. What we need is time. He thought as he tried to calculate a plan. Defeating Python wasn't entirely impossible. But given the current situation and the mission goals, Finnegan knew it wouldn't be a necessity. Their goal was to only capture and retrieve the Oracle. Not kill the beast. In addition, the young leader didn't want to endanger his teams lives any further.

"Get the Oracle Out. NOW." He yelled at Elizabeth. If they needed time, he would ensure they had time on their side. Finnegan placed his hands out onto the ground and uttered a summon to bring out the dead mercenaries. To his surprise, unlike the scene at the courtyard, there were a wider variety of dead things under the ground there. In fact, there were creatures from different factions. There were remnants of satyrs, cyclops and other undead beings.

For a split second, Finnegan's eyes went out of focus. He gripped his burning arm and resolved to fight through this. He knew well that he didn't have enough energy to command the entire army to fight Python. "Jayden. You need to get everyone out." He grimaced, "I'll try to keep him distracted, but it won't be for long. Once you get back to the station, send up a flare."

( ! ) There was pain all over his body, also within his heart. Once more, his friend, the Oracle would be taken away from him. As Demon stabbed his left eye, Jayden uppercutted him, and Fin stuck a scythe in his neck. Python could only watch with one proper eye as Katie, the Oracle, was scooped away by that damned Pegasus and that bitch who's its tamer. Python shakes violently to knock Demon off of his back but still had both scythes imbedded in his body. Python looks up into the sky and vomits, spewing his acids up into the air. The acid turns into a cloud and begins to rain the corrosive acid all around the area. The Oracle was safe since she had a protective charm but everyone else was in a bad spot. The moment the acid hit them it would burn through their clothes and if it touched their skin it would do the same. The portal they all came through was still open but the train wasn't there. That didn't mean they couldn't just leave though.

The acid that hit Finnegan's upper left arm began to burn through through the flesh and slowly reach the bone. The acid was beginning to spread as well and if something wasn't done it would reach his lung and heart.

ELIAS SACHETS​

Elias felt her heart skip a beat when she read the first few pages in the book. It explained of the form which could probably work to their advantage. "You guys! I think I found something that could help u-!! Wait...." Elias paused and stared at the next few paragraphs which explained how to attain the form.

Kill the parent...? "Uh..." She squinted as she reread the lines. The Divine Form would surely help them in battle, but Elias found the method to attain it beyond shocking. She didn't want to read it out loud since it was outrageous, but at the same time, she knew that they needed to grasp at all the possible opportunities if they wanted to get somewhere.

Elias shut the book and looked at everyone, "It's nothing." She squeaked, keeping the book close to her. Elias decided that she would tell them all about the book's contents, but not right now. Once they finished the thing and got back onto the train, she would tell them about it.

Nope. Elias would buuurn the book and make sure it never saw the light of day again. The End. (JK)

Blue

As Fia began to venture out towards where the Reaper was previously, there was nothing left. The only trace of the person being there was the scent left behind. There was some magic scent in the air but it didn't leave behind much. There was the smell of gunpowder in the area as well.

Blue nods his head towards Mason and fires a beacon arrow into the center of the group of Spartans trying to regroup. Blue then fires a quad shot towards Mason and he ends up right where the beacon arrow was. "Give em hell Mason!" Blue begins attempting to heal Maria with light magic. As the wolf reached the area where she had sensed the new presence, she sniffed the air and immediately let out a yelp as a sharp pain announced itself in her right flank; it was almost insufferable - the adrenaline of the fight must have distracted her mind and body from the injury. Regardless, she still processed the information from her senses: magic, obviously, but not a lot, as well as some sort of... metallic smell in the air. Whatever it was, it was a human discovery, it wasn't something she naturally recognized.
Her head turned to face the battlefield again, and she started limping back towards her allies - better to collapse in the presence of friends more willing to help her than out in the desert to be picked on by animals looking for a quick kill.
She found herself maybe twenty feet from Blue and Maria. One last moon beam - then she was done for this battle: she waited for the opportunity to present itself.

Watching as the others moved about, Umeko focused on the strings tied to the arrows. When one was cut, she quickly replaced it with two more, effectively enhancing and entangling the web further. It got to the point where she had two strings on each finger, and could sway the barrier back and forth, casting it down like a net if the Spartan army got too close to entangle and kill the soldiers. Eventually, the soldiers would learn to back up if they didn't want to die.

Turning the strings intangible with Blue when the solar beam went through it, Umeko added a third layer of strings to the web by tying ten more arrows with the strings. "Blue, round two? Perhaps more spread so I can tie them up?"

Yuki had been more or less darting around Python, attempting to get in jabs with his glaive, but the poor boy's weapon simply bounced off the scales. That's what he got for not sharpening it... Seeing the acid cloud brewing overhead, he didn't think twice about darting through the portal, back to the train tracks. No way was he getting dissolved today, not if he could help it! He did catch a bit of the acid on his back as he left, leaving a burn mark on his skin and arm as he shook it off him.

Jayden "Shachath" Fuertissimo​

Jayden dismissed Finn's order, assessing the situation at hand Jayden saw the only thing that he could do. Not wasting anytime Jayden used his EarthShaker technique to blast the incoming poison making sure that Finn was safe in the techniques inner safe zone. Seeing that there was time before the poison would reach them Jayden saw what needed to be done,"Don't hate me for this big guy..." finding where the poison had already affected Finn Jayden then pulled out his gun Screech and used it's blade to cut off Finns arm so that the poison couldn't spread any further. After releasing the acidic burden from Finn Jayden put Screech away and played his sooth song technique to heal Finns wounds so he wouldn't bleed out. He then set Finn on the ground by him keeping him safe.

'Hope he doesn't feel too bad about that.' Jayden thought as he turned his attention back to the basilisk, Jayden saw that Demon was still on the beasts head." God dammit you idiot." Jayden said to somewhat loudly, he then struck another chord focused at Demon not enough to hurt him, just enough to knock him and his weapon out of Python and towards him and Finn. After his plan worked he struck once more to knock Finns weapon out of Python, Jayden noticing how much poison was surrounding the figured it would be best to leave this area, they got what they came for there was no need to stay." Go get Elizabeth we gotta go now!" Jayden told Demon as he picked up Finn, he then lined himself towards the portal and struck as hard as he could carrying both him and Finn nearly at the entrance of the portal.
