Raina, The Dancer
Height: 5'7"
Age: 25
images

Physical Appearance: Raina is a tall, slender woman with light muscle definition. She has long, dark hair which is usually kept in a braid. While at a first glance she may seem gentle and weak, there's a deadly determination in her eyes. Most find her appearance to be beautiful and enchanting; with her clear complexion and soft features. Her movement can be described as poised yet graceful. Her typical attire is dancer garbs which are black with red accents.
Tribe: The Letifer
Weapon(s): Raina is capable of wielding most weapons with at least base level proficiency. She is moderately proficient with both the bow and sword.
Her signature weapons are long, sharp, metal claws on her fingers as well as on her feet, fashioned into a high heel like design.

Special Abilities/Powers:
Her main abilities lie in her flexibility and charm. She's a dancer in the public eye; beautiful and alluring. While she doesn't possess much in the way of raw natural magical talent, she does maintain a magical aura that is able to enchant those with a weaker resolve, causing them to let down their guard and become more compliant. Her fighting ability is solid; utilizing her nimbleness to make quick and silent kills or skillful dodge attacks.

Bio:
Raina was only 2 when their parents were killed, leaving her with basically no memory of the life she could have lived. Despite her lack of memories of a royal life, one might say it's in her blood; Ever is she learned how to talk there's been an innate entitlement about her.
when her and her siblings were separated from their family during the revolt Raina had ended up at the doorstep of a random poor family. They had taken her in and raised her up until she turned 7. Times were hard and money was tight, and Raina's attitude and demands of nice things pushed the couple to the edge. They sold her to a cruel tribe known for killing and their abusive ways. Here Raina was taught to fight and kill. Despite the hard, borderline torturous, training she endured she came out stronger and more sure of herself in the end.

One of the only strong bonds she was able to form in the clan is with one one of the elders, a grisled old woman who was rough around the edges. When Raina had been sold to the tribe the old woman was the one in charge of the care of Raina. When Raina was in her teens she tried to teach her illusion magic but Raina was a dunce when it came to magic. The only skill Raina was able to learn was a passive aura magic that would make those of weaker resolve trust her more easily. The woman also passed on her weapons to Raina, the clawed weapons which became one of Raina's favorite weapons. While the 2 would never say they loved each other, their bond and mutual respect was a testament to their closeness.
Raina soon became revered as one of the most efficient assassins in the tribe. She would be hired to perform her dance, her specialty being a sword dance, and when the target had their guard down and alone she would off them. One thing she genuinely enjoyed was dancing, sometimes she'd fo perform to make some extra money for herself. She takes joy in buying lavish jewelry and has a proclivity for always getting her way.

(Please note that although you cannot see it there is a birthmark on his chest where it meets the shoulder in the shape of a spade)

Tribe: Harcoves

Weapon(s):
Well versed in sword play from his sea travels, Alder is as skilled with knives as well as hand to hand combat. He can use spears, though isn’t as proficient, and even knows how to fight with long weapons such as ropes. His main weapons are a cutlass and some knives, one hidden in each boot and one on his belt.

Special Abilities/Powers:
One of Alder’s special talents is his ability to adapt to situations in battle, seeing ways to disarm or trick the enemy, within mere seconds, as well as learning that surviving a is a sign of victory, so he doesn't mind playing dirty. He is also very good at throwing knives with amazing accuracy. For some reason animals are also drawn toward him and are usually calmer when in his presence.

Bio:
Lyam was the youngest child of the king when he was slain, only a few months old when it happened. While the chaos was going on, he was taken by his wet-nurse and made her way to the port. Convincing the captain that the child was hers, she sailed across the Tethis Sea, eventually making her way to a port town on the Scartarris Ocean, spending the next year taking care of Lyam. However she was always careful to keep him as hidden as she could, out of fear he’d be killed if found, until she could make her way to where his mother had been exiled to. One night just as she was trying to find somewhere to stay, she was killed her and her things taken, the thieves unaware that the young prince was hidden.

When they got to their hideout, the 2 men bragged how easy it was to steal and kill the woman. Looking over their goods, their boss, Captain Harcove, noticed the child and killed the 2 men on the spot for sloppy work. Thinking that they could get a fair price for him, the crew set off with the intent to sell him and their goods, his 1st mate/ lover taking care of him as they sailed. As the journeyed, the captain started to feel attached to the babe, deciding to raise him in the way of sea life instead, renaming him Alder.

Alder was taught all the ways of the sea from, “The Captain” as he was always called. The rest of the crew offering their lessons as well. He spent many a year with his family, even learning some other, non-pirate skills from others when they docked such as music and playing instruments, many saying that he could’ve been famous for that if not for the life he lived. Eventually at age 20, he set off on his own, hiring his own crew and even getting a monkey Chili.

Some side notes, I chose not to include anything regarding pistols and cannons as I wasn’t sure how they fit into the world, though if they are allowed I would like to include the pistol. I can also change things around if he doesn’t seem to fit into the word for some reason.

Tribe: It’s not really a tribe, more of a band of wandering cannibals.

Weapon(s):A double headed war axe, a gladius, and a composite longbow.

Special Abilities/Powers: His sense of smell is heightened.

Deadshot: With immense focus and a clear line of sight he’s able to take a shot with his bow from 100 meters away with pinpoint accuracy.
Rage: A primal rage built up from childhood, Balik is able to tap into his rage to give him strength almost inhuman.

Bio: Balik has never always been there. When he was young he would go out of the way to torment either the maid that was watching over him, or the guards that were assigned to him. His mother had feared for the safety of those around him and partially kept him away from the rest of his siblings. He would see them from time to time when he was allowed out into the courtyard. Most of the time he would be chasing animals. If they were caught he would “play” with them.

When his eldest brother and uncle unfolded their plan Balik was the last of his siblings to leave due to the fact that he was lost, having fun “playing” with his attackers. When he finally got out of the kingdom, he spent a year wandering. He was nine when he was taken by a wandering cannibal to his tribe. He was almost eaten, but thanks to his twisted mind he was able to give the cannibals a better meal. They say that young people's tears and cries to stop is torture. Balik thinks it sounds like a sweet song.

He was raised by that tribe. Taught to hunt, Balik’s mind became more dark and demented. He would catch anything and everything. He grew up good, always had a full belly and a smile on his face. He even caught a wolf and raised it. It would snap at him every now and then. He would discipline it as he saw fit. Balik was crazy, so crazy that when he was old enough he challenged his adoptive father for his throne. He lost, and out of pity Darkir had tossed him out of the tribe. He now wanders, looking for his next meal.

Dak Dak
Character accepted...a little Hannibal Lecterish, but it works.

I think we have all we need to start. Look for an IC to be put up before the end of the night.

I'm going to update the CS post tomorrow, hope to have my own sheet ready by then as well.

Gonna be completely honest. Wasn’t expecting I’m to be accepted. Imma roll with it tho.

Like I said, I can see the character working. Perhaps he is rife for betrayal against his other siblings due to his unstable nature? Maybe he could be lured to Nastor's side...it creates a good dynamic for the RP.

I might pull a little bit from family guy. He might be a little like Stevie in that he wants to kill his parent but instead of his mother I might say his father. He wanted to say he wanted to kill his dad. The power figure.

Are we all there? Because some the characters are wanders and nomads, and I don’t know how they would have gotten the message.

Ace Cream Ace Cream Dak Dak

Yea she's called everyone. While it's true that not every character would've necessarily come to the Monolith because she called, they probably would've come either out of curiosity or perhaps to pick some pockets, etc...Regardless of motivation, just get your people there, lol.
