Fantasy Trust Is A Dangerous Game. {Open! :)}

• I know there's a few, but please bear with me! c:
  
  ⊹ First of all, I'm looking for a partner who is at the very least semi-literate! I want a story with details and depth, and someone who's able to make their own decisions to incorporate into the story!
  ⊹ Communicate with me! I love to talk/plot with my partners! I'd also love to make some new friends! ;>
  ⊹ Please give me at least a couple paragraphs! More is better, but quality over quantity!
  ⊹ Please PM me if interested! I would love to hear ideas you may have already!
  ⊹ Lastly, I would like this to be long-term if possible! I've been craving a good story!
  
• ⊹ The Hero shows up at the Villian's doorstep one night. They're shivering, bleeding, scared. Looking up at the Villain, swaying slightly as they're close to passing out, they mumble "...didn't know where else to go..." then collapse into the Villian's arms.
  
  Preferred Role: Hero
  I will be playing a female, but I'm fine with any pairing! C:
  Fair warning, there will be dark themes in this!
  
• ⊹ Character A and Character B are childhood friends. Their lives are pretty normal, but the world around them is changing. Certain people have started showing signs of powers and are being exterminated for the sake of humanity.
  
  Everything was fine, until one day when Character A and Character B grab a drink together. With all the news reports, Character A has some lingering anxiety, and this whole situation bothers them. Out of nowhere, Character A causes their drink to explode by the touch of their right hand. From that moment on, everything they touch with that hand sets on fire and turns to ashes, and it scares the living hell out of them.
  
  Same day, about that same time, Character B discovers they are immortal.
  
  All kinds of anti-mutant squads and police departments are on their tail. Now Character A has to cope with their new talent while struggling not to kill anyone, and if they accidentally do so, it's up to Character B to keep them from descending into madness.

I am right on the brink of having a fleshed out plot for " Didn't know where else to go ". However knowing your hero's motivations will help complete the rough draft if you're still invested in the idea.
