Emory Silvers-Williams
Emory looked at her second eldest son with a smile to match his own. "Good morning to you too, Isaac. I thought by now everyone might be headed for school but..." She turned her attention to Zachary who was blearily brushing his teeth. She could see the sleep gathered in the corners of his eyes. "I can see why you might be running a bit behind schedule." She conceded. "I can take Zach to my bathroom so you can finish getting ready or You can finish in my bathroom. What will it be?" Zach then moved away from the sink, put away the kids' step stool and walked off in the direction of the kitchen. Emory's brows lifted in amusement. She heard the sound of their door opening and giggling as someone (probably Raylynn) ran out. Her expression cleared and Without a backwards glance a sharp stab of panic ran through Emory and she was moving with speed and efficiency towards the backyards barely registering her own voice giving Isaac an order over her shoulder. "Watch your brother real quick."
When she made it to the back door she caught her husband scooping Ryan back into his arms. She supposed he had been following Ray. Emory stepped outside and found Raylynn giggling her head off as she made something akin to a snow angel in their grass. Emory raised her eyebrow at the scene and a somewhat amused smile bloomed over her formerly serious expression. It was hard to be angry or worried when Raylynn was being so cute. She did take into account that despite the outcome of this she needed to teach Raylynn, and Ryan too, that they couldn't just go outside on their own. It was a dangerous world and children were too vulnerable by themselves. What would have happened if she had gone out the front and a car had hit her. Her heart lurched and the smile Emory had was harder to maintain.

Angus dropped the washcloth he'd been using on Ryan's face and chased after them. Why did it seem like children ran twice as fast as usual only when he needed to chase them? He rounded the corner and out of his bedroom spotting Ryan heading for the back door. He quickened his pace and scooped him up into his arms just in front of the back door which Raylynn had already escaped through. He opened his mouth to reprimand her when his wife, Emory stepped out before he could. They looked outside through the open door and saw Raylynn rolling in the grass and giggling her silly little head off. When he glanced at his wife who had a more serious outlook on life than he tended to he smiled softly to himself, because she was watching their child also with a smile and so much love was showing in her eyes. Oh the lines of fear and a little of anger were still there, arround her eyes and a small pinch near her mouth, but they were less severe than her first expression when they'd seen each other at the door was. "Alright Raylynn, you can play outside after you get cleaned up and have eaten something.. When you get home today I'll take everyone out to the park." Wormy TF81 Lazy Taco Reiia silver
Miela Lopez
Miela smiled a little when she turned her head and saw Esther clad in what could only be labled as...'Eccentric' clothing wear. It was adorable she thought but nodded at Matias' request and left behind him heading the opposite direction than them, towards Esthers room. It was painted and colorful, like a unicorn had been the idea behind it but mostly it was pink. She headed in stepping over the mess of strewn about toys and stuffed animals alike before getting to her destination, the dresser. It was conveniently placed besides her closet, she rummaged through the drawers first but after a moment turned toward the closet and opened the white painted wood doors. A cute outfit immediately presented itself to her and she grabbed it off the rack before heading down to the kitchen. Matias was throwing something away and Esther was sitting peaceably at the table drinking a cup of milk. She smiled slightly.
"What do you think of the outfit? I thought it would be cute on you." Not that whatever she put on wasn't cute in her opinion but no need to give the 6 year old a big ego already. She set the outfit down on the back of Esther's chair and grabbed her glass of orange juice, draining it quickly. "Where is he?" She asked Matias in a carefully neutral tone. They both knew who she was talking about. She didn't have anything against Matias' partner. On the contrary sometimes, (and that was a big sometimes) he could be okay to be around. Like when she wanted everyone to leave her alone and his prickly nature around her made sure everyone did just that. See. she could find a good side to everyone around her if only just for a small reprieve from social obligations. Miela took her fork and stabbed a piece of pancake thoughtfully before eating it to give herself time to think of a reply to whatever Matias would say. eggsaladsandwitch Reiia silver
