Willow Lake, Massachusetts is a small town located at the near the border to New Hampshire. To the average person, it appears to be like any other small town in America. However, it has a much more interesting history than most small towns. It's story began in Salem in 1692.

It's been said that Willow Lake was founded in 1692 by witches fleeing the witch trials in Salem. Willow Lake was considered a safe haven for witches for decades and by the time fear of witches died down, it became a destination for humans who sought out witches for guidance, help, and solutions for their problems. The humans and witches lived together in harmony for generations. They kept to themselves, but there was no

Things drastically changed in 1906 when humans began disappearing. Blame was quickly placed on the witches, who once again had to return to hiding. Many fled Willow Lake and many hid what they truly are. As the years passed, the witches of Willow Lake were forgotten and were just some fairy tale. Little did they know, the witches were still living amongst them to this day. When a human and a witch disappears, old fears are brought to the surface and rumors of witch hunters start to swirl amongst the coven and rumors of satanic rituals spread amongst the humans.

Tensions are running high and more families decided to leave Willow Lake, leaving only a handful of witches who have been there from the start. Both communities are desperate to prevent another disappearance. For some, it is a matter of life and death. With the threat of witch hunters, everyone in the coven is on edge. The humans have become more superstitious and are starting to grow more suspicious. It's only a matter of time before the next disappearance happens. The question is who will be the next to go: human or witch?
