March turned her head towards the boy. The sound of his voice, the way he was breathing, moving, he was close enough for her normal rabbit ears to pick up. And, from her calculation, wasn’t worth the trouble.

The brown rabbit wrinkled her nose and gave a slight huff. “He doesn’t seem too bad,” March said as she poured the mushrooms into her satchel. “You’re fine if I leave, aren’t you? If I walk so, I should be fine.”

She double-checked her bag, making sure every document was in there. If anything fell out, if anyone go them, that’d ruin everything. The brown rabbit closed her satchel, stood up and walked toward Cheshire. She lifted her foot and kicked the air a few times until it hit him. “I’ll leave him to protect you, aye?”

Coriander Coriander

Cheshire turned away from the newcomer and felt the thump of something on his chest. He laughed at the word protect, almost felt like letting it burst out full volume, but laughing like a mad man usually scared people, and Cheshire doesnt like freaking people out. Tormenting them slowly was much more interactive anyways.

"You hurt me so with those words. Being saved by a complete stranger? My, only an idiot would let that happen.~" His vocals taunted, being followed by another yawn. "Besides, he seems friendly. Wouldn't you want to meet him? He sounds oh so excited to meet you." Cheshire gripped the rabbits foot lightly. He couldn't care less if she left. He did his job and that's all that mattered. The rest of survival would be in her hands at that point.

Ah, but now he was blind, and being ditched after being thrown in a predicament such as this cause electrifying needles of inheritance to crawl on his skull. Sure, he also made was the one that made her blind, but he wasn't just going to ditch her. Worse thing to happen to her would be that Cheshire threw her to the not so local madman. He'd be overjoyed to have a guest such as her. Well, maybe not so much. So far her words have not been the smartest ones.

“I too, am a complete stranger, remember that, Cheshire,” March cooed. “You can not go saying those words. Because, technically, I was saved by a stranger as well.”

The brown rabbit knelt down again. She poked his hand that latched onto her boot. “Strange, I imagined you to be far more demanding than a gentle tug.” Her words poured sour. She couldn’t quite describe it. It was as if something was pulling on her gut. Her sorrow still pounded in her, but what was that other repulsive feeling?

“Boy!” She exclaimed and geared her eyes toward the vegetation, though she had no sight to see. “Come from there and speak, else this fellow on the ground will turn you into…smoke!”

The idea of teasing the pour soul amused her. It was so odd, so bizarre to thirst out shame upon another. But, oh, that’s right…

March grabbed at her shirt, right near her heart, it still ached. All she needed was a peculiar mask to cover the hurt.

“Come on boy.”

The child looked between the two once more, watching them interact as he picked at the what few mint leaves he had left. They didn't seem very friendly towards each other anymore-- although looking back, they probably never had been. She did hurt him, after all. His lip quivered ever so slightly as he processed what was happening, eventually setting his flower crown back atop his messy ginger hair.

The boy was right, Foster was rather excited to meet her, and him as well, although he couldn't help but feel uneasy. Yet, they were blind for now, right? If they did prove to be dangerous, chances were he'd be able to get away. That's what he hoped, anyways.

“Boy! Come from there and speak, else this fellow on the ground will turn you into…smoke! Come on boy.”

"Smoke...?" the boy asked in his usual soft and small voice. Was that even possible? His brow furrowed as he chewed on the tip of his thumb, a nervous habit of his. Being a little puff of smoke sounded very inconvenient, so Foster awkwardly clambered his way out from behind the shrubbery, pouting slightly as the branches nicked his legs. "Hello!" he repeated once he stood a bit further in front of the bush he emerged from, for once unsure of what to say to these peculiar people. He could feel fear at the edge of his emotions-- although he supposed that's what happens when someone threatens to turn you into smoke.

"U-Uhm... I'm Foster, do you want some mint?"

Foster's voice thrilled Cheshire, the innocence resonating from his intentions left him over joyed. So many new fun people were being introduced into Cheshire's ever boring life. "Don't worry kid, in this state I dont think I could turn you to smoke. The most I could do to you would most likely evaporate one of your limbs." Cheshire stood and looked to where this new creatures voice came from, walking over to it with uncertain confidence. The sharp scent of mint hit his nose and left a stinging cold, signaling him to stop walking.

"But id be happy to take up your minty offer.~" Cheshire opened up his hand in front of him expectantly. He didn't really like eating plants. He preferred the taste of sweets or meats. Vegetables and leaves alike left his mouth tasting like mulch.

“Mint?” March questioned but was cut off as Cheshire spoke. She still clung to her shirt, once again having that feeling that she shouldn’t let go.

At first she teased with smoke, for she figured it’d be a far more frightening phrase than the mistiness that she had seen and felt earlier. And, like this man had been doing the entire night, he played along. That, or he was acting exactly as he was.

The brown rabbit though, she could but wish to see the face of the poor boy as Cheshire exclaimed being capable of evaporating a limb. March couldn’t hold back a slight snicker. She didn’t let her giggle last before covering her mouth as her cheeks burned with embarrassment. Now wasn’t the time to laugh, it was a time to mourn, to feel angry.

Laughing at a child? That’s a mad thing to do.

Cheshire took the boy up on the offer, but March on the other hand said, “No. I’ve already taken in mysterious substances in my body, and I won’t risk another. Not while blind. I’d do well not to eat anything from anyone else, only by my own hands.”

Foster let out a tiny squeaking sound in response to Cheshire, as the girl had been calling him, telling him the most he could do was evaporate a limb. "T-t-t-that's not any better!" he argued, turning a light shade of pink at the stutter that had crept into his voice. Regardless, when the boy walked forwards to have a bit of mint, Foster gently placed a leaf or two onto his outstretched palm, flinching ever so slightly at the touch. He wasted no time in backing up a few steps, to replace the missing space between him and Cheshire.

"Do you two hate each other?" he eventually blurted out, unable to handle having so many questions bouncing off of each other with no answers. Mayhaps they were in love and just acted like a crotchety old married couple, like that pair of daffodils back home? Foster didn't really think so though, and before he could argue with himself further his mouth seemed to operate on it's own as he began firing off another question, "Where are you two from?" A much more innocent query than his last one. Though the boy still had much to ask, he was much more eager to get some sort of story out of the pair. At least one, before he had to go back to the sameness that was his young life.

It was a dark evening, a slight breezing sliding past outside as the bright stars filled the sky in various beautiful patterns. Aris was always fond of looking at the stars, but he had more important things to do. He had fulfilled his job in the removal of she who must not be named a while ago, but he knew this would not be the end for he was no fool. The Gray Rabbit had heard plenty of cries of sorrow, wishes for revenge by the fanatics that supported the blonde demon. There were still people whose thoughts were a danger to himself and, of course, the Red Queen.

And thus, this chilly night had been devoted to archery training. Little did he know this would be the calm before the storm.

Aris stood still, meters away from a poor training dummy whose skin had already been torn greatly. The rabbit stood quietly opposite to it, his eyes tracing around the target to see where he should aim next. With a decision made internally, Aris lifted his right arm towards his back, grabbing one of the beautifully made arrows before placing it against the string of his trusty bow. In a mere span of seconds, the noble servant lifted the bow, tugging back the powerful string before making a slight tilt to aim at his chosen location and gently letting go to send the arrow directly towards its assigned target.

Hit

Another arrow was pulled out of the quiver like he did before, following the same few steps he did before. Soon, the arrow gently slid through the quiet breeze.

Hit

Swiftly, Aris fell into a constant repeat of the movements. Arrows flying by the second, each making a small thud upon hitting the target. That little noise of destruction felt and was truly satisfying, motivating to send the next arrow even faster.

Hit... Hit.... Hit...

And so on his evening went, taking breaks only to recollect the fired arrows, passionately pulling them out of the pitiful target. He would fire 10 every round, each impact as hard as the one before it. Aris's focused expression did not even change slightly, his eyes fierce as ever despite his arms getting more sore by the second. The Gray Rabbit had completely zoned out to what happened around him, only paying attention to his arrows as they tore into the dummy. Today had probably been his most flawless training night, but that would be changed quickly. There was no just thing as perfection anyway.

As per usual, Aris went through the steps in quick succession, his hand swiftly tugging back the rope once the arrow touched it. His eyes were aimed forward, ears ready for the embrace of yet another arrow hitting the dummy. His fingers were eagerly waiting to let go. Just when they were about to fire, however, he was disrupted.

“Aris.” A high pitched, nervous voice arose from somewhere within the dark. Aris internally grieved as he felt his fingers slide off and lose control, the arrow flying right past the dummy’s head. Annoyance moulded his expression as he lowered his bow and tilted his head to the right. “Yes?” He called out to the familiar voice of one of the servants. His voice was calm and collected unlike hers. Hers was noticeably startled, a hint of fear hiding between the words as she attempted to keep her cool. “The Queen requires you to go to her this instant.” A couple seconds of silence passed swiftly with the Gray Rabbit simply staring into the darkness. It might have seemed he was contemplating whether to go or not, but in truth, he was listening. Listening, in an attempt to find anything that stood out. There was, however, nothing of use yet. “Very well. I’ll go.”

It didn’t take long for Aris to arrive at the location he was expected to be. He was familiar with the castle to find his way around, it was his home after all. Before entering the room, however, Aris made sure to take off his quiver and place it at the door along with his bow. Next was his pocket watch, who was shoved as deep into his pocket as possible to keep it out of vision. He would never dare to approach the queen armed with a deadly weapon, for that was utterly disrespectful.. and dangerous.

The Gray Rabbit did as he always did, walking into the room before coming to a standstill meters away from the Red Queen. His eyes were aimed forward making it seem like all his attention was on the queen while he walked, but his ears were swiftly twitching as they tried to figure out what was going on. Whispers of troubled voices would give him a bit more insight, but not enough to understand the situation. Once he found himself only a few meters away from the Queen, Aris stopped moving and bowed, waiting for further commands to be given. Those further commands, however, were delayed by a rather troublesome nuisance.

What exactly was March doing?

Before he knew it, Aris found himself in what felt like a theatre of chaos and panic. The Rabbit was gone, and the Queen was fuming. The situation was far from ideal, but Aris kept his calm as yet another bother entered his range. He wasn’t sure what the strange being was or how it managed to get into the castle, but Aris was in no way satisfied with the way it danced around his Queen. He tried to listen as he always did, but the commotion occurring around him proved to make things a little hard.

Although he wanted nothing more than to grab his bow and politely escort the stranger out of the room, Aris knew he was in no position to do so. The Queen told him what to do, so all he could do was stand still and wait. One thing was sure, though. If Aris were to ever meet this stranger outside, it would make for a rather.. interesting predicament.

Aris was a mere bystander as he watched the Queen forcing the guards into action. He could hear her anger better than anyone, the fluctuating tones of her voice carrying rage he hadn’t experienced in quite a while. Aris patiently waited for his turn, finding it upon hearing the magic phrase “Someone find her!”.

Taking a humble step towards the queen with his arms crossed behind his back, the Grey Rabbit spoke up in a calm and gentle tone. He was careful, needless to say. “My Queen,” he called out, waiting ever so slightly to see if she would hear him. “would you be so kind as to let me aid in the search for that treacherous rabbit? You know I would never dare to let you down, my Queen. I will not fail.” And with that, he finished, his eyes radiating a true sense of determination and confidence like his voice had done before. He was sore and tired, but that did not matter at all. He had a job to fulfil, and he was more than willing to do so.

Solia had all the time she could ever want, laying half way on her bed, her torse stretched languidly off the bed, fingers peinting the floor gentlys as she examined each tile's color. Torquise, amber, mild somber brown.. It was something she had asked for from her queen, a room full of color for her to continously keep her eyes keen to. She would test her ability to sluethe out each and every distinct color one by one. The interesting bit was that the tiles moved along their way in the room everyday in a haphazard chaotic way so the combinations of colors was never trully the same. It kept things interesting and kept her keen. Most who eould eneter her room eould not expect such colors due to her cold and pragmatic demeanor, but being pragmatic made everything she did for a reason. So why not have a room in which she can test her abilities on a daily.
Sighing as she saw motion outside of her door, she tenderly let herslef slip from the bed before drawing her hands up and against the floor. Pushing and raising her form in a beautifully methodical way, step by step, inch by inch she moved each segment of her body. Torso. Waist, hips, thighs. Muscles quaked as she used her two arms alone to push the rest of her body up of the ground. Before all that was touching the floor were the soles of her palms
"gently now, come on in and be quick or ill have your tongue you impitent gaurd"
the cold tone quaked through the room, rigid and firm as it rang out and through the door, which promptly opened up as a shaking gaurd quickly rushed over to her "m-m-miss! I uh..t..the Queen calls for your presence, a..a..as well as the rest of the r..rabbits. R..right away she said! B-best hurry miss solia!" The look on the gaurds face beget that od concern, but her demeanor changed little as solia let out a relieved sigh
"ahh of course, ill be right there, now leave my presence you plebian"
solia said this in a even harsher tone than before, her thoughts pondering on what the Queen could possibly want at this hour from all of her rabbits, but she trusted the Queen and all of her decisions. So it must be for an important reason. Standing promptly, she went to her closet and got dressed in her all white attire, a suit beffiting that of the Queens right hand. Tailored to her body and created for perfect agility and precision of movement. She had made it herself after all

After dressing herself she promptly waltzed down to the throne room, the soles of her feet aching as she hurried herself along the all white halls. Her eyes flitting from right and left to up and down, examining for any difference or aberration to the original design. To make sure nothing hsd changed or broken, merely so that she could soon figure out the reasoning behind the Queens call. But as she entered a hectic throne room she soon would come to realize the problem was far more complex than she had first assumed. Although her eyes instantly flitted to that of her Queen, they also instantly glanced over at a disturbance in the room, an aberration. But for some reason she couldnt focus on him for to long, as if she kept forgetting to keep her eyes on him. For this she kept a mental note in the back of her head while she stood in attendance, before bowing curtly to her Queen and shifting next to the grey rabbit and listened to her queens words. And reacting little as she heard of the orange's death. It fazed her little, the left was far less superior to the right. He was due to make a mistake. And he finnaly did. She knew it would happen eventually, his attitude leaned towards that of a fool after all, she would think him a poor bastard, but there wasnt a point of feeling sad for someone honestly deserving of their death. All should know to keep the utmost care to serve the wueen when she already is easily fruaght with rage. And a rage that was well placed to impitent servants.
Although this thought was quickly diminished by the presence of the aberation quaintly walking past grey and her and directly to the queens side, she almost laughed at this, the fool was beset upon himself to lose his head. But to her surprise and as she saws grey's reaction surprise to him as well. The Queen listened
"grey, keep your ears trained on him, ill keep my eyes locked...he's a danger"
her tone was coldly calculated and husked with the hint of an order. But she knew grey wouldnt take it harshly, she was the right hand after all and grey had listened to her orders before. The alternative to listening wasnt very fun for him either way, as she has caught his gaze many times and froze him in his spot. Ascertaining the situation she watched carefully as she saw the aberration smooth talk their Queen, his words ellicting rage from the Queen, who ultimatley stood and raged over to her gaurds, yelling and blaming all the way over. She said nothing except keep her keen eyes on the aberration, as well as follow beside the queen and listen to her final words. Oh and almost laugh again at greys feverent attitude towards the Queen and her request. Acting in emotion was such a foolish thing to do.

"it is unfortunate my queen, that i hadnt recently touched brown, hoeever if you wish it i will scan the immediate area and tell you of my findings. Maybe after that grey can pick up on thos findings and go after brown. Surely this would be a smarter route than just rushing out blindly. Correct grey?"
her words were condescending to say at the least, her eyes flitting back to the abberation as he announced himself to the Queen and spoke his name...nnobody, what a fitting name. She chuckled at this and nearly spoke up, but bit her tongue in order to stay her Queens wrath. Acting like the Queen in front of the Queen had many times gotten her an ear lashing from the Queen. And today was definitley not a day to tempt the Red Queen.

Narissa huffed and went to sit back on her throne. She was down two rabbits now. That angered her. She needed them to execute her commands. All she had left was her grey, black, and white rabbits. This frustrated her greatly. She threw her skirts down once she was seated on her throne.
"At least the rebellion doesn't have that little Alice anymore. She was the real threat in that little ragtag group."
She laughed and turned her attention to her grey and white rabbits. They were the first to come, but she would not address two without the third.
"Black rabbit! Where is my black rabbit!? You!"
She threw finger at a guard in the room.
"Find my black rabbit! Bring him to me by his ears if you have to!"
The guard nodded and ran off to find the black rabbit.

Cipher stepped along the forest path, breathing in the night air. He'd been out of the palace for quite some time, as he usually did on cloudless, quiet nights like this. Cipher was in his all-black attire. The hood of his cloak was up, with the tips of his rabbit ears poking out of either side. He wasn't in any danger, but knew that he should be careful even in the dark of night, where he was most comfortable. The wind blew gently in Cipher's face, the scents of the forest wafting over him. The Red Queen's palace loomed behind him, he wasn't too far away, but far enough that the small Wonderland creatures felt comfortable to scamper about and call to one another, creating a quiet symphony in the night.

Despite this peacefulness, something pricked at the back of Cipher's mind. Something that told him to turn around, and return to the castle, where he should probably be already. However, returning to the castle meant hiding himself and his emotions. He was able to do this fairly well by now, but he still liked to take a break from it now and again. Cipher resisted this worry for a few more moments, before forcing himself to turn and dash in the direction of the castle.

Trees began to blur around him as he picked up speed, his thoughts racing just about as fast as his body. The black rabbit skidded to a halt as he arrived at the castle gate, forcefully removing the nervousness from his face. Cipher pulled his hood down and approached the two guards, who were speaking to each other frantically. They both stopped and stared at him. Finally, one of them spoke "Cipher, you're needed in the throne room immediately, sir!" Cipher gritted his teeth. Of course.

Cipher nodded to the guards "Let me in then," he said curtly. As the gates opened, Cipher wondered what he would say to the Queen, or even if she would want an explanation. He scowled inwardly, she could have his head for this! Hopefully, the Queen would know that he'd be more help alive than he would dead.

Cipher quickly passed the gates and rushed into the castle. He made his way through the halls towards the throne room, bumping into a few servants along the way, to whom he mumbled rushed apologies.

He stopped in front of the throne room door, noticing Aris's weapons set to the side. Removing his dagger from the concealed sheath at his hip, he placed it next to the bow and quiver, willing himself to have no need of it once inside. Doing this gave him a chance to glance at his clothes, and realize he wasn't even properly dressed to see the Queen. Cipher let out an exasperated growl, before composing himself, and slowly opening the large door to the throne room.

Cipher entered the room, and closed the door quickly, he walked calmly past the two rabbits, knowing it would be better to make sure he addressed the problem rather than simply not saying anything. Cipher didn't look at the other two rabbits as he passed by knowing that one of them -probably Solia- would let him have it later. Cipher put one of his knees on the ground and bowed his head before the Queen "My Queen," he addressed her respectfully, his voice calm and collected "I apologize for making you wait for me. Please forgive this most uncommon grievance. I assure you it will not happen again."

Cheshire smiled a bit. He wasnt kidding with the whole evaporated limp thing, but that was for later. He brought the mint leaf up to his nose and smelled, the minty scent filling his nostrils. When he plopped it into his mouth it made him cringe a bit. No matter how good it smelled, it always tasted like disappointment and tree sap

"Well, I wouldn't say that I hate her. Truth be told I barely know this rabbit. She just decided to take some sky dives and I simply acted out on my ever growing kind heart." Cheshire gleamed, throwing his arms to his sides and giving a small bow. "And I came from deeper within the woods. My woods. Its just hard to see the beautiful night when there's nothing but smog and trees." The sky was barely visible at night when in the woods. The purple smoke that drifted across the tree roots made walking hard and seeing even harder. And the tree tops were as thick, making even the day of light difficult to reach the soft dirt floor. But even without the sunlight dripping through the tops, everything seemed to grow just fine.

“Oh, so you don’t hate me and claim you have an ever growing heart,” March spat. “Well, that’s a shame, I’m sure an ever growing heart would…” The brown rabbit furrowed her brow and sniffed the air. She leaned forward on the balls of her feet, making it so she would get closer to Foster. “You smell…like perfume? A floral smell? You’re…a flower.” She frowned and took a large step back.

A shiver raced down the rabbit’s spine, making her body quake and her tail wiggle. There was a time that she loved the smell of flowers. She would run through fields of them, indulge in their beauty and charm. But there was a day, a day the Queen figured out that many of the flowers were on the side of Alice.

March inhaled sharply, pivoted on her heel and turned her back toward the flower boy. “I should make my leave. They’ll find me if I stay still.” She rubbed her eyes to attempt regaining her sight, but it appeared that the mushroom hadn’t worn off. Thus, she wiggled her tail again, and took her first hasty step forward.

Foster Arlett

The boy's head cocked to the side slightly as he listened intently to Cheshire, his previous anxieties once again swiftly replaced with excitement as he heard what he had to say. He's pretty sure it was a good thing they didn't hate each other, and another smile quickly found it's way on Foster's face when the rabbit, as Cheshire called her, jumped in with her own comments. Foster barely registered the hostility in her voice, that same dopey little smile remaining. He stayed quiet for a little longer as he listened, though he briefly wondered why the name 'the rabbit' made him feel so uneasy. Perhaps someone back home had mentioned it-- but that didn't explain the negative feelings attached to the name.

Rabbit, rabbit, rabbit.

That's when it hit him, a realization hanging at the tip of his fingers, a brief spark he knew he had to grab, else it disappear. Foster opened his mouth to shoot more questions, to voice his concerns, although he quickly stopped as the rabbit leaned forwards and... sniffed something. He felt his answer slip off to the back of his mind, his current thoughts taken by confusion.

“You smell…like perfume? A floral smell? You’re…a flower.”

"I'm-" Blinking, he sniffed his wrist, as though attempting to figure out whatever it was she was smelling. Dandelions and cinnamon, wasn't that what the Flowers always said? "I'm Foster." He pouted, as if he was a bit hurt to be called a flower- even if it was true. He knew he didn't quite look like one, he knew looked a lot like how people like Alice looked, aside from a few little things.

Then, she spun on her heel, saying it was time for her to leave else 'they' find her. "Can you see?" He asked a bit meekly, a little perplexed at his own sudden concern for this person. Foster wasn't sure what it was they ate, just a mushroom of some sort, so he didn't know how long it's... side effects lasted for. He glanced at the mist that hung around the forest- it'd be hard enough traversing the place white being able to see, how would she travel blind? "And... ah, what's so important that people are following you?"

Cheshire gave out an unsettling giggle, leaning into the flower boy. "She stole the custard of the red queen, and everyone knows how much she likes her sweets." He blinked a couple of times, the light slowly trickling into his vision turned brighter. Another five or so minutes would be needed to completely wash the mushroom spores out of their system, but the rabbits eagerness to jump back into the fray both excited and disappointed him.

"Going off through the woods while blind may not be the best of ideas little bunny. There's monsters in the woods you know.~" Cheshire listened to the crush of footsteps as the rabbit walked. Judging by the direction, she was heading deeper into the woods. "Though I doubt even with vision you know where your going." Cheshire muttered, turning his attention back to the taste in his mouth. His breath smelled nice but his teeth tasted of sharp greenery.

“You’re disturbed,” she announced, directed toward Cheshire. “Do you think the Queen would…” she paused for a few heartbeats. “Do you think that I’d steal sweets from the Queen?”

March didn’t wait for an answer. She knew, by now, that the callous Chesh had no intentions of speaking the truth. He kept twisting her emotions, poking and irritating them. And then, out of nowhere, she stomped her foot against the ground with a surprisingly loud echo. “Stop making me so confused!” She belted, twisted back around, and with the light starting to make way in her view, March could see the figure of the man. The brown rabbit marched right up to him and began jabbing his chest with her fingers. “What would you know? Hm? Why do you even CARE! So what if a creature attacks me? I am a rabbit, most would happily be rid of me.”

The brown rabbit panted, attempting to catch her breath as her sight revealed Foster more and more. A boy, a younger person than herself, he appeared innocent, just as he had sounded. But seeing him this young made her heart sink. March didn’t believe it was right to stand in his presence.

Narissa sat on her throne as the last rabbit came in. He tried apologizing and saying it won't happen again. She waved his words off dismissively.
"Skip your apologies. Let it not happen again unless you want to lose your head."
She looked at all three of them with her blank eyes. Her red lips were pursed in a scowl. She gathered her skirts and stood from the throne to approach her rabbits.
"Your friend, my orange rabbit, stepped out of line tonight. When he was instructed to do nothing, he spilled my tea."
She looked at each one of them and patted the black rabbit's cheek.
"You all know how much I love my tea, don't you?"
Her voice was mocking, like talking to a child.
"And because he stepped out of line, he lost his head."
She giggled and looked at them all.
"And I am sure you all have noticed. The brown rabbit is missing. She ran away from me after I took care of her! If any of you three run away from me, I'll have your heads!"
She pointed at them all, rage fueling her words.
"You double cross me, I'll have your heads! You lie to me, I'll have your heads! You - even think of - killing me, I'll have your heads!!"
She took a deep breath and smoothed back her hair. She adjusted her crown.
"Am I understood?"

"trickery in the form of hiding that what i seek. That what everyone seeks. Although i guess i should thank him then" he scoffed at the thought as he slowly drew himself over a bramble, before ultimatley being grasped by such said bramble and falling forward as the back of his calf was tore open by the barbs, his form thumping against the craggy ground and slamming heavily as the rest of his body followed suit "well how quaint to have to traverse such a delicatley fun landscape" irritating as it was he slowly drew his shaking form, hands bracing painfully against the brambles as blood gently dripped along his cheek and out from his palms as the dagger like brambles peirced his delicate skin, he pondered if he could possibly make the brambkes forget about him, maybe then they wouldnt grasp so vivvidly at his form. He chuckled at the silly proposition he had proposed to ultimatley no one but himself, nothing of the sorts would of course ever really work. Plants never really seemed to be able to not forget, seeing as they didnt really remember in the first place. Of course their was the exception between some of the more sentient ones...but who knew if they really remembered in between all that nectar sipping and jolly singing they did.
The pain in his feet was almost unbearable at this point, he had fallen to his knee's several times at this point, seeing as the chesires woods were filled with twists and turns, brambles galore, and much much more; with that thought he let out a chuckle and cursed openly out into the purple mist. If anything the chesire was irritatingly annoying, although he couldnt really blame the landscape on the poor cat. Although that didnt mean he didnt want to blame someone for the most horrible treck through brambles which clawed at his form and grasped his skin in a most horrible way... Trecking through the chesire's woods was no easy task, and having to avoid the constant toxic fumes of pretty flowers and delicous looking shrooms popping left and right into his vision; for their colors were vivid Ambers and Torquise, and deep forest green's. They always tempted but he guessed thats the reason they were so dangerous, they just looked so gosh darn delicous. Clawing at his chest as his lungs expelled a dilapidated breath for air, drawing back in a somewhat semblance of clean air; He began to wonder how the chesire ever lived in these woods.
The thought only momentarily crossed his mind as his gaze drew upwards, a hopefull sight in his vision...a clearing about a mile off, and to the sound of it.. People...he just hoped the right people.

Soon after the Grey Rabbit had made it into the throne room, another rabbit was soon to follow. Personally, it was his least favourite one, the White Rabbit. Due to her position as the right hand, Aris often listened to her commands but sometimes felt annoyance boiling up inside due to her manner of speech. It felt as she was always looking down at him with those unnaturally powerful eyes. He had learned to avoid them nowadays, but he could still remember the times the irritating rabbit had toyed around with him. This was the reason why Aris saw Solia nothing more than a fellow servant, someone he had to cooperate with to secure the safety of the queen.

Nevertheless, Aris was not really phased by the appearance of Solia. He was too busy keeping track of the anomaly in the room, not even responding to the White Rabbit when she told him to keep his ears trained on the invader. It's exactly what he was already doing, so nothing changed in that aspect. The words 'Nobody' spoke were sly and in no way to be trusted. The queen, however, did not seem to care. She was too focused on her unconditional rage that was being unleashed for very good reasons. Traitors were not appreciated, especially if said traitor was one of the rabbits.

The Grey Rabbit listened carefully to what Solia said after his own words, easily noticing the slight hints of feeling supreme in her already confident voice. It was quickly processed and ignored, however, Aris solely responding to the seemingly solid plan that was told of. "Correct, your Highness. White's assistance would greatly aid me in the search for the traitor." He would respond, deliberately choosing to call Solia White as the Queen seemed to prefer their 'rabbit' aliases. He usually referred to the other rabbits by their personal names, but not in front of the Queen.

Aris was slightly bothered by the reaction the Red Queen gave, not responding to his or Solia's ideas in any way. He knew she must have a lot on her mind though, so he just patiently waited for the latecomer to arrive.

Some time passed and Aris found himself merely hoping Cypher would arrive soon. Luckily, he caught the sound of the throne room opening eventually, not even having to turn around to see it was, in fact, the Black Rabbit. The taller man's boots gave it away, for Aris had heard the sound plenty of times by now. He was honestly glad and relieved to see, or rather hear the 3rd arrive. Maybe now they would finally be told to come into action.

While Cypher gave the Queen a solid apology, Aris merely watched as the queen came into action. Her words were slightly startling, but Aris was used to the occasional threats and shouts. He was disappointed to hear of the death of the fifth rabbit, but there was nothing he could do for him now. His connection to Orange was decent at best, but he always thought of him as genuine and kind. He knew just as well as the others, however, that this was a dangerous line of work. At the end of the day, it was his own fault, and there was no time to mourn over his death. More important things were occurring, primarily the treachery of March. Aris now, however, kind of understood what perhaps might have been her motive.

Once the Queen finished speaking, Aris made sure to be the first to respond. "I understand, my Queen."

White, black, and ultimatley grey. She let out a sigh as black finnaly assumed his position beside her, giving a coldly calculated glare and a short tempered whisper under her breath "your late" her words cut short with anger. That and a demeaning tone she had wished wasnt as loud as it had been, curlty looking down and not meeting her Queens gaze for at least until she was done with her quite quaint order's. Shifting her form as the uncomfortable feeling of unrest entered her at the Queens words, although it wasnt placed in wrong assumptions. The queen was right to question after one of their best...well she had assumed one of, now traitor and most likely theif Brown had left her Queens moat humble side. She thought of the consequences brown would have to face once she was captured by the rabbits; which would be gruesome indescribable acts of horror. Painfull acts of interrogration and mins games. Ans most likely forms of torture unkown to most that lived in the wonderfull realm of wonderland. They would capture her for honestly no one else was in adequate ability to be able to catch brown other than them.
"yes, my Red Queen. Your words have been heard, we your last three rabbits will not dare betray or plan against you. We are your servants and shall never be as such. Correct grey, black!" her tone cold and subserviant once again as she lifted her gaze, slowly drifting and catching blacks eyes and then greys. The look she gave was nothing less than robotic and cold rage, she blamed them and herself. They should have noticed, should have seen what brown was...a traitor. Her foot slammed silently against the cold floor, her white form fitting suit flitting from her form and revealing her black, and white belly; momentarily. As well as revealing the scar that was along her belly for a breif second. Her hands flying up and smoothing the suit back down against her form in an almost proffesional manner before eyeing black and grey to see where their eyes would be. If she caught them anywhere else than up at the queen she would have them at a ear lashing at a later date, especially black. He was already going to scold him for being so late, and for forgetting his equipment. He should be ready to fight at any moment, at least that was what she believed. The Queen would want them at their prime at all times, and at the thought, her hand flitted down to her dagger. Gently she thumbed at the sheathed blade, remembering the memorys she had plucked from so many dead forms, the please horrors she had seen as well as sickly love she had experienced in them. The memory sent a curdling shiver down her spine.
"if you would, my Queen. As your right, i do believe me and grey would be best to track down brown. And once we have found her trail. Black, the fastest of us will track this trail and get to her, and ultimatley" she paused before, tilting her gaze momentarily at black. And giving him a small curt nod "ultimatley; bring her back to us. Than we can figure out to why she has run from our most Beloved Queen. Of course if you wish for me to stay by your side, as always. I shall, and im sure black and grey would be able to handle such a rabbit as brown themselves. if you need of me more so than you need me to be out there."
her words were precise, every pronunciation perfectly formed and thought out, calculated was perfect to describe her, a wicked smiles splaying across her lips as she praised herself. She was the right hand of the Queen after all, and she did her best to be like the Queen. Not that it was a hard task, after all she had left her emotions after her parents had betrayed the Queen and lost their heads. Rightly so as well, and she was glad to be rid of such things as emotions. They got in the way and clouded her ability to see and judge. Which for her queen she had to be the keenest, to see all. So the Queen would know all, of course because she was lacking she could not be the Queens ears, feet and arms. But at times she had wished she could...and for nobody to propose he could slightly enraged her. The idea that someone as sly as him was able to seduce their queen with soft words made her feel belittled and undermined, and as she lifted her eyes she looked upon her Queen. And in the deepest of her memorys was doubt. And that uprooted deeper memorys still, flashbacks of red, heads tumbling st her feet. Terror stricken faces, loved faces...did she really love the wueen, could she....of course, this was all alice's fault. No one elses, how dare she doubt her Quee , her palm raised to her thigh, and she gripped tightly at her blade, lifting it from her sheathe and letting the blade sink into the soft flesh of her thumb. Blood openly dripping down from her hand and plipping onto the floor and silently echoing out into the silent backdrop of the sound in the room. Sheathing the little bit of her blade she had pulled up: away. She calmly lifted her palm to her face. Licking at the blood upon her hand, the taste of warm metallic blood calming her.

As soon as the Queen dismissed Cipher's apology, he quickly made his way back beside the other rabbits. His ears tilted toward Solia as she muttered an enraged "You're late." Cipher didn't respond to this, but simply gave a tiny nod of acknowledgement. He knew that saying anything would only make things worse; it was better to let the seething rabbit's anger run its course than attempt to appease her.

As the Queen patted his cheek, he resisted the urge to shrink away from her touch. Cipher hadn't known the orange rabbit that well, -as the fellow was usually too busy attending to the Queen to hold any conversation- but he still felt rather startled when he heard of the poor rabbit's fate. Surely he was being as careful as possible with the Queen's tea? How could it have gone wrong? He never showed the concern on his face, but a slight downward tilt of his rabbit ears revealed some uncertainty. It was hardly noticeable, and the black rabbit played it off as an ear-twitch.

As the Queen spoke of the brown rabbit's betrayal, the utter rage in her voice made him wonder if he should've kept his dagger with him. He'd noticed that March was missing, but he'd assumed it was because she was off delivering messages. What could have caused her to run away? Cipher secretly hoped it was all just a misunderstanding. Not for March's sake, but because treachery among their ranks was the last thing they needed.

"Am I understood?"

"Of course, my Queen," the Cipher responded, any hint of worry purged from his voice. His ears tilted towards Solia again as she spoke of her plan. He nodded, and waited until the white rabbit was finished until he spoke up.

"If you would allow me, my Queen," he said, making sure his voice was steady and sure "I would like to mention that we should be very careful when tracking and capturing her. She might try to surround herself with the protection of others, as your wrongdoers often do. Although this may be unlikely, I believe that when we find her, she should be observed for a while, to determine if we need to capture anyone else that happens to become inspired by the brown rabbit's mutiny." Cipher bowed his head slightly to signal that he'd finished his thought. Rushing into things was the last thing he wanted to do, as doing so often led to mistakes, and mistakes often led to death in this line of work.

Foster Arlett

The flower boy hugged himself as Cheshire let out a creepy giggle and leaned towards him, answering his question for the rabbit. "Custard...?" He wasn't certain what that was, and though Cheshire said it was a sweet of some sort, if the Queen liked it... Foster didn't think it'd be the tastiest.

Obviously, Cheshire's answer upset the rabbit. Foster hastily took a few steps back as she stomped her foot, squeezing his arms tighter as she began yelling and poking at the man. His vision blurred, and he frowned a little as he felt something wet go down his cheeks. Foster quickly wiped his face on the hem of his shirt- why was he crying? Watery green eyes surveyed the scene rapidly unfolding between his two... He wasn't sure what to call them, 'friends' didn't seem right yet, but referring to them as 'those people' didn't feel okay either.

He didn't get much time to think about it, with the rabbit bursting out saying that she was a rabbit and many would be happy to be rid of her. His brain quickly remade the realization he had - and briefly forgot about - just a few minutes earlier, and Foster stumbled to take another step backwards, to put just a little more space between him and these new confusing people. He glanced over at Cheshire for a moment, trying to find a little bit of comfort somewhere.

She was one of the Queen's rabbits.

Foster wasn't sure how he hadn't come to that conclusion much, much sooner, with Cheshire calling her 'the rabbit' and all that. Alice... He instinctively took another step back- immediately falling back into the bush with a little yelp. The boy scrambled to get back to his feet, his face flushed from embarrassment as he awkwardly brushed stray leaves from his shirt and trousers. He hadn't realized his flower crown had slipped off during his little... clumsy moment, too focused on trying to sort out his thoughts as more tears silently fell from his eyes. She was one of the Queen's rabbits, yet... she was running away? Maybe she really had stolen the Queen's food, but with the way she reacted to Cheshire, Foster wasn't so sure.

"I don't- please just-..." he stammered, not sure how to - and if he should - defuse the situation. "You're getting away for a reason, aren't you? D-Don't- if it's for such a good reason, don't get yourself killed before fulfilling it."

March inhaled sharply as her view became far clearer and she witnessed Foster erupt tears. The rabbit covered her mouth partly because she felt like vomiting. The other part was to prevent the same tears from shooting like dying stars out of her own eyes.

She shot a glance at Cheshire, as if to say, “Please help me.” She didn’t know what to say, what to do, how to act…she didn’t even know herself. It was like fingers slipped into her pocket watch of a heart. Forcing it apart, picking out the gears, numbers and hands. Twisting the knobs, reconstructing every bit of it, to show that she can, in fact, feel. March didn’t know that such tenderness existed in her.

Not until she watched her best friend be slaughtered.

And then, Foster, the poor flower boy, fell back. His crown toppled off his head. And then, and then, and THEN…

He said, "You're getting away for a reason, aren't you? D-Don't- if it's for such a good reason, don't get yourself killed before fulfilling it."

She took in a shaky gulp, knelt to the dirt and reached for his crown. March took extra care to put it on his head. As if breaking the crown would shatter him. “Come a little bit closer, you’re in the shadows my flower,” March said and gingerly pressed him into an embrace. The rabbit bit her bottom lip and whimpered silently, using the hug as a way to hide her face. “I am sorry, my boy, I desolated your kind. I earned their trust, just to kill them all…”

Well then, things were getting a bit to touchy touchy for Cheshire. And now that his vision was basically back, he could shift again. But this was a difficult choice, they've been fun to tease so far and he still hadn't thrown the rabbit to where he wanted her to be. "Well then.~" Cheshire took a step back, looking around. The dawn seemed to have just appeared, the light blue light illuminating the now thickening fog.

"You two seem to have made good friends, but Id have to say that was enough excitement for me." Cheshire turned, walking to the deeper woods. The deeper woods were still a bit too muddled vision wise, and he didn't want to take the risk of teleportation, another four minutes or so and he would be able to see. "Have fun now.~" He did not want to be the baby sitter for over emotional people.

Narissa listened to their proposition. It did sound good and it would bring her the brown rabbit back.
"Fine. Execute this plan and bring me that brown rabbit. Any of you join her I will have your head. And it will join all the others."
She scowled and snapped her fingers. One of her servants handed her a glass filled with a deep red wine. She watched her rabbits as she took a sip.
"I don't want to hear of your failure. You!"
She pointed to the white rabbit, then the grey.
"And you! Go and find me my brown rabbit. And then bring her to me."
She finally pointed to the black rabbit.
"You are all dismissed. Leave now."
She stood with her glass and grabbed her skirts with the other. She walked away to her chambers. The blood spot from earlier had been cleaned up and the body was taken care of. She began her routine for winding down.
