Anything I Want To Be
After a half Phoenix set fire to a human village, the humans declared war. With their extra powers, monsters could beat any human- but humans outnumber them 100 to 1. Eventually, species such as the air Sprite become extinct, unable to defend themselves from the brutality of humans, and their weapons. The "Monsters" fled, with nowhere else to go. An ancient elf used the last of his strength to create a portal, to another world, the entrance of which is hidden underground, in hopes Monsters would be safe there.
That was 200 years ago, and it is now 2287. Humans have noticed that some types of monsters still exist within the human world, having inherited certain "powers" from their ancestors. Humans, with more powerful technology then ever, seek out these beings, and try to eradicate them from existence. A select few highly trained monsters are sent back through the portal to retrieve these individuals and bring them back safely.
Are you a human or monster? Which world do you come from? Are you a hunter, hunted or protector?
