Saikyō smirked as she looked to Junsuina who shyly looked past the older sister and straight to Yuki "Humble looking girl" she then chuckled as she stood, a judging look on her gorgeous face "Saikyō...Please to do not start, we just came to enjoy Mother's garden as much as you two" Shiratori sighed as he clasped his hands together in his kimono sleeves, he had a feeling this was going to happen "Aww am I not allowed to tease my sweet brother?" Saikyō chuckled as she looked to the rather irritated male, Junsuina just watched the scene unfold as she was afraid to even say a word in front of the mystery woman her brother was escorting around

Haruno's face flushed with embarrassment. OK, I was warned... "I-It's not like that at all... I've just never seen anything like this before, is all"

"Oh! So you're a little common girl! Shira must have bought you that kimono then!" Saikyō continued to rag on the girl, just ripping her apart out of pure joy, showing why she wasn't married yet "Saikyō stop it" Shiratori growled, his eyes changing in a flash of intimidation "Oh Shira I'm just playing with her" Saikyō lied with a chuckle, she was a sour woman for fun and especially despised humans like their darling father and she made it known "You are done now Saikyō, leave her be" Shiratori continued, a deep glare pointed straight at the woman "Sai please" whispered the sweet Junsuina as she stood, hiding behind her sister and tugging on her kimono "They can have the gazebo now" continued the quiet girl as she tried to tug the woman away "Ugh fiiine, let us go then" Saikyō growled as she gave in to her young mirror, looping their arms together and leaving the flustered pair with a glare

"...I don't think she likes me." My track record with children is falling apart... although that one is much older than I'll ever be. "I'm used to people insulting me, so you don't have to defend me." she smiled sadly. Even if it's for a different reason... people always... wanted to break me in as many ways as possible.

"She doesn't like any woman that dare take her brothers away" Shiratori sighed as he looked to Yuki, offering his arm to her and nodded his head towards the beautiful seating "Ever since our eldest brother married off and disappeared she has never been the same" he then sighed as he carefully guided the girl inside, gently holding a hand to keep her steady on the few steps inside

"I guess I can understand her feelings... but she can rest easy, I have no intention of taking you away." She said that kind of bluntly but she didn't mean anything by it. "But I really don't appreciate being called a 'little common girl." She was really sensitive about her background... let's just say that Yuki had a... modest upbringing... and leave it at that for now

"She is quite rude and I apologize for that, it was unnecessary, but as a child with a strong bloodline she thinks highly of herself because of Father" Sighed the man as he motioned towards a seat, the girls words hurting him somewhat but he understood what she had meant, yet he still couldn't help but feel a light sting in his chest as he sat beside her "As much as I reprimand her for her words, she never learns"

Yuki sat down next to him. "I know the type... it's just been a while. It's fine as long as she only says stuff like that to me." She had the tone of someone who was used to being picked on and bullied. It was the one constant since she had arrived in this time from the moment she climbed out of the well. Yuki smiled a bit sadly. "I'm used to that sort of thing, so don't worry about it"

"Tis not fair" Shiratori sighed, he never understood why everyone was so hateful towards each other just because of how much money was in their pockets and what fabrics and jewels they decorated their bodies with "One should not let others abuse them" he then said with a sigh as he looked to the girl with a sad look in his golden eyes, how could people be so cruel so easily?

 

[Doctor Poison]

"Yeah, well... life isn't fair. Some people get more than others without having to work for it... and look down on the little guys. That's how it is in my world too sometimes. But lashing out at those people... that makes you worse." She said this as if she was speaking from experience...

"I know, I've been around a long time, I've seen it all believe me" Shiratori sighed as he watched the girl, her body language showing much sadness "Let us change the subject shall we?" he asked with a faint smile, tired of the sad air, they were in a beautiful and bright garden that brings joy to many and should be smiling with admiration of the hard work put into the methodical placement of its lavish plant life

"Yeah..." she smiled as she looked at the garden. It was beautiful... She could never see anything like this back home. "It's too bad my phone doesn't work here... this would make a great picture"

"Phone?" Questioned the snake as he looked to the girl with a puzzled look, never hearing such a word before "What is a-- phone?" he asked, his expression slowly turning from confusion to curiosity, wanting to know everything about this object of unknown origins

"Well... it's a small device from my time that can allow you to talk to anyone in the world. In my world, it's something that's accessible to everyone."

"Fascinating! All we have is ink and parchment" Shiratori said with a smile, wondering what said device looked like "Do you still have said device? I have never seen such a thing" he then said as he leaned towards the girl, his excitement unbecoming of his age as he began to act somewhat childish from his curiosity

That's too adorable... he looks just like a little kid. "If I didn't drop it... it should be in my old clothes. But it won't work here... it's kind of useless when no one else has one, and there's no way I'll get a signal here."

"I would still wish to see it either way it works or not" Shiratori chuckled, he was just too excited to contain himself, he loved learning new things especially at his age "I believe we have all of your things safely tucked away with the Madame" he then said as he put his hand to his chin in thought, long pointed claws gently scratching against the pale pearlescent flesh

"Speaking of technology from my world... I'm sorry that I shot you." But I'm more sorry that I wasted most of my bullets on you. I'm screwed I'm caught alone by one of those disgusting things. "And I stabbed you... sorry. I was really freaked out at the time, and I thought that you were going to kill me. I guess I have a history of shooting first and asking questions later"

”It’s quite alright, I deserved it, I should have never let my anger get the best of me at your confusion and I apologize for that...I guess you can say I am no better than my sister” sighed the man as he lowered his gaze, his excitement and curiosity wilting to sadness as he bowed his head to the girl “I apologize for my wrong doings and savage behavior...”

Yuki sighed. You're a hard person to stay mad at, Shira. "Dummy... you've more than made up for it by now. I know what it's like... to be so mad you do things that you regret. So don't tear yourself up over it, okay?" She gently patted his head.

When feeling the warm hand on the top of his head Shiratori lifted his head with wide eyes "But..." he tried to speak, not really knowing what to say, if he could blush he would be but being coldblooded things like blushing impossible "I shall not try and let things bother me then" he then said with a light smile, secretly enjoying the feel of the girls hand on the top of his head and the warmth that radiated from her

This feels kinda nice... he's nice and cool. "I think that's a good idea... you don't need to be so guilty. It's not like you're the first person who's tried to kill me, and I kinda doubt that you'll be the last... this world is pretty interesting, but it's crazy to me too. Or maybe I'm just not used to the way this world works yet... I hope that I can soon."

“You will learn eventually, and my friends and I would not let anything happen to you” Shiratori said while lightly pushing against her hand, sliding his head along her palm to warm more of his scalp, the touch was rather soothing “I have been around a long time and yet I still learn things from time to time” he then chuckled as he looked to the girl, soon realizing what he was doing and growing rather embarrassed

“Uhm—I uh—uhm” Shiratori stammered trying to get words out as he recoiled from Yuki’s hand, his face showing the obvious embarrassment he felt “You see I—I am naturally cold blooded so with your hand there I kinda—uh” he tried again, finally able to get some words out but he was still horribly embarrassed
