  • Vitani's morning hadn't been that bad. She'd woken up refreshed, in her own bed, and she ignored the pang in her heart as she went to make herself a cup of coffee. It was fine, everything was fine. She was just in her feelings today, she decided as she poured hot water over a coffee strainer into her cup, watching the coffee level rise to her liking as she let out a soft yawn. She placed her electric kettle back down, grabbing sugar and pouring it in, as per usual, until she felt like it was sweet enough.

Tani ran her hand through her mane as she let her coffee sit for a moment so she wouldn't burn her tongue. She thought it would be a good idea to finally get dressed and get interested in her classes for the year. She could already hear the hustle and bustle outside her window and it kind of woke her up a bit, if she were honest with herself. She hadn't had a lot of actual teaching - buying books was using money for food, during her time with Mitzi - so, now that she had access to such an immensely sized library, she found herself in there all of the time. She was reading more frequently and it was doing her some good.

Tani picked up her coffee and blew the steam off the top before she took a sip. Sweet caffeine was always a trusty sidekick. She could count on it to wake her always. She took another large sip before placing the cup down to get her clothes situated. Tani took off her nightshirt, tossing it onto her chair before rifling through her clothes and grabbing a gray shirt. She slid the new shirt on and grabbed some jeans, fitting her legs through them and buttoning quickly as her phone vibrated.

Tani grabbed the phone in one hand and her cup in the other, finishing up her coffee as she scrolled through her missed notifications. Some made her roll her eyes, but she cursed as she realized she was late to meet Hugo. The excitable Carrington had asked her to come by the computer lab and he hadn't messaged her yet, so maybe she wasn't as late as she thought. It was her hoping for the best. She quickly went to brush her teeth and wash her face before grabbing her computer to toss into her bag with her water bottle and a notebook and slipped on a hoodie before heading out the door.

Tani plugged her headphones into her ears as she left her dorm building, humming along to the music she was listening to as she cut across campus to get to the computer lab, hoping that Hugo wouldn't be mad at her. Her dark grey gaze looked over the campus grounds until her eyes focused on something she had been hoping to get away from.

No. No, no no, no no. There was no fucking way he was here. Tani ignored the burning feeling in her heart as she saw her ex, talking with, she assumed, was his new girlfriend. Fucking incredible. She had been feeling lucky until this moment, and suddenly, she couldn't keep looking because she felt herself boiling with a certain amount of rage that probably wasn't necessary, so early in the morning. Instead of doing anything drastic, Vitani started to walk faster, fishing out a pack of cigarettes from her bag, pulling out one and stuffing the box back in. She stuck her cigarette between her pink lips as she kept walking, focusing on finding a lighter in her hoodie pocket and--bingo. Tani pulled out the lighter and clicked it on, letting the flame catch the end of her cig as she inhaled.

It took her a few more minutes than she would have liked to make it to Hugo, but she thought she had a good enough reason - she couldn't waste a freshly-lit cigarette, after all. Plus, she needed to get her mind off of what she saw before she went into the lab; going in, acting like a maniac wouldn't help anything. Besides, Hugo was nice, there was no reason to freak him out. So she took a few deep breaths before snuffing out the cigarette butt and tossing it into the trash when she was certain it wasn't lit. She'd always worried she'd start a fire if she wasn't careful. After that, Vitani let out a soft sigh as she walked into the lab.

When Tani came upon Hugo - one of the only people in the lab so early - she almost didn't want to bother him. But she knew for a fact that he wouldn't have wanted to miss out on anything, so she gave his shoulder a little shake. "Hugo?" Well, at least she wasn't late, she guessed, since he was almost knocked out cold. He must have fallen asleep here over the night, working on something good. Tan barely admitted it, but she liked his work. She decided to give him an extra shake, smirking slightly.

"You can sleep, but on the keyboard, Hugo? Not good for your face."

OPEN FOR INTERATION

The spunky blonde was just as excited and stoked to start the second year at this University just like he was when he first set foot on the very cobblestoned pavement a year ago.

A year ago, when he was simply living in his father's shadow in his film industry. Something he got fed up of doing. He wanted to step out of those shadows and make a name for himself. A name that said Timothy Floyd and not James Floyd. He came to Walt Disney University to do just that. These were the first few baby steps he had to take in order to start. The second year film studies major had arrived on campus a day before, right in time for that after-party that blew his mind away. It was definitely better than that of last year to say the least. The student council have made quite the improvement.

The following morning was not quite kind to him. Drinking a lot of juice did not do him well with his sugar levels rising to the roof. Timothy was not a person to drink or ingest in any of the tempting desires alcohol brings. Not after what happened to him in the past. He did not want to end up in the same situation of hooking up with someone without knowing of the events that took place. From that day he swore it off. Besides, a nice glass of juice was a nice match for him any day.

Getting out of the bed he was so reluctant to stay in, he grumbled and ran a hand through his already messed up locks before shooting up to get himself ready. Motioning towards the bathroom that joined in their dorm he went to take a cold shower to get himself sorted and ready for the day ahead. One thing to another and he was in the cafeteria, with his trusted Canon EOS Rebel T7 camera on a table enjoying his breakfast.

As he started eating his egg benedict and English muffin, the male sipped on his coffee as he was scrolling through all the shots he took of last night's freshman party. If Timothy loved anything, it was his memoirs and memories.

Lily Campbell

Lily had a good night's rest, but she still felt very exhausted. Her feet were heavy as she walked through the girls' dormitories in search for room 212. The party was, in fact, too much for her all at once. She should've seen that coming. Lily thought she could've handled it more easily, but to throw herself into the haze without easing into it first was a mistake—not a catastrophic one, at least.

Among the drunken and rowdy, there had been a few friendlier individuals who didn't have the stench of alcohol on their breaths. She only engaged in conversation with a handful of those individuals, but even that was a lot to make her anxious. When the festivities subsided that night, Ellie told her how the boys—Kai and Gene—surprised her with a welcoming party of their own. It sounded like fun. Lily wished she attended it herself, but there was always next time. For now, her narcoleptic friend needed to be brought to the cafeteria before classes started.

The door to room 212 was left ajar, but out of courtesy, Lily tapped her knuckles against the wooden surface a few times before granting herself entry when no one answered. All the beds were empty except for one. Ellie's head of light brown hair was peeking out from beneath a voluminous duvet. She reminisced of a moment when—years ago—Ellie drifted asleep in front of her lunch, slumped forward, then had her face land in a bowl of mashed potatoes.

Lily snorted. She'd have to make sure not to let that happen to her friend again, although the incident was still a hilarious story to this day. She knelled down by the side of the bed and squeezed Ellie's nose, patted her on the cheek, and tugged on her ear. Her dark eyes shot open; she was wide awake for the time being.

"Good morning, early bird," Lily teased. "Time to get up. Come on." She pulled her out of bed with little effort. Ellie was the only person she knew who shared a striking resemblance to a porcelain doll; dainty, pale, and equally fragile. The next fifteen minutes consisted of Lily guiding the shorter girl around the room as she bumbled in a semi-conscious state.

When she came out of the bathroom, fully dressed for the day, Lily took her by the hand and dragged her to the cafeteria. She usually wasn't open to physical contact, but she could make an exception for someone she was comfortable with. They had known each other since they were little girls after all. If anything, Lily was also ensuring Ellie wouldn't fall asleep again.

"Hey," she remarked lightheartedly, "if they're serving mashed potatoes, don't get them."

Gene Abadi

Gene was too immersed in his own recounting of a whimsical dream to notice that Kai—one of his best friends—wasn't interest in hearing it. He kept talking anyway. The two of them were seated together in the cafeteria while they waited for Ellie to arrive and join them. Her other friend, Lily, would bring her. As Gene continued to tell his dream about an all-powerful spirit who granted wishes, Hunter Jones approached their table.

"Hiya, guys! Ya don't mind if I sit here do you?"
"Not at all!" The heavy-lidded brunet returned a smile that matched Hunter's.
"Yeah, it's fine, Hunt. Gene could use the conversation."
He nudged Kai, who didn't bother looking up while he picked at his food. He shook his head. "Don't mind him. He's being grumpy." Gene used his knife and fork and carved another bite from the cheesy omelet in front of him. "So, how was the party last night? What kind of things did they have this year?"

Gene didn't need to inform the football player who Ellie was or the celebration they planned in her favor; he talked about his best friends to anyone who would listen. Especially when he was very fond of them.

Hunter;

Keeping his ever present grin settled on his face, Hunter sat and listened to Gene speak as he started in at his food. He was happy to have found somewhere to sit so easily as it seems people were always at full tables, which he thought was weird because there would sometimes be open seats. Not that he minded being turned away though. There was always someone else to ask or a table with his teammates, which he was welcome at. Gene and his friend Kai were the first familiar faces he'd spotted that particular morning though.

Gene questioning hin about his thoughts on the party the night before reverted his thoughts immediately. Hunter let his fork drop on the tray with a "clink" as he prepared to answer. He had to think a moment about what party Gene was talking about in particular. He eventually concluded that he was most likely referring to the freshman welcoming party. The red head definitely had his thoughts on that one.

The party had, in his very professional opinion, been a blast. To be truthful, he never had a hard time having fun at any party anyway. This party had a bit of a different feeling it to this year. Maybe it was because he wasn't a frosh this year, or was it the bouncey house he'd sent for? Yeah, definitely the bouncey house. That thing was possibly one of the best ideas he'd ever had for a party. He couldn't think of anything that surpassed a bouncey house.

"It was wicked." Hunter informed Gene enthusiastically, "I got to meet a bunch of cool frosh's and I got a bouncey house. Can't top a bouncey house, bro." He said the last part dead serious voice, tapping his hand twice on the table in confidence before leaning back into his chair and grinning again. With crossed arms he shook his head and chuckled a bit.

"It'll be real hard to think of something better next year. I'll have to plan more for it."

Sabreena was up before her alarm even went off. The party last night had been alot of fun, she'd met quite a few people and made some friends, but she was anxious still about the first official day. She'd called her brother closest in age to her when she woke up, forgetting about the time difference and that he was probably still sleeping.

But still, like a good brother, he answered anyway. "Bree?" He'd groaned into the phone, and she could see him in her minds eye, rubbing his eyes and pulling the phone away from his ear to look at the time. Sure enough, he'd come back with another groan. "Do you even realize what time it is?"

Sheepishly, Bree had grinned into the phone. "Sorry, Luke. I just needed to hear a familiar voice."

"Everything okay?" Instantly he was on alert, ready to gather the troops and head to WDU.

"Everything's fine. I'm just anxious about classes and stuff, is all."

"Oh, god, Bree. You would be worried about the one part of college you're going to do fine in." Stifling a yawn, he'd gone on to tell her that she would be fine, to relax, and make some damn friends. They'd talked about her other brothers, their dad, and other miscellaneous things before he'd told her he needed to sleep before work.

Currently, she sat cross legged on her bed with her phone in her lap, watching the minutes tick by. Her alarm had gone off twenty or so minutes ago, but she still had plenty of time to get ready and get to the cafeteria. Her roommate was still sleeping, it appeared, so when she finally crawled off her bed she made sure to get dressed quietly. Hopefully decently, too.

Grabbing the things she thought she might need and stuffing them into a bookbag, she left her dorm and headed for the cafeteria. Her stomach had started rumbling while she was getting dressed, and so she couldn't wait to get there. Finding the place rather easily, she pushed open the door and headed inside.

Jeremy hadn't really slept the night before.

It wasn't his fault. He'd been up late at the party, and then the after party, which was in someone's dorm. Whose? He didn't remember. Somehow he'd found his way back to his own dorm, where he'd passed out for maybe a few hours, but then woke up suddenly. Hadn't been able to get back to sleep.

So, fuck it, might as well get up.

His phone was suspiciously quiet, so much so that he kept checking on it to see if the thing was on. He was mostly surprised he hadn't heard from Piper yet. He hoped her ride here hadn't been terrible. Grimacing slightly as he remembered her last horror story, he tugged on a shirt and some pants.

Tired of just laying in bed, not sleeping, he'd left his dorm room early and went to find a tree to sit in. He sat about halfway up the thing, one leg hanging off the branch, swinging back and forth. He pulled out his phone to text his sister, telling her to text him when she got there, and glanced up.

It was then he noticed a girl, and he did a double take when he realized she was dancing. He didn't recognize her, but she was very pretty, and had a great rhythm going on. Tucking his phone back into his pocket, he climbed down, as graceful moving through the tree as she was dancing.

"Can I dance, too?" He grinned at her, moving closer but not so close as to invade her personal space. Without waiting for an answer, he started to move his own body to a beat probably different than hers. But he didn't care, he was never one to be shy.

Peter Norwood

There was a slight tremble in the elm boughs and a rustling between the leaves. Peter didn't notice it right away. The noise could've easily been dismissed as a squirrel traveling up the tree, but instead, it was a person falling down from it.

He barely had time to be startled, much less blurt out anything to express his shock. In just one second, the slapstick movie had been replaced by a flare of golden blonde tresses and chartreuse eyes that ornamented a feminine face—a girl. A girl plummeted right into his lap. Luck spared her from the harsh earth, but as the substitute of a gymnastics landing mat, Peter was not entirely unscathed. A sharp discomfort in his legs forced him to be wide awake now. He wasn't even sure whether the girl had been sitting in the tree all along or if he was too oblivious to hear her climbing from the other side.

"Oops! Sorry about that!"
"It's fine," Peter said through a wince.
"I usually never fall out of trees... Oh darn it I ruined my croissant, too."
He noticed the crumbly pastry; now a treat for ants and small animals alike. He found the strength to chuckle at the girl's misfortune and somehow felt better. "That sucks. Guess it's too late for the five-second rule." A puckish smile brightened his face. "I'm Peter. People usually don't fall on top of me here. And you're still sitting on me, sooo, can you get off?"

All was well in the depths of her warm, soft and comfortable duvets where she was sleeping and drooling in her typical fetal position. It was how she felt safe. Ignoring the fact she had a mountain of sheets on top of her. True, the young girl sleeps literally anywhere but having something cover her made her feel more secure while she closes her eyes for her wondrous sleep. It was simply heaven until...

Squeeze. Pat. Tug.
All three actions that cause the narcoleptic girl from her slumber. Her beady, dark chocolate brown eyes shot open giving her alarm, it being Lily, a few minutes of her decent wide awake state. Letting her grumbles get the best of her, Ellie looked from above the sheets to her kneeling best friend. Her vision hasn't even register before she felt her small frame get dragged out to the cruel, cold world.

"Time to get up. Come on."
Liliana's gentle voice vibrated through her ears as she started mumbling non-sense when her friend started motioning her around like a dummy, "Nuuuu! My beeeed! Why must you seperate us you monster!"

Removing her from nightwear and giving her a fresh set of clothes from her luggage, Ellie made her way, dragging her feet on the ground while doing so. Taking her good minutes underneath the cold water, Ellie tried to do her best to snap out of her comatose state. Closing the tap in a half succeeding state, Eleanor started to get herself ready for what the day brings before emerging through the bathroom door. By heavens she wished she could stay in bed a little bit longer. Especially after that one heck of a party her guys threw for her as a welcome back. At least school started on a positive note and she was sure Lily was here to make sure it proceeded that way.

The other brunette offered her delicate hand and Ellie took it. It felt rather cold from the cold shower she had just taken. But Lily was like her guide dog in the morning when Eleanor was still registering what on earth was happening. Perhaps if she was in a constant state of motion, she would not fall asleep. At least she reached that stage where she could actually see clearly from underneath those hooded eyelids. With a soft yawn, she followed through the quiet corridors and into the loud den of teens in the cafeteria. She was still not functioning properly. As Lily made a cheeky remark on the mashed potatoes, Ellie gave her one of her faint smiles and nod to reassure she won't. Not after the disaster that occurred when they were younger. Oh god. She swore she was blowing mash potatoes out of her nose for the rest of the day!

"Yeah! That's a mistake I will only do once! Though I hope they have something hard, that way if I do snooze out, hopefully the impact would wake me up..." she contemplated looking towards her, trying to keep her hooded eyes open. "Either that... or give me a total knock out. Ahhh it sounds much more pleasant."

Character Snow White | Dorm Off Campus (Mordecai) | Major Art & Design | Year Third | Electives Photography & French
Mood Exhausted | Scenario Help...please? | Location Still at Apartment | Outfit Clothing
Mentions N/A| Conversing Mordecai ( nymphadora. nymphadora. )

Bethany had already been up and running like a maniac across their rented studio apartment. It was not much but it was something to get them started till they were in school. Bethany had arranged a list and a schedule for Big T to follow. However as she was preparing some breakfast for her two other occupants, Beth heard some faint crying in the opposed room where everyone slept. Placing the bowl of freshly made cinnamon apple swirl oatmeal for Gabriel and some scrambled eggs on toast for her and the other baby she takes care of, Mordecai. Letting them set on the table with the rest of the child's food for the day as most probably she or Mordecai wouldn't even be back till just in time for dinner. Or at least one of them. It was mandatory not to leave the little guy alone.

The crying started to get louder as she inched towards the baby's small make-shift cot. By the time it took for the crying, Mordecai already seemed to be slightly awake. However, as she was about to go and wake him up she felt a jolt of pain shoot up her leg from the bottom of her foot, "MOTHERF---"

Beth bit her tongue before even continuing that word. Holding back as Gabe was in the room, biting her lower lip to prevent it from escaping her lips. Moving her foot over she inhaled and exhaled before looking to see what the culprit was. It was none other than a small car. Gabe's toys were all over the place. With a sigh, she looked over at the other sleeping baby, "Dex, get up. Breakfast is ready and I need some help rid the room of these toys before we head out. I gotta feed Gabe in hopes he stops crying!"

All that crying was drilling into her head, usually around this time it was because he needed food in his system. Approaching the two year old, Beth picked him up from the cot as his eyes were all red and watery, "Come here baby boy. Let's get you some food. Mommy made your favorite! Yes she did!" her voice changed into a playful tone. Something Beth never imagined in her life. Never.

To be fair, both her and Mordecai never imagined to be in this kind of predicament. One night, that was totally out of their grasp, resulted into this. The pair decided that they would at least stick together and raise young Gabriel as best they can. Whilst still remaining friends and they can still lead their own life if they wished. No young child should suffer from their mistake. Hence why they actually kept it between them and Big T whom actually accepted to sit the little kiddo for them while they were at school or until one of them had free period.

Walking, mainly limping towards the small same room kitchen, she sat Gabe down and brought the bowl of his favorite cinnamon apple swirl oatmeal. Grabbing his small spoon, she tasted it. The temperature was just right as it set and it was delicious. Dipping it one more time, she got a spoonful as she started play feeding him. As per usual he was obedient the first few spoon-fulls however when it came half-way, those beady blue green eyes starts to water. "Oh no no no no -" and there it was, the crying montage resumed. "You'd think two years of this you would get the hang of it but noooooo..." she muttered trying to calm him down. Being a mother was really, like really testing her patience. With a soft sigh she tried not to panic herself but judging from her palm shaking, she was far more out of patience than she thought but she tried her best. Keeping her cool, she looked her child in the eyes and pleaded for him to quiet down as she proceeded to feed him. It was typical that Gabe eats his whole bowl as Beth always made sure for the correct measurements. She wouldn't want to underfeed nor overfeed her child.

As much as she did not really want to, today was Alison's first day of University and it had already started down hill. To begin with, she was not really good when it came in terms of independence. Leaving the confines of her grandparents' house and guardianship, she felt alone. Once again. Nothing but her thoughts to keep her company. It could partially be the reason why she arrived here the latest minute she can. All she knew was that the past three winters were all spent with her grandparents. Even her closest friend wasn't there.

However, this year it seemed to take a shift. Somehow her grandparents wanted her to take her next step forward and that was University. A big step for the blonde girl.

Walking on the cobblestone path, one foot on one square after the other, step after step. It eases her nerves for a bit. As she motioned towards the front building, assuming it was the administration foyer. After entering, she approached the woman that was behind the desk which was rudely chewing bubblegum loudly and Alison was just as tall to actually reach the counter, "Sorry miss, I'm a new student that just arrived. The name is Alison Gray. Mind giving me the details?" the young blonde muttered slowly.

The receptionist nodded while she proceeded with her loud chewing which was irking Ally. Typing something in her computer, a sheet was printed and given to the student with a key to her dorm as she explained everything. However as Alison was about to leave, the receptionist caught her attention, "Miss Gray..." Ally turned on her heels and gave her her attention. "It seems that you had the last half of your payment from your deposit not checked in yet. Did you make the payment?"

"Yes, my gran was the one that made the payment from back home." Ally replied.

"It's best if you check again because it doesn't look like the payment was made." the lady proceeded, "I'm afraid I can't allow you to proceed if you do not complete your payment."

Just as Alison thought she could not get in any worse situation. She did. Fun times. The blonde excused herself before taking her phone out and texted Oliver; Hey Ollie, I'm here. Just ran into a bit of a bump with administration. He probably did not have time for her as he was preparing for classes. Meanwhile she was stuck here. After that, she searched through her contact list, finding her grandmothers and awaited for her to speak but came dead, "Come onnnn... Pick upppp!"

She'd survived a year! A year where she was staying at a dorm far away from her friends and family and of course...her little fawn to fawn over. Skipping the line for coffee, she was heading for the Nature Club, one of her favorite ways to start the morning. Considering her little prank last night, she was especially energetic to hear any gossip about it.

Fauna's new year resolution was usually the same. Talk with her friends back home, catch up on anything she missed, find something interesting to take a photo of, and of course...pull a longer streak of pranks against some of the guys in the boys dormitory. She'd always enjoyed teasing people, but she realized how boring and quiet the campus was at 5 AM. So she decided to rectify this blunder with some quality music. Recently, she’d stumbled upon a boombox at a local garage sale.

As she made her way to the commons, she began to imagine the look on Dietrich's face when she left that nice boombox out, blasting Haddaway's "What is Love?" at around 5:00 AM in the morning. As soon as the song blasted, she could see Clayton's bedroom light on and his screaming, which in her opinion was pretty loud in itself. Either way, she'd quickly cleared the seen, avoiding detection from the campus security as she hid in a nearby push and climbed her way back into the girl's dorm.

In the end, a successful prank with laughs and giggles was a treat in itself. She knew that most people would be up by 5 anyway and all the late sleepers would appreciate a friendly alarm to let them know school had officially begun! Fauna knew of other pranks around campus, including a few that might have happened the night before. But for now, she was content with her own little mischief.

Like He Said! Stars! Can't Do It! Not Today!

Mood: Intrigued | Scenario: Let the Games Begin | Location: On the Way to the Caf| With: Tulia, Bea | Tags: AnimeGenork AnimeGenork , cinnabuns cinnabuns | Outfit: This
It had not escaped the Spanish exchange students' notice that their nice guide had texted someone in the midst of their noogie fest. They gave each other sly looks as they stood back up. Nosiness was not, in fact, one of their strong suits, but their not-so-long-ago years of being con artists had yet to be erased, and getting to know what a person was like was all part of the scheme. A strange understanding crackled between them as they adopted similar smiles and began following the American girl to the cafeteria for coffee. Let the games begin.

Mateo grinned at the skip in the girl's step. It seemed she was a cheerful person, just as he was. While Tulia erred toward cynicism and a darker sense of humor, Mateo had always been more optimistic and prone to giving compliments. For years, he'd attributed it to being a blond Spaniard with a strangely British accent... but perhaps it took a certain type of person to have that sense of contentedness. Coming to walk beside the girl, he smiled. "We're exchange students, here to study History at this fine institution. For some unknown reason, we've had a strange fascination with the Aztecs and conquistadores since we learned about them back in Spain."

Tulia shoved Mateo aside and inserted herself between him and the girl, to Mateo's dismay. "Enough about our ironic love of Aztecs, Teo." She looked over at the girl with a smile. "I wish I could say I was a good dancer, but I'm possibly the worst flamenco dancer in all of Spain. Mateo here, though, is fairly good. Do you ever do flamenco here at WDU?"

Plopping his elbow on top of her head, Mateo leaned over and interjected, "I just realized we're being incredibly rude. What, may I ask, is your name? You've learned ours by default, but since I really did not pay attention during the tour, I'm afraid we might have to ask for your assistance again." He shrugged, playing the unfortunate truthfulness of their predicament off with what he hoped to be a sufficient amount of charm.

Looking as if she was trying not to scowl at her being used as an armrest, Tulia raised an eyebrow and smiled, waiting for the girl's answer. She probably would've asked something else, but it was hard to think when a certain doltish blond's elbow was crushing your skull... Mateo grinned at his rare stroke of genius. There was no need to turn this girl against them just because old habits died hard.

"A pair of happy people in a bed together." Teddy mutters as she trailed his arm "Nothing too important, I guess. " He then let her speak as her hand trailed down to his elbow. He didn't mind it at all, he was actually quite enjoying it, quite well. He was pretty sure that the girl was staying in his bed. "We could go to class, but I won't be paying attention to the teacher. I will probably be paying attention to the girl who is going to be next to me. " He smirked at her as he grabbed her to himself.

He grinned as she agrees to his suggestion and he pulled her closer to himself. Teddy grins as she spoke more. "I was wondering what you remembered also? Cause I have no idea what your name is. I do remember the quite bit of fun we have. " Teddy smiled as she told him her name. He tested out her name on his lips "Esther....that's a really fucking pretty name. Mine's Taddeo. " He smiles at her as he shrugs "But I go by Teddy. " He smirked at her as flipped her on top of him.

"Since we agreed to stay in bed, why don't we have some fun huh?"

Harlow;

Harlow nodded at Cisco as he answered the affirmative on inviting Angel. She was glad her sister was coming. Harlow would much prefer to be with Angel and Cisco than to be off...socializing or whatever. Meeting new people was overrated anyway. She didn't need new friends when she had two perfectly good ones already, she chose not to take into account that one of them was her sister. Besides, Harlow doubted that anyone here was really her style. Harlow knew there was no doubt that Angel would likely make new friends and Harlow would be forced, in turn, to be friendly with them as well. Right now she was content to make spaghetti and not worry about anyone else.

Angel's arrival had her cooing at Harlow for her worry and it made her groan, thumping her head against the tree behind her. Of course she would arrive at the perfect time to hear that, it was only natural. Even in her faux annoyance, Harlow smiled up at her sister and shot her a thumbs up. Cisco shot up from the ground mere seconds after Angel questioned if they had to make spaghetti. With his hands on his hips, Cisco valiantly defended their decision to make spaghetti this morning. Harlow chuckled a little at him before standing up herself as he informed Angel of his lack of a plan. Harlow placed a hand on his shoulder and grinned proudly.

"Worry not, young one. For I, of course, have a plan." Harlow was a planner, that was for sure. Everytime the three of them did any sort of shenanigan that required premeditated thinking, she was on top of it. So, now she grinned at the two of them as she spoke, "Here's the thing, we're like fresh meat, right?" She answered her own question with a nod, "We don't know the lay of the land quite yet and stumbling into places we shouldn't be is normal. So, we go in, do our thing and if we're caught?" She pauses, "Oh, we're sorry Mister Important Dude, sir, we didn't know this wasn't allowed." Harlow switched into actor mode, batting her eyes as innocently as someone like Harlow could. With that she crossed her arms confidently and glanced between her sister and Cisco.

"Might as well play the we're new card while we have it."

Maya should have known this would happen.

She really should have. Kaio had done this every time they argue. Toss her over his shoulder, and walk around like she was a trophy. Embarrassing her while doing that, that was Kaio all over it. What she could have done is calmly taken the punishment, and just hung there but...that wasn't Maya. As soon as he tosses her over his shoulder, she started twisting and turning. Banging on his back. "I swear to all things, Makaio Vera! Put me down!" She said quite loudly.

"You know I want two plates of bacon, and FOR YOU TO PUT ME DOWN!" After a while she just gave up and hanged there. Hey, it was a free ride, and at least she didn't have to walk to get her food.

mordecai, the once reckless and moody teen, was grateful for every second he could spend in bed asleep.

being a parent was hard, extremely hard in fact, but the smile on his son's face seem to make it all better plus, beth made a great mother. the male scampered out of the bed as he heard beth's voice scream out a very questionable word from the kitchen. with the sounds of gabriel crying uncontrollably and beth asking mordecai to clean up their apartment, the male gave a simple thumbs up before picking up his son's toys.

the toys ranged from pre-loved toys from garage sales to toys from mordecai's and beth's own childhood as well as some plastic toys from the help of big t. if it wasn't for big t's support for the two friends with the unplanned kid, mordecai was certain life would've been harder. but the tattoo parlour own was more than helpful to be babysitter for the day while the two went to get an education, it was big t's idea for mordecai to go to university, making sure the young male got to have a life before rushing into parenthood and staying inside the tattoo parlour all day, despite mordecai enjoying every second of it.

mordecai glanced towards the kitchen as he heard beth struggling to feed their child, with babe's crying echoing throughout the apartment. the male quickly made his way towards the kitchen, swooping past beth to give gabriel a gentle pat on the head before switching the kettle on to make himself a coffee. mordecai couldn't help but allow a smirk to grow on his lips as he leaned against the marble counter, "need any help?" he asked with a playfully mocking tone in his voice.

Sari smiled, yea Aster and her has been best friends for a couple years now. Jim and she were together first, and then Sari was brought in by Sarah. They just clicked. She became someone important to Sari, and not to mention Sari is the captain of Aster and Jim's ship. She wasn't blind. She knew since she got to be around her brother and flower, that they liked each other. It was her mission to get them together.

Sari nodded to Aster. "Yea, me and Jim got in late and just headed straight for the party. You know, we both didn't want to leave mom on her own quite yet. " She looked at her watch that was on her wrist and looked to Aster again "We will meet you there in about 20 minutes? I have to make sure dear old Jim is up, and then I have someone to check on. Save us a table little flower?" She asked her, with the nickname that Aster got growing up in their neighborhood.

Sari headed off after waving goodbye to Aster. She headed for Aliani's dorm. She had asked Danny to find out her dorm for her so she could surprise her, Of course, the ice queen never let her down and deliver the number in a text. Sari put down her skateboard and skated moving through people heading towards the dorms. Once she got there, she stopped and flipped the skateboard to her hand. She headed in, counting numbers until she landed on the one she was looking for.

She carefully knocked on the door and wanted carefully.

Mowe had just come from the cafeteria and was enjoying his full stomach before he realized he wasn't sure about some of his classes. He cursed lightly, under his breath, as he headed to the admissions office.

He knew he should have handled all of this yesterday, but he enjoyed walking around the campus and getting to know his surroundings more than actually talking to any of the students. It was his ritual when he came back to university. It gave him time to himself, too, something Moe knew he needed, but he never had much time like that, since he liked to fill his schedule. It was strange - while it was good for him to have breaks, it felt weird if he wasn't spending his time doing something else. Doing nothing made him antsy.

With a soft sigh, Moe took his earbuds out of his ear, pushing the door to go into the office and heading to the desk, standing next to a blonde who seemed a bit frantic. The brunet could already feel the energy in the room and the high amount of tension reminded him of why he needed his walks. He gently spoke, mumbling a "good morning" to the blonde - she looked liked a student, probably - and to the receptionist before turning to the latter completely.

"I apologize. I believe I forgot to pick up my schedule. I can wait if you need some time."

He then turned back to the blonde girl, noting how small she was in comparison to him and to the desk the receptionist was behind as the lady smacked her gum once more. The thought made him smile a bit as he spoke to her again, holding out a hand for her to shake. She seemed to need some sort of distraction.

"Moe Montgomery. Do you need some assistance, miss?"

Clayton Dietrich a.k.a. Clayton

"Those goddamn fucking pranksters." Clayton hissed as he got out of the shower. Although showers were suppose to calm people down, he was absolutely livid. Since his debut last year as the school's force against jokes and all things stupid, the gorillas as he'd come to refer to them, but last night one of them or all of them decided to blast "What is Love" at 5 AM.

To say he was cranky was an understatement. As Clayton headed to class, his priority was finding a few likely suspects. Danny and her gang of ghouls were certainly the first on his list. After the declaration of war, Clayton was more than happy to get them punished for their crimes. How people like them could reduce themselves to such low levels as jesters and fools never made sense to him.

At the moment, anyone was fair game to Clayton. He wasn't in the mood after all.

the sound of an alarm clock beeping aggressively is a traumatic experience for jacob.

the blonde male woke up in a shock as his phone rang loudly, playing the repetitive shrill noise that the phone company happily supplied until jacob half-heartedly found the snooze button. with a sigh, jacob flopped onto his back as his hands rubbed his blue eyes open, a tired groan escaping his lips as he tried to wake himself up fight the urge to sleep again. with tired determination, jacob swung his lanky legs and climbed out of bed, his body aching from sleeping on such a tiny bed. the male dressed himself in a casual black outfit, not feeling any particular mood as he tried his best to comb his messy blonde hair.

as he got prepared for the day of his new university, jacob pulled out his phone while flopping onto the living room couch and selected his sister, olivia, name and began typing rapidly, munching on an apple as he typed.

yo lil sis by a minute, how's uni going?

with a pleased smile, jacob happily slipped his phone back into his pocket before jumping over the couch and rushed out of the dorm room, swinging his cheap backpack - which he found at a thrift store, covered in cool badges - before heading outside. the smell of fresh air filled his lungs as his ratty converse skidded across the stoned pavement, his dominant hand holding a small map of the campus as he tried to find the drama building that he circled with a red marker the night before.

jacob managed to find his desired classroom with ease, noticing how eerily empty it was. the blonde gave a shrug as he slipped past the thick doors and headed into the theatre, chucking his bag into the seats as he found his way up to the technical room. as he peered through the door crack, a small smile toyed at his lips as his blue eyes recognised a projector and an abandoned dongle.

with a determined look, jacob entered the room, pulling out his phone and connecting the dongle together. his fingers rushed to open the youtube app as he found one of his favourite vine compilations, his heart beat with excitement - it was going to be a great start to his first day of university.

the projector flashed to life as it projected his phone's screen onto the large viewing screen in the theatre, jacob's smile turned into a grin as it played, until the "wrow" wouldn't go away. his smile flashed into a frown as the video continued to repeat the vine over and over again, the voice of the kid watching a girl vape for the first time was stuck on loop as his voice echoed throughout the room.

"fuck, fuck, fuck, fu-" jacob couldn't help but panic as he tried to fix it, only making the problem worse by increasing the volume. jacob huffed as he scampered back to the rows of chairs and found a seat to watch his horrible idea loop, praying that his teacher would at least find the situation funny, somehow.

"how many times have i told you are bad for your health?"

gus didn't notice his cigarette leaving his lips until the female silhouette plucked the addictive roll out of his lips with a teasing tone decorating her voice.

the male glanced up behind his dark shades, recognising the familiar ginger hair and ivory skin that stood in front of him. gus completely ignored the pain that was slowly diffusing into numbness as he slowly stood up and plucked the cigarette out of tamara's lips once more, taking a long drag of the half burnt cigarette and allowing it to dangle in between his wiry fingers. "and how many times do i have to tell its not nice to steal things from others," he teasingly scolded, raising an eyebrow with a matching smirk as he spoke.

a gentle smile played at his lips as he stuffed his hands into his pockets, "never thought i'd see you again," he joked, his heavy southern london accent flooding the words in between his sentence. if it wasn't for the fact he had dark hair and pale skin, most people wouldn't have realised gus was apart of the mess called the monroes. the two were quite close with each other, often getting quite comfortable with each other from time to time. gus even read a conspiracy theory about the two of them being secretly together once online.

tamara was great to be around, radiating fun every time gus was in her presence; but, she wasn't her.

out of the corner of his eye, he noticed what he thought was the girl of dreams spin around and walk the other way. a lump formed in his throat as his heart dropped to the floor, suddenly weighing about the same as a heavy brick. without hesitating, gus moved in closer with his dark eyes locking with tamara's as he leaned on the railing with one arm. "y'know, touring without you was honestly quite dull," gus muttered, trying his best to resist glancing down at the field again.

"the boys missed you, my manager missed you," gus heisted for a moment before finishing his sentence, "i missed you."

the words felt bittersweet on his tongue, maybe this wasn't the best time to ask tamara to be something more with him, but the painful stabs in the heart, and memories captured in old polaroids, from the past wasn't going to get him anywhere. plus, if he wanted to start anew, why not start with someone beside him?

Trinity
Lowe-Lane

Trinity woke up at five. She showered and ate a light breakfast without waking either of her roommates, Nova and Meg. Her morning routine was proficiently swift, quiet, and tidy. No dirty dishes and no messy bed. Trinity wasn't a stickler for perfection, but her side of the living space was organized enough. The only thing someone could expect to stub their toe on were a few dumbbells or a stack of cookbooks. Nova and Meg were still dozing their hangovers away by the time Trinity left.

Then she did her workout, used the environment as her personal gym as she always did. When she was done, she watched the sunrise from the rooftops, alone, in her own bubble of peace. No one could disturb her—not from this height at least. More students began to trickle out from the buildings, finally waking to satisfy their hunger or whatever else.

Eight o'clock. Trinity drank the last swig of her water then twisted the empty bottle to an hourglass shape. The plastic crinkled and popped. She fastened her sling backpack across her chest and made her way down to ground level. The fire escape was a disregarded option; her descent was a hazardous use of ledges and railings but she reached the ground, safely, in less than a minute. In fact, it was the more furtive route. Probably two or three students watched Trinity do this—if any at all—but she didn't care to notice.

Thinking of another water bottle, Trinity walked to the cafeteria to purchase one. She wasn't dwelling on the party from last night. There wasn't much to think about. She stayed for the festivities for only an hour and a half, which was excluding the time it took for her friend Sabine to gather the nerves to come out of the bathroom.

She's probably doing alright on her own.

Trinity's dark eyes scanned the cafeteria. There were a lot of familiar people she spotted. None of them were alone, except one: Adeline Queen. She was eating an apple as red as her hair and poring over a textbook in front of her. Trinity drew closer to the table and noticed how pale her friend looked and how her hoodie was two sizes too big to be hers.

Trinity tapped Adeline's shoulder, gaining her attention while she slid into an empty seat. She frowned. She knew Adeline had drunk herself silly at the party, but it didn't seem like it was out of celebration to anything. She made sure her old friend got back home safe after some sleazy, touchy-feely guy offered to take her. Not on her watch.

"Close your book and stop pinching your face. I know you only do that when you're upset. So what's wrong?" Being delicate to someone else's problem wasn't one of Trinity's strengths.

Philippa was irritated to admit waking up with tear-stained pillowcases wasn't her cup of tea, especially when she'd forgotten to take off her make-up the night prior.

She didn't have time to wash her sheets that morning - after all, she'd just cleaned them yesterday morning before transporting them here and placing them on her bed - so she turned the pillows over, hoping none of her roommates would notice the difference. She couldn't, herself, which was a bit relieving. She had more important things to focus on, like getting that same make-up off her face and fixing herself together before her classes started.

Phillie took one look at her alarm clock before getting out of bed, shivering once she realized how cold the wood was against the soles of her feet. She hurried across her room, grabbing her towel and sliding on some flip-flops. She could take her time - she'd woken up much earlier than planned - so she could be gentle with getting the remaining makeup off of her face instead of scrubbing her face raw like she really felt called to do.

She came out of the shower forty-five minutes later, spending a little too long under water that was just a bit too hot for her skin, and then water that was shockingly cold to bring her back to her senses. Phillie sighed, going through her clothes with her soft grey towel wrapped around her in the interim. After putting on some black leggings with an over-sized black sweater, she turned and looked at herself in the mirror. She felt warm, she decided as she zipped up her boots, and that was all that mattered. As long as she wasn't looking like death. So she focused on her face, being careful with her skin for the first time in a long time.

Phillie had completely forgotten her sister was here until this morning, and she still hadn't seen her yet. Was it bad that even thinking about being herself in this new environment was overshadowed by the thought of her sister ragging on her again? They hadn't spoken in years. Her sister hadn't called, and she hadn't felt the need to do so, since she only felt anxiety when she even pondered the idea. So seeing her in person kind of made her feel queasy.

She realized she hadn't eaten since early last night, and her stomach echoed that with a loud noise that sounded like a grumble. After she finished her make-up and checked her bag to make sure she was prepared for her classes, Phillie shrugged the bag onto her shoulder and walked out the room, closing the door behind her. She had to stop focusing on things she couldn't control, but it was so hard.

Phillie's mind immediately went to her Christine - no, not even her Christine anymore - and she groaned at that, at the memories still playing in the back of her head, of when times were good. When she hadn't been stuck in this weird tension-filled relationship. Now, she was free. But it didn't quite feel like it yet.

She gripped the door to the cafeteria, taking a deep breath before opening the door.

    Here's to a new year.

hugo, whenever he was stressed or angry, found comfort in editing videos.

what was suppose to be a fun night in a new environment with his brother - who was only older by a minute - turned out into much worse. hugo had always been reliant on his older brother for as long as he could remember, wherever theodore went, hugo followed like a bright-eyed kitten. so when theodore announced he wasn't going to be his roommate, or live on campus, hugo was shattered.

so instead of completely losing his mind in front of his twin brother, hugo hunted for the school's computer lab, which wasn't very hard. the male angrily sat down on the plastic wheelie chair and opened his laptop, which he kept in his backpack, and continued to work on a mini project. his eyelids slowly felt heavy but hugo was determined to finish the video, ignoring the missed phone calls and text from his brother as he focused on his screen; that was last night.

"you can sleep, but on the keyboard, hugo? not good for your face."

the male awoke with a jump, his vision slowly focusing after blinking a bit when he realised vitani had found him asleep on his laptop. hugo couldn't help but feel embarrassed that she found him passed out, as if he was drunk, at his laptop like an idiot. the male gave an awkward grin to vitani as he ran a hand through his messy brown hair and pulled his earbud out of his left ear.

"what time is it?" he asked curiously, raising a tired eyebrow as he noticed the time on his watch. his eyes then flickered towards his phone, picking it up as he noticed message from both of his siblings

theo: 7 missed calls
theo: can you please answer your phone?
margo: are you okay??? call me x
theo: i'm sorry hugo
theo: hugo, where are you?
margo: 5 missed calls

hugo placed his phone next to his laptop, turning to face vitani who looked visibly uncomfortable. his eyebrows furrowed together as he studied her face for more visual clues, as if he was sherlock. "are you alright, tani? you look like you've seen a ghost," he chuckled awkwardly, "unless you really saw a ghost then you need to tell me where because that would make some great footage." he smiled, waiting for her response.
