Eleanor Sheridan

Eleanor nodded when he said that he didnt know himself anymore "I know the feeling" she answered with a small frown before a smile graced her features again "but isnt that the beauty of life and experiences that you get to learn about yourself and who you truly are?" She questioned before internally groaning at her philosophical monolouge.
When he continued to speak Ellie gave him her full attention, nodding every so often to show that she was listening to him.
"I was never good with medical stuff but thats a handy skill to have especially since Im quite clumsy" while she said it in a joking manner, Ellie did have a habit of injuring herself due to her clumsiness. "Well I dont think you're dull, well no duller than me anyway" she teased slightly.
When he asked about her, Eleanor bit her lip in thought "I love nature like going for hikes and exploring new places, the woods would be my favourite place" she told him "but in saying that fast food restaurants and pubs would be close seconds" she laughed. "Guess thats the Irish in me" she teased "theres not much better than a good bit of alcohol" she emphasised her Irish accent as she said this, clearly making fun of the typical stereotype that the Americans had given the Irish, although she had to admit that it wasnt that wrong of a judgement.

Conor Sullivan
gbhdfh.JPG Conor listened to Luca's apparent rant at him. He knew the man had lost Kate, someone he was close to, but he still wasn't expecting such words to escape his mouth. The man disagreed with Conor's desire to try let his family have a happy and relatively normal life. Conor had known all along there was no happy medium - if he were to attack the Romanos, he knew his family would suffer for it. But now, his family was going to suffer regardless. Luca accused Conor of doing nothing and having no guts, which the Sullivan was interpreting as him being blamed for those killed at the wedding and the recent kidnapping at Angel's hands. Kate and David were his fault? Luca gave Conor no time to defend himself, instead making it known he wasn't loyal to him and then walking away. The Sullivan boss watched Luca drive away, shaking his head in frustration. He heard Maggie's words about Luca running off and simply nodded his head. He wasn't prepared to make his cousin endure the angry tirade he could feel building up.

"Gary!" he called, waving over the guard he had been speaking with earlier. "Luca is under no circumstances to enter the house again unless I say otherwise. Not the word of James, not Lucy or Sinead. He only enters that house if I give permission. Tell him nothing! He'll be back for his dog, but he doesn't enter my house to get it," he sternly ordered, before charging towards the house. Until Luca attempted a real discussion, Conor would not lift his orders.

When he entered the house, Conor glanced into the lounge to see Sinead and Peter distracted with the piano. He didn't really get the chance to process seeing his sister laughing as his mind was too preoccupied with business. He went to his office and closed the door behind him. He headed straight for the telephone and dialled the number of an associate. It took a while before anyone finally answered. "Yeah, it's me. The plan is off. Someone already got at Romano... No, he's alive.... No chance. There's cops around the hospital, no doubt expecting one of us to try it... It's off until I come up with something else."

Conor slammed the receiver of the phone down before angrily pacing his office. He wanted to know which bastard had shot Vinnie and if they'd intentionally set the Sullivans up for it. This blew any chances he had as Vinnie would no doubt up his security now he knew he wasn't invincible. Conor slumped down on the sofa, slamming his foot into the coffee table, sending the furniture tumbling onto its side and out of his way. Conor never asked for this business, not so soon. His father was supposed to be in this office and he was still meant to be learning from the older man. Conor thought now more than ever that he couldn't do this and there was only one person he believed was capable. James was loyal and had the ability to remain calm, collected and patient. James wouldn't hesitate to make a tough call and he wouldn't think twice about killing a Romano asshole. All Conor needed was for James to return home with positive news and a willingness to accept a game-changing proposal...

with: Sinead Misty Gray Misty Gray mentions:
Peter had been relieved and thrilled when Sinead joined in with him. His eyes returned to the keys at play and smiled a bit wider as he heard a laugh escape Sinead. He had been observing her closely these last few weeks, having been allowed to hang around the house, to get use to the atmosphere of it all. She had seemed so glum that he thought the poor thing would never smile again. It had been rare to see her smile but when she did it lit up a room. Her laughter and smiling now was practically blinding but Peter followed through with his piece to the very sweet end. Letting the last notes echo through the house, Sinead turned to him and he chuckled lightly at her enthusiasm for his little talent. She had jumped in beautifully without even missing a note, much like he had. Cool and suave was not really his style, his nervousness getting the best of him at times.

"Well thanks-" He was cut off as she threw her petite arms around him. His eyes widened slightly and he wondered what he had done to deserve such a sweet gesture. He was surprised with how openly affectionate she was. He held his breath but forced his arms to relax around her for a moment. When she pulled away, he didn't stop her. A small smile played on his lips as his cheeks darkened deeply, Sinead wore a similar face. She then moved the conversation on to the subject of what his girlfriend would think of his new job. He couldn't help but give a short laugh in response, a boyish smile appearing on his lips with perhaps what would look to be a mischievous twinkle in his eyes. "Well...can't say I would know, never had one." That wasn't particularly true, he'd slept with multiple women before, none of them were someone he could spend the rest of his days with and as beautiful as they were and as much as he respected them, they deserved much better than the likes of him.

Finn Sullivan

with: Eleanor neverbackdown neverbackdown mentions:
Finn smiled softly as Eleanor responded to his sad words with words of wisdom. He was quite amazed at the sharp mind of the woman before him and for a moment got lost in her beautiful eyes. He smiled, relieved that he found some of his interests to be of use, giving a small laugh at the clumsy comment and the way she stated that he was no more duller than she. He loved hearing about what she was all about. Nature was her thing and Finn made a mental note to take her somewhere special for a second date....if he was to get a second date that is...

A large smile spread on his face as she spoke of alcohol, knowing exactly what she meant by her words. "Oh yea, my cousin Conor and I enjoy a bit of the good stuff as well. We try to see who gets pissed first." He said with another laugh and the shake of his head. "I have always found nature fascinating as well, though I have to say I'm not much of a hiker. I would be interested in a tour guide of some places around here..."He left the sentence hanging. Eleanor already captured Finn's heart. He knew he was playing a dangerous game now, his heart had fallen deep but his mind was telling him to remain cautious...not wanting to be hurt like he had been before. He would screw this up somehow if he wasn't careful.

Sinead Sullivan
yjftj-jpg.376207
Sinead awkwardly bit her lip when Peter laughed at her questions about his girlfriend. She caught his mischievous eyes and when he said he'd never had a girlfriend, she found herself oddly relaxed and pleased with his answer. She had flirted with plenty of guys in the past, but Angel was her first real boyfriend, first real kiss and certainly the only man she'd slept with. She'd always been too afraid to get close to anyone as she knew she would eventually have to introduce them to her unconventional family and potentially scare them away. Angel had at least understood her background so she didn't have to keep secrets or hide the truth about herself. She couldn't help but realise she didn't have to hide anything from Peter either. He already knew exactly what her family was all about and he even knew she was a single mother. But surely that in itself was enough to put him off from getting close to her and perhaps she was living in her dreams again.

When Sinead looked at Peter, she saw a guy who was a little awkward and perhaps nervous, like how she was. Angel had always been so confident and her relationship with him had been so intense and mature. Whilst she wouldn't have changed what she felt she had with Angel, Sinead couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to date someone more like herself. Someone of the same age and level of romantic awkwardness.

"I can't believe someone as cute as you has never had a girlfriend, Peter! You seem like such a sweet guy," she told him, the surprise evident on her face. "When you do find someone, make sure she treats you well, Piano Pete," she playfully told him. Her smile faded as she realised it was unlikely she would find a guy to treat her well. She couldn't imagine a world without Savannah in it now, but what guy would want to be with someone who already had a kid?

Leo Davide

jhgh.jpg After the doctor after treated and stitched Leo's wounds, as well as bandaging his leg, he was helped into the bed of the guest room on the ground-level floor. Though his leg wasn't broken, he was told he'd have to avoid putting weight on it as much as possible for a short while. Unaware that Vinnie had been shot, Leo couldn't help but feel agitated the man hadn't shown his face yet. He was also restless that the Romano boss would go right ahead and order some sort of retaliation. Leo didn't want anyone to suffer in his name. He'd seen James and Lucy up close and personal. He saw the love between the couple right before their wedding was ruined and he couldn't bear to think they could be harmed yet again, not because of him. He'd even spoken with Sinead and seen the child she'd had with Angel. For all of his faults, he saw how much Angel cared for Savannah and Sinead. Leo didn't want any harm to come to either of them. The likes of Conor and Luca were the guilty ones, but Leo knew how Vinnie's mind worked and how he wouldn't harm them directly. Leo wanted to speak with Vinnie and urge him to let it drop. As far as he was concerned, this was the Sullivans' revenge for Kate and the others.

Leo wondered if Alex and Athena had been worried or knew what had happened to him. He was supposed to go to their place that morning. He hoped Nicolo would inform them of what had happened, because he didn't quite trust Salvatore to bother with passing on such a message. Salvatore seemed quite excited at the thought of getting revenge, so Leo hoped Vinnie would stop him.

Lucy Porter

with: James Misty Gray Misty Gray Clementine deer deer mentions:
Lucy continued to hold her breath as the nurse began to give the test results, her heart leaped upon hearing that the results had stated she was recovering well since the last time she had been seen. From the corner of her eye, she could see James crack the smallest smile though she herself couldn't do so, the however became weighing on her and she had wished Clementine never spoke that word, as it normally brought news that was a lot less than positive. Lucy's jaw clenched as she went on to explain the bullet had cut too deep which caused infection...ultimately damaging her reproductive organs. Her eyes looked to confirm with Clementine, to see what she was saying was true, wondering if a person could be as cruel as to joke about something so serious.
The sweet woman before her definitely held no cruelty in her, her eyes shown truth through them. The devastation Lucy felt in those moments seemed to shut her down completely. Clementines words had confirmed what her eyes already told her. She would never get the family she wanted. James would never get to be a father, her heart broke at that thought of what she could no longer provide for him. The blonde hadn't noticed she was crying until she felt the warm wet tears fall from her cheeks to her legs.

James was trying to see if there was a mistake, if the doctor's words were misinterpreted. She knew the nurse didn't need to answer to know that they weren't misinterpreted and there were no mistakes. Her future had been changed with the simple fire of a gun. Angel managed to destroy her life even further despite being six feet under somewhere, dead as a door nail. Her anger for him couldn't be found, but it was replaced with sadness and grief. She turned her head into her husband's embrace as he offered it to her, unable to let herself fall apart in front of another person, even if she was a nurse who deals with this all the time. Lucy silently cried in James arms, unable to talk about it any longer.

Eleanor smirked when he played along and mentioned how him and his cousin liked to see who could get pissed first. "Well then me, you and Conor have to go drinking?" she suggested with a laugh "us alcoholics need to stick together" she joked, a big smile playing on her lips.
When he mentioned going on a tour guide an intrigued smile took place on her expression "Oh we should definitely do that" she said a little too excitedly before she bit her lip and looked down. Oh god was that too much? maybe he didn't want to see her again and she had just made the mistake of assuming? She looked back up to him slowly with a sheepish look on her expression "off course, only if you want to do it with me?" she added. Before he had a chance to answer, a waitress arrived over and asked if they would like anything. Eleanor bit her lip in thought as she scanned quickly over the menu before politely ordering a half Irish and a cup of tea. She smiled at the waitress before handing her back the menu as she waited for Finn to answer. Once the waitress had left, Eleanor gave a half smile "It might be a bit late in the morning for breakfast, but you can't beat a fry" she said in a half joking manner.

Cormac Sullivan

Cormac walked out of the airport, a slight smile on his face as he breathed in the American air. He hadn't been here in years and was happy to be back, he had missed his cousins and the action that took place over here. For him, he found Ireland to be quite boring, while it was his home, there was never any real action or drama taking place, especially not the kind of action that his cousins took part in over here. He didn't even know the last time anyone had brought a good fight to the Sullivan's in Ireland. He supposed being part of an Irish gang in Ireland kind of had it's downfall. Cormac pulled the first taxi he saw and gave them the directions to the Sullivan household, he had given Conor no warning and hoped that his arrival would be welcomed.
As he pulled up to the gates, Cormac got out of the taxi and was allowed in by the guards, he gave them a slight nod before walking up to the house. He couldn't forget how different things were now, Emmett was dead, Sinead had a baby and Conor was now the main man. He wondered how Conor was coping with the new found responsibility and this was the main reason why he decided to move over.
Cormac knew Conor since they were children, and he fully believed that Conor was too soft and nice for this position that he had been thrown in, while Cormac didn't by any means want the position, he wanted to be able to support his cousin and do the things that Conor would not be able to do or call the actions that Conor would hesitate to act on. Cormac knew James would be able to do these things but it was not a one person job, or so Cormac believed it wasn't anyway.
Cormac opened the door and left his bag beside the stairs, he heard chatter and looked into a room to see Sinead talking to some man and by the looks of it, there was flirting going on. Cormac knew this was not the time to interrupt and so he continued past the room and headed for the office, where he hoped to find Conor. As he approached the door he head a loud bang from inside and smirked to himself, Conor was definetly in here and the kid without a doubt still had his temper.
Cormac threw the door open, an amused smirk gracing his features as he took in the mess that Conor had made "Opting for a change in decor?" he asked in a joking manner.

"...Junior is the most trusted of the both of us,"

Junior's gaze fixed on his twin, half disbelieving, half still enthused by her eagerness to contribute, to join them in the fight. Her particular words concerning him echoed in his mind, and for a moment he didn't process them. It almost seemed a joke. It wasn't that he didn't feel as if he was trusted by his father, but that he would be deemed worthy of it over Juniper confused him beyond response. He could only blink blankly for that fleeting instant. If it was the truth, then he hadn't been aware, and furthermore, he didn't know if he rightly approved. Between them both, in his opinion and as comical as it might sound, Juniper was the one more worthy of trust, at least where their family was concerned. It wasn't because Junior was disloyal. It was only because Juniper would do best with what trust was laid in her lap. She could look at it with a gifted eye. She would understand its real worth. She was capable of carrying it through. There was no doubt in that. With Junior, at least from his perspective, all doubt should have been sent his way. A brief self-conscious feeling passed through him - uncomfortable and ungainly, a road not traveled before. Had they not seen through him? What had he done to earn their goodwill, their certainty, their faith?

Of course, a moment ago he could have said the same. Perhaps it was only he and Juniper being alike in some more intrinsic way than previously thought. Both would pin the other as the worthy successor.

This train of thought passed in mere seconds, before it was off to the wayside again, and the ache of the light in his eyes turned his thoughts outward.

His father meant to send a message to the Sullivans. It was what Junior had been hoping for, wishing for. If he were a religious man he would have prayed for it. Yet, without asking for a divine favor, here it was. In a way, he knew it was inevitable, what with the shared histories between their families. It had always been only a matter of time.

Junior sharply looked up as he heard the door open. He stood, following his father for the first few steps in order to get a better look at who had arrived.

"Cazzo é." He cursed under his breath, and the muffled quality of it hid the fact that he spoke in an excited tone.

Once he saw the bruised, beaten man, Leo, one of their own, being hoisted into the room by the guards, he shared a glance with Juniper. Another strike. Another push. Did the Sullivans think they would break? Or bend? They might as well have been throwing stones at a mountain. The sight of his wounds didn't phase him. They didn't cross his mind in that way. His pulse was elevated, but not from fear.

He headed back, sitting down once more. His head ached, and if he touched the point of the blow, he knew it would be worse. The movement had made him nauseous, dizzy, though he quickly recovered. There was a fierce sort of look in his eyes, and when his father returned and spoke next, he hung on to his every word.

He leaned forward.

"What do you want us to do, Papá? Say the word. It will be done."

Alexandra Romano
DNeUG-kW4AAKWaF.jpg

Alexandra usually would have enjoyed her walk around the town, watching Rocco excitedly sniff everything and ponder infront of her. She usually would have paid more attention and found amusement when the dog suddenly took off running as if on some adventure before trotting back to walk beside her. However this wasnt some ordinary walk and Alex was worried about what she was going to find when she got to the house.
She felt sick to her stomach as she verged closer to her family home, her mind unable to clear the worry for Leo away. She knew in her heart that Conor would not have attacked Leo, it was not how the Sullivans did things, he wouldnt torture anyone, nor would he have missed a vital organ of her fathers. If Conor had shot her father, then Vinnie would be dead.
This left only two conclusions; the Russians were making themselves known again or a Sullivan had gone rouge. The idea scared Alex, while she was safe from Conor's orders she was not safe from either option that she had come up with. She knew that she would need to talk to him later, but for now she needed to go to her house and find out more information.
Alex opened the front door of the Romano house and let Rocco of the lead "go get them" she whispered to the dog, who ran off happily barking towards the sound of voices. Alex followed him, a stern look on her face as she entered the lounge to see her cousins and uncle. Alex was regretful that she hadnt spent much time with her cousins as she had been buzy with work and trying to distract herself from thinking about Angel. She hadnt really visited the house and looking at them now, she vowed thay would change. Growing up Alex didnt overly see eye to eye with Junior and Juniper, they were both willing to be involved in the gang way of life and since she wasnt it tended to cause some.tension between them, she hoped that now they were older, they could get along like family should or at least try to.
"Hello" she greeted with a slight smile before the smile faded from her lips "where's Leo and Nicolo?" She asked them, she guessed that Nicolo was with Leo but she thought it would be easier to ask than to search the house.

When the door swung open, it shocked Conor out of his deep thoughts and he quickly looked up to see the familiar face of his cousin Cormac. "Christ. Way to give a guy a heart attacked!" he half-joked. He glanced down to the overturned coffee table and shrugged his shoulders. "Yeah, I was just about to break a few things while I was at it," he remarked.

Conor got up to his feet and approached his cousin, giving him a friendly, but exhausted hug. "Nobody warned me you were coming. I would have made sure I was out," he teased. "Incidentally, most of the house appears to be out right now..." Conor sighed and scratched the back of his head, the strain clear on the face Cormac would have been used to seeing confident and upbeat. "So, what brings you here, Cormac? Thought you'd spring a surprise visit on us?" He faintly smiled. "Savannah must be asleep right now, but you have to meet her and see those adorable little cheeks," he gushed. If anyone could bring a smile to Conor's face right now, it was his baby niece.

James Porter

James pulled Lucy in close, letting her bury her head in his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and softly stroked her hair as he placed a kiss on the top of her head. By now, he could feel his own tears rolling down his cheeks. He couldn't believe how much he and Lucy had been made to endure and now they'd had more thrown at them. They'd spoken so much about having their own kids that James had grown attached to the idea and excited about being a father. A chance to give a child all of the things he never had growing up. That was no longer a possibility. It upset him to think that Lucy would never be able to carry her own child and experience motherhood. She had been so looking forward to it and now it had been taken from her so harshly. James had to wonder if he was being punished for all of the wrongs he had done, but he soon shook such thoughts off. If a man like Vinnie could have so much luck in his life then surely that couldn't be the case.

"I'm so sorry, Lucy," he said, not even sure why he was apologizing. "I wish there was something I could do," he said. He briefly glanced to Clementine, acknowledging this could be awkward for her but his need to console Lucy was his only concern right now. "I'm here for you no matter what." James continued to hold Lucy tightly, not only for his wife but also for his own comfort. He knew they would have to leave and return home soon, but he wouldn't move until Lucy was ready.

Salvatore Romano

gyug-jpg.374921
With Nicolo having stayed with Leo whilst the injured man was being tended to and the guards who had been standing in earshot also rushing around to help the kid, Salvatore was glad for the moment with only Junior and Juniper.

"What do you want us to do, Papá? Say the word. It will be done." Junior asked Salvatore, prompting a familiar devious twinkle to appear in the man's eye.

"Well, my wonderful children, this wasn't what I had planned but it's something I'm more than willing to deal with." He placed one arm around Junior and his other around Juniper so he could say his next few sentences in a hushed tone. "The three of us don't have any secrets from each other. Which is why I'm letting you in on the truth that the Sullivans had nothing to do with your Uncle Vinnie being shot. I arranged all of that so the man would take some damn time off and we could show him why he needs our help. My stubborn brother wasn't going to let us do a thing to help him, so now he has no choice in the matter." The way Salvatore spoke, it was like he was simply asking his kids not to tell their uncle what he had bought him for Christmas. He spoke so casually of it that perhaps it was perfectly normal to arrange to have his brother hospitalised. "I mean, I was really struggling with the idea of having to punish a Sullivan knowing they were innocent..."

Salvatore stepped away from the kids and poured himself some whiskey from a bottle he'd pulled from Vinnie's drinks cabinet. "Now, my heart bleeds for poor Leo's injuries. Such a nice young man and he'll overcome it. However, it couldn't have worked out better if I'd planned it myself. Luca D'Angelo has made it much easier for us to attack the Sullivans now and I know it's what my brother would want." He smiled at Junior, finally going back to the question his son asked. "We're going to abduct one of those sweet little Sullivans and their drunken fool of a boss, Conor, won't get them back until he gives us one of his businesses. Revenge for Leo and profit for Vinnie's business." He took a sip from his glass. "Now, I know Nicolo was disturbed after torturing Finnian Sullivan, so whilst Leo gets his health back, Nicolo will be in charge of the Grand Hotel." Salvatore's face turned serious as he prepared to ask his next question. "Are you both stronger than Nicolo? What are you prepared to do to avenge sweet Leo - a nice guy tortured by the Sullivans?"

Alex was kind enough to give prior warning of her arrival and the dog rushed into the lounge before she could overhear any of her uncle's words. The man playfully stroked Rocco's back and grinned at the animal. When Alex joined them to ask about Leo and Nicolo, Salvatore approached her and placed his arm around her shoulder. "Hello, Alexandra. My favourite niece!" he greeted her. "Nicolo is with Leo in the ground floor guestroom. The kid was pretty messed up when he was brought to us. Rest assured, I will make sure the Sullivans pay for this. For what happened to your father and for attacking poor Leo."

with: Sinead Misty Gray Misty Gray mentions:
Peter watched Sinead closely as they spoke, her eyes seemed to flash with something of embarrassment in them as he laughed at her questioning about a girlfriend. He definitely wasn't laughing at her, if that's what she had been thinking. He thought it was rather sweet for her to ask these questions, as it meant that she at least wanted to get to know him a little bit. Seeing as they would be spending a more than enough time together once his training was complete.

A deep blush set in his cheeks as Sinead expressed her surprise at Peter never having a girlfriend. He wasn't surprised in the slightest. Peter wasn't a good kid growing up, sure he helped in the orphanage but that's as far as he went to contribute towards society. Crime was something that Peter had gotten caught up in at a very early age and only now was he able to get out of it...even then it wasn't like he was completely out of it. Looking at the Sullivan's you wouldn't be able to tell that they were a pretty powerful gang affiliated family. They seemed like any other loving family, people who lived normal lives and did normal things. Sinead seemed to be the closest one to that life besides maybe James and Lucy. Peter wondered how the hell those two even found love in such a hostile situation, he had heard the stories about the Romano's and definitely wasn't looking forward to running into one of them. He shrugged his shoulders gently at Sinead's surprised expression and smiled sweetly her way, another blush forming as she gave him a new nickname now. "Oh lord, don't let James hear you using that, it won't sound as adorable coming from him as it does from you." Peter couldn't help but notice that Sinead carried a certain tone to her words, one the seemed to indicate that she didn't think she would find someone. His eyes looked to her and a small smile played on his lips. "We should do this more often...playing piano I mean. When's the last time you played?"

"That we do love, that we do." He laughed at her phrase of alcoholics having to stick together. Finn thought silently to himself that Conor would love this girl already, which would be a plus for Finn, seeing as how his families approval was very important to him as well. Finn smiled widely as Eleanor responded to his inquiry about possible a nature tour guide, noticing how enthusiastic she already was about the idea. His cheeks pinked slightly and he was just about to answer when the waitress came by. He listened to Eleanor order and smiled even wider, requesting the same from the waitress. Once the waitress left the table, Eleanor made a joke, causing Finn to laugh out loud. "I definitely agree with you there!" He looked down at his hands for a moment before deciding to ask few more questions. "What are your plans for the future? I mean at the moment, I certainly don't have any, but plenty of people are more ahead of I in life."

with: James Misty Gray Misty Gray Clementine deer deer mentions:
Lucy was emotionally and now physically exhausted, like she had just run a marathon moments ago. Her lungs squeezed all the air from them, making it hard to breathe as she kept her head buried in her husband's chest, appreciating all the comfort he was giving her in these moments. The shock felt as though it hadn't completely wore of yet, as if none of this was set in stone. She didn't want it to be. She wanted the nurse to be able to take back what she said, or at least give them an estimate of their chances of having a child. There was no chances, and she couldn't take back the words. Lucy sobbed softly for a few moments, unable to calm herself. Everything that had continued to go wrong would continue long after Angel was gone, that much was now clear. A dull ache stung her chest as she struggled to breathe properly again. Her mind was now beginning to go numb, trying to shut out any and all thoughts of the news she had just received, now more than ever she was wanting to just get out of this hospital.

After another moment, Lucy made sure she wiped under her eyes before pulling back to look into James eyes, the tears she found broke her heart even further and she reached a hand up, covering her lips as another sob threaten to tear her apart. They needed to go home. Despite the dread Lucy was now feeling, not wanting to face the pity she was sure would come for her. She wanted to sneak upstairs into their room and hide under the covers forever. She didn't want to go home and face Sinead, the jealousy she felt for her sister already presenting itself. Angel got to have the baby he didn't deserve, the family he probably never really wanted. Sinead got a family on an accident. Life just wasn't fair. Without saying a word, the blonde stood to her feet and made it clear that she was ready to leave.

Sinead couldn't help but notice Peter's sweet smile and it made her feel quite warm on the inside. She had loved David to bits and even though the man wasn't as chatty or musically inclined, she still missed seeing his face as he drove her around some days. She hadn't expected Conor would find a new employee who she would like, but she could already tell she was going to like Peter. Perhaps too much, she thought. She never was very good at hiding when she had a crush on a guy - in a way, she'd grown up in such an open family that she didn't try to hide it from the object of her affection.

She giggled when Peter told her not to let James know the nickname she'd given him. "Aww, spoilsport! I'm so going to tell Old Man James to call you that." When she caught the tail end of his sentence, she blushed a little. "You think it sounded adorable, Piano Pete?" she sweetly asked him.

When he suggested they played piano together more often, Sinead eagerly nodded. "Yes, I would really like to play with you again... I mean, play the piano," she said, quickly clarifying. When he asked when she last played, Sinead frowned as she recalled. "Perhaps a couple of months ago now. The stress of what happened at the wedding and being ill when I was pregnant... The last few weeks since Savannah's daddy died..." she sadly explained. "I'm sorry I haven't really spoken to you until now. I only just found myself again," she admitted to him.

James watched Lucy stand up, quickly wiping his eyes before getting up onto his feet as well. He turned to Clementine and sadly nodded his head. "I... um... thanks for your time..." he awkwardly told the nurse. He wasn't quite sure if thanking her was right. He wasn't sure what he was supposed to say in this situation that wouldn't just result in him pouring his heart out. James put his arm around Lucy's waist and led her out to the car.

The drive home had been mostly silent, with James reaching out to gently squeeze his wife's hand every so often. It was so much more difficult trying to console her when his heart was breaking as well. He knew he was meant to be strong, but he just couldn't find any reassuring words to speak right now.

As soon as they entered the house, Lady and Samson rushed to greet them. James stroked the dogs, but didn't give them his usual cheerful greeting. He couldn't find it in himself, not even for the dogs.

Meanwhile, Sinead had also heard the front door and quickly got up from the piano stool. "I think Lucy is home!" she happily told Peter. She hoped they were going to have the kind of news she'd been excited about all morning. She would love a niece or nephew, a cousin for Savannah. She rushed to the front door, almost as eagerly as the dogs, but her expression soon fell flat as she could see the heartbreak etched onto their faces. Despite this, Sinead just figured Lucy wasn't pregnant this time and the couple would be able to try again. "Luce? What did they say?" she asked, looking her sister in her devastated eyes.

Maggie shook her head at herself. 'I'm so sorry. it's just. it's been too long~.' She was quite obviously taken by surprise, and had reacted by instinct when she hugged him. 'Long time no see, indeed,' she chuckled. She could remember the last time she saw him, and she had been sad to let him go after they had spent such a beautiful evening together. For just a moment she wondered if he remembered too. She wouldn't press him on that now however. If they could reconnnect, she would be thrilled, and judging by his casual seat on the bench, perhaps Elias wasn't here just on a short trip. Her cheeks grew red as he complimented her, and for a moment she looked down at her lap in embarrasment. 'Thankyou Elias. That's incredibly sweet of you.' His compliments did exactly the same thing to her the first time they met. It was adorable, really. She lifted her sight again to him, still bashful, but spoke with confidence, demeanor calm and a light in her eyes as she looked across from her at Elias. 'You have only grown more handsome.' 'Tell me, are you visiting again?' She was curious to know his status in Chicago, almost certain he would reply that he now called it home. Even if it as temporary. With Arthur off on another carpet, and everything suddenly making a wrong turn for the Sullivans, Maggie felt as if Elias might bring good company. Of course, she could never get him involved in the gang's dealings, but if they could escape, sometimes, she just might be alright.

Cormac chuckled when Conor said he would have been out "and that dear cousin is why I kept it a surprise". He glanced down towards the turned coffee table before looking back up at Conor, his expression didnt give anything away but he noted how exhausted and clearly strained Conor was. It was just how Cormac expected and the weakness in Conor's hug proved it all.
"Ah Ireland got a bit boring and I missed you's " he said in response to why he was here, a smile still present on his features. When Conor mentioned Savannah, a softer smile played on his face and a twinkle appeared in his eyes, he had always loved children, it was his one true weakness. "I'm dying to meet her, I say she's just as beautiful as her mammy".
A serious expression took over Cormac's face as he looked at Conor, a sad look present in his eyes "Im really sorry I didnt get over for Emmett's funeral, I was a tied up at home, you know how those pigs are" he commented referring to Police. Like Cormac, he knew that Conor had spent quite a lot of time gettinf locked up in a cell. "I suppose I wanted to see you lot and also offer my services to you Conor, I want to help you in anyway that I can".

Alex laughed when Salvatore called her his favourite niece "dont let Fallon and Alena hear that or there will be war" she joked, leaning in to her uncle to give him a side hug. She nodded when he told her where Nicolo and Leo were, looking towards the doorway. Nicolo hadnt shared much with her on the phone and so she was hesitant to go into them, not knowing what state Leo was going to be in.
When Salvatore promised to get justice, Alex bit her lip and looked down towards the floor. She blocked all emotion from coming onto her face and instead looked up at her uncle almost enthusiastically "what are you planning?" She asked. Alex made it seem as though she wanted to be involved when in reality, Alex was worried about Conor's safety. She just hoped her father had not told Salvatore about her arguments and rants when it came to the gang actions against the Sullivans

Conor shook his head when Cormac said Ireland was boring. "Mate, right now I'd take boring over what's going on around here," he admitted. "You know, I can't even remember the last time I got pissed... not for fun," he realised. He'd been drunk often enough but it had been alone.

Conor quickly nodded his head as his cousin apologised for not making his father's funeral. "It's okay. I understand. It's not exactly something you could get advanced warning about," he reasoned. Conor briefly crouched down to flip the coffee table back upright. "You want to help me? I'm not sure how you can or where to even start," he said, slumping back down on the sofa. "I'm useless at this. Everything. One year ago, my dad was here and I had the freedom to go out with my friends and get pissed for entertainment. I was a reckless fool but I would not have thought twice about kicking the shit out of a Romano or intercepting their shipments right under their noses. Hell, I was practically kicking Vinnie in the balls and laughing in his face. But now I'm in charge of this whole business, I know that my every move can have an effect on my family. I'm the sole person to blame when anything goes wrong. The Romanos have me right where they want me because I'm scared that if any of them get hurt it will be all my fault. Action or inaction, everything that goes wrong is on me." He looked to his hands and let out a frustrated groan. "I was going to kill Vinnie. I was planning to do it and make sure the job was finished. But I hesitated too much and someone else tried to kill him last night. Whoever it was failed to do it right. Now, the Romanos will blame me and my family. I'm worried, mate. You know by now what the Romanos are capable of!"

with: Sinead Misty Gray Misty Gray ; James mentions:
Peter let out a laugh as Sinead called him a spoilsport and told him that she would definitely be telling Old Man James. Peter's cheeks reddened slightly as he nodded his head at her questioning on if the words she had said really sounded adorable. It seemed like anything this woman said to him would sound adorable. Hell, she could be calling him the worst names she could possibly think of and he would still be smitten. Luckily, Sinead wasn't calling him anything of the sort and stuck with Piano Pete. If that would be the worst of it, then he would definitely take it. He smiled happily as she agreed to play piano with him more often, definitely not missing the way her eyes lit up at the sound of the idea.

He shook his head slowly as she apologized for not having talked with him a lot before, he knew what she had been going through, and he wasn't upset with her about it in the slightest. But just as he was about to say more on the subject, the front door opened, sending both dogs and Sinead running towards the door. He wondered what the excitement was about, still not close enough to the family to really get all the information. He followed after Sinead slowly and was expecting to at least see James and Lucy in the mood they had left in, but the devastation in their eyes and the tears that clearly had been flowing were an indication of something happening. He stayed silent as Sinead eagerly asked her sister what they said, Peter listened in with interest, knowing whatever someone said hadn't been good.

Lucy hadn't said anything since before the Nurse had given them the news. The tears that she shed couldn't be contained and she basically cried the whole way home. James was quiet as well, Lucy didn't need to get a verbal confirmation to know that he was just as devastated about the loss of what could have been as she was. His hand held hers tightly and he would squeeze it from time to time, the blonde couldn't find the strength in her to even do that.

As the house came into view, she knew that she was going to be greeted with one if not most of her family members. Lucy wanted to hide, nothing more. She didn't have the strength to break it to her brother and sister that they would never get a niece or nephew from James and her, that her mother would never get to be a grandmother to her eldest daughters' children, for she couldn't bare them in the first place. She stuck close to James as he helped her out of the car, leaning on him for support both emotionally and physically. As they walked through the doors, they were greeted by their ever enthusiastic pair of dogs, who Lucy couldn't even crack a smile for.

Her heart skipped a beat at hearing her sister notice her arrival and she watched as her sister eagerly made her appearance. Lucy took in the bright warm face of her sister and couldn't help but notice that she looked different now compared to most days. She seemed brighter, in higher spirits than she'd ever been before. Lucy, despite knowing this wasn't her sisters doing, wanted to scream at her. She wanted to let her know what her supposed "lover" had done to her, the potential life he ruined. Instead of this however, seeing how happy her sister had been after months of sorrow, Lucy could only answer her sister with a sob, covering her mouth with her hand once more, she quickly released James' hand and moved upstairs.
tumblr_inline_n4gdl25tZg1qc3261.gif
She couldn't face them, her family. She left the door open to their room as she made the way to the bed. Collapsing on it, she finally gave into the true devastation she was feeling and buried her face into the pillow. Her heart broken and her dreams of finally being able to have a family shattered, Lucy felt as if the life she wanted to have with James would never happen.

Sinead Sullivan and James Porter
hjgnjghj-jpg.375709
James gently rubbed Lucy's back as he saw Sinead approaching. Lucy didn't have to say it out loud for him to know the kind of thoughts that were going through her mind. It was Angel's fault that they couldn't have children. Sinead had Savannah, that very same man's child. It was in that moment that James realised how much more difficult this was going to be for him and Lucy. James remained silent when Sinead questioned Lucy. When his wife let out a sob and rushed upstairs, he remained standing on the spot, deciding to give his wife a little space for a short time. He would have tried to send some sort of reassurance to Sinead, but he was hurting too and he just couldn't find any comfort for himself, nevermind comfort to share with the fragile girl.

In that moment, James reached into his pocket to retrieve his box of cigarettes. He glanced to Peter and acknowledged him with a single nod. "You good, Pete?" he simply asked. He barely waited for the lad's reply before stepping back out of the house to have a smoke and a few minutes to himself. He wanted to find some strength inside him so he could return to Lucy and at least attempt to provide her with some comfort.
yjftj-jpg.376207
Sinead felt her heart sink when Lucy's only response to her question was a sob, and then her sister rushed off upstairs. She wondered what could have possibly happened or what the doctor had told the married couple. Sinead turned to James, but he barely even acknowledged her before he returned outside for a smoke. She placed her hand to her chest as she could only imagine what the two were going through. She didn't like that Lucy was alone and debated if she should go see her sister. Lucy had been there for her so many times in the past and she knew if she was upset, she'd want someone to console her. If only she knew she was probably the last living person Lucy wanted to see right now...

"I'm just going to... To see Lucy," Sinead awkwardly told Peter, realising he was probably feeling pretty uncomfortable right now.

Soon enough, Sinead reached her sister's room and stood in the open doorway. She saw Lucy on the bed, her face buried in her pillow. Sinead walked to her bedside and placed a gentle hand on her sister's shoulder. "Luce? Talk to me?" she softly asked. "What happened?"

When the news came to both James and Lucy, Clementine felt as if the walls were closing in on her, suffocating her as she had to be the bearer of bad news. She couldn't look them in the eyes, but she knew she had to remain professional and at least comforting to the two couple. It wasn't awkward to her to see Lucy wrapping her arms into James’ embrace as he hugged her to console her. She could feel the sadness in the air and the tension rising as she heard the muffle cries in James' chest. Clementine had been in these shoes plenty of times before, but it was something about this day that made her eyes water and her heart feel heavy as she watched the scene.

When James directed a question at her, asking if perhaps the chart was wrong or the doctor was wrong, Clementine's eyes saddened as she slowly shook her head. She watched their shoulders droop and their crestfallen expression, making them look older than they were when they took in the bad news. Clementine shuffled her feet together before turning her attention away from the couple, giving them their space as she allowed herself to fall back into the background. A soft tune came to mind as she found herself singing to herself.

Hush, little baby, don't you cry

The sound of her beating heart slowed down as she sighed internally. Her chart showed the wounds had been healed yet she could not bear a child due to the infections and the complications of bearing a child due to such. Who could have done such a thing and. . . exactly who were the Sullivans and the Romanos? Were they really innocent bystanders? However, Clementine couldn't find herself being able to understand just who would have it out for the female woman or the male. The couple seemed like sweethearts the moment they came in, their presence encouraging and supporting the other, even now. She expected blames, pointed fingers, or even someone to walk out, but none of them reacted in such a manner. Instead, she saw a strong couple, holding each other for support despite the weakness they held now.

Papa's gunna buy you a mocking bird

At the sound of the movement, Clementine turned her head away from the window as she looked at Lucy, seeing that she was ready to leave. Her eyes fell on both of them before she spoke softly filled with remorse but also strength. "Although you can not have one of your blood . . . there is always adoption that you may be willing to do?" She asked quietly before reaching for the card on her clipboard, extending it towards James, allowing them the choice to take the card or not. "Please, if you need anything or. . someone to talk to. . ." She started, her attention towards Lucy, this time, before she continued gently, [color=#CC9C04"]"I will be just a phone call away, if anything. Don't hesitate." Clementine finished before giving them the space they needed.

Hush, little baby, don't you cry

Juniper "Juliet" Salina Romano
The Romano Family
hRz9xds.jpg
Juniper listened carefully to her father's words, taking in the information little by little. It was true, her Uncle Vincenzo could finally take a break. . . but how long would the stubborn man lie down for? It wasn't as if the man wanted to take this small little vacation. If it was her, she would fight back the dogs who were trying to tie her down, not exactly seeing eye-to-eye for those who tried to hold her back. In a sense. . . Juniper understood where Uncle Vincenzo was coming from - a side of wanting to take control of his own business, not trusting others but himself, and the list could go on. She admired the man, perhaps respected, and maybe she got the stubbornness from her Uncle, regardless, Salvatore Romano was her father and she'd do what he wanted.

As Junior and her father spoke of who could responsible, Juniper could only nod her head, listening to the Sullivan's mistake of missing where it could hurt the most. However, something felt a little off despite her father's theory that it was an opportunity of a lifetime - to kick a dog while it's down. Truly cruel, but she didn't blame them. However, at her father's words of telling both she and Junior that it was time to fight back and send a clear message, a small, grim smile displayed on her lips. Adrenaline rushed as she felt her heart beating fast. A big sigh of relief escaped Juliet's lips, keeping up with the facade, as she smiled warmly at her father, beyond estatic that her father trusted her to help the business than be sidelined. However, when a man came stumbling in with blood dripping down his frame, Juniper quirked a brow, seeing the beaten man. Another message? It's one after another and Juniper felt her heart racing even more to get into the action.

Payback is a bitch

Her gaze soon fell on Junior's seeing his eyes widened as she detected a slight surprise and disbelief in his reaction. Did her brother truly believe she didn't have faith in him? Juniper's eyes softened as her lips formed a small smile, feeling slightly off at seeing how her brother slightly doubted her. Was she not obvious enough about her plans for her brother? Furrowing her brows, Juniper was about to tell her brother something only for her attention to fall towards her father who had placed his arms around both her and her twin. Her ears perked as her stature was still tall and upright, though she leaned in closer, her hands intertwining with her twin - an unconscious habit she always did - as she listened to her father's words. Juniper's eyes widened immensely hearing the truth that her father had staged the hit and run.

Something struck a chord in Juniper, an eerie sensation that Juniper felt glee from her father's action. She was stunned, sure, but she knew her father and knew he did things for a good outcome. In the end, he was right, it took a bullet for her Uncle to sit back and let the others help. Juniper was proud of her father as she would have never thought of such a thing - perhaps it's the idea of getting her prints on the gun or just the idea of shooting her own brother. Whatever it was, her heart was at rest though her grip on her brother tightened in reassurance. She would never hurt Junior, not over her dead body. Though, it sucked that Uncle Vincenzo had to be shot by his own family, perhaps it was just the fact they didn't share the same womb to understand. So, with whatever remorse or guilt she had, it left within a split second.

As Juniper was about to respond that she would go undercover to help her father and trick or manipulate those Sullivans, she heard the door open before a dog rushed into the loud as she heard crashing. A loud chitter came from the kitchen as Juniper's eyes widened, "Mr. Pokey the Spiker!" She exclaimed in a hushed tone. But, before she could go and save her small hedgehog, Alex Romano came into the view, greeting both her, Junior, and her Father. Blinking, Juniper tilted her head, giving her a small wave, keeping her distance as he father greeted her first, bringing her into a hug as he teased her saying she was his favorite but to not tell Fallon.

A slight laugh escaped her lips before she shook her head, wishing to be in her room by now or to leave the premises to see what was happening with her hedgehog. With a nod, Juniper continued, "Hello, Alexandra, it has been awhile. How have you been?" She asked, making small talk before nodding, "Nicolo and. . . Leo," Juniper started, feeling the name on her tongue before continuing, "are in the other room. If you have not eaten yet. . I am sure you will be able to fare seeing him." She warned her cousin before her attention went towards the kitchen as she unlatched her hands from Junior's. "I'm going to go and get Mr. Pokey, Father." Juniper spoke towards her papa, heading into the kitchen to look for her animal friend, keeping an ear open to listen to the discussion.

Lucy felt the bed dip slightly as one of the dogs jumped on the bed beside her, laying faithfully by her side. She turned to see which animal it was and was happy to see Samson looking at her. Turning over, she wrapped her arms around the dogs neck, who laid down comfortably with his human mother, letting her cry into his coat. This went on for a few moments before Samson's head shot up at the sight of another person entering the room, Lucy didn't have to look up to know exactly who it was and she buried her face back into the pillow. She wished desperately that her sister did not care for her so much in these moments, knowing how close she was to snapping at her. It simply wasn't her fault, Lucy had known this but it didn't take away the sting of it all. The fact that Sinead had cared for such a monster. Her little niece would forever be a constant reminder of what was taken from her, something she could never have on her own. Lucy had remembered the nurse saying something about adoption, and as much as Lucy wanted to indulge in the alternatives of having her own child, she couldn't. She was far too saddened by the loss of being unable to bring her own perfect little mixture of James and herself into this world. Her chest ached as she tried to slow her crying enough to at least look up at her sister, who had now placed her hand on her shoulder as she wept.

Lucy took deep breaths before turning over and sitting up slightly, unable to look her sister in the eyes. She spoke her mind, reveal the hard truth to her innocent sister. Lucy had seen how happy she was downstairs, it broke her heart knowing that this time, she was going to be the one to hurt her. "Giovanni Gambino happened Sinead." Her voiced was laced with hatred as she spoke the man's true name. Her eyes were soft towards her sister, unable to express her anger through her emotions, only the deep devastation she felt. "I can't bear a child." Lucy paused to let those words just sink in, not so much for Sinead but for herself. Saying it out loud herself seemed to make it more real than it felt. "The bullet cut too deep, caused an infection in my reproductive organs...there is no chance that James and I can ever have our own child, thanks to Angel." Her fists clenched the sheets beneath her.

"Now I get to watch you have Savannah for the rest of my life, while I never get to experience it all. James, was so excited you know? The look on his face..."Lucy couldn't even finish her sentence as another sob tore through her, she moved her knees to her chest and she placed her head down as she cried once more. Lucy had felt terrible for herself yes, but she couldn't stand to disappoint her husband. "He deserves a family more than another other man I know, especially more than the man you loved. How could you love him Sinead? after everything! He ruined my wedding and my future all in one shot, he almost killed the man I love! I tried to be understanding about how you felt but dammit Sinead!!"

Lucy huffed out a sigh of frustration before shaking her head. "Please, I can't even look at you right now. Just go." Her eyes now looked up to meet her sisters eyes, all the pain she felt clear as day in them. She had held back the way she felt about her relationship with that man and although he was long gone and out of their lives, this was the final blow for Lucy.

Sinead Sullivan and James Porter

As soon as Lucy mentioned Giovanni's name, Sinead folded her arms around herself, wondering what else the man could have possibly done from is grave. It wasn't that she doubted he was capable of doing something whilst dead, but she just didn't understand what he could have done. She saw the hatred in Lucy's eyes and nervously bit her lip. Then Lucy went on to explain that when Angel shot her at the wedding it resulted in her no longer being able to have her own children. Sinead gasped and placed one hand over her mouth as she stood in shock. She couldn't believe how much Angel had hurt Lucy and he'd even managed to stop her from bringing another life into the world with James.

When Lucy then went on to mention how she would have to watch her with Savannah for the rest of her life, Sinead felt her heart breaking. It broke for Lucy and James, as well as for Savannah. She'd hoped Savannah could have had Lucy there in her life, but now it seemed like there would only be justified resentment. The fact that James had been so excited made it even worse. He'd always been so closed off and solitary that it had been great to see him open up to people since he fell in love with Lucy. Seeing her sister curl up as she sobbed, all Sinead wanted to do was hug her, but she got the feeling that wouldn't be what she wanted and her next few sentences confirmed that hunch.

"I'm so sorry... this is awful. This isn't fair for you and James... You both deserve a family..." she said, almost gasping for air as she tried her best not to fall apart in front of her grieving sister. Then Lucy asked her how she could love Angel and she quickly shook her had. "I did... I didn't love the same person who hurt you and James. Giovanni was..." she stopped herself. Both exhausted and knowing they'd had this conversation many times before so it certainly wouldn't help this time.

Lucy telling her to leave because she couldn't look at her was the final blow for Sinead and it really felt like she'd lost her this time. "I'm so sorry," she managed to tell her sister. She couldn't get any more words out and quickly turned away to leave, letting out the sobs she'd been holding inside whilst with Lucy. As she rushed downstairs, all Sinead could think about was how terrible the news was. It broke her heart that Lucy and James would never be able to have children. It broke her heart that this would affect Savannah's life too. She remembered exactly how Shannon, Carrick and even Conor had reacted when they found out she was having Angel's child. She feared they too would end up rejecting her and Savannah upon hearing Lucy's bad news. She passed Peter without a word and rushed to her room, closing the door behind herself.

hjgnjghj-jpg.375709
James shortly after re-entered the house and locked eyes with Peter, giving the lad the most encouraging look her could. This was the lad's first experience of Sullivan drama, so in a way, the stare he'd sent him was one wishing him luck! James headed upstairs and straight to Lucy in their bedroom. Without saying a word, he got onto the bed, nudging Samson aside. He laid on his back and pulled Lucy in close for a tight embrace, softly kissing her forehead as he tried to comfort her.

After spending some time crying to herself and hoping she didn't set Savannah off too, Sinead eventually emerged from her room, pushing her daughter in the pram ahead of her. Over her shoulder, she had a large backpack with as much of her important things packed into it as she could manage. She didn't know where she was going yet, but she knew her presence in the house would only make it harder for Lucy and everyone else right now. She dried her eyes on her sleeve before fumbling around to get the pram out of the front door and off of the doorstep. She ignored Conor's men as she quickly headed away from the house. "It's just us two right now, Savannah. We'll be okay, I promise," she anxiously told her baby girl.

Cormac took a seat on the couch and listened to Conor speak. He let the man rant on, realising both that he needed to and also this was the perfect time to get inside the Sullivan boss' head. Cormac wasnt sure if he would ever get Conor to open up like this again and so he wasn't going to interrupt him, rather he listened attentively to what his cousin had to say. Once he finished, Cormac merely gave a nod as he came up with a response, he knew that he would not come up with an answer that would answer all of Conor's problems but he hoped that he could at least help him along.
"I know your father followed a respectable protocol, where he didn't torture or kidnap and Im pretty sure your going about the same way" Cormac said slowly as he gauged the younger mans expression. "You need to play like the filthy Romano's or at least make them believe you are, take one of his daughters, shoot at the sons, stalk them just make them feel uneasy and make him realise that they are not untouchable" Cormac said this slowly, his tone was emotionless and he was clearly talking with some kind of experience. "You know Vinnie by now to know how he would react so you can stop his attack before it even happens, plan for it when your making the attack plan on them" Cormac sat forward in the chair resting his elbows on his knee's. "You need to scare him and make him be reckless while you keep your cool" he suggested. Cormac shrugged as he sat back in the chair "just a bit of advice from my experience's" he added.

It was something she had never really thought about herself, she had no plans, she liked to see what life threw at her and make decisions from there. "I dont really have one" she explained "I just take everyday as it goes and will see where life takes me I suppose" she said with a shrug "I dont know, it sounds a bit lame but I just want to live life and enjoy it and make the most out of my time here on earth" she added.
When he mentioned not having any plans, before saying more people were ahead of him a smile played on her lips "ah it's not a bad thing to not have plans, I honestly think it's better to just live life than to be like most people with their fully planned out lives" she laughed.
"So what led to you to America?" She asked him. "Was it the terrible Irish weather?" She laughed

Conor Sullivan

Conor nodded his head as Cormac mentioned how Emmet didn't torture his enemies as part of the Sullivan business. It was true, Conor had always tried to avoid using the kinds of cruel tactics Vinnie would use. When his cousin suggested it was time he started playing dirty and adopting the same methods the Romanos were known for, he nervously bit his lip. He was suggesting attacking Vinnie's kids. In a way, he could kidnap Alex without actually having to harm her. Fallon was different and it would be a legitimate abduction. Conor wasn't attached or even on speaking terms with Nicolo, so there was be no personal emotions to stop him from having Vinnie's son shot. "I always tried to keep my fights fair and not hurt those weak or innocent..." he began. After everything that had happened to Emmet, James, Lucy and Finn, he wasn't sure being compassionate had any sort of value in this business. "It's clear that the most effective way to hurt Vinnie is to harm his kids," he admitted. "I do want to scare him. I want to make him feel everything my family has felt because of his persistent actions against us." He sighed and shook his head. It didn't always pay to be as open and honest as he was, it made being cunning and cold much more difficult. "I appreciate your advice, Cormac. It's just all way out of how I've worked before. Whilst I'm comfortable with kidnapping one of his daughters, I don't know if I'd have it in me to hurt them." He certainly couldn't hurt Alex. "Have you done sometthing like that before?"
