For thousands of years, Vampires and Werewolves have fought, killing one another's kin, destroying homes, tempting exposure, causing each species to suffer. Truces had been forged and broken, missions had been prophesied and lost. Humans have tried to end the wars for their own species sake, using weapons and tactics that nearly wiped out all populations. Luther the first Alpha of the werewolves and Rictor leader of the vampire coven made a treaty after the last war to protect themselves from humans, they all went into hiding and weren't seen for 200 years.
Then out of the mist came something that no one was expecting, able to change into any form from the start of birth, why? People say because of all the phasing of the Werewolves it caused the gene to spread to the humans without having to be bitten. Her name was Aaliyah, the first shape shifter in history, able to morph into the form of a cheetah and reach speeds higher then the animal itself. More of her kind appeared and soon a new species was born, and the wars once again came. But now the Humans were unaware, the Rulers of all species made a punishment for any Supernatural being if, their power was ever exposed to a human. Luther, Rictor and Aaliyah made a pact and became those rulers able to live in peace for eternity. Their families were made immortal by the grace of the God's but their species still battled on. The Ruler's stay neutral in the affairs of their species unless they are exposed by humans. The Shifters were not yet an enemy to either side, they were just searching for a place in this world, they however wanted something from the vampires, a weapon. The werewolves learned of their plot and attacked the alliance, the vampires taking the largest blow. The Shifters betrayed them and forged a new alliance with the hunters, who are unaware of what they are now in liege with. Once again, the supernaturals are plunged into war.
Will the species band together in peace, or will the war be the downfall of them all?
