Ketu looked up at the sky before bringing her green gaze back to the woman in front of her. "You will be protected there, if I can get them to trust a human. The only humans we have met are bad humans so they will most likely be on edge." Ketu explained to her new tamer, sitting back down until front of Ping as she relaxed.

Ping listened as Ketu spoke of her being protected with other dragons of Ketu’s family but that she was not sure if Ping would be accepted. Quietly eating the soup, she pondered over what she had heard as Ketu looked at the sky. “And if your family makes you decide between them and a human, if they are important to you, you can choose them. “ She shrugged after commenting but her voice was sincere, and she didn’t seem to harbor any ill will if Ketu decided to stick with her family if they were alive. She still had to watch for Carson and protect him and his dragon if it were alive as well as herself and the child. If that meant doing it without Ketu or with her, as long as Ketu was happy she could live with the dragon being alive yet not an active part of her life.

When the meal would be concluded, Ping would get to her feet and begin packing things into smaller bags and barrels that could be used for transporting what they had, this time allowing the dragoness to help if she wanted. “We’ll need to stop to retrieve my hoe,” she said.

Darrin Holloway - Tamer - 94 - Dragon: Taken
He flinched as she spoke of the torture she had went through. "I...I am sorry as your older brother I should have been able to protect you. But I was unable to and I hope you can forgive me...if I could take the pain you suffered away I would do so in a heartbeat." He reached for her this time and gave her a gentle squeeze on the shoulder. "I know it might be a little weird, but...welcome home Amalia. I'm glad you are still alive." He said with a pained yet soft smile. His sister was home at last even if she wasn't the same as before.

Xander Trino - Dragon - 1342 - Tamer: Priscilla
Xander watched as the woman took the box and stared at it before finally deciding to open it. He had always wondered what was in the box, but it seemed to be nothing more than an object he could only think to be a family heirloom. The woman thanked him before seeming to leave in a rush, perhaps it was a bit of a good and bad thing for the woman. She seemed to be a bit hurt by the item, then again perhaps he was just over thinking things. "Well it was nice meeting you finally i wish you the best on your journey..." He closed the door after watching her leave safe and sound. He bit into the apple once again, "Well my company just left are you heading this way with your company?"

Carson Smith - Tamer - 120 - Dragon: Kenna
Carson found it to be a bit unnerving at how much this woman stared at him. Then again he couldn't help it as his eyes traveled to her well endowed bosom "No, the gods usually get invovled in such small matters however i, myself would have stopped you for trying to kill her over something so small." He said in a matter of fact way, not letting her words of destruction bother him.

Kenna Hunt - Dragon - 241 - Tamer: Carson
Kenna smiled as the female showed more of her wild side once again, "I for one usually am not up for killing someone unless they truly deserve it. Though at one point in my life i wouldn't have cared less as to what i killed." Kenna didn't wish to bring up thoughts about her past but then again she always felt the need to bring up things when they were needed. Even if in the end they just brought her nightmares again, "So why were you once a feirce killing machine but now seem to have 'settled'."

Jade Zerin - Tamer - 96 - Dragon: Open
Jade wnated nothing more that to hug this small child to death, it had to be the cutest baby she had ever seen. She glanced to Ash, "Do you want to come greet her before I go to feed her? I still need to go get her food, so I hope I can leave her with you for just a little bit." She said crouching down so little Ash could see the tiny rainbow haired baby.

He thought on the name, he felt like he had heard of them but not much about them. "Elros Lirve, if you like I can show you the best shop in town since it was pretty much my fault for our collision." He wondered what it could meaning having ran into her. He always felt that each thing that happened held a meaning of some kind. He also wondered what kind of wounds she was trying to treat for this friend of hers. "It's not to far from here actually and I was in need of a distraction from work as it was so...unless of course you know where the closest one is and then my offer is a bit... Well pointless for the matter."

Sarmenor patted his horse’s neck as he listened to the elven woman speak of the reasons for her being there and how she may either stay or be taken to her home on her mother’s whims. He noticed the brief change in the woman’s demeanor, how could he not with being superior to humans? Which brought the question of why his parents had sent Fawynn to study among humans and elves in the healing arts or how such a thing could exist. Still his sister seemed oddly happy with the arrangement and was even now a teacher among them which he understood to be of some importance to human women at least.

The woman turned back to Sarmenor, a smile on her face now as she bowed, earning a disbelieving look from the guard at the gesture before introducing herself to which he nodded. “Sarmenor,” he said. “Sometimes you need to decide what is more important to you and not rely on what others tell you.”

It was with some reluctance that Zezzanth left her winter frozen island for the south, heading across the waters towards the mainland. The dragon would stop within the edge of the island of their birth as that was the closest area, being a week away from her island and then head to the mainland. Thus this is what took Zezzanth across the waters, leaving her home behind as she began her long flight, glacial blue body that sparkled like ice being reflected within the waters below.

Astralla smiled at Carson’s response that he, himself, would stop her. “You would try,” she said with a playful laugh before shifting her attention to Kenna. “I have something to protect. Sanctuary,” she said and, for the first time since meeting them, she sounded serious, not teasing or mocking. Her tone seemed reverent as she continued: “It’s my town. And I don’t just mean it’s where I'm from. No, it’s MY TOWN. I rule Sanctuary. And, in a way, I suppose it rules me, too,” she said, placing a hand over her heart. “There was a time I once believed destruction and domination were the measure of one’s strength. You know, ‘might makes right,’ and all that.” She gestured vaguely. “But now I understand the greatest show of power is to give power up. Those who are truly strong have strength to spare and lend that strength to others.”

She returned her attention to Carson. “But enough about me. I’m sure I’m far more interesting to look at than to listen to, yes?” She punctuated the statement with a teasing wink. “Tell me about yourself, darling. I bet you get her into all sorts of trouble, don't you?” she said with a nod toward Kenna. "That's all tamers are good for, anyway."

Carson blushed slightly as she noticed his staring, but then flinched as she spoke of him getting Keena. That was a sore spot for him...a major see spot. "Well...you see I..." Keena frowned but decided to step in, "We both get each other into trouble...it's about almost equal. But I wouldn't trade it back for the life I had before." Coldness hung deep in Kenna's eyes, but there was also a warmth that she had gained solely do to Carson. Carson smiled slightly, "Yeah...when I first found Kenna she tried killing me. Not that I can blame her much, it wasn't easy getting her to trust me. But after we got passed that sue agreed to come along with me on our ventures to take down black market posts. It didn't matter if it was for dragons, Tamers, elves no one should be trapped like that. No one should ever be tormented like that either." Memories of Ping filled his mind and he wondered if she was alive or if she had, had her child yet. He had lost track of the years... Kenna smiled slightly, "If he hadn't come bursting through that camp with the maddest dragon there his plan probably would have failed. And that would have been the day we both had died."

Starling as the baby hatched from the egg, Ash flapped her wings in shock as the hatchling turned into a... into a... whatever the nice woman was. Just... a small one. A small, squishy one, with pretty colours in her fur. Shivering, the hatchling wobbled ever, chirping, and pressed her nose lightly against the babies arm, sniffing. She wrinkled her nose. It was confusing to her. The hatchling smelt like a dragon, but also like... like a squishy person. And how had a dragon turned into one anyway? She frowned, whining in confusion and concern, wiggling her tail.

Astralla frowned slightly when she saw the looks on their faces. Her remark about getting into trouble had struck a nerve. She was quite pleased when the dragon stood up for her tamer; if not for that, Asrtalla would have assumed this was just another foolish tamer nearly getting his dragon killed. The way they shared the burden was refreshing.

“Black market?” Astralla said, clasping her hands with her fingers intertwined like an evil mastermind concocting a scheme. “There’s a reason Sanctuary is called ‘Sanctuary.’ We’ve taken in more than a few victims of that nasty business. I’ve seen what they do to people… and would enjoy doing the same to them, a hundredfold.”

She paused for a moment as the waitress returned and set their drinks before them. The cheerful young girl said the food would be ready shortly and departed back toward the kitchen. Once she was gone, Astralla took a sip of her ‘water’ and winced. It was definitely not water.

“I’m almost disappointed,” Astralla said wistfully. “She didn’t have the nerve to serve me water after all. That’s okay, I still like her” She took another sip. “And I may like her even more once this drink starts to kick in. Anyway… Carson, Kenna… do you have any leads? Or are you putting vengeance on hold a moment to lick your wounds? Not that there's anything wrong with that. Some things are worth waiting for.”

Shadowflower felt something cold at her arm and turned her head towards small blue dragon whit confusion coming from her mind voice. Shadowflower quickly connected that this was cold magic that she had felt when she was in egg, so it would be that she was her sister, but why her sister looked different that mother? And why she felt sister's mind but not mother's mind?

Anaba took pause at the young man's panic and nodded as he requested she didn't ask questions, as odd as that seemed. Taking a look at the wound once he calmed a bit and deemed it okay to do so a question formed on her lips but she kept quiet. She bet if she pulled the shard out it leave blood everywhere, and chances of him getting to a proper doctor without bleeding out seemed slim. Unfortunately she couldn't tell how deep it really was just by looking. Sighing, she knew what she was going to suggest was something she herself wouldn't like, but she got herself involved, might as well do something.

"I can help you get to a proper doctor in town, at the very least." She said matter of factly, wondering what his response would be. Most likely she'd just take him to the doctor then leave the town, wouldn't be any use sticking around, right? These two were strangers after all, thought perhaps he might return the favor one day? The tamer was a bit doubtful, but a good deed was a good deed regardless.

The youth heaved a mental sigh of relief. "I know them well, I'll be fine." Another lie. He'd never gone to the doctor for anything. He actually disliked doctors and medics, mostly because he did not appreciate people touching him. The thief used the excuse that he was always alert, but it was more him being incredibly ticklish. He blinked and studied this person, trying to take in her features as quickly as he could. Then a milk pinkness spread across his face, finding her... easy on the eyes. Wow. Wow. Wow.

"But I wouldn't mind an escort." The thief added, and put on the most charming smile he could muster. He made a poor attempt at some sweet blinks, his odd colored eyes continuing to watch her. His posture remained sort of hunched over, perhaps with pain or lack of discipline all these years. She'll forget about me as soon as I get out of sight... won't know my face. He reassured himself, but felt a pang of disappointment. On one hand, it was good to be forgotten, for a wounded thief was a dead thief. On the other, she was drop dead beautiful and he'd rather stick around. Memorize her face. Maybe I'll hang around,

Ketu narrowed her eyes. "I will not choose. If they act that way then okay, but you will not be chased away due to my family." The girl growled before hearing Ping mention grabbing her hoe. "Alright, we'll swing by and get it whenever you're ready." She said as she patted the stuff in front of her that was already packed up.

Ping frowned at Ketu as the dragon narrowed her eyes at her before sighing. Using a cup of water, Ping washed out the bowls when they were removed of the soup before having Ketu shift and packing the things onto the land dragon. Again using fire to tie them to the dragon, the woman grabbed her bag and began walking out into the forest, grasping the broom she had made and sweeping away her footsteps, telling Ketu to use her tail to sweep away the footsteps the dragon made so they would not be followed or risk discovery. After some time, they reached the makeshift garden she had been trying to plant and Ping gathered up her hoe before hefting it over her shoulder with her broom...then finding that awkward, secured them on a couple barrels of water. "Which direction do we go?" she questioned, looking around.

Right before his eyes the woman he knew to be his sister seemed to slowly vanish. "A-amalia....Amalia don't go...you can't leave me again!!!!" He went to hug her but only had air greet him. Kenna smirked twirling some of her red hair through her fingers, "Sure we can say that we got vengeance for what those people had done to me. Kenna licked her lips a faint red glow blooming in her eyes once again.

Shadowflower looked how her mother touched her sister's head and suddenly she turned back to her dragon form.

Her scales shared her hair coloring. She looked physically different than her sister in dragon form, she had bit of skin between her toes and fingers only to first joint giving impression that she could swim, but still grab things with her claws. Her wings, even if they did look like they where still at development, where clearly also smaller when compared to rest of her body than Lumi's wings compared to body.

Shadowflower opened her mouth showing toothless mouth, there wasn't any kind weak element coming out with her breath.

“Boring,” Astralla said with a sigh of disappointment. “I’ve had my fill of ‘helping.’ I’m on my way to a meeting with some elf I’ve never heard of until a few days ago, to negotiate a rail line to improve trade in Sanctuary. It’s such a ‘nice’ thing to do for the people under my rule.… erm, I mean, under my ‘care.’ Yes, that’s what I meant to say.”

She paused as if a thought crossed her mind, but snapped out of it quickly. Astralla took a long sip of her alcoholoic beverage before continuing.

“Anyway, the rail contract should fulfill my quota of good deeds for another decade or so. With that nonsense out of the way, I can get back to being a bad girl again.” She leveled her gaze with Carson. “I haven’t bombed the shit out of anyone in a long, long time and I’m aching to do it again. So, if you ever need help on one of these raids of yours --or anything else involving the gratuitous application of overwhelming firepower-- don’t hesitate to ask. It would be my pleasure, dear. It is, quite literally, what I was born to do.”

Anaba nearly turned and left him to fend for himself when he said he'd be fine (really she was just going to prove him wrong by trying to see if he'd make to town without dying) though noticed he seemed to be studying her, which caused his face to redden somewhat, though it was a bit hard for her to tell.

"Then I'll escort you, but don't complain about it okay?" She replied, tilting her head slightly as his slightly hunched form blinked at her a couple times. Was...was he okay? Was he sick? Or was he trying to flirt? The thought of him trying to flirt with her of all people was amusing, and perhaps this young elf was getting delusional from blood loss?

Now, she wasn't the tallest woman out there, but she was sure she could get him to the town entrance at the very least so guards could get him to a doctor. So carefully, Anaba wrapped an arm around his waist while being mindful of his injury.

"Lean on me, if needed I can just drag you, but we may as well test this, no?" She rambled a bit, speaking what currently went through her head in the moment without even thinking of how the supposed elf would take her actions compared to earlier when he refused to be touched.
