Backstory(optional): After the dissolution of the Empire due to the dissapearance of Rainier, the seemingly only security force that was concerned on his sudden dissapearance was Detective Morrison, already tasked to look for him once more. Noticing how everyone turned their backs on the situation as a whole and the few men of power were total sellouts and granted the fought property back to the Goverment, Morrison began to lay low and actually work on his own as a vigilante while trying to revive the Empire how he can.

Powers/abilities: Energy Transmutation: Absorb various types of pure energy to further enhance her physical attributes and healing prowess.
Weapons(optional): A pretty face.
Weaknesses: Naive, confused, a little sound and brightness sensitive. Doesn't know her own powers well.
Backstory(optional): The last true legacy of Rainier before dissapearing was on the creation of a perfect clone, as it was his vision of the perfect human. And with that human he was confident it'll lead the empire to greatness once he perished. However Rainier's sudden dissapearance halted all of his visions and plans before they could even take off, and that even included giving Ana some life experiences and general knowledge. Although she already knows basic high school things on her development, her lack of experiences as a whole not only gives her no personal wisdom at all, let alone know her true purpose in life.
Other info(optional): She's still in stasis under one of the city's labs, waiting to be found. Ideally by Rainier but highly unlikely.

Powers/abilities: Teleportation: He is able to psionically transport himself, his clothing, and additional mass across inter-dimensional distances.
Weapons(optional): Personal heavily modified .357 Diamondback Revolver
Weaknesses: Physically weak, slightly senile, cynical.
Backstory(optional):Little is known of Rainier before his goverment overthrown, other than being a scientist that made some dubious experiments in general. Rumors says he archieved power with both powerful contacts and some powers himself, but he fully denied them with proof. Taking the city towards a new golden age with new policies and a succesful but firm iron fist, he dissapeared shortly after settling himself on the City Hall. His current whereabouts are unknown and nobody wants to look for him at all, given how they all took share of Rainier's work and splitted them either to themselves or for profit, and don't want the 'emperor' to return and take his things back.

Mind control: can control anyone that she/he kiss and even see everything the target can see.

maiden's steal(idk what I was thinking...): Typically the ability to steal abilities/powers from anyone but the ability will return to the target after sometime.

Cute trap: she can drop the guard of anyone by being adorable or act innocent.

Thorn chains of suppression: A special chains that she can summon to prevent targets from using abilities for a short time

Rose thorn trap: Can summon a copy of herself to fight or distract while the real one can do sneaky things, copy will explode into a bunch of thorns that pierces.

Weapons(optional): Giant bow that uses arrows size of a javelin that explodes on impact(like mortars), Hidden blade, and a scythe

Weaknesses: can be killed by any other

Backstory(optional): She was trained by her mother to use her womanly charms to her advantage as a assassin. Though her father wasn't too bright on the fact she was a hermaphrodite so she was abused. In the end though before she left, she beat up her father to show she can stand for herself.
