  So while I'm here! I'm in my late-late twenties and would prefer if you yourself are 23+. I use she/her pronouns, and I myself am exceedingly queer and thus am totally down with all kinds of queer shenanigans! Although my main pairing is going to be m/f, it's like m/f in a queer way, y'know? My girl is ace and doesn't entirely conform to gender so like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ take that as you will.

  I'm in the PST/PDT timezone, but my sleep schedule is kind of upside down right now (I am talking goes to sleep at 11am and wakes up at 5pm kind of upside down), so don't expect to be able to pin me down. I can't even pin me down askjdfdhg
  I also have a lot going on in my personal life, and sometimes I am tired and sick and I can't be socially available. I will not be here 24/7, I may stop responding in the middle of a conversation due to a variety of reasons (IRL obligations, shitty rural internet, social shut down). It's not a reflection on you, I'm just doing me shit and will get back to you when I can <3.

  I am a Present Tense writer, however I was converted into one by my current long term RP partner. I started out writing in Past Tense, and as such do possess the ability if you are vehemently opposed to Present. It may take me a few rounds to get back into the feeling for it, but I am capable nonetheless. Additionally, if you don’t really mind but can’t or don’t write in it yourself, I have no problem with our replies having different tenses. Whichever solution you are most comfortable with is fine by me, so please let me know your preference.
  
  I think the current literary label that best describes me is “Novella”, though I’ll be honest I’ve been roleplaying for seventeen years and I’ve never been able to get a solid grasp on literary labels. My word count is a joke, it fluctuates like the fuckin’ tide. I write a minimum of ~200 words per character, with my max tending to cap out at around ~3,000 words while my average for standard posts is 400-700. Starters, scene changes, and posts where it’s description>dialogue all tend to be longer, while dialogue heavy posts or ones otherwise just in the rhythm of it tend to be shorter. I give what I get more or less, as it’s easier to respond short when I get short back and it’s easier to respond long when I get long back. I’m a strong believer in their being an ebb and flow to writing, and do not require you to hit some esoteric number each time. Mirroring is not necessary. Quality>quantity is most important, as long as everyone’s having a good time don’t worry about it too much. I just state this so you know what you’re getting into when you message me.
  
  For mediums I like Private Messages, EMail (I use GMail if it’s important to you), Google Docs, and Discord. I probably prefer PM, EMail or Discord of the four. However, Discord is only an option so long as the roleplay can take place in a private server between the two of us. I greatly dislike roleplaying in Direct Messages, as it gets messy fast. At that point we much as well just PM/EMail.
  
  In general, I am Ghost Friendly. I myself am known to ghost and ghost frequently (this is your heads up about that), as I’ve simply had too many sour or hostile experiences in the past.
  
  Remember kids: Cringe is dead, the concept of a Mary Sue and judging OCs based on this imaginary criticism is inherently misogynistic, and having OCs related to canons (or other “Sue” traits) is cool and hot actually! Write that down! It’s okay to have powerful, smart, capable OCs! It’s fine, I promise ♡
  
  This is strictly Doubles Town, population me (and hopefully you!) You write the sad stinky wizard for me (oops spoilers!) and I write whoever you want for you <3 I will even Triple for you, if you’d like either a Love Triangle or a Thruple / Polyam OT3. You do not in any way have to triple for me. In fact, I’d prefer it if you didn’t. I’m really not interested in love triangles, and my OC only has eyes for her canon. The only exception to the doubles rule would be if you want to write the canon for my OC without reciprocation. Why you’d want to do that when there’s free wish fulfillment at the punch bowl, I don’t know! But if it’s your preference, I won’t question you.
  
  All I'm asking is like, a strong confidence in your writing ability. Are you unphased by yo-yo'ing partner post lengths? Are you also vibes based? Do you feel like you have a strong sense of character writing? Confident in your ability to plot with me and share the load of moving the plot forward? Wonderful! That's all I ask. Confidence that you can do this, and if you can't, that you'll figure it out! Just because you haven't written something before doesn't mean I don't want to talk to you? Which seems to be a prevailing pattern people believe? Everyone writes something for the first time all the time omg it's totally okay to find your footing! You gotta find it somehow! Art of any kind is the biggest scam of all time. It is the fake it till you make it It Girl™, you'll do fine I promise <3
  
  Alright wet blanket time! I have some limits that a lot of people don't like. Which is fine! Just don't be a dick about it, you can leave if you don't like them. My limits are the use, abuse and even mention of: smoking, alcohol, drugs, vaping. Do not under any circumstance bring it up or joke about it or meme about it. It's not funny and it makes me so unbelievably uncomfortable I will auto-ghost without question. I don't wanna see it in photos (like popular memes), I don't wanna hear bout it, I’d even appreciate it if music you show me doesn’t contain that shit (but I understand that’s a little more difficult, you don’t have to scrap an entire character playlist and several songs I love dearly talk about it. Just. Warn me, before sending me the lyrics/song, okay?). Other than that I've got the more bog standard limits like sexual assault/abuse, incest, pedophilia, the usual (aka rule number one of the salon is don’t be nasty and you know that!)
  
  And finally for intimate scenes, I Fade to Black. Don’t come begging me to change this rule. It’s desperate in a currency that just feels like crossing a line. Big consent issue red flags and such. Although I fade to black, let it be known that I’ve banged my scepter on the floor and have decreed that dick jokes are in fact allowed. I’m not a prude, sex jokes are funny. Sex concepts like friends with benefits, sex work, and insinuating they be doing the deed in general are all allowed. I just don’t want to write about to nut or not to nut with strangers ♡ And while I shouldn't have to specify this on a site that doesn't allow it anyway, I wanted to put this out there both bc I offer my Discord as a communication option and bc somehow, the fact I FtB means that people think I write like a TV-Y7 show lmao I can be T for Teen too !! Damn!

  [✦] I am currently running a Good Aligned Custom Tav playthrough, and I am in Act Three. I have full intentions to do a Dark Urge, Astarion Origin, and Gale Origin run. Most if not all of them will remain good aligned, as that’s who I am. We can talk about stuff I haven’t seen! But like. Don’t bust down my door spoiling the whole playthrough for me, please? Unique dialogue/narration stuff is a big reason why I want to do these playthroughs, and while sharing things here and there is fine! Just, be courteous of the fact I haven't done it yet please.
  
  As far as where I am in Act Three: I’ve got a certain legacy character in my party, I’ve finished Daughter of Darkness, I’ve got most of Wizard of Waterdeep done, and I’ve robbed a bank.   [✦] Self Indulgent Pre-Established (sort of) Bullshit!
  Now I know a lot of people tend to see the term pre-established and cringe or in general think it’s boring. But wait, don’t scroll by! First of all, I don’t mean they were already like super together and had had a full character arc and everything prior to the roleplay ever starting. By pre-established I just mean that they knew each other. Second of all, remember what I said about cringe? It’s dead baby! Bury the coffin and move on!
  
  I’ve got an AU that I’m growing fonder of by the day, where my Tav has known Gale since they were teenagers (having attended Blackstaff together). They’re best friends and have been for decades at this point, and unbeknownst to Gale, my Tav has been in love with him since their days at academy. But his friendship means more to her than anything, so she’s never brought it up. Especially not when he was dating other people and later Mystra. She’s always been supportive and just quietly, quietly pines in the background.
  
  When he returns to Waterdeep after the netherese orb embedded itself in his chest and Mystra broke it off with him, after not seeing him for a while (since he’d been off with Mystra and later looking for the orb itself) she shows up to help him through this dark period in his life, and to help him find a cure. Gale is someone the game clearly writes with depression and something akin to (if not outright) suicidal ideation, and journeys of healing are narratives that I really really enjoy and cherish. So this would obviously be a lot of healing and then sweet sweet pining because like. Yearning, yanno? This sounds, as I write it out, like I can fix him fic and like I guess it’s not not that but? It’s more about giving Gale the tools to fix himself.
  
  Listen. I’m not explaining it good. But we’re all depressed queers in this Chili’s tonight, are we not? My depressed queers get it. We wanna see these bitches get some therapy! And learn to recognize their support groups! Even if that support group is your one school friend and your cat. You gotta start somewhere.
  
  This can be a pre-game thing if you want to later move into the game’s plot, or we don’t even have to touch the game’s plot. I am happy as a clam to just party on with Gale’s personal quest and figure out an alternative solution to the orb.
  
  I also recognize this is disgustingly self indulgent, but what is roleplay if not the wish fulfillment hobby? Naturally, in return, I am happy to write whatever self indulgent AU you are after!

  But I'd also love like some like Holiday-y cheesy romcom tropes if we're vibing. I love stuff like fake dating/fake engagement/fake marriage, that's easily my favorite. Shit like oh no now there's a storm, and no flights, and they can't leave... whatever will they do... how tragic. Only one bed type shit. I loooove slice of life, I also love stealing the plots of other media to use as AU skeletons! Like The Holiday or The Proposal, You've Got Mail, She Loves Me (the musical), whatever!
