This is an SCP roleplay I have two ideas for.

SCP-001 IDEA:
OBJECT TITLE: Mysterious
Abandonment

IDEA-001 is a low-key, but frequent-posting requested IDEA. The story of this IDEA is that a group of seniors/college students come across an abandoned SCP-SITE, with all personnel and outside security systems off. The inside power and containment sections are still on, the main premise is over a few weeks, with the Seniors/College Students working out school and studying/observing the SCPS contained within.

SCP-002 IDEA:
OBJECT TITLE: Recapture

A group of people are newly recruited to the SCP corporation, and are put together in part of a new experiment to have a mobile task team, with ot only guards but scientists and such. You will be members of this new team, attempting to capture some SCPs that recently breach their facilities.​

Also second one sounds more possible.
The facility must be filled with Safe classes if they're not completely loose within that town by then if left unattended

Also the SCP foundation would take pre-cautions to re-locate SCP's if possible to other locations and/or security sites instead of outright abandoning the facility.
