This is something of a retelling of fallout 4. I'll be changing things to better the narrative and to suit a party rather than a sole protagonist.
Things are somewhat the same with the minutemen essentially being non existent. The railroad is fighting for synths and attempting to combat the institute as best they can. The brotherhood has a scout party in the area awaiting a blimp and the institute has been fucking with the commonwealth for as long as anyone can remember.
Special stats and perks will be in play,
Use your high strength to intimidate...
Have the Jury rig perk to fix things with other things...
Be so lucky you find awesome shit...
