Forever Dreaming
Birds chirp, squirrels chatter, all around the sounds of life echo.
In a forest, life flourishes, untouched by the foul destruction of humans.
Now, imagine this,
There's trees all around, in a circular shape,
The grass is long and flowers thrive,
There's a stream off to the right, just inside the trees.
It's a beautiful clearing, fit for a beautiful forest.
Right?
Now throw a few human-like figures into the mix.
A group of humans, dressed in their finery,
Lay asleep, scattered around the clearing.
Some are in the trees, who knows how that happened,
While a few lay next to the stream, or in it,
And most lay in the grass amongst the flowers.
How they all came to be in this secluded clearing,
Is quite the story in itself, for another day.
The problem now,
How do they get out of the forest?
