  [div class=tag]♯ short about[/div] this roleplay is based on the webtoon & netflix show, both being named 'love alarm.' the webtoon/shows focuses around a mobile app called love alarm, which can sync up with your feelings & heart, and know who you have feelings for. as long as the person you like has the app on their phone, whenever you are within 10m or 32ft, of them; their love alarm will ring. it works like that, for if someone likes you too.

  ringing my love alarm, takes place during the time frame after the main characters have graduated high school. during that period, there are rumours of love alarm v2 coming out. but the world is too focused on how much fun love alarm is, and how collecting other peoples love through it is important. the more people who have ever liked you and currently liked you is kept track of and is used as a sense of the way to gain access to elite clubs. the higher number of people who have ever liked you with the app, the higher you are on the popularity chain, and the more invites you to get to events and the more access you get to elite high ranking love alarm clubs and such.
  
  our characters are in their senior or junior year of high school, and at this point, love alarm has taken the world by storm, pretty much everyone has it at this point. the season is fall time in korea, and all character should be between the ages of 16 & 18. it doesn't matter how the characters meet, be it on the street, at school, at work, or have known each other forever. in this roleplay, the goal is to protect your heart, in a world of ringing hearts. keep yours safe and sound, people around you ring, and maybe you've rung a few times yourself. but, can you continue living like this?

  love alarm, a mobile app, syncs up with your heart and knows who you have feelings for.
  depending on how many people have ever rung your love alarm, decides how popular you are, and can deny you access to clubs or events if you do not meet the quota.
  recently a news article came out about 23 people sharing a death because no one had rung their love alarms, the world is too obsessed with the app to care much about this situation.
  idol companies: if case u want an idol trainee/debuted idol. please make them from ku entertainment, or ys entertainment. both are the most popular companies currently, with big groups. KUE with their boy groups, House Rules (HR), SUPERNOVA, their girl group STARBRIGHT, and their male trainee group RE:Mind. YSE has their girl groups, dawnbringers, pink midnight (PMM), with girl training group, rbbt (rabbit) and their boy trainee groups, cordless, (a band), and crystalline.

  this rp will hopefully be long term, because after their high school days. i would love to do a timeskip or something, to when the characters are older, like in the show. and see how they've grown and see if any of the bridges burnt in high school can be rebuilt yknow.
