It's lonely in the deep
Hey guys, I'm planning on creating a Dragon based fantasy role play. The idea was to incorporate aspects of one of my favourite dragons from Robin Hobb's RainWilds Chronicles, but also those of the more traditional fantasy genre.

RainWilds based RP:
The plot will take place around another group of dragons--Briefly Serpents-- that had been separated from their main tangle. As they make their way to the cocooning grounds, and are caught in a particularly rough storm that forces them into unknown waters.
Urged on by the need to complete their transformation, the serpents are desperate to find their way back, only to realize the extent of the situation-- even the memories from their ancestors are useless-- unable to go back, the serpents decide to push forwards, until it is revealed that a large land mass is relatively close by. Exhausted, the serpents finally reach the unknown landmass, and with the aid of any dragon, or human swept along with them manage to cocoon on its shores.
Living in this land however, is another species of dragon. One that breathes fire, and never travels the sea as a serpent. The Rain Wild dragons have never encountered such a creature, and barely except them being "true dragons". Tensions will rise and battles fought as these two very different dragons attempt to survive in a harsh environment not fitted for two apex predators.
* All in all, the two species of dragons will need to learn to "get along", or risk mortal wounds battling it out. While characters are most likely to be dragons. Humans and Elderings will have also been swept along. When the liveship helping the serpents cross the sea is carried away by the winds. They will face their own problems with the resident "humans" as well as the possibility that they will have been carried father down shore than the dragons, and must struggle to locate them while being pursued by predators of this new land.
(some dragons will also have traveled along to help the serpents cocoon, so it remains a possibility that a few older generations may also find themselves stranded)

You do not need to have read the books in order to participate in the role play, as I will be posting the necessary information on the thread. You will also have the opportunity to create and use your own races as long as they have my approval.
Races will also include modified versions of Elves, Dwarves, Orcs and Goblins.
