On Mascots: About 50% of all Magical Girls and Boys have one. They are small, non humanoid beings capable of flight and can disappear at will (like Paimon). They're absolutely useless in combat, but they have a pocket dimension inside them that can be used as an inventory, which can be accessed by reaching into their mouth. Magical items can't be stored in them, they'll disappear once untransformed, so you can't bring anything that'll actually help you fight. So they're basically a cute, cuddly purse. Can be summoned outside of combat.

Name: Kaito Salvatore
Age: 25
Gender: Female, doesn't correct people who think she's male because it's a hassle.
Sexuality: Straight

Personality:
"Do you want to die? ...Just kidding!
She is...a strange person, to say the least. On the surface, Kaito doesn't seem to be a half bad person. Sociable, friendly, she seems like the kind of person to have a lot of friends. Truly, she has a difficult time forming bonds with people if she doesn't see any benefit in being around them in the long run. Looking into her, she could probably be considered a high functioning sociopath. Despite this, she's generally very polite and even playful to the people around her, predominately because she's doesn't want to burn all of her bridges before she even known if she needs them. Against all odds, she doesn't dislike other people- In fact, it's quite the opposite. She's quite extroverted and adores spending time with other people. She just sees most as expendable or stepping stones to get where she wants to be.

Despite her lack of actual empathy and twisted view of other people's lives, she had a deep rooted desire to be around other people- more specifically to have other people pay attention to her. She hides it well, but spending her childhood in and out of hospitals and without many friends, she was very lonely and doesn't want to feel like that again. She wants people to like her. She needs people to want her.

Her sense of humour ranges from dry to outright gruesome, which makes her jokes less than ideal. Additionally, she's very fond of puns, which are generally better that jokes about death and the like. Her sense of humor hardly matches with the personality that she shows the rest of the world, but so what if what she actually feels about human lives sometimes slips through? She doesn't see the problem with it.

If she does come to like a person, it easily becomes painfully obvious. They're some of the few people that she'll actually touch, and it's commonplace for her to grab their arms- she won't admit it, but she does this so that they'll stay around her longer. If she's holding onto them, they can't leave until she either lets go or they pry their arm away from her, right? She genuinely cares about the people she actually befriends.
Likes: Crepes!
Dislikes: Rope, being touched, questions about her scars

Name:
"... Garnet."
Garnet Galatea
Nicknames:
"Masochist" or "Freak", by his coworkers, frequently
"Doctor", by people who can't seem to remember his name, sometimes
Codename:
Undertaker
Age:
22
Gender:
Male
Sexuality:
Straight? Bisexual? Gay? Pain? He doesn't know, he's not looking. Or maybe he doesn't think people should waste their time with him.

Skills:
Medical Prodigy- Though he may not look like it, he could very well already be a doctor if he went to college.
High pain tolerance... Or being a sadomasochist, if you want to get technical
He's good in hand to hand combat, though he's clearly not been trained- he was merely a delinquent in highschool
Being pretty level headed about things
Plays the guitar
His sense of direction is so bad you could almost consider how easily he gets lost a talent
Shockingly fast at typing
Chasing cats so he can pet them
He claims to be good at singing
Being oblivious to what's going on around him

Powers:
Death shall not take thee- Given it's dramatic name by him. Garnet has a unique healing power, which can fully heal anybody, but only if they are fatally wounded. Say, if he wanted to heal a broken leg, he would need to first inflict something that could be life threatening. He can also use this on himself, but the same limitation applies. Using this power on himself will over exert his magic and he'll straight up pass out, whereas it's less exhausting to use it on other people and he can reach two or three. Why this limitation? To stop me from breaking every bone in his body multiple times in one fight.

Wound Transference- He can transfer an injury from one person to another person/himself. Though it's not quite useful against most monsters, as they have a different skeletal structure and he's still working out how to transfer to them, it's quite useful when used in tandem with Death shall not take thee, depending on if he can handle the pain. It's easier to transfer particularly bad injuries to himself and then inflict something life threatening on himself after the battle is over than it is to stab everyone who comes to him with a broken leg.

Weapons:
An apparently infinite amount of scalpels. Typically used like throwing knives.
A comically large syringe. The kind of shit you'd see in anime.
Poison, which can be summoned in large amounts or enough to fill his comically large syringe.

Personality:
"...?"
Garnet is a quiet person, rarely speaking unless spoken to. That's probably for the best, considering he has a shockingly... gruesome sense of humor. Though he's a bit stiff and dense at the best of times, it'd be hard to classify him as a "bad guy", he just seems to have exchanged social skills for intelligence. He's more inclined to go with what other people want to do than make his own decisions, though whether this is just his personality or because he struggles to voice his own opinions is unknown.

Among his coworkers, it's known that Garnet has a peculiar love of pain. He doesn't bring this up in conversation, which is probably a good thing. Pain excites him, makes him want to hurt other people, though he's a reasonable man who makes reasonable decisions so he doesn't act on these impulses. Feel free to punch him in the face, but you will have activated his trap card.

Civilian Appearance:
Floated to left, he's 6'1".

Magical Girl Appearance:
latest

Other (optional):
He smokes. He claims he doesn't care about the damage it does because "Death shall not take thee heals any damage to my body", but it's unclear if it actually heals the damage smoking does.
He's gynophobic, which rarely shows through with his quiet personality due to the fact that he doesn't talk much. It only becomes prominent when a woman talks to him, when he'll start to shy away. Ironically, he doesn't seem to be afraid of Sharon and has never had trouble talking to her.

Theme song (optional):

Name: Clara E. Lane
Codename: Faust
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight

Personality:
Clara used to be a cheerful, kindhearted woman. She is constantly out playing with her friends and the gang she had befriended. Treated like one of the boys, she became brave enough to venture into the unknown, yet still gets scared when her life is in grave danger, thus, leading her to have some level of paranoia when she heard the news about the black van kidnapping magical girls. The past 6 years changed that as she had faced countless monsters while she fled south. Though she still retains her bravery, she would often let Mephistos do all the fighting, fearing that she would do the wrong thing and endanger more and more people. Due to how traumatic her magical awakening was, she became more reserved, opting to only speak when needed to. Although she's often observed to act more open around Mephistos.

Despite her age, Clara is rather indecisive, due to things often happening without her knowledge, leaving her with little to no choice in some matter. As such, she is reliant on Mephistos when they were still fleeing south, knowing that he'll make the right choices for her.

Likes: Mephistos, Rubies, milk, a peaceful life
Dislikes: Black Vans, Kidnapping, Forceful people

History:
Clara was the daughter of a german jewelry saleswoman and a US Marine Sailor. Though her father was always away at sea, she lived comfortably and happily with her mother in her jewelry store, her business, though stagnant, earns just enough to live by. Although that didn't really mattered if Clara's mother was stupid rich. Though, unlike most rich parents, Clara's mother believed that street smarts are important, letting Clara go out and befriend even the most despicable of fiend. Which is why she used to be good friends friends with a local gang up until she was 18, when people suddenly started to gain magical powers.

In the 17th of June, 2018, a rival gang shared in Brooklyn started expanding their turf, led by a Magical Girl who decided to use her powers to essentially ensure that the conflict would end by eliminating the opposition. Being attacked by this magical girl awakened something in Clara, signaled a voice in her head telling her to dodge. But she didn't, cowering and covering her face with her arms, hoping that the magical attack would miss. In a flash of light, her buckle transmogrified along with her body, and when opened her eyes, all she saw was a large, red gemstone in front of her, acting as a shield. That was her first transformation. With the voice in her guiding her, Clara managed to win against the opposing gang's Magical Girl, soon imprisoning her in between large crystal formations with small spaces in between the bars. After the battle, she managed to walk herself home before she passed out in front of the gates.

Asleep for nearly 2 weeks, imagine her surprise when a small, red imp was sitting beside you in your bed. Of course you would scream. The imp would immediately hide underneath her pillow, just as her mother came into her room, glad that her daughter was still alive. It was here that she was informed that everything's going wrong in Brooklyn. From raging gang wars, to innocent girls being kidnapped by black vans. It was anarchy, and her father finally got into contact with them after a year of being in duty, asking to meet them at the port. With her mother saying that she'll go met up with Clara's father, Clara was asked to help with the jewelry store while she was gone.

While Clara's mother was gone, Clara had met and interacted with the Imp she saw when she woke up, calling himself Mephisto. Clara, recalling reading the folklore Faustus, asked if he's going to take her soul. Mephisto laughs, stating that he's simply her old friend from long ago. Clara doesn't remember making a friend with an imp, though that didn't matter much. Hearing what happened to the Magical Girls, Clara locked up the buckle she wore that day, hoping that she wouldn't have to use it anymore. Days turn into months, and her mother was still away. During such time Mephisto learnt a lot of things. Mostly regarding the human world and the fact that he can fly. Because of this, there were several close calls where Clara's almost exposed as a magical girl, but luckily, didn't.

Clara thought she would be able to live through this weird time until the monsters appeared out of nowhere when she was going for a Grocery run. Luckily enough, Mephisto was there to defend her until they're cornered by the monster in her own home. That's when Mephisto told Clara to use the belt buckle, recalling how it was first used to bring Mephisto to life. Seeing that the case where the buckle was kept in was destroyed, Clara reluctantly transformed, eliminating the monster in Brooklyn. Before they can even rest, the rumored black van arrived at the scene alongside several cars. Fearing that it'll be her turn to be taken, Clara fled the state through the rooftops, leaving behind shards of gems which she used to push back her pursuers. Hopping from state to state, beating monsters and managing to evade the cops along the way, she landed on Florida after months of fleeing. Around this time, Project Sailor was established, and laws were passed on the Magical Girls now being unable to use their powers.

For a few years, Mephisto and Clara pondered on joining Project Sailor. Mephisto wanted to join up because he says he'll be bored if he wouldn't be able to fight anymore. Clara argues that they're already fugitives for evading the black vans to begin with. So they compromised with them opening a jewelry store in Florida, where they, themselves would make their jewelry out of the Gemstones they can make. Things were going swell, up until April of 2020, when Clara received a letter from her Father, telling them that her Mother returned to Germany and is now coming to visit.

After sending a letter that Clara moved to Florida, the met up on that fateful day of April 20, 2020, Clara finally met her father for the first time after a lifetime of absence. Her Father, Arthur Lane, was briefed about Magical Girls and their danger to society before leaving for Germany. Nevertheless, he was surprise to find out that his daughter was one. When she was asked if she was a part of Project Sailor, she denied it. Clara instead told him that she simply fled when the government was kidnapping magical girls. Hearing about her actions from their old home at Brooklyn alone, Arthur then asked if she'd like to repay the Government's actions with service instead. She was then handed an envelope, telling that it's a letter of recommendation from him, addressed to Project Sailor. He convinced her that the Government was simply trying to do what's best for everyone, and those atrocious acts were simply for the good of all. He then told her that if she'd like, she could save more lives if she joined Sailor.

Clara and Mephisto mulled about it for weeks after Arthur left, the latter thinking that Clara would simply deny the invitation, knowing how peaceful their life had become. Inspired by the words of her father, Mephisto was quite dumbfounded when Clara made it clear that she's joining Project Sailor. Thus, after being put through 3 years of Military Training, they finally join up with the rest of the recruits at Project Sailor.

Transformation Trinket:

The Contract Buckle. It looks like a belt buckle and works like one. Kind of. In order for Transformation to be initiated, Mephisto, the Imp, requires to be bonded with the human host, Clara. Pressing the colored buttons will cause the center to glow, and transformation would be fully initiated.

unknown.png

A Small, Demon Imp manifested when Clara initially tapped into his new Magical Girl ability in 2018. Claims to be her imaginary friend when she was young, finally given form. Before Clara was forcefully enrolled into a Magical School, Mephisto would often slump over Clara's shoulder, most of the time, he's excused as a mere stuffed toy. Although he is required for Clara to transform into Faust, Mephisto himself cannot use Faust's magical capabilities.

As a mascot, Mephisto is a glorified sentient purse. Though he physically eats the items one would store in him and regurgitate it to take it out--they're mostly clean when he does those.

Mephisto is required to bond with Clara whenever she needs to transform, and is only able to do so when he is within 15m radius from Clara. When he does so, Mephisto goes incorporeal. He is essentially a key to starting the metaphorical magical girl engine which is the 'Contract Buckle'. When bonded, Mephisto acts as Clara's navi, giving advice on their next move together as well as handling casting magic without Clara doing it herself.

Weapon:
Obligation and Will - The black and blue stick with a white tip and red gem that Faust holds. It's sides are sharp enough to act as her sword, and flexible enough to be a whip. However, its main function is to cast magic by shooting out magic orbs or utilizing Faust's abilities

Abilities:
Superhuman Capabilities - Suppose this is standard for all Magical Girls. Jump High, stamina good, amazing strength, endurance/durability great. Though, Faust prides herself with her durability, able to survive great falls with little to no injury. She is able to lift a metal beam all on her own one time to save people.

Gemstone Manifestation - Faust's main ability is to create gemstones out of thin air. These gems are highly reflective and as durable as diamonds, making them a great defensive surface as well as an offensive means of attack. Faust can choose the size in which these gems manifest, from giant shield-like crystal formations to small shards.

Crystal Construct Manipulation - Faust could shape her gems however she pleases, thus, it should be no surprise that could make those creations moves, similar to how the Green Lantern utilizes his lantern's light. However, depending on who's in control, Faust could only make either crystal objects or creatures Clara was the one who founded this ability, which makes her capable of making crystal creatures, which she can command telepathically, while she is capable of making crystal objects, she cannot make them as larger than herself. Mephisto can only muster up small creatures, but excels in creating objects.

Trivia: Yes, this is inspired by Kamen Rider and PreCure.

Personality:
Chris is a young teenager who loves all things related to the Real Robot anime genera. She is nice to other people, yet sometimes she can be taken advantage of. This leads to comedic 'Fan service moments' that usually end with her being embarassed. She dreams to one day pilot her own giant robot, but till then, she's fine with being a Frame Arms Girl look-alike. Her personality is very flexible however, depending on what is going on.

Likes:
Robots
Mecha Anime
Having Friends

Dislikes:
Being Bullied (Being used as fan service)
Jellyfish (How are they even alive? It's a mystery she can't comprehend)
Snakes (More scared of them)

History:
A Japanese Russian transfer student who is beutiful in appearance. She gained her powers from a matter of circumstance, and in relation to her fairy, who is actually usefull unlike some others. She gets along with everyone pretty well.

Her mascot is known as Jetson. He is the fastest fairy alive and possesses amazing firepower, but it is ineffective on practically everything. However, he has the ability to combine with Chris via the popular mecha fusion technique "Docking Formation" at the expense of Chris's clothes, which are completely destroyed when the proccess happens. In exchange however, Jetson's own weapons are powered up, and Jetson himself acts like a sort of AI system to aid Chris during combat.

Weapons:
In magical girl form, Chris can summon two submachine guns with unlimited ammo for close to mid range combat. Two beam swords are stored within the side skirtting, and are powered by Chris's own magic energy whenactivated,
unlike the mecha anime counterpart which requires a nuclear energy supply to function. She also has two ninjato on the back of her waist, as an optional melee weapon.

Abilities:
Flight at mach 3
Advanced flying maneuvers
Enhanced vision, which allows Chris to see even in complete darkness

Her outfit consists of: White boots, blue skirt, white top with a blue heart and black dragon wing emblem, white cape with same emblem, and gold tiara with a single massive sapphire. She also has scaly wings with a six-foot wingspan

Personality: Cassandra is the shy, quiet girl in the corner. She has dreams of becoming a fashion designer, and can often be found sketching new designs or working with swatches of fabric. As Azure Dragon, she is much more confident, yet still willing to be the voice of reason. She tries to keep civilian casualties to a minimum, but it's not always easy, especially with the readily available nature of her element- she can often overcook her powers, for lack of a better term.

Likes: Fashion, cooking, reading

Dislikes: Rainy weather, snakes

History: Cassandra hails from a tiny town in Minnesota- she jokes that the biggest event she ever saw was Main Street getting a stoplight. One day, as she was walking home from school, a small blue dragon appeared from behind a bush. Her name was Tiamat, and she thought Cassandra had the mentality to become a great heroine. But evil never came to threaten the middle of nowhere, and it seemed that all that power was going to waste. Until Project Sailor came calling, and she got the chance to go out and fight the good fight. She's never even seen so much as a purse snatching, so she's a little wide-eyed, but she's eager to go.

Transformation Trinket: A gold ring carved in the shape of a dragon eating its own tail, with a sapphire in the mouth.

Mascot:

View attachment 837290

Tiamat, a well-meaning but dumb as rocks blue dragon

Weapon: A blue recurve bow. Oddly, she doesn't get a quiver or arrows, instead conjuring arrows of solid air right on the string. She can also duplicate the arrows mid-flight, but this is very exhausting.

Abilities: Flight- Cassandra's power over wind makes her an expert flyer, even by the standards of magical girls

Aerokinesis: Cassandra has several attacks and abilities that enable her to control the wind. She has various blast attacks as well as a circular windstorm to deflect incoming physical projectiles. Her ultimate attack, Vortex Blast, draws in all the air in a thirty-foot radius before unleashing it with the force of a tornado.

They are them, I am me. A singular line of logic that stops sympathy short, ends empathy early. A promise of distance that informs every cold-hearted action that makes up her day-to-day activities. Keep them at arm's length, far enough to ward off a mutually assured bad time. Ira's sour mood isn't set against the backdrop of a tragic past, or insecurities that trap the heart. It's a preference. A mindset born of a propensity for the taste of vile words. Where the devil may care she does not. The only solace she'll offer the layman is her desire to stay at arm's lengths, keeping herself where she belongs. But she's happy, wading in the bile of her peace, content in her ways. Enough to claim she's more than happy with thriving in the bog-standard of her life.

[History]
Could things have been made better if Ira knew the acceptance of a family? Or maybe if she knew the warmth of peers. Maybe, maybe not. Useless musings. What Ira knows to be true is that she never needed to feel as though she belonged. Her home was as welcome as a foster home could be, but she didn't need it. Her class was as welcoming as a group of snot-nosed brats could be, but she didn't want it. So if Ira was to recall the younger days she would recall days spent alone, days spent yelling, fighting with words as sharp as swords, and sometimes fists as clubs. And she'd recall a smile on her face the whole time. If there's one thing she could say of note about her past, is that it's consistent. Ever since she was young she never knew herself to make an effort to understand others. So she lived the easy life of mundane loneliness.

Though she'd never make an effort to mention it, the kindness she had been shown by her family was something that stuck in her mind always. Inexplicable. The kindness of those kids, and of Mr. and Mrs.Ico. Her family tired by water, always so damn kind. She could never forget them. After all, Ira needs to pay them back on and all before she can feel at peace, attaining her dream of being alone truly.

So when her powers as a magical girl began to manifest, when the wildfire within began to dance across her fingertips she knew what she had to do. There was no hesitation in Ira taking her leave from that old foster home. Bidding a fond farewell, and wishing a silent hope that she would never have to trouble them again. To Project Salor, to her ticket out of there. And yet, even 2000 miles from home, Ira still has the gull to send a postcard to the loving family she left behind.

The flames that wrap and dance become her only armor. The heat haze becomes the sign that she's done all the transforming she cares to do.

[Transformation Trinket/"Mascot]
None to speak of.

[Weapon]
A combat knife, practically, sensible, and often forgotten about in lieu of the preferred fist.

[Abilities]
~Heat Rising: Burning Passion~
As success leads to success, her fire only rises higher. Ira's abilities become more potent as she does better, as she fights cooler. Upon activation Ira's body becomes enhanced, stronger, faster, more durable, heating up. As the conflict continues and Ira gets into the groove she begins to manifest fire. She's able to control these wisps of heat to her limited will. Once she reaches a fever pitch, both her body and fire reach a level of terrifying might. A veritable snowball effect. However, the inverse is true. As Ira is put on the backfoot, she becomes weaker. If her attempts to gain tempo are stopped outright, she'll lose the heat. Though, it's not impossible to lose in a cool way. The biggest caveat of her own ability by far, her own flames harm her.

~Cool Off: Break Time~
A passive ability that only occurs after Heat Rising has ended. This ability works to rapidly restore her body from burn wounds inflicted on her while Heat Rising was active. However, such an ability isn't instant and is easily slowed down if Ira moves around too much. Not to mention, the more burn wounds the longer the recovery and the more painful the recovery therein.

b23a66c4688aea860a7d97add1547ba0d7ef1a15.jpgHeat Rising
- Ira gets stronger as she does cool things
- Her powers gradually unlock in the order of Strength -> Fire -> Enhanced strength&fire
- So long as Ira keeps doing increasingly cooler and cooler things her powers will continue to increase
- Ira will lose power if she messes up or her attempts at cool actions are stopped or if she's being outshined
- Her own flames can hurt her, they have to originate close to her

Cool Off
- Heals the burn wounds gained while her other ability is active
- Doesn't heal wounds gained before Heat Rising or after she's fully healed
- Healing is slowed when she moves around
- Healing a lot of wounds takes longer
- Healing hurts

~Alternative Interpretation: Another Blaze~
An Ico family secret, a skill that is kept close to the heart, where none may lay their eyes on it. At least until Ira herself chooses to shine like a star.

Name: Awa Bāsuto
Codename: Bubble Burst
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bi

Personality:
Sharp, creative and brilliant. Awa unique blend of brilliance in both the arts and sciences reminded most of the old renaissance thinkers, perhaps even better. Unlike most thinkers or dreamers, the visions that live in his head need only to wait in line, they never feared to be shelved and abandoned, they know that they will one day be realized. Her drive, his passion and his determination allowed him to see his projects happen before he started making them. The world, as he saw it, is a playground filled with Lego pieces he can assemble into new creations.

As most prodigies in their lifetime, Awa was a withdrawn individual. Her focus is on the things that can be and how to realize them. she would be seen most of the time sitting in his room or maybe on the porch just staring into the darkness of the night, the blank computer screen or an invisible painting that he can only see. As a product of the way her mind works, it's very likely that she will just stop responding in the middle of a conversation. When an idea struck her or a concept intrigued her, she would be drawn into it like moths to light. To count the number of times her friends had abandoned him because he wandered off to play with his own mind, is almost impossible.

When ideas had attracted her however she's relentless. she would engage, debate, willingly be attacked and allow himself to do many things she would never do just to pursue where it might lead. It gave birth to plenty of discoveries, but the professionals who worked with him noticed her lack of tact, his lack of understanding towards structure or hierarchies or manners. She dared to call the head of the chaos computing research team 'imbecile' in front of everyone. That lack of respect earned her many evictions from teams and alienation from the greater part of society.

Likes: Cold water, unpredictables, passive arguing,
Dislikes: Warm weather, boring interactions, and headaches, to name a few.

History:

Awa is the product of nature and nurture synchronizing beautifully to raise him. Awa's natural intelligence when born was exponentially upgraded as she grew up due to her parents' dedication. Her father was the director of a sizable museum with his mother as one of its curators. Awal's mother carefully chose which books should be given to him and repeatedly motivated him to always innovate, learn and create. The resources that he needed to experiment and learn the subjects that are far too advanced were provided by his father with his extensive contacts in the universities and libraries.

She was homeschooled for the most part of his life. His tutors were academics from renowned universities. She engaged them in advanced debates and questioned their knowledge and mastery of their domain. One of the professors remarked that it was tough to keep up with Her. He would be given books or modules to master and he'd be ready to be quizzed within a day.

As she grew up, the attraction of his art published in his parents' museum made it a popular tourist destination. They were preoccupied with its organization that homeschooling was no longer an option, so Awa was then enrolled in a local high school.

Hi\er underdeveloped social skills made him an outcast. She was frequently bullied, forced to do their homework and was seen as a weird child that no one liked. His tendency to ponder ideas all alone wasn't helping her as well. Those who won't stop messing with him always mocked how she mumbled to himself when he's alone like an asylum patient, although most stated how jealous they were of his achievements.

Awa had asked strange questions which piqued the interest of professors who taught the classes she sat in, but most simply though of her as the outcast.

As the bubbles flew out of her fingers, Awa knew it was time. Time for her to join Project Sailor, and say goodbye to the imbeciles who essentially owned her school. She took up on the offer for Project Sailor, her parents dissapoving at first, but finally relenting.

Even at the Magical girl camp, Awa was an Oddity, but didn't care. In her eyes, all of those who scoffed at her, were simply lesser being who were jealous of her. She held herself very highly, and would often take huge revenges for even the tiniest of things.

She made a name for herself in Project: Sailor however, using her powers in scarily unique ways, and nearly always winning.

However, Awa can control where the bubbles can fly, allowing him to send them where they are needed. Awa often takes direct advantage of her bubbles and their properties. The bubbles have lifting power, allowing Awa to envelop others in giant bubbles, as well as let her reach vantage points. In addition to this, Awa is able to create bubbles utilizing existing substances, like water or soap bubbles. At her time in Project: Sailor Awa has developed this ability. Early on, he would often use one bubbles, but now uses dozens upon dozens in quickly flurry of strikes

Pop goes the Bubble: These bubbles are able to pop with enough force to cause damage at close range, Awa can also use this force to propel any small objects stored inside of his bubbles, seemingly with a degree of control over the direction they fly in. She can also detonate them whenever she wants, or leave it up too if they touch something.

The coolest chick in the room, a real bad-bitch and a proper motherfucker are three titles that Johanna insists she embodies but has never been called them by anybody but herself. In fact, tryhard is a name she's much more used to hearing, but she likes to think of it as a shorthand for trying her hardest. Basically, Johanna is a middle manager's worst nightmare, a loudmouthed dunderhead with more energy than she knows what to do with.

She's got spirit at the very least. Loyalty and dedication are both very important to her, so even if she can be a bit of a pain in the ass she's sure to stick with you through thick and thin. Her previous boss, at the very least, counted her amongst the best of his staff, and even offered her a management position once. She turned it down. In general, she's a much better speaker than she is a listener, but years of working in a busy cafe trained her to be able to follow orders well enough.
History:
When girls first got magical and shit started to fly into the proverbial fan, Johanna was already a young woman. She moved out of her parents' at a fairly young age, and immediately entered the workforce. She'd always had a lot of energy, but never had any idea what to direct it towards. She loved people, hated studying, and never really had much of a taste for the rich man's world, so she did the first thing she thought of a got herself a job in the service industry. Even when monsters started to roam the earth and she awakened to her powers, she was more interested in living out her quiet life than becoming a hero of truth and justice. She wasn't opposed to the idea of heroism per say, but like, it'd be a huge inconvenience for the boss if she just quit out of nowhere. That and her magical getup was like, really embarrassing.
Really, if things had a habit of going Johanna's way more often, she'd still be living her quiet little life. Things, however, tend to lack a certain level of benevolence in this day and age. After three years of not using her vacation days, Johanna had by chance found herself forced to take some time off work, so she decided to visit Hawaii. It was nice, the sun was hot, she burned herself redder than a bloodbath in half a day flat, and when she got home the city block that both her apartment and workplace was located on had been levelled to the ground.
And, well, you don't tend to get a bond refund or a severance package when both your boss and landlord are buried under a pile of rubble. Especially when it's the same pile of rubble.
So, there she found herself. Out of a job, basically homeless, and almost flat broke after spending her paycheck on room service and fancy pineapple cocktails; to top it all off, the only marketable skills she had in her pocket was making a decent cup of coffee, and transforming into dommy-mommy looking magical girl.
To cut a long night spent decision making short, she decided that she'd rather enrol in Project Sailor and risk her life fighting against scary monsters, than risk a lot of other things sleeping on the streets of New York City while she looked for a new barista gig.

dreadful02.jpgTransformed Appearance:
In contrast to Johanna's usual sensibilities, her Magical Girl form could most easily be described as regal if you're nice, and gaudy if you're not. It comes equipped with an iron crown that's hell on the neck, a lot of exotic furs, and a chilly midriff. Johanna herself prefers not to transform unless it's necessary, since she finds both the outfit and what it does to her kind of embarrassing, but she also supposes it's better than what some other girls have to put up with.

Transformation Trinket:
A marble made of stained glass. To transform, Johanna needs to crush it.

Mascot:
A giant Mosquito named Count who is about as charming as you'd imagine a talking mosquito would be. His voice is high, his attitude is whiny, and his form is gross, but Johanna seems to think that she's a chill enough dude regardless. Unfortunately, though, he is about as useless as he is annoying, since his thin tube-mouth makes it just about impossible to access his hammerspace.

Weapon:
Johanna Klauss
Abilities:
  • Red Oil - Blood is fuel, and the enemy is your gas punk. For a Magical Girl, Mina doesn't actually have all that much power knocking about it her body. Instead, she's able to convert blood, be it her own or the freshly spilt gore of her enemies into magic, which she can use to fuel her abilities. She's able to absorb freshly spilt blood through any exposed part of her body and store it for later use, but her 'stock' is lost when her transformation is undone. "Freshly spilt", as an aside, seems to mean any blood spilt within the last hour.
  • Crimson Plastic - Mina is able to use her stocked blood to create crimson-red constructs. These can take any shape or size, but they don't have any special properties other than being pretty durable.
  • Velvet Nitro - The real meat and potatoes of her abilities, Mina can 'ignite' and expel to blood stored inside of her body in order to propel herself, or something else at immense speeds. She typically shes this to either blitz and opponent down with pure speed and a flurry of strikes from her Blood Driver; or she launches stakes formed through Crimson Plastic at them like a sort of gory, rapid-fire railgun.

Age:

Gender:
Female

Sexuality:

Civilian Appearance:
A fairly average individual, Song doesn't really cut an imposing appearance. She stands at 5'7", and is easily identifiable by her average appearance, ironically. With her short, brown hair, and dark brown eyes, she's no eye candy, but at least she's somewhat easy on the eyes. She's usually seen in a beige shirt and a black skirt, wearing a black necktie. She has a beauty mark under the corner of her left eye, and has a single streak of orange in her hair as some sort of fashion statement.

Personality:
Song is a friendly face to have around. Amicable, easy-going, and good humoured, she's pretty easy to get along with, as long as you've braced for her boisterous positivity. Song is the type that never says die, no matter how grim things can get, and she has had the experiences to prop this behaviour of hers up. It's not that she hasn't suffered- she's gone through a lot, but she isn't about to let it get her down. One might chalk her behaviour up to being some sort of coping mechanism, but if it is, it's certainly working and it's burrowed deep enough that it has become an integral part of her. She feels that all of the people she has lost shouldn't be a reason for her to stop moving forwards. If anything, they should be a reason for her to keep going. After all, she's the only one left to carry their dreams. To that end, she presents herself as an unfaltering beacon of positivity, and maintains her image as a genuinely supportive and reliable comrade.

In combat, Song changes little, even if her appearance is a stark difference. However, it is noticeable that she seems to enjoy combat a little too much. As a variant of an adrenaline junkie, Song seems to get her fun from the thrill of even just the idea of combat. To complicate matters, it isn't just the blind violence of it- Song enjoys supporting her comrades just as much as going on the offense. To her, even if she can't exactly put it to words herself, combat is all about proving who is stronger, who is better, who is more skilled, and nothing proves that more than the ability to bring a whole squad back out alive. In essence, it's almost like a game to her. This may be another facet of her coping mechanism, but again, it has become an integral part of her.

Song has a particularly estranged relationship with her parents. Though she does send them some money from time to time, she doesn't enjoy visiting them or lingering too long. The Christmas party with her lover and them was the epitome of awkward, and it was all her partner could do to make sure that the dinnertime wasn't just awkward silence the whole time. She doesn't dislike them, and neither do they dislike her, it's just that their ideals for her future clash so hard that it's impossible for them to reconcile.

History:
Song’s past is a bit of a mess. She discovered her love for fighting at an early age, and disguised it cleverly by standing up for kids who were getting bullied on the playground, then beating their bullies senseless. Despite her arguments and insistence that she did it for a good cause however, her behaviour caused her to basically cycle through different schools due to her violent disposition.

Somewhere down the line, that facade of hers of protecting the weak became a genuine part of her. At the same time, her addiction to violence also grew, and by the time she reached high school, she couldn’t take much more of the boredom of everyday life, and dropped out of school, in spite of her parents’ complaints. She subsequently joined up with the army, and in her first year alone, she signed up for the Ranger course, completing it without much problem. During her time in the army, she made more friends than she ever did in her normal life, and with her competency and her positive attitude, she struck everyone as more than just a regular musclebrain, to a point where she even made a particularly close connection with another Ranger. She still has no idea how they started to fall in love, and continues to treasure their time together as a couple.

Unfortunately, their relationship didn't get anywhere, even though it was believed her partner was about to propose to her in one of the coming dates. The advent of the meteorite's crash occurred before that could happen, and in the harrowing days that followed, Song lost a great number of people, including her lover. Despite this, Song continued to operate at full capacity, but a particularly watchful eye would notice that, even if she continued to grin and support the rest of the surviving team members without question, the light had gone from the eyes.

After that, the military took her out of active commission, seeing that her loss might spur her towards unwarranted actions. She did not take kindly to this. For the first time in her life, her usual persona cracked, revealing a great anger underneath the surface. When her superiors continued to deny her her justice, she resigned from the military to take her war elsewhere, where she could put her skills to some use.

Her abilities as a magical girl, if you can call her alternate form that, manifested sometime after that, probably before signing on with Osprey Security, but she made her next great debut as one of Osprey's premium services, alongside a number of others. The light had returned to her eyes, her new powers allowing her to continue fighting. While this would have been a big problem for any other PMC, Osprey's lawyers were highly competent at their jobs, and managed to keep the laws from taking hold on the company's assets. God bless the stifling bureaucracy. Sick of their running around, the government finally caved and bought Osprey's cooperation. Song is one of the first few Osprey 'loaners' to grace the halls of the academies. There was little surprise that she basically breezed through her courses with little effort, and graduated as one of the top members.

Justice
b911c98914d9d41a073fbc4bbc781786-sample.jpg

Transformed Appearance:
Justice's appearance, when transformed, is strange by most accounts, appearing as a female figure with inhuman attachments for its limbs and its body. Song doesn't seem to feel any discomfort when she is transformed, and has said that her new limbs feel normal. However, when damaged, said limbs don't feel pain, which is a dual-edged sword by itself. Damage that remains on these limbs are reflected on Song's actual body when she returns back to normal, though the damage is oftentimes mitigated to some extent. Justice's most prominent feature is its third arm, a muscled beast of one, attached to her back, and is usually holding onto Justice's giant sword.

Transforming into Justice lengthens Song's hair and turns it white, and dulls her irises to a pale grey, replacing them somewhat with black four-pointed star-shaped symbols. Her height also increases to 6'2", thanks to her new pair of legs.

Weapon:
Swords: Justice wields a pair of mismatched swords. One is a fairly normal-looking Japanese uchigatana with a unique grip, while the other is her more prominent weapon- a huge sword whose blade itself is longer than she is tall. Of note is her second sword, affectionately named Gnasher. Its blade is replaced with vibrating teeth closer about halfway down, allowing Justice to saw through hides of monsters at a closer range, while still allowing her to slice and dice with the further end of her sword.

Abilities:
Extra Limb: Controlling her third arm comes naturally to her when she is transformed to the point where she forgets she doesn't have access to it untransformed. She is capable of wielding both of her swords in conjunction with the other.

Dig In: Her mechanical limbs are sharp and strong enough to puncture hard surfaces, allowing her to mount and climb even vertical walls with ease. Combining this with her transformed self's agility, she possesses one of the highest mobility stats amongst her peers, allowing her to manoeuvre across any type of surface.

Regeneration: Her special limbs come packaged with regenerative abilities to cover for their relative brittleness. Their regenerative powers are strong enough that they can even recover from extensive damage. However, they take some time to regenerate, and each successive regeneration makes them progressively structurally weaker, so it is still suggested that Justice not actively take damage. Her other, more human, parts can regenerate as well, but do not possess the same strength of recovery that her limbs do.

Beckoning Call: Justice is capable of emitting a loud inhuman screech that draws attention from monsters to herself, drawing aggro onto her. With her normal abilities, she can function well as a strange variant of a dodge tank.

    Name: Aoife O'Connell
    Age: Twenty-four
Gender: Femme "Is it that hard to tell?"
Sexuality: She's unsure of this question, and is deep in the closet.
    Height: 175cm
    Weight: 59 Kg

    Personality:
Rather silent, Aoife tends to keep to herself and mind he own business, usually staying at the edge of the room and reading her books. When she speaks, she seldom beats around the bush and comes off quite blunt. That's not to say she lacks the kindness to treat her comrades with such, as, even though she seldom will participate in the antics of those around her, she watches, akin to a mother watching her children, keeping a watchful eye and careful ear to her allies. Furthermore, she tends to do small things in the background for those around her, unnoticed, and unseen, preferring to deal with the minor problems of those around her while they have not noticed. While she may not be the best at all the tasks presented in front of her, Aoife still tries her best to accomplish her tasks, supporting even the weakest of her allies.

In combat, however, her silent and stoic nature peels back, as she becomes much more vocal, while her words can be harsh, she usually means well, and tries to give her teammates the advantage through their coordination. Tactical and intelligent, Aoife often forces her opposition into harder and harder positions through use of her allies' strengths and her own capabilities, always striving to get her allies back in one piece, and eliminate the threats with impunity.

Likes: Chess, Reading, Spicy foods, Secretly: Cute things, Silence
Dislikes: Pineapples, Allergy: Alpha-gal (Red Meat), The colour purple, The mere idea of flying.

    History:
Very little has been said by Aoife of her history. Keeping most of her life to herself, the most she mentions is her birthplace being born in the state of Minnesota, close to Minneapolis. Otherwise, she's not too open to talking of her past, nor how she had learned of her magical capabilities.

Notables: Aoife is a smoker, though keeps herself healthy despite this, and swears she'll quit one day....

    Name: Blair Knight
    Codename: Bastet
    Age: 21
    Gender: Female
    Sexuality: Homosexual
    Height: 5'4''

Personality: In her everyday life, Blair is always a the life of a party and obnoxiously upfront with her feelings. If there's one thing she truly hates, it's crying in front of others. This usually only occurs due to built up frustration with things she feels that she has no real control over. Blair does have an overcompetitive nature whether it's in a physical challenge or anything as simple as rock-paper-scissors. Also a horrible sore loser that can't wait until the next chance to prove herself. Now once she's transformed into her magical girl appearance, a weird phenomenon occurs where her personality becomes more sadistic and kinda assholish. After running a few tests that were administered by the school, they just came to the conclusion that the feline personality tends to take control after transforming. Takes full joy in teasing her teammates yet still manages to turn red when someone she's interested in shows her attention.

Likes: Cats, most animals really, winning, staying up late at night, stargazing, pomegranates, laying around, cuddling with friends since she has no sense of personal space

Dislikes: Insects, birds, the way she acts after transforming because she finds that part of herself embarrassing, onions, getting called into duty, and being woken up.

History: Blair is the youngest of 4 with a set of twin eldest sisters [8 year gap] and an older brother [5 year gap]. Her life was relatively carefree and abundant in love thanks to her parents' having government jobs. Needless to say, she was surprised when she was the only one in her family to develop magical girl abilities. The drastic change in her behavior and appearance did a number on how she interacted with others and she often fought in her adolescence and early teens. Her parents had no choice but to have some sort of limiter to keep her in check. School was interesting as she was known to have a split personality but she always maintained high scores and grades. She doesn't like talking about the first 4 years after her powers appeared.

Civilian Appearance: Blair has short hair that spikes up closer to the ends because her hair is naturally curly but is not long enough for them to fully form, a constant state of bedhead. Her eyes in her normal state are blue with a flecks of gold. Due to the sports she played since she was 8, she has a rather toned and slightly muscular physique. Prefers loose fitting male clothes for comfort.

Vittorio Salvatore
6a9e2a9a9f91fc6c3f95e2e15d922bb5.jpg

Age:
29

Gender:
Male

Sexuality:
Heterosexual

Civilian Appearance:
Vittorio is a handsome young man with messy red hair and clear, dark blue eyes. Lean, tall, and fair, he isn’t someone to sneeze at, for sure. He stands at a flat 6 feet.

Personality:
Vittorio Salvatore is a man who is laser-focused on his dream, which is asking no less from the man who has been appointed as the head observer of this particular branch of Project: Sailor. He is so entirely engrossed with his research and his results that he is oftentimes regarded as scatterbrained and heartless, being fully capable of making decisions that no one with a working conscience would make, just to further his research. With that said, however, he backs down almost as quickly as soon as someone gives him a good reason why he shouldn’t conduct unethical experiments, and abashedly apologises. Little blame can be shafted onto him, too. As a man who is trying to improve the living conditions of those suffering from Incomplete Magic Syndrome, of which the numbers may even include his wife, he is well within his rights to be as desperate as he is. He is considered a little weird by many of his peers, as well, due to his hyperfocus, and some theorise that he may have some ambiguous disorder. He is truly a savant, but along with the above inability to perceive what is right and wrong without advice, he easily loses focus, especially when he thinks of something else that might be to his interest. Despite his weirdness, Vittorio is a nice man. He certainly tries his best to mingle with others, and though he struggles to understand some emotions and behaviours, he also does his utmost best to do so. His heart is in the right place, even if his mind is a little lost. He finds his job to be a noble one, and is always seeing to that he makes right on his promise to save everyone suffering from IMS.

Vittorio is married to Kaito Fujiwara-Salvatore, and is deeply attached to her, having felt what he could only deem to be love when he met her. Her sudden loss of hair colour in the past year has sent him deeper into his research, and, more than anything else, now, he is doing his job for her too. She takes precedence over everyone else, and his hyperfocus makes him lose sight of everything else when it comes to her wellbeing.

History:
A researcher focusing on the Incomplete Magic Syndrome. A savant of the medical field, the man achieved a doctorate as early as the age of 25, though this was somewhat expedited by the events of 2018. Both he and Kaito were brought in to Project: Sailor as observers, though his role is less active than his wife’s, being around to act as the local doctor, and to further his research into this Magical syndrome.

He is currently developing something to help IMS, or to allow IMS sufferers to operate with the same capacity as full-fledged Magical Girls in the field, or at least not get bodied within the first five seconds.

TS-09
Persona-5-Strikers-Akira-the-Hero (2).jpg

Transformed Appearance:
‘Transformed’ is a big word for this, but the TS-09 that Vittorio has crafted to allow its users to make use of Magic, but it operates off something that Vittorio does not want to reveal, or is too ashamed to. He willingly uses himself as a test subject for this suit, and its design is based off something that he would want to wear as a hero. Appearing as a shining silver suit of armor with gold trims, and a visored helmet, it takes inspiration from Japanese tokusatsu heroes, and features some military themings, such as the pauldrons. The belt in the middle channels magic throughout the armor, and it is apparent when it is active, as the suit is aglow with orange light when it is.

Weapon:
Beam Sword: A weapon resembling a lightsaber, for all intents and purposes. With the usage of magic, and its unknown power source, Vittorio is able to summon this weapon to his hand. Despite this, the user has NO idea how to use the weapon due to the external assistance.

Abilities:
High Endurance: Due to how the suit operates, it has extremely high durability, allowing whoever is capable of using the suit to be able to endure blows that would normally incapacitate a human being, and then some. With all intents and purposes, anyone in this suit is a veritable tank. However, the suit possesses no inherent mobility, and if a human were using the suit, they’d only be able to move as fast and as far as a normal human can.

Magic Protection: While it functions on Magic, the suit actively protects the person within from any Magic influence, being able to recycle it into its own power source.

Name: Ajax Hardcove
Codename: Viperion
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Homosexual

Personality: While he is in his everyday appearance, Ajax is a very caring person. He’s the type of person everyone believes is too nice. He tries to be helpful to others, but sometimes lets out some smart remark, though not on purpose. He’s shy with people at first but eventually opens up to them over time. He’s also loyal to his friends and family. When he’s in his magical state, he’s a lot bolder and more brazen. He won’t hesitate to hold his tongue or intimidate others when he the need call for it and won’t hesitate to hit back when someone attacks him, though only if they throw the 1st punch. He is also a lot more of a shameless flirt. He often hits on both men and women, though with women it’s more of a joking matter whereas with men he’s far more serious. He also tends to be a lot more vicious when he’s in his magical state, not shying away from what needs to be done, even if he doesn’t want to as someone has to. When he needs to hunt someone down he sometimes acts like a cat, playing with his prey. He tries not to be overconfident with who he is no matter which state he’s in.

Likes: His magical state, animals, travel

Dislikes: People who play the victim, bitter foods, condescension

History: Ajax had an average life. He grew up, had a good family, made some friends, but for his entire life he felt as if he wasn’t all there. He knew how to act with others he felt hollow. As if fate heard his call, he one day was aware of his magical state, which was revealed to him when Bronx flew into his room, literally hitting him in the face. To him when he found out that he had powers, was able to do things that others couldn’t, he finally felt whole. He felt as if he could be more than what he thought he was, that he was finally someone whole. Bronx had wanted him to use his powers responsibly yet Ajax would use them for personal gain also. He sometimes used his powers just because he could and not for any problem in particular. He uses them to sometimes pick up guys and other times to take the few stray bills or something not too expensive.

Weapon: Chains that he can make appear out of anywhere which have can have weapon attachments on them, often a small blade. He can layer them as armor, make them move in different ways, even alter the temperature, size, and thickness of them and how the links appear. They can move around as if they are like serpents which can control and have them move at very fast speeds almost fast enough not to see. The only things that he cannot make them come out of are living things.

Abilities:

After Image- Marcel has the power to make a copy of himself. This copy is incapable of moving or making noise. The copy will only last for limited amount of time or if he is a certain distance away. The copies have a one hit limit and he can only create 6 after which one has to be destroyed. He can create a copy to take a hit for him but if he uses this power too fast or creates too many copies at once they’ll fail to show up properly. He can also only create copies of himself in whatever position he is in.
