Overlord Zentenium:

Not much is known about the Overlord, other than that he is after something called the Yuristrian Crystal which he claims lay within the confines of The Greater Lantern Bay Area. He exudes an air of being calm and collected under fire, but beneath his cordial exterior lay the mind of a shrewd tactician and heart that dreams of supreme power at all costs. To this end, he has collected an army of Warlords and Monsters that are at his beck and call to lay waste to his enemies and join in the spoils of his conquest. To those that are loyal, he rewards and to those disloyal, he will very well make an example of in a painful manner.

Advisor Krell:

The Mystical advisor that guided the overlord on his grand quest for greater power. She has been at his side since the beginning and has lead him to this point with her visions and portends of things to come.

Lieutenant 1: Prototype Q-9 aka The Reaper

Part of a project to gain a super powered Robotic Minion, they arethe Left hand of the Overlord and used not only to lead troops into battle, but also to assassinate enemy targets.
An extremely powerful A.I. inside the mechanical frame of an equally powerful machine, they are a force to be reckoned with and the final path towards the dangerous but powerful robots in the arsenal of the Overlord.

Lieutenant 2: Oquelis

The Scientist behind all of the Grand Innovations that the Overlord and his Occupation Force posses. She is always thinking up new ways to improve monsters and robots, using anything and everything to create vast masterpieces of genetic or mechanical force. Known for her cruelty in the name of progress, she is even feared all the way to the Planet Onyx.

Lieutenant 3: Lieutenant Mythal

Mythal once was an extremely powerful warlord, even managing to take over her own home planet in a military coup. But unfortunately the tide turned and her own Empire that conquered planets fractured under the weight of its ambitious commanders. She wandered amongst the stars with the few that were still loyal to her until she found Zentenium and with it, her hope and fighting spirit was restored, allowing her to rise again as his first lieutenant and General of his strongest Warriors and Monsters.

Minions: Relics

Mechanical Minions that provide the bulk of the support force behind the Monsters and the Warlords. With their numbers, combined with their greater strength and resilience than one would think, they are a capable minion group.

Lantern Bay has been separated into different districts:

Government District: Human Collaborator El 'mayor' Mayor. Inma Gurrera…………………………..Played by Bruhaha
Greater Monster: OmniTrix

The Government District is the center of the city that has all of the governmental offices as well as a few restaurants and apartment complexes. It is an area that is mostly sterile outside of the large monument in front of the Mayor's office that had originally been a large Lantern but has been replaced with a statue of Zentenium with his arms outstretched.

Downtown District: Human Collaborator Desmond Carver
Greater Monster: Ygresdisle

The Downtown District makes up all the nightclubs, restaurants, high-rise apartments and upper crust establishments. A real lively area, even with the occupation. Relics exist on patrols, sometimes side by side with local law enforcement. Monsters often roam the street and partake in all that the Downtown District has to offer.

Residential District: Human Collaborator Gabrielle Watts
Greater Monster: Jintronix

The Residential District makes up all of suburbia as well as the vast majority of apartment complexes not in the city proper. There are some bars, restaurants, and storage facilities, but the most of it is all where people live. Occasionally when threats of resisentce or Rangers arise, Relics will go door to door and question people, sometimes accompanied by a Monster.

Industrial District: Human Collaborator Eric Kivson
Greater Monster: Constructor

The Industrial District makes up all the heavy labor jobs, warehouses and the quarry. As such, there is much construction equipment and large carted supplies that reside in this location. It is an area of heavy criminal activity, and that has not changed even in the occupation. Relics have been known to go missing on patrols in the area. Something that Kivson isn't eager to let get out.

Docks District: Human Collaborator Silvia Numen
Greater Monster: Mermadia

The Docks District makes up the fishing industry and what had been the import and export industry, though that has sadly been much more regulated since the wall has been built. Such supplies are either brought in through one of the gates, or by the U.N. supplies that have been allowed by Zentenium.
